Abstract

Sebagian lembaga pendidikan Al-Qur’an di daerah homogen masih berfokus pada aspek kognitif (membaca dan menghafal), sementara aspek sosial dan dakwah moderat seringkali belum menjadi perhatian utama. Hal ini menyebabkan potensi besar LPQ dalam membangun harmoni sosial belum sepenuhnya tereksplorasi. Dalam konteks ini, diperlukan upaya penguatan manajemen lembaga pendidikan Al-Qur’an yang berorientasi pada nilai-nilai dakwah Islam rahmatan lil ‘alamin. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) berupa Workshop Manajemen Lembaga Pendidikan Al-Qur’an Berbasis Multikultural di Yayasan Nurul Muwahhid Bali. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian yakni dengan 3 (tiga) tahapan yakni tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen lembaga pendidikan Al-Qur’an di Yayasan Nurul Muwahhid Bali berhasil mengintegrasikan ukhuwah Islamiyah, ukhuwah wathaniyah, dan ukhuwah insaniyah secara seimbang dalam tata kelola kelembagaan. Integrasi nilai-nilai tersebut menjadikan lembaga tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pusat pembelajaran Al-Qur’an, tetapi juga sebagai agen pemelihara kerukunan dan moderasi beragama.

Abstract

Pelatihan Internet of Things (IoT) berbasis Node-RED dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru SMK Negeri 5 Banjarmasin dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi digital ke dalam pembelajaran vokasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pemberian materi, praktik langsung, dan diskusi interaktif, mencakup dasar-dasar IoT, konfigurasi perangkat keras, serta pembuatan alur kerja (flow) pada Node-RED. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 86% peserta menilai topik pelatihan sangat relevan, 73% menilai penyampaian materi sangat jelas, dan 95% menyatakan media pelatihan sangat mendukung. Sebanyak 36% peserta merasa sangat memahami Node-RED, 64% cukup memahami, dan 55% berencana langsung menerapkannya di kelas. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta motivasi peserta dalam merancang aplikasi IoT sederhana dan relevan dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran, sekaligus mendorong integrasi IoT dalam proses pembelajaran vokasi secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Efficient and effective administrative management is an important aspect in supporting educational activities in schools. One aspect that is often overlooked is library management and infrastructure, which play a major role in creating a conducive learning environment. Therefore, this community service aims to provide administrative assistance at SMA Negeri 1 Dramaga, focusing on library management, administration, and infrastructure. The problems faced by SMA Negeri 1 Dramaga are challenges in administrative management, particularly in library management and infrastructure, which have not been optimized. This has resulted in a lack of efficiency and effectiveness in supporting learning activities at the school. The method used in this community service activity was assistance in the form of direct support in administrative and management services at the school to make them more effective, particularly in library management and infrastructure. This activity was carried out in collaboration with school staff, particularly administrative staff, librarians, and the infrastructure department. The results of this community service program have succeeded in improving administrative services at SMA Negeri 1 Dramaga, particularly in library management and infrastructure. Librarians and school administrative staff are now able to implement more structured and efficient management. Additionally, evaluations show significant improvements in administrative management, which have a positive impact on learning activities at the school.

Abstract

Community-based nature tourism development is a strategic approach to fostering social and economic progress in rural areas. This study analyzes the development challenges of Jantur Mapan Waterfall tourism in Linggang Mapan Village, West Kutai Regency, and examines the roles of stakeholders involved. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed through descriptive qualitative techniques. The findings reveal that although local communities participate in tourism management and activities, the implementation remains suboptimal. Key constraints include limited facilities and infrastructure, the absence of a systematic development plan, low human resource capacity, and weak stakeholder coordination. From Talcott Parsons’ Structural Functional Theory (AGIL) perspective, the functions of adaptation, goal attainment, and integration are not yet balanced, despite the persistence of mutual cooperation values, service orientation, and commitment to sustainability. The study concludes that stronger synergy among the village government, tourism managers, local communities, and regional authorities is essential through structured planning, capacity building, and institutional strengthening to achieve sustainable tourism development and enhance local welfare.

Abstract

Communication errors often hinder relationship building, including in Pesantren (Islamic Boarding School). With various problems faced today, such as radicalism, violence, and sexual abuse, Islamic traditions need to be strengthened. The purpose of the research is to re-read the tradition (habitus) of Pesantren in Nurul Hakim Kediri and Hikmatusysyarief NWDI Narmada through the actualization of empathetic, persuasive, and communication ethics. This study uses qualitative-phenomenological methods through in-depth interview, observation, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with teachers, cottage caregivers, and several students. The limitation of observation carried out is the behavior, communication traditions of students, as well as the documents obtained from the pesantren. The results of the study show that the habitus of Pesantren today can be seen from the dynamics of adaptive attitudes towards modernization, applicable Pesantren regulations, and Pesantren habitus formed in the environment of the boarding school and madrasah. Prophetic communication in Pesantren is built through, first, empathetic communication, which is building emotional and affirmative relationships. Second, persuasive communication as an effort to influence mindsets and behaviors in learning and socializing.
