Abstract

Dalam artikel ini, menekankan tentang bagaimana pendidikan non-formal sangat penting untuk meningkatkan keterampilan literasi di seluruh dunia di komunitas Ikatan Keluarga Madura (IKMA) di Malaysia. Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur (SIKL) memiliki kurikulum formal yang terbatas. Ini menghalangi siswa untuk memperoleh keterampilan literasi digital dan global yang penting. Tujuan program pengabdian masyarakat dari FEB Universitas Negeri Malang adalah untuk membantu orang tua di IKMA memahami dan menerapkan literasi global melalui diskusi kelompok (FGD) dan bimbingan. Sosialisasi, diskusi kelompok, dan pelatihan yang disesuaikan dengan komunitas adalah beberapa pendekatan yang digunakan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan dan FGD dapat meningkatkan pemahaman orang tua tentang pentingnya literasi global. Mereka juga dapat membentuk kelompok pengabdian yang akan melanjutkan program ini di komunitas IKMA. Selain itu, dengan mendorong akses ke pendidikan berkualitas tinggi dan membangun kemitraan antar-lembaga, program ini mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 4 dan 17. Kedepanya sebaiknya model serupa untuk diterapkan pada komunitas diaspora lainnya yang menghadapi kesulitan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan literasi mereka di seluruh dunia.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital pemuda di Desa Kebobang, Kabupaten Malang, sebagai strategi pelestarian budaya lokal. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal, generasi muda menunjukkan kurangnya kepedulian terhadap warisan budaya serta minimnya keterampilan teknis dalam memanfaatkan media digital secara produktif. Observasi awal, penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan merupakan tahapan dalam proses pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Kebobang.  Materi yang diberikan menekankan pada kearifan lokal, teknik produksi konten digital, dan penggunaan platform digital untuk publikasi.  Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman dan kemahiran peserta dalam memproduksi dan menyebarluaskan konten digital yang berkaitan dengan budaya lokal.  Program ini menunjukkan efektivitas literasi digital dalam menumbuhkan nilai-nilai budaya dan memperkuat rasa identitas generasi lokal.

Abstract

Sustainable agriculture currently faces many challenges, including the weak bargaining position of premium fruit farmers, limited direct market access, and a lack of innovative agricultural tourism innovation. On the other hand, the shift in public interest towards experience-based tourism and environmental issues has opened up new opportunities for integrating agrotourism with greenhouse-based practices. The purpose of this study is to investigate the strategy of strengthening premium fruit farmers by utilising the greenhouse-based fruit-picking tourism method, supported by digital technology and principles of the green economy. Quantitative descriptive methods were used to collect data in two locations, Kediri and Ponorogo, through observation, interviews, and statistical documentation. The number of tourist visitors, digital transactions, social media engagement, premium fruit sales volume, and garden harvest capacity, both before and after the program implementation, were the indicators analysed. All indicators have increased significantly, according to the research results. Tourists increased by 121.4% in Kediri and 94.4% in Ponorogo. These data show that the park-based tourism model not only increases the productivity and marketability of agricultural products but also creates a digital ecosystem that expands market access and strengthens farmer branding. The role of digital technology in this success story should inform the audience about its potential in the agricultural sector. Premium fruit sales volume increased by 68.6%, while audience engagement through social media increased by 246%, and garden harvest capacity increased by 84%. Therefore, this approach has proven effective in encouraging the transformation of farmers' roles into adaptive agro-digital entrepreneurs. This study recommends applying this model in other regions to foster inclusive and sustainable agriculture through the support of training, digital infrastructure, and multi-party cooperation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial education and cooperative extracurriculars on the entrepreneurial intensity of SMA Negeri 8 Malang students mediated by self-efficacy. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data which is disseminated through the Google Form. The population in this study used social studies class XI students at SMA Negeri 8 Malang, and the sample for this study used a population sample technique where the sample was taken from a total population of 71 respondents. The data analysis method uses SmartPls 3.0. and SPSS. The results of research on students at SMA Negeri 8 Malang mediated by self-efficacy have succeeded in increasing the intensity of entrepreneurship in students because students are aware of the importance of entrepreneurship education from an early age.

Abstract

This research investigates how family-based financial management education and parents' socioeconomic status impact financial literacy among grade XI students at MAN 2 Malang - Turen. Additionally, it explores the role of financial well-being as a mediating variable in the relationship between family financial education, parental socioeconomic status, and students' financial literacy. The study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) for data analysis. A total of 110 grade XI students from MAN 2 Malang - Turen participated in this research. The findings indicate that family financial education significantly influences students' financial literacy. Conversely, while parents' socioeconomic status has a positive impact on financial literacy through financial well-being, this effect is not statistically significant. This outcome is attributed to economic disparities among students' families, challenging job conditions, and limited resources, which often prompt parents to migrate for improved opportunities. This study underscores the vital role of family financial education in fostering students' financial literacy, advancing parental socioeconomic status, and enhancing students' financial well-being.

