Abstract

Changes in the behavior of tourists after the COVID-19 pandemic, who are more concerned with sustainable impacts, have intensified the implementation of green marketing, including the emergence of various environmentally friendly accommodations such as glamping. However, almost no research that examines the application of green marketing in glamping accommodation, especially in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to investigate the application of green marketing in glamping accommodation, especially in Indonesia, given the lack of research that has been conducted in this context. This research type used quantitative methods. Data collection was conducted by distributing a questionnaire in google form to 100 tourists who stayed at Pelaga Eco Park Glamping, Bali, Bali between August – September 2022. The sample was taken using an accidental sampling technique. The analytical method used is Path Analysis using SEM-PLS. The results showed green marketing has a positive and significant effect on the decision to stay; green marketing has a positive and significant impact on green consumer behavior; green consumer behavior has a positive and significant impact on the decision to stay; green consumer behavior can be an intervening variable partially on the influence of Green marketing with the decision to stay. This research implies that glamping managers can be more concerned about planning and implementing green marketing to win the market while contributing to environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Blasting is an important aspect of the mining process to improve the efficiency of mineral and coal recovery. PT AEL Indonesia, one of the blasting service companies, is committed to fulfilling its responsibility to customers by achieving performance targets and conducting safe blasting. Customer surveys show that customer satisfaction with PT AEL Indonesia's performance at KPC Site is below the minimum target of 80%. Employee performance is one of the contributing factors, indicated by a series of human error misfires, vehicle operation incidents and activities that do not follow the procedures. The company needs to pay attention to the factors of organizational culture, competence and work motivation as important factors that affect their performance. The purpose of this study was to provide an analysis of the mainstreaming of organizational culture and competence on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT AEL Indonesia Site KPC East Kalimantan. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. Sample determination is done by non-random sample method (non-probability sampling) with a saturated sample procedure (census) with a sample size of 158 people. The research data were processed quantitatively description with path analysis techniques and sobel test using SPSS ver 21. The results of the study concluded that (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, (2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, (3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (5) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) Indirectly, organizational culture through work motivation does not significantly affect employee performance, (7) Indirectly, competence through work motivation does not significantly affect employee performance.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Competency, Job Motivation, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Principal's Leadership and Islamic Boarding School Culture on Teacher Work Motivation at Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Junior High School Kraksaan Probolinggo. This type of research is a quantitative research. In this study, primary data was used and carried out by observation and questionnaires at Darul Lughah Wal Karamah Middle School, Kraksaan Probolinggo. Respondents used in this study were the teachers and staff of SMP Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan Probolinggo, amounting to 47 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis used Descriptive Analysis, Research Instrument Test, Hypothesis Testing, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Coefficient of Determination Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of leadership and culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the variable of work motivation at Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Junior High School Kraksaan Probolinggo. While the results of the partial test with the t-test showed that leadership and culture variables had a positive and significant effect on the work motivation variable at Darul Lughah Wal Karamah Middle School, Kraksaan Probolinggo.

Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing employee performance at BPR Kawan Malang, by considering Key Performance Indicator (KPI), financial compensation, and reward system factors. Employee performance is the result of the effort and energy they put into work. To improve and maintain this performance, productivity assessment is carried out through appropriate indicators, using KPIs. In addition to KPIs, financial compensation and reward systems also have a significant impact on performance. Compensation, as a form of reward, includes a wide range of benefits for employees and the organization. This process of reward distribution has an important role in encouraging good performance. This study aims to analyze the impact of KPIs, financial compensation, and reward systems on employee performance at BPR Kawan. Performance appraisal involves evaluating the extent to which employees meet established standards and communicating that information to employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The method used is a quantitative approach with a sample of 33 employees of BPR Kawan Malang, selected through total sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that KPIs have a significant influence on employee performance, as well as compensation and reward systems with a value of 0.000 sig each; 0,008; 0.000 < 0.05. This conclusion underscores the importance of these elements in stimulating and maintaining superior performance. This research reveals that KPIs, financial compensation, and reward systems play an important role in shaping a work environment that encourages high performance at BPR Kawan Malang.

