Abstract

Stroke is a leading cause of death in Indonesia and the world.  Indonesian migrant workers (TKI) in Malaysia, also face high risks due to unhealthy lifestyles, chronic stress, and limited healthcare access.  This community service program addresses these challenges by empowering TKI through Personal Social Responsibility (PSR), fostering cooperation (gotong royong) to enhance collective well-being. The program focuses on improving health literacy through tailored stroke prevention education and enabling the community to take ownership of health initiatives via strategic communication and peer-led actions. Activities include interactive workshops, health ambassador training, development of culturally sensitive educational materials, health screenings, and peer support networks. These initiatives equip participants with essential knowledge, encourage proactive health behaviors, and promote sustainable stroke prevention strategies. The program has successfully improved health literacy among 80% of participants and trained 24 health ambassadors who actively disseminate information and advocate for healthier lifestyles. These measurable outcomes align with the program’s objectives of fostering a resilient and health-conscious community. By integrating PSR principles, this initiative strengthens the resilience of the TKI community, fostering a culture of shared responsibility in stroke prevention and overall health improvement.ABSTRAKStroke merupakan penyebab kematian utama di Indonesia dan dunia.

Abstract

High employee turnover intention can be detrimental to the company because it results in wasted recruitment and training costs. One of the factors that influence turnover intention is salary satisfaction, workload, and work motivation. This study aims to determine and explain the effect of salary satisfaction, workload, and work motivation on the turnover intention of production employees at PR Alfi Putra Trenggalek. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 407 production employees and a sample of 80 respondents taken using a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS) software version 4.0.9.6. The results showed that salary satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention (p <0.05), workload had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention (p <0.05), and work motivation had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention (p <0.05). In other words, the higher the salary satisfaction and work motivation, the lower the employee turnover intention, while a high workload actually increases turnover intention. Based on the interview results, it is known that dissatisfaction with salary is caused by an uncertain payment system because it uses a piecework system. The conclusion of this study is that companies need to evaluate the salary system and workload management to reduce turnover intention and increase employee retention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, leadership training, and sharia work environment on employee performance at the Pacitan Branch Post Office. In the world of work, factors such as motivation, training quality, and a supportive environment play a very important role in improving employee performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey as a data collection technique. The respondents in this study were employees at the Pacitan Branch Post Office totaling 41 people. The data obtained was analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to determine the influence of each independent variable on employee performance. The results of the study show that work motivation, leadership training, and sharia work environment simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. Partially, work motivation and leadership training have a significant influence on performance improvement, while the sharia work environment, although it has a positive effect, is not significant. This research implies that companies need to focus more on developing work motivation and leadership training programs to improve employee performance, as well as create a more supportive work environment in accordance with sharia principles.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated the adoption of technology in various sectors, one of which is the healthcare industry. Telemedicine users increased during the Covid-19 pandemic, but only 10% of Indonesia's population. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the intention to use telemedicine. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a voluntary sampling technique. Data analysis applied Structural Equation Modeling using LISREL version 8.8. Data were obtained from 225 respondents in Greater Jakarta and Greater Bandung from January to March 2022, but only 192 were included in the analysis. The results showed that the intention to use telemedicine was directly influenced by attitude (A) and indirectly influenced by interrelated variables such as trust (T), perceived ease of use (PEU), perceived usefulness (PU), information quality (IQ), service quality (SrQ), and system quality (SQ). Implications that telemedicine service providers can apply to increase the use of telemedicine are to create the best experience, user friendly, provide complete information, and increase the reliability of information systems.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the efficiency value of the Ministry of PUPR's infrastructure development in each province in the 2020-2022 period and examine the influence of the determinants of efficiency through fiscal capacity, population, and area. The data used in this study uses secondary data, namely expenditure realization data in the PUPR Ministry's financial reports, Minister of Finance Regulations regarding regional fiscal capacity, and data on population and area according to the Central Bureau of Statistics. This study uses two stages of analysis; the first is to measure technical efficiency with the DEA approach through the assumption of input-oriented VRS (Variable Return to Scale), and the second is to analyze the determinants using the Tobit regression model. The study results show that the average infrastructure development efficiency score decreased over 2020-2022. Other results find that fiscal capacity has an effect on increasing the efficiency of infrastructure development, and population size and area have an effect on reducing the efficiency of infrastructure development.