Abstract

Exploration of the application of 2D art appreciation patterns through the use of gamification-based interactive audio visual playmats designed specifically for in-service PPG Arts and Culture teachers. A qualitative approach with a case study design was used as a research method, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and analysis of related documents. The results show that the use of gamification-based interactive playmats can increase teacher interest and involvement in appreciating 2D works of art. Apart from that, this playmat has also proven effective in developing teachers' critical analysis skills and aesthetic understanding. These findings provide significant implications for the development of more innovative and interactive arts and culture teaching methods, supporting the improvement of the quality of arts education in Indonesia. Thus, this method not only stimulates teacher interest and involvement, but also enriches their understanding of works of art, so that it can be applied in the learning process in various educational contexts.

Abstract

This research investigates the linkage between government expenditure, domestic investment, national income, human development index, and economic growth in Indonesia during the period 2015-2020. This study applied the quantitative method with Common Effect Model, Fixed Effect Model, and Random effect Model to estimate the empirical model. The data in this research were gathered from these main sources, including Statistics Indonesia and the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board. The classical assumption is also provided to meet the analysis criteria. The findings of the study indicate that government spending positively impacts Indonesian economic growth. Indeed, national income has a robust effect on economic growth. This study also confirms the crucial role in determining economic growth in Indonesia. Surprisingly, the human development index failed to support a robust spur to economic growth in Indonesia. These results contribute to the literature on economic growth and have tremendous implications for Indonesian policymakers to consider these findings.

Abstract

The Technology and Innovation Dissemination Program in Kedungbanteng Village, Ponorogo Regency, East Java, aims to increase melon farmers' productivity through IoT technology and access to revolving funds. This village is known to produce high-quality melons with export potential, but farmers still face significant challenges. The main problems of partners are the low understanding of modern agricultural technology and limited access to capital. Most farmers still rely on conventional methods, such as manual greenhouses, which hinder production efficiency. The solutions offered include two main approaches. The first is the application of IoT technology in melon cultivation in greenhouses to increase productivity and efficiency. The implementation stages include needs identification, sensor installation, and farmer training. Second, farmers are provided access to revolving funds, accompanied by financial management training and the preparation of sustainable business plans. This program is designed to help farmers obtain capital at affordable interest rates and make adopting new technologies more accessible. The method of implementing the activity includes direct training to farmers on the use of IoT technology and financial management, installation and testing of IoT devices in greenhouses, and technical assistance on an ongoing basis. In addition, assistance is carried out by supervising revolving funds and farming training to ensure optimal implementation. The output targets of this program are an increase in melon productivity by 30% in a year, a reduction in operational costs by 20%, and an increase in farmers' understanding of IoT technology and financial management skills. This program is also expected to increase the greenhouse area and farmers' access to capital.

Abstract

Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan pemahaman pasar modal di kalangan siswa SMAN 1 Lawang. Rendahnya literasi keuangan di Indonesia, dengan hanya 38% populasi yang memiliki literasi keuangan memadai (SNLIK 2021), menunjukkan pentingnya upaya peningkatan, terutama di kalangan siswa sekolah menengah. Literasi keuangan yang baik dapat membantu siswa dalam pengelolaan keuangan pribadi dan pengambilan keputusan investasi yang bijak. Metode yang digunakan meliputi lokakarya, seminar, dan simulasi pasar modal. Praktisi keuangan dan akademisi dilibatkan dalam penyampaian materi yang komprehensif. Simulasi pasar modal digunakan untuk memberikan pengalaman langsung dalam strategi investasi dan pengelolaan risiko. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman siswa. Hasil program ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam literasi keuangan siswa, dengan skor literasi meningkat sebesar 27% setelah program. Sebagian besar siswa juga berhasil memahami dasar-dasar pasar modal dan mampu melakukan simulasi investasi secara mandiri. Keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam kegiatan dan dukungan sekolah juga berperan penting dalam kesuksesan program ini. Kesimpulannya, program ini memberikan dampak positif bagi siswa SMAN 1 Lawang dalam memahami literasi keuangan dan pasar modal. Keberhasilan program ini diharapkan dapat membantu siswa membuat keputusan finansial yang lebih cerdas di masa depan, serta meningkatkan kesiapan mereka dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi.
