Abstract

PT. Cahaya Unggul Nusantara Cabang Madiun dalam satu tahun terakhir di tahun 2021 sudah melakukan kegiatan promosi antara lain dengan melakukan pengiklanan melalui sosial media baik yang gratis maupun berbayar, sebar brosur, canvassing, memberikan voucher potongan harga servis untuk setiap pembelian motor, prospecting dan yang sebagai deferensiasinya adalah program yang disebut “STNK 14 Hari Jadi” program tersebut membedakan dari dealer lainnya karena saat ini banyak dealer yang menguruskan STNK kadang bisa sampai 1 atau 2 bulan belum jadi, dan program ini mendapat apresiasi yang bagus dari konsumen. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui : 1. Mengetahui pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian di PT. Cahaya Unggul Nusantara Cabang Madiun. 2. Mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian di PT. Cahaya Unggul Nusantara Cabang Madiun. 3. Mengetahui pengaruh personal selling terhadap keputusan pembelian di PT. Cahaya Unggul Nusantara Cabang Madiun. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah metoda proporsional adalah pengambilan anggota sampel dari populasi yang dilakukan secara acak, dimana keseluruhan 86 konsumen di PT. Cahaya Unggul Nusantara Cabang Madiun, dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini. Hasil Penelitian adalah 1. Menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara Promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Motor Honda Pada PT. Cahaya Unggul Nusantara Cabang Madiun. 2. Menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Motor Honda Pada PT. Cahaya Unggul Nusantara Cabang Madiun. 3. Menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif anatara Personal Selling terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Motor Honda Pada PT. Cahaya Unggul Nusantara Cabang Madiun.Kata Kunci  : Promosi, Harga, Personal Selling Dan Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to influence service quality and facilities on loyalty with patient satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Klinik Fast Medika Center. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires. The sample in this study is 73 outpatients, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis and the Sobel test using SPSS 25.0. The results show that service quality has a significant effect on patient satisfaction, facilities have a significant effect on patient satisfaction, there is an effect of patient satisfaction on loyalty, there is an influence of service quality on satisfaction, there is an influence of facilities on patient satisfaction, service quality influences loyalty through patient satisfaction and facilities influences loyalty through patient satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Product Knowledge, Brand Image, and Celebrity endorsers on the Purchase Decision of SeruniAudio Microphone at PT. Indonesian Artwork. This study uses a quantitative approach. The number of respondents in this study was 100 respondents who had bought SeruniAudio microphones, using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The results of this study indicate, among others: 1) Product Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; 2) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; 3) Celebrity Endorser has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase a SeruniAudio microphone

Abstract

A lot of facts and data are mentioned about how significantly culinary business affect Indonesia. It is not simply the business related with human basic needs, more that culinerarypreneurficantly in term of economic. Among those culinerarypreneur, there is a humble restaurant, named Mie Ayam Ny Wong, in Gandaria, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. Something that makes the restaurant unique is that, in term of size, it is very small; they use the veranda and garage as a dining area; they run the business conventionally without marketing activity. But the strange is, the restaurant is always full. This objective of the research is to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, word of mouth on the purchase decision. The subject of the study are all the consumers of the restaurant with purposive sampling size of 100 respondent who ordered chicken noodle and have dinning on site. The research is analysed by multiple linear regression The result of the study shows that the product qulaity has no effect on purchase decision. The other around, service quality and word of mouth has positive and significant effect to the purchase decision. In addition, product quality, service quality and word of mouth simultaniously give effect on purchase decision.

Abstract

Outpatient clinics in Indonesia, especially in Malang, continue to increase, one of the clinic services that is starting to develop is beauty. Looking beautiful and attractive is a need that always exists in every human being, especially women. The need to perform facial and body care to make it beautiful has had many positive impacts on the growth and development of clinics, one of which is RH Medica clinic in Malang. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of service quality, facility, brand image on patient satisfaction at RH Medica clinic. The subjects in this study were patients who visited, bought and used products/treatments with a sample of 98 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used was descriptive analysis using non-probability techniques with purposive sampling, SPSS analysis method. using non-probability techniques with purposive sampling, SPSS analysis method. The results of this study show that service quality, facilities and brand image have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the RH Medica clinic. Simultaneously service quality, facilities and brand image have a significant effect on patient satisfaction at the RH Medica clinic, and patient satisfaction can be explained by the service quality, facilities and brand image variables of 68.4% while the rest is explained by other variables not present in this study.

