Abstract

This article analysis the concept of leadership in Islam and examines the profile, gait, and The values ​​of Islamic leadership are reflected in two central figures of Islam eform in Indonesia, namely K.H. Ahmad Dahlan and K.H. Wahid Hasyim. K.H. Ahmad Dahlan, the founder of Muhammadiyah, was known for his reformist vision in education and social religion, emphasizing the integration of religion and general scienceas well as social concerns. Meanwhile, K.H. Wahid Hasyim, the son of the founder of Nahdlatul Ulama, played a significant role in the modernization of Islamic education and its integration into the national education system, with a moderate and nation alist approach in the political arena. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method to analyze textual data from the given sources. The results show that Islamic leadership not only adheres to prophetic values ​​such as siddiq, tabligh,amanah, and fathanah, but also demands adaptability to the challenges of the times. The comparison of these two figures shows differences in the focus of contributions, where K.H. Ahmad Dahlan focused more on internal reform of the ummah and educational institutions, while K.H. Wahid Hasyim was more active in the realm of politics and integration of Islamic education in the context of a plural state. Nevertheless, both have a common thread in caring for the progress of the ummah through education, moderation, and national vision.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) over the past decade has driven significant transformations in educational practices, particularly through the implementation of personalized learning. This article aims to comprehensively examine the utilization of AI in supporting adaptive, learner-centered personalized learning and to identify the opportunities and challenges associated with its implementation. This study adopts a literature review approach by analyzing relevant peer-reviewed journal articles retrieved from Google Scholar published between 2015 and 2025. The findings indicate that the application of Intelligent Tutoring Systems, Adaptive Learning Management Systems, and Generative AI enables the dynamic adaptation of learning content, pacing, and learning pathways based on individual learner profiles, thereby enhancing learner engagement, learning efficiency, and academic achievement. Furthermore, the role of educators is shifting from content delivery toward facilitation and mentoring of the learning process. Nevertheless, the integration of AI in education also presents critical challenges, including data privacy concerns, algorithmic bias, AI hallucinations, and the risk of depersonalization in learning environments. This article underscores the importance of adopting a human-centered and ethical approach to AI integration to ensure that personalized learning is implemented effectively, equitably, and sustainably.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has driven an increasing need for the development of learning media that is effective, adaptive, and capable of accommodating the characteristics and needs of learners. One widely used approach in technology-based learning media development is the ASSURE model, which emphasizes systematic instructional planning, analysis of learner characteristics, selection and utilization of media, active learner engagement, as well as evaluation and revision of instruction. This study aims to comprehensively examine the development of learning media using the ASSURE model through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The SLR process was conducted following the guidelines of Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) by searching the literature in Google Scholar. The selection stages included identification, screening, and inclusion of articles based on specific criteria, resulting in 13 journal articles that met the eligibility requirements. Data analysis was conducted descriptively to systematically review the types of learning media developed, the research methods employed, and the effectiveness of the media in supporting student learning outcomes. The findings indicate that e-modules and videos are the most frequently produced types of learning media, while Research and Development (R&D) dominates the research methods used, accounting for 92% of the studies. Moreover, among all analyzed media, 54% have been tested for effectiveness and were proven effective in enhancing learning outcomes, motivation, and learner engagement. These results affirm that the ASSURE model has strong potential as a framework for designing systematic, learner-centered, and effective learning media.

