Abstract

Kepemimpinan yang efektif pada manajer tingkat menengah memiliki peran strategis dalam menjaga kinerja organisasi, khususnya di industri perbankan yang ditandai oleh dinamika regulasi, tuntutan pelayanan tinggi, dan tekanan target kinerja. Salah satu faktor individual yang diduga berkontribusi terhadap efektivitas kepemimpinan adalah kecerdasan emosional, yang mencakup kemampuan mengenali, mengelola, dan memanfaatkan emosi diri maupun orang lain secara konstruktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kepemimpinan efektif pada manajer tingkat menengah di industri perbankan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap manajer tingkat menengah pada beberapa lembaga perbankan. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner terstruktur yang mengukur dimensi kecerdasan emosional dan indikator kepemimpinan efektif. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan analisis korelasi untuk menguji kekuatan dan arah hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kepemimpinan efektif, yang mengindikasikan bahwa manajer dengan tingkat kecerdasan emosional yang lebih tinggi cenderung menunjukkan perilaku kepemimpinan yang lebih efektif, khususnya dalam pengambilan keputusan, komunikasi interpersonal, dan pengelolaan tim. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan kecerdasan emosional sebagai bagian dari strategi peningkatan kualitas kepemimpinan di industri perbankan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoretis bagi pengembangan kajian kepemimpinan serta menjadi dasar praktis bagi organisasi perbankan dalam merancang program pengembangan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

This study examines the development and implementation of Islamic financial institutions based on Al-Qardul Hasan, specifically through the Bankziska model, in the context of empowering micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The phenomenon underlying this research is the high dependence of MSMEs on loan sharks who provide high-interest loans, especially in traditional markets, rural areas, and poor urban areas. In addition, the difficulty of accessing finance from conventional and Islamic banks further exacerbates the economic conditions of MSMEs. The Bankziska concept offers an alternative solution by providing loans without interest, without administrative fees, without fines, and collateral. Bankziska utilizes zakat, infaq, shodaqoh, and other social and religious funds to support MSMEs. The main objective of this concept is to realize a prosperous and just society (Baldatun thayyibatun wa rabbun ghafur). The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The research results indicate that the Bankziska concept can serve as an alternative model for empowering MSMEs based on Sharia principles, reducing dependence on loan sharks, and increasing financial access for MSMEs. Implications of this research include the development of a more inclusive and sustainable Sharia financial business model.

Abstract

In an increasingly knowledge-driven and uncertain business environment, organizations are required to continuously learn and make high-quality decisions to sustain competitiveness and long-term performance. This study investigates the role of knowledge management capabilities in enhancing organizational learning and decision-making quality, with organizational learning positioned as a mediating mechanism. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected through a cross-sectional survey of employees working in knowledge-intensive organizations. The proposed research model was tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that knowledge management capabilities have a significant positive effect on organizational learning and decision-making quality. Furthermore, organizational learning significantly enhances decision-making quality and partially mediates the relationship between knowledge management capabilities and decision-making quality. These findings highlight that effective knowledge management not only provides direct informational support for decision making but also strengthens organizational learning processes that transform knowledge into improved decision outcomes. This study contributes to the knowledge-based view and organizational learning literature by offering an integrated framework that explains how knowledge management capabilities create value through learning and decision-making quality. From a practical perspective, the results suggest that organizations should strategically invest in both knowledge management systems and learning-oriented cultures to enhance decision effectiveness in dynamic environments.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the impact of LPG on the performance of a 100 cc 4-stroke motorcycle running on pertalite, including torque, engine power, exhaust emissions, and fuel consumption. This quantitative research uses the true experiment method with descriptive analysis to systematically present the test results. The study shows that the torque produced by LPG is 6.49 Nm at 5000 RPM, which is lower than the torque produced by pertalite, which is 7.27 Nm at the same RPM. The engine power generated by LPG is also lower at 5.06 Hp at 7000 RPM, while the engine power on pertalite is higher at 6.13 Hp at the same RPM. In terms of exhaust emissions, LPG is proven to be more environmentally friendly compared to pertalite. LPG exhaust emissions are lower in all components, such as CO, O2, CO2, HC, Lambda, and AFR. Furthermore, LPG is more efficient in fuel consumption, with efficiency reaching 27.99% to 49.98% better than pertalite. Overall, pertalite is superior in terms of torque and engine power, while LPG is better in terms of exhaust emissions and fuel consumption efficiency.

