Abstract

This research is motivated by the number of transactions in the last five years (2019–2023), 80% of students have a level of discipline violation, indicating the need for more strategic discipline. This study aims to analyze the systemic relationship between various types of participants to identify the causes of the problem. The method used in data mining is the FP-Growth algorithm, which is applied to 1,500 historical data points with a minimum support of 0.1 and a confidence level of 0.7. The analysis results show 15 significant pattern associations, with the strongest correlation between "Late → Not doing assignments" (confidence 0.83) and "Truancy → Smoking in school areas" (confidence 0.75, lift 2.5). This forms the basis for data-driven intervention recommendations, such as the implementation of the "Morning Check-in" program and the implementation of supervision in vulnerable areas, which will provide practical support to improve the effectiveness of school discipline management across schools.

Abstract

Abstract - Coral reef recognition using transfer learning models is a critical area of research to enhance automated monitoring and conservation efforts. This study examines the impact of hyperparameter tuning on the performance of two models, EfficientNetV2 and MobileNetV2, in recognizing coral reef conditions such as bleaching, physical damage, and algae overgrowth. Bayesian Optimization is evaluated as an automated hyperparameter tuning method alongside Grid Search, Random Search, and Manual Trial-based approaches. The results reveal that Bayesian Optimization achieves competitive accuracy (up to 0.81) and balances computational efficiency with performance, requiring fewer trials compared to manual optimization. Notably, Bayesian Optimization reduces training time while maintaining high metrics such as Precision and Specificity. These findings highlight the effectiveness of Bayesian Optimization in improving model performance for coral reef recognition, offering a reliable and efficient solution to support conservation decision-making. This approach also demonstrates potential for broader applications in classification and regression tasks.Keywords: EfficientNetV2, MobileNetV2, Optimization, Coral Reefs Abstrak - Pengenalan terumbu karang menggunakan model pembelajaran transfer adalah bidang penelitian yang penting untuk meningkatkan upaya pemantauan dan konservasi otomatis. Penelitian ini menguji dampak penyetelan hyperparameter pada kinerja dua model, EfficientNetV2 dan MobileNetV2, dalam mengenali kondisi terumbu karang seperti pemutihan, kerusakan fisik, dan pertumbuhan berlebih alga. Bayesian Optimization dievaluasi sebagai metode penyetelan hiperparameter otomatis bersama dengan Pencarian Grid, Pencarian Acak, dan pendekatan berbasis Uji Coba Manual. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Bayesian Optimization mencapai akurasi yang kompetitif (hingga 0,81) dan menyeimbangkan efisiensi komputasi dengan kinerja, sehingga membutuhkan lebih sedikit uji coba dibandingkan dengan pengoptimalan manual. Selain itu, Bayesian Optimization mengurangi waktu pelatihan dengan tetap mempertahankan metrik yang tinggi seperti Presisi dan Spesifisitas. Temuan ini menyoroti efektivitas Optimasi Bayesian dalam meningkatkan kinerja model untuk pengenalan terumbu karang, menawarkan solusi yang andal dan efisien untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan konservasi. Pendekatan ini juga menunjukkan potensi untuk aplikasi yang lebih luas dalam tugas klasifikasi dan regresi.Kata kunci: EfisienNetV2, MobileNetV2, Optimasi, Terumbu Karang

Abstract

Administrasi pembayaran Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP) di Rumah Tahfidz Baitul Arqam masih dikelola secara manual dan sederhana. Kondisi ini menyebabkan proses administrasi rawan terjadi kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan, dan minim transparansi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut melalui perancangan dan implementasi sistem informasi keuangan digital. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk menganalisis kebutuhan sistem. Solusi yang diimplementasikan adalah pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis website bernama “SakuSantri”. Hasil luaran utama dari kegiatan ini adalah aplikasi “SakuSantri” yang fungsional, yang dilengkapi berbagai fitur seperti halaman beranda (saldo dan tagihan), top-up wallet, riwayat dompet, tagihan SPP, notifikasi , serta panel admin untuk mengelola pengguna, membuat tagihan, dan melakukan konfirmasi pembayaran. Pelaksanaan program ini juga mencakup penyuluhan dan pelatihan penggunaan website kepada pengurus dan wali santri pada 6 September 2025. Implementasi “SakuSantri” ini diharapkan dapat mengubah proses bisnis manual di Rumah Tahfidz Baitul Arqam menjadi sistem digital yang lebih efektif, efisien, transparan, serta meminimalkan risiko kesalahan pencatatan dan redundancy data.