Abstract

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a strategic higher education policy aimed at providing formal recognition of learning outcomes acquired through formal, non-formal, and informal education, and/or work experience. The complexity of RPL regulations and procedures, as stipulated in the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education Number 112/B/KPT/2025, requires effective and easily comprehensible policy dissemination strategies for higher education institutions. In practice, RPL technical guidance programs organized by the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs are still predominantly reliant on PowerPoint as the primary medium for delivering instructional materials. This conceptual article aims to analyze the use of PowerPoint as a learning resource in RPL technical guidance for higher education institutions and to examine its reinforcement from the perspectives of educational technology, media and learning resource management, and andragogy. The study employs a conceptual analysis of RPL technical guidance practices conducted during the period 2023–2025. The findings indicate that PowerPoint is effective as a medium for presenting policy-related content; however, it needs to be supported by adult learning design and more systematic learning resource management in order to function optimally as a policy learning resource. This article recommends strengthening the role of PowerPoint through educational technology approaches and andragogical principles to enhance participants’ understanding and learning autonomy in RPL technical guidance programs. ABSTRAK Rekognisi Pembelajaran Lampau (RPL) merupakan kebijakan strategis pendidikan tinggi yang bertujuan memberikan pengakuan atas capaian pembelajaran yang diperoleh melalui pendidikan formal, nonformal, informal, dan/atau pengalaman kerja. Kompleksitas regulasi dan prosedur RPL, sebagaimana diatur dalam Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi Nomor 112/B/KPT/2025, menuntut strategi diseminasi kebijakan yang efektif dan mudah dipahami oleh perguruan tinggi. Dalam praktiknya, bimbingan teknis (bimtek) RPL yang diselenggarakan oleh Direktorat Pembelajaran dan Kemahasiswaan masih didominasi penggunaan media PowerPoint sebagai sarana utama penyampaian materi. Artikel konseptual ini bertujuan menganalisis penggunaan media PowerPoint sebagai sumber belajar dalam bimtek RPL bagi perguruan tinggi serta mengkaji penguatannya dari perspektif teknologi pendidikan, media dan pengelolaan sumber belajar, serta andragogi. Kajian dilakukan melalui analisis konseptual terhadap praktik bimtek RPL selama periode 2023–2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa PowerPoint efektif sebagai media presentasi kebijakan, namun perlu didukung oleh desain pembelajaran orang dewasa dan pengelolaan sumber belajar yang lebih sistematis agar berfungsi optimal sebagai sumber belajar kebijakan. Artikel ini merekomendasikan penguatan peran PowerPoint melalui pendekatan teknologi pendidikan dan prinsip andragogi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemandirian belajar peserta bimtek RPL.

Abstract

Keterbatasan ketersediaan infrastruktur gawai dan komputer masih menjadi tantangan dalam implementasi pembelajaran koding dan kecerdasan artifisial (KA) di sekolah dasar dan menengah pertama. Ketergantungan berlebihan pada perangkat digital berpotensi memperlebar kesenjangan akses serta mengaburkan esensi berpikir komputasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan menelaah secara mendalam literatur terkait pembelajaran koding dan KA berbasis luring atau tanpa gawai (unplugged learning) pada jenjang pendidikan dasar dan menengah pertama. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review terhadap berbagai artikel jurnal ilmiah bereputasi yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2021 hingga 2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran unplugged efektif secara signifikan dalam mengembangkan berpikir komputasional, pemahaman algoritmik, dan pemecahan masalah siswa pada tahap pengenalan konsep dasar. Meskipun demikian, pendekatan ini memiliki keterbatasan teknis dalam merepresentasikan konsep KA tingkat lanjut. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran koding dan KA tanpa gawai merupakan strategi pedagogis inklusif, adaptif, dan kontekstual, serta layak dijadikan fondasi awal menuju pembelajaran berbasis teknologi digital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the utilization of HTML5-based interactive multimedia in the form of Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) on learning implementation satisfaction and learners’ understanding in the E-Learning Manajemen Pembelajaran at the Financial Education and Training Agency (BPPK). The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach supported by descriptive quantitative data. Data were collected through observations of the ongoing online learning implementation, participant satisfaction evaluations using a 1–5 Likert scale, and final quiz results as a summative test to measure learners’ understanding. The object of this study was HTML5-based interactive multimedia integrated into a Learning Management System (LMS) and accessed asynchronously by the training participants. The results indicate that participants’ satisfaction with the learning implementation was in the very good category, with perceived performance exceeding expectations. In terms of understanding, all participants were declared to have passed, as indicated by scores above the passing grade in the summative test. These findings suggest that the utilization of HTML5-based interactive multimedia packaged in SCORM format is able to provide a satisfying learning experience and effectively support learners’ understanding in e-learning, making it relevant for further development and implementation in online training programs within government institutions.

