Abstract

The aim of this community service is to increase knowledge and measure children's abilities in understanding Islamic teachings through literacy. The implementation of PkM is located in the Kamilah housing complex, inhabited by around 200 people, to be precise, the location is in Bojong Sari District, Depok City. This PkM activity is in the form of a competition which is attended by 50 children aged 5 to 10 years. The implementation method consists of 3 steps, the first is the preparation stage by collecting data on the number of participants and making an activity schedule. The second stage is the implementation where participants take part in the competition according to those selected based on previous filling in for willingness. Next, assess the work results of the participants based on the assessment criteria agreed upon by the committee team. The results obtained in this community service are that children are able to know the procedures and rules in Islamic religious teachings such as those related to adab, tajwid and lafaz and fhasahah. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan langsung informasi akuntansi dan overconfidence terhadap keputusan investasi saham, serta pengaruh keduanya terhadap literasi keuangan. Selain itu, penelitian ini meneliti peran literasi keuangan sebagai mediasi antara informasi akuntansi dan overconfidence terhadap keputusan investasi saham. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei untuk mengumpulkan data dari generasi milenial yang aktif di media sosial dan telah bertransaksi saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia lebih dari 3 bulan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner di Google Forms yang disebarkan via grup online di Telegram, WhatsApp, dan Instagram, menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria individu bukan badan usaha, lahir antara 1980-an dan 2000-an, aktif menggunakan media sosial, dan berinvestasi saham lebih dari 3 bulan. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS) untuk menguji hubungan variabel independen dan dependen serta menjelaskan hubungan teoretis di antara keduanya. Berdasarkan analisis, informasi akuntansi meningkatkan rasionalitas keputusan investasi saham pada investor milenial. Overconfidence mempengaruhi keputusan investasi, di mana investor yang lebih rasional memiliki kepercayaan diri lebih rendah. Informasi akuntansi tidak mempengaruhi literasi keuangan, namun overconfidence berpengaruh positif terhadap literasi keuangan. Literasi keuangan meningkatkan rasionalitas keputusan investasi, dan overconfidence memengaruhi keputusan investasi secara tidak langsung melalui literasi keuangan, tetapi literasi keuangan tidak memediasi pengaruh informasi akuntansi terhadap keputusan investasi.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of nonverbal communication in interpersonal relationships, with a focus on gestures, postures, and proxemics (physical distance between individuals). Nonverbal communication, which includes body movements, body language, as well as the use of personal space, has a significant impact on the understanding and dynamics of relationships between individuals. The study uses observation and in-depth interview methods to identify patterns of nonverbal communication in daily interactions. The results showed that gestures, postures, and proxemics can affect the way people respond to and understand each other, thereby strengthening or weakening interpersonal relationships. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the importance of nonverbal elements in building effective and harmonious communication in various social contexts.

Prevalent execution and economical trade can be realized in case vital endeavors are made. Denpasar City is one of the cities within the territory of Bali with an expansive number of MSMEs that have awesome openings to move forward the economy in Denpasar City. Abstract

Income inequality is an important issue in the economy and public policy. Some studies suggest that income inequality can hinder economic growth, while others suggest that inequality can drive growth. This meta-analysis aims to systematically review the relationship between income inequality and economic growth. This study analyzed 13 studies published in 2022-2024. The data collection technique in this study is through direct observation through a journal database. The data analysis in this study is a quantitative analysis with the help of the CMA application. The results of this study concluded that there was a significant relationship between income inequality and economic growth with a value (rRE= 0.712) in the medium effect size category. This relationship is stronger in low- and middle-income countries compared to high-income countries. These findings suggest that income inequality can hinder economic growth in developing countries

Abstract

This research aims to determine and prove the influence of organizational climate on employee performance. The research was carried out quantitatively, namely using survey methods with specially integrated statistical analysis methods. The questionnaire was a data collection instrument and distributed online via Google Form with a sample size of 211 respondents. The research results obtained are that organizational climate has a significant influence on employee performance. Perceived work stress has a significant influence on employee performance. Organizational climate has a significant influence on perceived work stress and organizational climate has a significant influence on Employee Performance through the mediation of Perceived Work Stress. In an effort to maintain employee performance, we provide space for employees to be able to take certain initiatives in their work as long as their implementation is monitored and in accordance with standard work procedures. Leaders can support and monitor initiatives on a results-oriented basis. support from leaders and policies within the company so that all employees can manage expectations and make these expectations a reality in line with company goals and provide challenging tasks so that employees give their best effort in achieving the assigned tasks.