Abstract

Purpose: This study investigates the influence of the Maqashid al-Shariah framework—covering the protection of religion (Hifzu al-Din), life (Hifzu al-Nafs), intellect (Hifzu al-Aql), progeny (Hifzu al-Nasl), and property (Hifzu al-Mal)—on Indonesia's Human Development Index (HDI). Methodology: The study employs a qualitative approach, using Eviews-12 software for data analysis, particularly utilizing panel data regression techniques. The sample comprises eight Indonesian provinces: Papua, West Papua, East Nusa Tenggara, West Sulawesi, West Kalimantan, West Nusa Tenggara, North Maluku, and Gorontalo, covering the years 2019-2022. Results: The analysis reveals that the protection of religion (Hifzu al-Din) and intellect (Hifzu al-Aql) significantly affect Indonesia's HDI. However, the protection of life (Hifzu al-Nafs), offspring (Hifzu al-Nasl), and property (Hifzu al-Mal) do not show statistically significant direct impacts on HDI. Conclusion: This study concludes that Maqashid al-Shariah’s framework, specifically religion and intellect protection, plays a significant role in enhancing HDI. This research highlights the relevance of integrating Islamic values into human development measures. Limitations: A limitation of this study is the reliance on data from only eight provinces, which may not represent the broader context of Indonesia. Contribution: This research offers a novel perspective by applying the Maqashid al-Shariah framework to assess human development indicators in Indonesian provinces, contributing to the development of an Islamic approach to human development.

Abstract

Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) yang direncanakan pemerintah pada tahun 2024 menjadi perbincangan luas di media sosial, khususnya Twitter dan TikTok, dengan beragam opini yang mencerminkan persepsi publik terhadap implementasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sentimen masyarakat terhadap Program Makan Bergizi Gratis menggunakan pendekatan deep learning. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode crawling dan scraping dari Twitter dan TikTok, menghasilkan 7.341 data setelah proses data cleaning. Pelabelan dilakukan menggunakan dua pendekatan, yaitu pelabelan manual dan pelabelan otomatis berbasis IndoBERTweet. Penelitian ini membandingkan kinerja dua model, yaitu Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (Bi-LSTM) dan IndoBERT, dengan variasi learning rate 3e-5 dan 5e-5. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa IndoBERT secara konsisten menghasilkan performa yang lebih baik dibandingkan Bi-LSTM pada kedua metode pelabelan. Konfigurasi optimal diperoleh pada pelabelan otomatis dengan learning rate 3e-5 yang mencapai akurasi 82% dan F1-Score 79%. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa sentimen publik terhadap Program Makan Bergizi Gratis didominasi oleh sentimen negatif. Selain itu, dikembangkan aplikasi web berbasis Flask untuk prediksi sentimen secara real-time. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan analisis sentimen bahasa Indonesia yang lebih efektif dan akurat.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong usaha percetakan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional melalui sistem berbasis website. Namun, CV 2 Audi Digital Printing masih mengelola pemesanan dan persediaan bahan baku secara manual, sehingga menyebabkan pencatatan kurang akurat, potensi selisih stok, dan keterlambatan pemesanan bahan saat permintaan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemesanan dan menajemen bahan percetakan berbasis website yang mengintegrasikan algoritma First In First Out (FIFO) dan Martingale Model dalam manajemen stok serta dilengkapi Early Warning System berbasis notifikasi WhatsApp. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan Waterfall. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengelola pemesanan dan persediaan bahan baku secara terintegrasi serta memberikan notifikasi otomatis saat stok mendekati batas minimum. Pengujian Black Box menunjukkan seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan dengan baik, sedangkan evaluasi System Usability Scale (SUS) menghasilkan skor rata-rata 79 dengan kategori Good, yang menandakan sistem layak digunakan dan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional usaha percetakan.