Abstract

The transformation of waste management in Indonesia requires substantial changes in public behavior, particularly in the practice of waste sorting at the source, which remains limited. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the effectiveness of various waste-sorting training models and to identify the key factors influencing their success in shaping public mindset and behavior. The research employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by examining six indexed scientific articles published between 2022 and 2025 that focus on awareness-building and basic educational interventions in school and residential settings. The synthesis of findings indicates that the effectiveness of training programs does not operate in isolation but is simultaneously influenced by three main factors: (1) technical factors, including the availability of supporting infrastructure such as segregated waste bins; (2) cognitive factors related to participants’ understanding, facilitated through instructional methods, visual demonstrations, and interactive simulations; and (3) policy-related factors involving the implementation of regulations and the role of social role models. The results reveal that while waste-sorting training programs are highly effective in improving knowledge among students and community members, a gap remains in translating knowledge into consistent behavioral change. This gap highlights the need for continuous mentoring supported by adequate infrastructure to sustain behavioral consistency. Overall, the study indicates that maximum cognitive effectiveness is achieved through the integration of interactive educational methods, complemented by sufficient physical facilities and reinforced through continuous assistance or binding regulatory strategies that incorporate elements of positive enforcement to maintain long-term behavioral change.

Abstract

Dunia kependidikan terkait dengan arah perkembangan masyarakat yang ditentukan oleh kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Perencanaan diperlukan bagi manusia untuk mencapai tujuan hidup mereka. Karena perencanaan adalah bagian penting dari kesuksesan, para manajer dan pemangku kepentingan pendidikan sangat memperhatikan tahap awal. Kesalahan dalam perencanaan pendidikan dapat membahayakan keberlangsungan pendidikan. Salah satu tugas utama manajer adalah perencanaan. Akibatnya, berbagai elemen perencanaan harus dipahami sebelum kegiatan dilakukan. Hal ini karena perencanaan menentukan ke mana organisasi akan bergerak. Dunia pendidikan terkait dengan perencanaan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Kehidupan membutuhkan manusia perencanaan untuk mencapai tujuan. Karena perencanaan adalah bagian penting dari kesuksesan, para manajer dan pemangku kepentingan pendidikan sangat memperhatikan tahap awal. Pendidikan berfungsi sebagai dasar implementasi kegiatan daripada pendidikan dengan memandang ke masa depan untuk memajukan pendidikan dengan lebih efisien dan efektif sesuai dengan keperluan masyarakat untuk meraih tujuan pengingkatan pendidikan dan untuk mencapai sasaran daripada pendidikan.

Abstract

Listening is a fundamental language skill essential for effective comprehension and communication, and it must be mastered by students to support overall language learning. In the digital era, technology-based adaptive learning has emerged as an innovative approach capable of addressing individual learning needs in a more personalized manner. This article aims to theoretically and conceptually examine how the integration of technology into adaptive learning can enhance students’ listening skills. The method employed is a literature review with critical analysis of books, national and international journals, and other relevant sources. The findings indicate that the use of technologies such as adaptive learning applications, interactive media, and artificial intelligence has a significant impact on improving listening competence by tailoring instruction to students' individual learning styles, pace, and needs. These findings affirm that technology-based personalized learning not only increases student engagement but also strengthens the overall effectiveness of the listening instruction process. The implications of this review encourage the development of technology-oriented learning strategies aimed at reinforcing language skills, particularly listening within formal educational settings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam konsep dan implementasi e-modul dalam mendukung transformasi pembelajaran di era digital ditinjau dari perspektif teknologi pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka terhadap jurnal nasional dan internasional lima tahun terakhir serta buku rujukan utama yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul memiliki potensi strategis sebagai media pembelajaran digital yang mampu meningkatkan pemahaman konsep, motivasi, kemandirian belajar, serta keterlibatan peserta didik melalui integrasi elemen multimedia dan fitur interaktif. Namun demikian, efektivitas implementasi e-modul masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan kompetensi pendidik dalam desain pembelajaran digital, rendahnya literasi digital peserta didik, serta ketimpangan infrastruktur teknologi. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan e-modul perlu dilakukan secara sistematis dengan memperhatikan prinsip teknologi pendidikan, peningkatan kompetensi pendidik, serta dukungan kebijakan dan infrastruktur agar transformasi pembelajaran berbasis digital dapat berjalan optimal.
