Abstract

The Point Of Sale (POS) application is a service created to simplify the business activity process for entrepreneurs. Every transaction, whether sales or purchases, is important to record to ensure the accuracy of transaction reports. However, at Fuku Petshop, the recording method still uses conventional transaction books, which are prone to data loss and inaccuracies. Fuku Petshop, a shop located in Madiun, felt the need to adopt a computerized POS system to monitor sales, purchase and stock transactions more efficiently. Apart from that, integration with the WhatsApp application is also part of the goal of this system. In developing the POS system, utilizing the PHP programming language and MySQL database, using the CodeIgniter framework. The development approach adopted is the waterfall method. To ensure the quality of the system being developed, testing is carried out using black box techniques and also using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The results of testing using the black box technique state that the POS application at Fuku Petshop runs well and for SUS testing the average value is 81, which indicates Excellent qualifications and is included in the Acceptable classification, indicating the system is ready for use.

Abstract

The moving process requires thorough preparation from the place of origin to the new location, including arranging goods, finding suitable means of transportation, as well as carrying out the process of loading and unloading and rearranging goods in the new place. However, this process is often faced with various obstacles, such as difficulties in finding available transportation services and difficulties for transportation service owners in promoting their services widely. To overcome these challenges, the use of technology in the form of a web-based transportation service system has been proposed. The Movingo system applies a Software Development Cycle (SDLC) approach, mainly using the waterfall method, and will use the PHP programming language and MySQL database supported by the CodeIgniter framework. In this system, there are three types of access rights, namely admin, driver, and customer. Customers can order the transportation services they want, while drivers have the authority to approve orders and check the goods that have been delivered to customers. Payment is made in cash directly on the spot. To ensure the quality of the system being developed, testing is carried out using the black box method and also the System Usability Scale (SUS). Test results showed that the system worked well, with an average score of 79 on the SUS, indicating Good qualifications.

Abstract

Energi listrik memiliki fungsi yang sangat penting, hal ini disebabkan kemajuan teknologi, industry tidak bisa lepas penggunaan energi listrik. Tahun 2021 konsumsi listrik di Indonesia sebesar 1.123kWh dan pada tahun 2022 mencapai 1.173 kWh yang artinya konsumsi energi listrik di Indonesia mengalami kenaikan setiap tahunya. Kenaikan konsumsi energi listrik berdampak pada meningkatnya kebutuhan minyak bumi dan batu bara di Indonesia dikarenankan pembangkit yang terinstal masih konvensional antara lain PLTU, PLTG, PLTGU. Biaya operasional pembangkit tersebut akan mengalami kenaikan dan berkontribusi terhadap pemanasan global. Kemajuan teknologi mendorong penggunaan energi terbarukan sehingga dapat mengurangi kapasitas pembangkit konvensional dan pemasangan global. Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya  salah satu energi terbarukan yang dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi ketergantungan energi listrik dari pembangkit konvensional. Tujuan penelitian ini mendesain sistem memonitor energi listrik dan hidroponik secara real time. Adapun metode penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa alat, antara lain peralatan yang diggunakan untuk memonitoring keseluruhan bagian seperti hasil listrik yang dihasilkan panel surya, listrik yang di konsumsi pompa hidroponik, ketinggian air kolam kolam dan kelembaban media tanaman karbohidrat. Panel surya yang digunakan berkapasitas 400 WP yang dihubungkan 2 seri dan 2 paralel, energi listrik yang dihasilkan oleh panel surya disimpan pada battery dengan kapasitas 7,5Ah yang dikontrol menggunakan Sollar Charger Control 48V/60A. Beban yang digunakan adalah pompa air DC 12 volt 22 Watt untuk sirkulasi air hidroponik. Untuk sistem monitoring sensor water level digunakan untuk monitoring ketinggian air kolam, untuk tanaman karbohidrat menggunakan sensor soil mosture yang berfungsi untuk memonitor kondisi kelembaban media tanam. Dari beberapa parameter yang di monitoring akan dikirimkan ke device monitor menggunakan jaringan transmisi LoRa dan dikirim ke smartphone melalui jaringan internet. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa teknologi LoRa memiliki kemampuan 22 kali lebih kuat dibanding teknologi Wifi dalam pengiriman data.

Abstract

Air merupakan sumber daya mineral yang penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dalam pemakaian air terkadang kita tidak memperhatikan jumlah air yang digunakan sehingga kita terlalu boros untuk memanfaatkannya. Dasar penelitian ini bertujuan memonitoring dan mengontrol pemakaian air, mendeteksi lokasi kebocoran dan menghitung biaya pemakaian air. Sensor water flow meter YF-B1 bisa bekerja dengan baik, hasil pengujian pembacaan sensor yang terbaca dan di kalibrasikan dengan gelas ukur mempunyai hasil yang tidak berbeda jauh. Sensor water flow meter YF-B1 memiliki akurasi akurasi rata-rata ± 91.00% dan error pembacaan ± 9%, sedangkan solenoid valve ZE-4F180 dapat bekerja dengan diameter kabel minimal 1 mm².