Abstract

Tourism has become a leading sector in driving economic growth. Repeat stays are critical for the continuity and economic growth of homestay businesses in the Likupang Super Priority Tourism Destination area. This study aims to examine the influence of social media and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on repeat stay decisions, mediated by tourist satisfaction. The study involved 120 respondents who had stayed at Marinsow Homestay Likupang, North Minahasa, at least twice. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that social media and e-WOM have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction, tourist satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repeat stay decisions, social media has a significant effect on repeat stay decisions, and e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on repeat stay decisions for tourists staying in homestays.

Abstract

The research was carried out by means of a library study, filling out questionnaires with purposive sampling technique methods. In this study, it was determined that the population of patients who underwent medical procedures at the Orthopedic Center of EKA BSD TANGERANG Hospital was 696 patients, through the Slovin formula, a sample of 87 patients was obtained as respondents. The research data was then processed by quantitative methods with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 25. The results showed that each of the variables studied, namely Price, Promotion and Service Quality, each had a significant effect on the patient's decision to take medical action at EKA Hospital BSD Tangerang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: 1) the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for skincare cosmetics at the Devari Medika Clinic in Pati Regency. 2). the effect of price on purchasing decisions for skincare cosmetics at the Devari Medika clinic in Pati Regency and 3). the influence of WA social media on the decision to purchase skincare cosmetics at the Devari Medika clinic in Pati Regency. This type of research is quantitative with a survey approach. This research was conducted on consumers who visited the Devari Medika Clinic in Pati Regency. The population in this study were consumers who visited the Devari Medika Clinic in Pati Regency. The sample was 100 people and the sampling was carried out using the Accidental Sampling technique for 1 month. The results showed 1) the quality of the product had an effect on purchasing decisions for skin care cosmetic products at the Devari Medika Clinic in Pati Regency, 2). WA prices and social media on purchasing decisions for skin care cosmetic products at the Devari Medika Clinic in Pati Regency and 3). social media on the decision to purchase skin care cosmetic products at the Devari Medika Clinic in Pati Regency.

Abstract

As the growth of the culinary business, especially in Vegetarian food service providers, significantly increased in the city of Batam, the increase in visitors to the Fortunate Taste Vegetarian Batam restaurant was also quite large. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction, the effect of service quality, product quality, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, and to prove that customer satisfaction was able to mediate the effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty. The population of this research was the customers of Fortunate Taste Vegetarian Restaurant. Total of sample was 100 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that service quality and product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality had a positive and insignificant effect on customer loyalty, product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction had a negative and insignificant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction was not proven to act as an intervening variable to mediate the effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty. The implication of this research is that the management of Fortunate Taste Vegetarian restaurant in Batam needs to improve service quality and product quality to meet customer expectations and satisfaction in order to increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the decision to buy Sanmol Syrup at the Simpang Empat Palembang Pharmacy.The sample size taken was 59 samples. The sampling technique used was an accidental sample, namely, where the respondents who were taken were samples that happened to meet the researcher when buying Sanmol Syrup. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 27 statement items. The analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. The results show there is a cultural influence on purchasing decisions, there is a social influence on purchasing decisions, there is a psychological influence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat  dapat dilakukan dengan pengembangan potensi daerah melalui pemanfaatan potensi sumber daya lokal. Pendekatan One Village One Product (OVOP) yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan keunggulan potensi desa, diharapkan mempercepat laju pertumbuhan ekonomi yang mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Produk kerajinan bordir merupakan salah satu produk lokal unggulan  daerah yang memiliki potensi berkembang. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi permasalahan untuk menemukan rumusan model pengembangan usaha dengan pendekatan OVOP pada produk kerajinan bordir di Kabupaten Malang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan diskriptif kualitatif dan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan utama adalah keterbatasan modal, faktor pengetahuan sumber daya manusia, wawasan  manajerial dan pemasaran serta relasi bisnis. Pendekatan OVOP pada usulan prototype model pengembangan usaha ini diperlukan pengamatan awal pada ‘need assessment’ untuk  memberikan pembinaan lebih lanjut pada segi manajerial, teknis dan softskill dari pihak pemerintah, akademisi dan praktisi atau pakar yang relevan dengan kebutuhan materi pelatihan.
