Abstract

This review plans to dissect the Vital's Authority and Islamic Live-in School Culture on Educator Work Inspiration at Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Middle School Kraksaan Probolinggo. This sort of examination is a quantitative exploration. In this review, essential information was utilized and completed by perception and polls at Darul Lughah Wal Karamah Center School, Kraksaan Probolinggo. Respondents utilized in this study were the educators and staff of SMP Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan Probolinggo, adding up to 47 individuals. Abstract

Electric cars powered by batteries have 100% minimal pollutants. Basically, although power plants that produce electricity can emit pollutants, electricity from nuclear, hydro, solar or wind power plants produces less air pollution. The performance benefits of electric cars provide quiet operation and stronger acceleration, as well as requiring less maintenance than internal combustion engines, and reduced energy dependence, as electricity is the source of household energy. The quantitative approach is a method as a solution to solving problems that occur, where the research population is all electric car users in Malang City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling so that 100 respondents were obtained who would later fill out the research questionnaire. This research is also supported by data collection techniques through literature study and field research to strengthen the research results. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests and regression tests which were then continued with the Sobel test. Data were processed statistically with the SPSS program. The results show that 38% of lifestyle is influenced by brand image, 52.6% of lifestyle is influenced by price, 44.6% of purchase intention is influenced by brand image, purchase intention is not influenced by price, 62.4% of purchase intention is influenced by brand image through lifestyle, and 12.8% of buying interest is influenced by price through lifestyle.

Abstract

The various smartphone brands that are currently available are a form of information technology development, one of which is the iPhone. Ownership of an iPhone has been considered as one of the hallmarks of a luxurious and trendy lifestyle by Indonesian people, especially among young people and student collage. This study aims to analyze the effect of lifestyle and product quality on purchasing decisions and their effect on Brand Image as an intervening variable for student collage in Malang City. The population in this study were active student collage in Malang City with a sample of 100 students as respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the data analysis method used was path analysis with the Sobel test using the SPSS 25 data processing application. The results showed that lifestyle and product quality had a significant effect on Brand Image. In addition, lifestyle, product quality and Brand Image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Lifestyle and product quality both have a significant effect on purchasing decisions through Brand Image

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of service quality and price on word of mouth, with customer satisfaction acting as the intervening variable, at FunArt Studio in Semarang. Data for this study were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires, resulting in a sample size of 68 respondents. The data were analyzed using path analysis and the Sobel test with SPSS 25.0. The findings of this study concluded that (1) service quality has a significant direct and indirect impact on word of mouth through customer satisfaction, (2) price has a significant direct and indirect impact on word of mouth through customer satisfaction, and (3) customer satisfaction has a significant impact on word of mouth..

Abstract

Businesses need to endure the economic downturn because of the COVID-19 pandemic's effects. The organization must continue to operate through its personnel. When the corona virus is a threat, workers must continue to be motivated to put in more effort. In order to further boost employee engagement, the company's leadership was also put to the test in terms of their ability to influence the workforce. This kind of research uses a survey approach and is quantitative in nature. This study was carried out at the Malang Covid Referral Hospital. Using proportionate stratified random sampling, 100 respondents made up the research sample. The findings indicate that: 1) motivation directly affects employee engagement; 2) motivation directly affects employee performance; 3) leadership directly affects employee engagement; 4) leadership directly affects employee performance; 5) employee engagement directly affects employee performance; 6) motivation directly affects employee performance through employee engagement as an intervening variable; and 7) leadership directly affects employee performance through employee engagement as an intervening variable.Keywords: Employee Engagement, Leadership, Motivation, Performance.

Abstract

Tren jual beli online sedang menjadi transaksi yang paling diminati dan sudah menjadi gaya hidup di sebagian kalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Antusiame terhadap tren tersebut tidak lepas dari pola pikir yang terbangun bahwa setiap transaksi akan diberikan potongan ongkos kirim yang menggiurkan. Shopee merupakan e-commerce dengan jumlah transaksi terbanyak sampai saat ini dengan memanfaatkan program tersebut. Direktur Shopee di sisi lain, menyampaikan bahwa transaksi online berkembang di daerah-daerah luar kota besar dan banyak diminati oleh kalangan muda. Permasalahan di atas tentunya sangat menarik untuk diteliti dengan tujuan untuk menganalisa (1) pengaruh promo harga pengiriman terhadap keputusan berbelanja di Shopee, (2) pengaruh promo harga pengiriman terhadap lifestyle, (3) pengaruh lifestyle terhadap keputusan berbelanja di Shopee, (4) dan pengaruh promo harga pengiriman terhadap keputusan berbelanja di Shopee melalui lifestyle sebagai variabel intervening. Jumlah responden sebesar 100 orang. Data yang didapat dianalisa secara kuantitatif menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) promo harga pengiriman berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berbelanja di Shopee, (2) promo harga pengiriman berpengaruh signifikan terhadap lifestyle, (3) lifestyle berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berbelanja di Shopee, (4) dan lifestyle tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh promo harga pengiriman terhadap keputusan berbelanja di Shopee.