Abstract

Organizational change has become an unavoidable necessity for the rice milling industry as it responds to technological advancement, market competition, and increasing demands for efficiency and quality. In this context, leadership that emphasizes learning, capacity building, and adaptive behavior plays a strategic role in guiding organizational transformation. This study aims to examine educational leadership models and their contribution to supporting effective change management within the rice milling industry. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach through case studies involving rice milling enterprises undergoing organizational change. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis, and were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify leadership practices, change strategies, and their impacts on organizational performance. The findings indicate that educational leadership characterized by participatory decision-making, continuous learning, and empowerment of human resources significantly facilitates the change management process. Leaders who function as educators are able to enhance employee readiness, reduce resistance to change, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. This study concludes that the integration of educational leadership principles into organizational change management contributes to sustainable organizational development in the rice milling industry. The results are expected to provide theoretical contributions to leadership and change management studies, as well as practical implications for industry leaders facing similar transformation challenges.

Abstract

Penguatan kapasitas kepemimpinan masyarakat desa menjadi aspek strategis dalam mendorong kemandirian dan keberlanjutan pembangunan lokal, khususnya dalam konteks pengembangan kewirausahaan berbasis potensi desa. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kepemimpinan berbasis komunitas melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan yang terstruktur dan partisipatif bagi masyarakat desa. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang meliputi tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, perancangan materi pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan kewirausahaan, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi program. Materi pelatihan difokuskan pada penguatan jiwa kepemimpinan, pengelolaan usaha sederhana, pengambilan keputusan kolektif, serta peningkatan kapasitas kerja sama dalam komunitas. Metode pelaksanaan mengombinasikan ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, studi kasus, dan praktik langsung yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat desa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep kepemimpinan komunitas dan kewirausahaan, peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam menginisiasi dan mengelola usaha, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran kolektif akan pentingnya kolaborasi dalam pengembangan ekonomi desa. Selain itu, kegiatan ini mendorong terbentuknya embrio kelompok usaha berbasis komunitas yang berorientasi pada pemanfaatan potensi lokal. Secara keseluruhan, program pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam memperkuat peran kepemimpinan masyarakat desa sebagai agen perubahan melalui pendekatan kewirausahaan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Return on Assets, Current Ratio, dan Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) terhadap harga saham perusahaan konstruksi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2020–2024. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sampel 9 perusahaan yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan berupa laporan keuangan tahunan dan harga saham penutupan akhir tahun. Teknik analisis meliputi uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ROA tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan CR dan DAR berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, review pelanggan, harga dan label halal terhadap keputusan pembelian make up Viva Cosmetic di Shopee dengan studi pada konsumen pensil alis Viva di wilayah Jati Jakarta Timur yang mengalami kesulitan dalam bersaing di pasar kecantikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan objek populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli produk pensil alis viva yang berada di daerah Kecamatan Kramat Jati Jakarta Timur. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 150 responden dengan metode pengumpulan data adalah metode survey dan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan analisis data yang digunakan di penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis menggunakan software Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan review pelanggan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara harga dan label halal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Dari hasil penelitian ini, penulis menyarankan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk, memperbaiki sistem review pelanggan, meninjau ulang strategi harga agar lebih kompetitif, serta memperjelas informasi dan jangkauan media komunikasi tentang sertifikat halal untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the increasing intensity of competition among manufacturers offering similar products, which has heightened the need to re-examine the determinants of customer satisfaction. In a highly competitive market environment, rising consumer demand requires firms to continuously enhance their value propositions. Accordingly, this research aims to assess the level of customer satisfaction with Sedayu Candu coffee products and to analyze the influence of product innovation, price, and customer experience on customer satisfaction. A quantitative research design was employed, with data analyzed using statistical techniques to test the proposed relationships. The findings indicate that product innovation, pricing, and customer experience have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. These results highlight the importance of strategic product development, competitive pricing, and the creation of positive customer experiences in sustaining customer satisfaction within the coffee industry. Abstract

Marketing management is the science of selecting target maerkets and achieving, and retaining them by creating and delivering superior customer value, thereby crating satisfaction. The purpoe of this study is to determine the effect of price, design, and location on consumer purchasing decisions for housing products in Dwija Regency Jalan Ir. H. Juanda Ponorogo. The sample is a consumer in the Dwija Regency Ponorogo housing estate who has purchased or who has occupied housing using the saturated sample technique and a sample of 55 respondents. The analysis used in this study uses multiple linier regression analysis using the SPSS 22 progam. This study resulted in a partial test (t) for odel 1 as follows: price (X1) = 0.020, design (X2) = 0.014 and location (X3) = 0.024.