Abstract

Background: Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya tingkat literasi dan numerasi siswa di Yayasan Sevilla Madani. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa melalui pemanfaatan limbah kertas sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif. Metode: Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Yayasan Sevilla Madani Pamulang Barat Kota Tangerang Selatan dengan melibatkan 53 siswa didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif, di mana siswa dilibatkan secara aktif dalam proses belajar melalui media interaktif yang dibuat dari kertas bekas dan kardus, serta observasi dan wawancara untuk pengumpulan data. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa yakni literasi meningkat dari 65% menjadi 80%, dan numerasi meningkat dari 60% menjadi 75%, meskipun peningkatan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi belum signifikan. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan minat belajar siswa, namun diperlukan metode tambahan untuk mencapai peningkatan yang lebih signifikan dalam kemampuan literasi dan numerasi.

Abstract

The growing emphasis on environmental sustainability has driven the growth of green bonds as an important instrument in sustainable financing. This study conducted a comprehensive meta-analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of green bonds in supporting sustainable financing in various sectors and regions. By analyzing 20 peer-reviewed articles and empirical studies published between 2020 and 2024, the study synthesized quantitative findings to examine the influence between green bonds and key indicators of sustainable finance, including environmental impact, investor confidence, and financial performance. Data analysis with the help of JASP. The results show that green bonds significantly contribute to reducing carbon emissions and encouraging renewable energy projects, as well as attracting investors who care about the environment with a value (g = 0.937; p < 0.05). However, the analysis also reveals regional disparities in adoption and effectiveness, which are influenced by regulatory frameworks, market maturity, and institutional support. In addition, the study highlights challenges such as greenwashing and inconsistent reporting standards, which can reduce the credibility of green bonds.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, komitmen organisasi, dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan penempatan pegawai sebagai variabel intervening pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Utama Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Utama Makassar, Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut, Kementerian Perhubungan, yang berjumlah 288 pegawai. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 150 responden dipilih menggunakan rumus Hair et al. (2018). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner online dengan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, komitmen organisasi, budaya kerja, dan penempatan pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara langsung maupun melalui penempatan pegawai sebagai variabel intervening. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa organisasi perlu memperhatikan berbagai faktor dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, tidak hanya fokus pada satu aspek saja, untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan mencapai tujuan organisasi secara efektif.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku usaha UMKM ikan asap melalui kegiatan pelatihan pengemasan dan strategi pemasaran ikan asap tuna pada UMKM Ikan Asap. Progam PkM dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yang memiliki kesulitan pada proses pengemasan yang dapat tahan lama serta terkendala strategi pemasaran, dimana pelaku UMKM hanya mampu menjual produknya dalam skala lokal. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Bontotiro Kabupaten Bulukumba pada Bulan Juni Tahun 2024, Mitra kegiatan ini adalah Poklahsar Binaan Dinas Perikanan dan Kecamatan Bontotiro Kabupaten Bulukumba dengan sararan yaitu masyarakat pelaku usaha ikan asap. Pelaksanakan kegiatan dilakukan melalui pemberikan materi dengan metode seminar, ceramah, dan pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menyimpulkan bahwa kegiatan PKM ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan pelaku usaha ikan asap dalam melakukan pengemasan serta pemasaran terhadap produk ikan asap tuna. Tingkat kepuasan dan pemahaman terkait materi edukasi produk perikanan dalam kemasan sebesar 87,5%, tingkat kepuasan dan pemahaman terkait materi digital marketing sebesar 90%, tingkat kepuasan dan pemahaman terkait materi praktek kemasan yang baik sebesar 85%, tingkat kepuasan terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatansebesar 92,5%, dan tingkat kepuasan terhadap sarana dan fasilitas pelaksanaan kegiatan sebesar 92,5%.