Abstract

Tourism is the attraction of a country or a tourist destination that can encourage tourists to visit. The decision to visit tourists is influenced by pull factors that come from the destination and push factors that encourage someone to travel. The role of internet plays an important role in the pattern of searching for travel information and the flow of choosing tourist destinations. In this case, Instagram and TikTok as the most popular social media are used which display photos and videos that are used as a reference for choosing tourist destinations. The existence of social media is supported by the presence of travel influencers, one of them is @backpackertampan. City branding is one of the important points in the image management of a destination which is closely related to how an image is built by travel influencers as a promotional media to introduce a tourist destination. The purpose of this study to measure (1) the impact of Instagram travel influencers on destination choice decisions, (2) the impact of Tiktok travel influencers on travel destination choice decisions, and (3) Impact of city branding on travel destination choice decisions, (4) Instagram travel influencers, Tiktok travel influencers, and city branding impacts on travel destination choice decisions. The focus of this research is on the followers of @backpackertampan in Bali. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The number of respondents to this survey was 100 respondents that followed @backpackertampan account in Bali and used a non-probability sampling technique called purposive sampling. As a result, all of the variables in this research have a significant positive effect on the choice of tourist destinations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis kepuasan mahasiswa yang dipengaruhi oleh kualitas informasi dan sistem SINKAD, layanan akademik dan non-akademik yang dilaksanakan pada Lembaga Pendidikan Wearnes Education Center Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan probability sampling dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner pada 90 responden mahasiswa jalur regular Tahun Akademik 2017-2018 Wearnes Education Center Malang yang berstatus aktif kuliah dalam proses penyusunan laporan On The Job Training saat penyebaran kuesioner. Data penelitian diolah secara kuantitatif dengan Teknik Analisa regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian didukung data kualitatif yang digunakan untuk menguatkan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Relevansi informasi yang disajikan oleh SINKAD mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di Wearnes Education Center Malang (2) Kualitas sistem SINKAD tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di Wearnes Education Center Malang (3) Keandalan layanan akademik mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di Wearnes Education Center Malang (4) Keandalan layanan non-akademik mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di Wearnes Education Center Malang (5) Kualitas informasi SINKAD, kualitas sistem SINKAD, kualitas layanan akademik dan kualitas layanan non-akademik secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa.

Abstract

This research is to describe the effect of headmaster’s leadership style on teacher’s satisfaction and on teacher’s performance, the effect of school culture on teacher’s satisfaction and on teacher’s performance, the effect of teacher competence on teacher’s satisfaction and on teacher’s performance, the effect of teacher’s satisfaction on teacher’s performance. And also the indirect effect is the effect of headmaster’s leadership style on teacher’s performance through teacher’s satisfaction, the effect of school culture on teacher’s performance through teacher’s satisfaction, and the effect of teacher performance on teacher’s performance through teacher’s satisfaction. The samples are teachers from eleven Private Islamic Junior High School in Malang City. Analysis method is descriptive analysis and Statistic analysis is Partial Least Square technique analysis which using smartPLS 3.0 programme.The result of this research is headmaster’s leadership style influence on teacher’s satisfaction, headmaster’s leadership style do not influence on teacher’s performance, school culture do not influence on teacher’s satisfaction, school culture influence on teacher’s performance, teacher competence influence on teacher’s satisfaction, teacher competence influence on teacher’s performance, teacher’s satisfaction do not influence on teacher’s performance. Teacher’s satisfaction is not be mediate the effect between headmaster’s leadership style, school culture, and teacher competence on teacher’s performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah Word of Mouth (WOM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dan Kepercayaan pada pengelola berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Anggota Berpartisipasi Aktif, dan apakah Kepercayaan pada pengelola memediasi WOM dan Customer CRM terhadap Keputusan berpartisipasi aktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik sampling yang digunakan Purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Teknik analisa data menggunakan Analisa jalur dengan PLS-SEM yang memanfaatkan program SMART PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwaWOM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pada pengelola dan keputusan berpartisipasi aktif. CRM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pada pengelola, akan tetapi tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan berpartisipasi aktif. Kepercayaan pada pengelola berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan berpartisipasi aktif. Kepercayaan pada pengelola memediasi secara parsial pengaruh word of mouth terhadap keputusan anggota berpartisipasi aktif. Kepercayaan pada pengelola tidak memediasi pengaruh Customer Relationship Management terhadap keputusan anggota berpartisipasi aktif.