Abstract

Abstract–The management of posyandu data in Majegan Village is still carried out manually. This causes health monitoring to be not optimal, especially in detecting stunting in toddlers. One of the efforts to overcome this problem is to provide a posyandu information system that can make it easier for posyandu officers to record and analyze fetal growth until toddlerhood and can detect symptoms of stunting. Through the implementation of Bayes' theorem in a web-based application, stunting symptoms can be observed earlier. Bayes' theorem calculates the values of the symptoms experienced by toddlers so as to obtain the results of probability numbers that can be used to predict stunting in toddlers. System design uses the waterfall method which goes through the stages of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). After the system was developed, to test the quality of the application and the accuracy of naïve bayes in predicting stunting, two types of testing were carried out, namely black box testing and system usability testing (SUS). The black box test results show that the application functionality runs well with an error percentage of 0%, while the SUS test results show that the application has a usability level at Level B which means the application can be used and help users. Meanwhile, the results of the prediction of naïve bayes produced the model with the highest prediction of 60%.

Abstract

Permasalahan presensi guru piket menyebabkan tidak terekapnya data kehadiran guru dengan benar. Hal ini mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam memantau kehadiran guru. Salah satu solusi mengatasi persoalan ini adalah dengan mengembangkan sistem informasi presensi guru. Pengembangan sistem informasi presensi Guru Piket berbasis website yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan sebagai media manajemen data presensi yang dapat mempermudah dalam laporan serta dapat melihat persentase kehadiran dengan cepat. Analisis kualitas sistem informasi presensi guru piket menunjukkan hasil yang memenuhi kriteria pengujian aspek functionality, dan usability. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa pengembangan sistem informasi presensi guru berbasis website layak untuk digunakan.hasil penilaian terhadap 25 responden sistem informasi presensi guru piket berbasis website diperoleh rata-rata skor SUS dari seluruh skor responden sebesar 80,2, yang masuk kedalam katagori “Excellent.”

Abstract

The Point Of Sale (POS) application is a service created to simplify the business activity process for entrepreneurs. Every transaction, whether sales or purchases, is important to record to ensure the accuracy of transaction reports. However, at Fuku Petshop, the recording method still uses conventional transaction books, which are prone to data loss and inaccuracies. Fuku Petshop, a shop located in Madiun, felt the need to adopt a computerized POS system to monitor sales, purchase and stock transactions more efficiently. Apart from that, integration with the WhatsApp application is also part of the goal of this system. In developing the POS system, utilizing the PHP programming language and MySQL database, using the CodeIgniter framework. The development approach adopted is the waterfall method. To ensure the quality of the system being developed, testing is carried out using black box techniques and also using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The results of testing using the black box technique state that the POS application at Fuku Petshop runs well and for SUS testing the average value is 81, which indicates Excellent qualifications and is included in the Acceptable classification, indicating the system is ready for use.

Abstract

The moving process requires thorough preparation from the place of origin to the new location, including arranging goods, finding suitable means of transportation, as well as carrying out the process of loading and unloading and rearranging goods in the new place. However, this process is often faced with various obstacles, such as difficulties in finding available transportation services and difficulties for transportation service owners in promoting their services widely. To overcome these challenges, the use of technology in the form of a web-based transportation service system has been proposed. The Movingo system applies a Software Development Cycle (SDLC) approach, mainly using the waterfall method, and will use the PHP programming language and MySQL database supported by the CodeIgniter framework. In this system, there are three types of access rights, namely admin, driver, and customer. Customers can order the transportation services they want, while drivers have the authority to approve orders and check the goods that have been delivered to customers. Payment is made in cash directly on the spot. To ensure the quality of the system being developed, testing is carried out using the black box method and also the System Usability Scale (SUS). Test results showed that the system worked well, with an average score of 79 on the SUS, indicating Good qualifications.