Abstract

Coffee shops have evolved beyond being mere places to enjoy coffee; they have become social hubs and spaces for work or relaxation in the modern era. To address the growing competition and constant market changes, coffee shops must develop strategies to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency. One such strategy is implementing a web-based sales and ordering information system. This study examines the relevance and necessity of adopting information systems in the coffee industry, focusing on small to medium-sized coffee shops, thus addressing a gap in the existing literature. The Waterfall methodology was employed in system development, encompassing requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. The requirement analysis phase identifies the system's functional and non-functional needs, while the design phase includes the creation of Use Case, Activity, Entity Relationship (ER) diagrams, and user interfaces. The system was implemented using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the front-end, with PHP and the Laravel Framework for the back-end. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS) to ensure optimal performance. The system achieved a SUS score of 75.7, indicating good usability and user acceptance.

Abstract

The number of investment instrument is often confusing for people who have minimal knowledge but still want to investing. Due to the many investments instrument offered, with the lack of public literacy in financial management, most people have a fear of missing out which case the phenomena of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out), the desire of people to get rich quick without thinking about the risk future which result in many fraudulent practices circulating in the community. This study aims to assist users in deciding the right investment instrument according to the user s risk profile. The decision support system in determining investment instrument with AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) Method is a method for problems in determining priorities from various alternative. AHP will make it easier to determine the right instrument.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, terutama dalam kontribusinya terhadap Gross Domestic Product (GDP) dan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Namun, keterbatasan akses terhadap pasar digital dan sistem pembayaran daring masih menjadi hambatan signifikan, yang diperburuk oleh kurangnya pengalaman pengguna (user experience/UX) yang optimal. Kontribusi penelitian adalah pengembangan aplikasi berbasis mobile marketplace yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Aplikasi dikembangkan dengan menggunakan Jetpack Compose untuk antarmuka, Midtrans sebagai sistem pembayaran dan Supabase sebagai backend. Pendekatan Agile diterapkan untuk menangkap kebutuhan pengguna secara iteratif, sedangkan pengujian fungsionalitas dilakukan melalui metode Black Box Testing yang menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur berjalan tanpa kesalahan (error 0%). Evaluasi usability menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) melibatkan 60 responden dan menghasilkan skor sebesar 75, yang mengindikasikan bahwa aplikasi ini memenuhi kebutuhan users.

Abstract

Creative industries in Indonesia are growing rapidly, including photography and videography services. The need for people to capture important moments drives the demand for these services. Agratha Studio, a production house in Surakarta, specializes in photography and videography. However, the ordering process is still done manually, which creates obstacles for customers and studios. This research aims to help Agratha Studio improve services to customers by designing a website-based videography service booking information system. The system is designed with features such as user login and registration, service data management, online ordering, and order management by the admin. This system implements priority scheduling algorithm. The priority scheduling algorithm is a priority-based scheduling algorithm where each scheduling process has a priority number. The development of a website-based videography service ordering information system can help Agratha Studio improve services to customers and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the ordering process.Regular monitoring of the information system is also conducted to ensure the fulfillment of the objectives underlying the development of this complaint reporting and information system.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the key determinants of customer retention in Islamic banking, with a specific focus on Bank NTB Syariah. Five critical factors are analyzed: trust, Islamic business ethics, relationship marketing, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Using a quantitative approach, the research applies Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) method to analyze survey data collected from 220 customers. The results indicate that trust, Islamic business ethics, and relationship marketing significantly and positively influence customer retention. Conversely, service quality and customer satisfaction were found to have no siginificant effect. These findings highlight that ethical compliance and strong relational ties are more influential than traditional service attributes in shaping customer loyalty within Islamic banking. The study contributes to the literature by integrating ethical and relational perspectives into models of customer retention and provides practical guidance for Islamic banks to strengthen customer loyalty through trust-building, adherence to Islamic ethics, and relationship marketing strategis.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong peningkatan kualitas layanan publik, termasuk dalam pengelolaan sistem antrean pada pelayanan administrasi kependudukan, khususnya di tingkat desa. Sistem antrean yang masih berjalan secara manual sering menghadapi permasalahan seperti ketidakpastian waktu tunggu dan kesalahan dalam pengolahan data. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem antrean berbasis web dengan menerapkan algoritma Shortest Job First (SJF) untuk menentukan urutan pemrosesan pengajuan surat berdasarkan estimasi waktu pengerjaan. Untuk menjaga keadilan antrean, diterapkan mekanisme aging agar permohonan yang telah menunggu lama memperoleh prioritas lebih tinggi. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan pendekatan Agile yang mendukung penyesuaian kebutuhan pengguna secara fleksibel dan memungkinkan proses pengembangan berkelanjutan melalui enam tahap: Requirement, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, dan Review. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Black-box testing untuk fungsionalitas sistem dan System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk menilai kemudahan penggunaan. Hasil pengujian Black-box testing menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur berfungsi dengan baik untuk tiga kategori pengguna: penduduk, administrator, dan kepala desa. Pengujian SUS menghasilkan skor 78,25, yang termasuk kategori Good dan Acceptable. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa metode dan algoritma yang digunakan berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan sistem antrean pelayanan administrasi kependudukan yang lebih efisien dan adaptif.