Abstract

Teacher competence and maximum service are keys to the success of education. The maximum of teachers in developing the skills and limitations of the support literature in the learning process will affect the education and the brand of a school. The purpose of this study is to know the influence of teacher competence service and brand image, on a parent’s decision to send a student to school in SMAK Asmat Agats Seminary. The data used in the study are primary data divided from the distribution of questionnaires. This research data with sampling conducted using a sample with a total of 50 people. Research data is quantitatively treated description using technical retention and tested try using spss the study concluded that (1) teacher competence has a significant impact on the choice to send children to school, (2) service has a significant impact on the options education of children, (3) the brand image has a significant impact on the choice of children education

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training, HR development, and motivation on employee work productivity at PT. Optimech Engineering Batam. This study used a quantitative approach with a population of 100 people. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the training variable had a significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Optimech Engineering is proven by the results of hypothesis testing where the t-count value is greater than the t-table value and the significant value is less than 0.05, the HR Development Variable has a significant effect on the Work Productivity of employees at PT. Optimech Engineering is proven by the results of hypothesis testing where the t-count value is greater than the t-table value and the significant value is less than 0.05. Furthermore, the motivational variable has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at PT. Optimech Engineering is proven by the results of hypothesis testing where the t-count value is greater than the t-table value and the significant value is less than 0.05

Abstract

Good human resource management will produce reliable employees with optimal performance which will support the company goals achievement. Employee performance needs to get absolute attention by company management because performance will affect the company's development and ability to survive in dynamic global competition. PT. ASTA Ilmu is a company established with a vision and mission to build high quality Indonesian human resources (HR) through education. This research is done to determine the effect of WFH and work discipline on the performance of employees in the administrative division of PT. ASTA Ilmu through motivation as an intervening variable. The sampling method is saturated sampling method, in which a total of 33 administrative employees at PT. ASTA Ilmu was used as a sample in this study. The research results show that the variables of work discipline and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the administrative division of PT. ASTA Ilmu, the WFH variable has no effect on performance and motivation, the motivation variable is able to mediate the WFH and work discipline on the performance of employees in the administrative division of PT. ASTA Ilmu

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Principal's Leadership and Islamic Boarding School Culture on Teacher Work Motivation at Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Junior High School Kraksaan Probolinggo. This type of research is a quantitative research. In this study, primary data was used and carried out by observation and questionnaires at Darul Lughah Wal Karamah Middle School, Kraksaan Probolinggo. Respondents used in this study were the teachers and staff of SMP Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan Probolinggo, amounting to 47 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis used Descriptive Analysis, Research Instrument Test, Hypothesis Testing, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Coefficient of Determination Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of leadership and culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the variable of work motivation at Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Junior High School Kraksaan Probolinggo. While the results of the partial test with the t-test showed that leadership and culture variables had a positive and significant effect on the work motivation variable at Darul Lughah Wal Karamah Middle School, Kraksaan Probolinggo.Keywords: leadership, culture, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Budaya Pesantren Terhadap Motivasi Kerja  Guru Pada SMP Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan dilakukan dengan metode observasi beserta kuesioner pada SMP Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan Probolinggo. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengajar dan staf SMP Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan Probolinggo yang berjumlah 47 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Instrumen Penelitian, Pengujian Hipotesis, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, dan Analisis Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan dan budaya secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel motivasi kerja pada SMP Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan Probolinggo. Sedangkan hasil uji secara parsial dengan uji t menunjukkan bahwa, variabel kepemimpinan dan budaya yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel motivasi kerja pada SMP Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan Probolinggo.Kata kunci : kepemimpinan, budaya, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Fenomena dunia usaha di era Industri 5.0 sekarang ini berulang kali menunjukkan perubahan yang sangat dinamis. Sumber daya manusia adalah pioneer dalam keberhasilan tercapainya tujuan dan sasaran organisasi. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui  apakah  disiplin kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Satoria Manufacturing Di Pasuruan. Dari populasi karyawan berstatus sebagai karyawan tetap Satoria Manufacturing di Pasuruan, sejumlah populasi 296 orang diambil 75 orang sebagai sampelnya dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, Teknik pengambilan sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling, tidak semua anggota populasi memiliki kesempatan untuk diteliti, pendekatannya purposive sampling  dan dilanjutkan dengan pendekatan  accidental sampling. Sifat penelitian ini kuantitatif, menggunakan metode analisis uji statistik regresi linier berganda . Data uji analisis regresi berganda diperoleh dari pengujian regresi, pengujian korelasi, pengujian determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis. Pengujian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pelatihan berpengaruh positif yang penting pada kinerja karyawan dan memiliki disiplin kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan pendidikan pada saat yang sama dapat memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
