Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of the quality of service and the implementation of the policy of return administration at inpatient room towards satisfaction of third class of BPJS patient at RS UMM. Design of this research are analysis crossectional. Variable of the research are. the influence of quality of service and the implementation of the policy as the independent variable and patient satisfaction as the dependent variable BPJS. Population research namely inpatients who have been allowed to return home on October 15 – November 15, 2018 by the physician in question at the time when the last doctor's visit. Samples taken by random sampling technique as much as 92 respondents. The data collected by the instruments and questionnaires processed in coding, editing, tabulating and scoring as well as tested with linear regression test. Linear regression results indicate that partially and the simultaneous values of p values there are shows so that 0.05 < influence the quality of services and the implementation of the policy to the satisfaction of the patient. he value of the coefficient of determination shows the value that shows contributions from 0.434 independent variable (the quality of service and policy implementation) amounted to 43.4%, while the remaining 56.6% in influence by other factors not present in the model This research. This happens because the factor that affect patient satisfaction is not only seen from the implementation of policies and the quality of services, but there is another factor that could affect such facilities or the attitude of the officers. Quality of service and implementation of the return of the patient affect the satisfaction of the patient. This happens because with the delay time return for the patient, or the patient's waiting too long is also the process of their return would cause a negative perception of the patient so that the patient feels accepted slow service

Abstract

The aimed of this research to analyze marketing strategies take effect simultaneously against the (use of) the occupational hospitalization by the BPJS patients in hospital Muhammadiyah University of Malang. Quantitative research design that is crossectional. Research on variable i.e. the influence marketing strategies are simultaneously against and as the independent variable and the (use of) occupation hospitalization as the dependent variable BPJS. Population research i.e. whole health BPJS patients who underwent hospitalization on 15th October – November 15, 2018. Samples taken by random sampling technique as much as 92 respondents. The data collected by the instruments and questionnaires processed in coding, editing, tabulating and scoring as well as tested with linear regression test. Linear regression results indicate that partially and the simultaneous there are shows a value of p = 0,00 < 0.05 so that ther is influence marketing strategies towards occupational (usage) of inpatient care by patients BPJS RS UMM Malang. R Square (R2) of 0.660 or 60.6% that shows contributions from independent variable marketing strategies (product, price, place, people, and processes), while the rest was 39.4% in influence by other factors that do not exist in this research model. Multiple correlation coefficient is used to measure the keeratan relationship between the dependent and independent variables. The results showed that the strategy of marketing (product, price, place, people, and processes) conducted by the managing of RS UMM exactly will affect the increase in occupasi or DRILL the patients. Process management efekstif, efficient and does not kink as well as facilitate the patient in obtaining health services can be one alternative reference patient in taking a decision to receive a health service. The existence of a negative perception by the patient about marketing strategy indicated that dissatisfaction received the patient and can make patients feel uncomfortable in accepting hospital service, so this affects patients in using the services of the hospital or hospital can move patients

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of marketing strategies that have been carried out to increase the number of patients in Sumberglagah General Hospital Mojokerto. The research design used qualitative. The social situation was all the structural teams of Sumberglagah Hospital in Mojokerto. The sampling technique used Purposive sampling with the number of informants 7 people. Triangulation was carried out on 3 speakers. The research instrument was the researcher himself and the indeep interview and FGD guidelines. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, data verification and data validity test. The results of the study showed that in general Sumberglagah Hospital Mojokerto in compiling a marketing plan followed the pattern and strategy of the marketing process aimed at improving quality and complete health services. The implementation of the Marketing Strategy includes types of public services with excellent services for modern leprosy care and reconstructive surgery and prosthetic services. Quantity increases occur during general patient visits. Hospital BOR has increased in general patient visits in the last 3 years. In 2016 the BOR of general patients was 67%, 2017 was 67.5% and in 2018 was 71%. While BOR for leprosy patients decreased, in 2016 amounting to 53.8% in 2017 amounting to 40.8% and in 2018 amounting to 38.08%. The increase in the number of general patients does not go hand in hand with leprosy patients. The number of leprosy patient visits actually decreased. Influence factors due to the number of leprosy, the increase in trained personnel and the stigma of the community towards leprosy. The hospital's efforts to further improve and design the promotion of health services and to innovate regarding empowering health workers that are owned related to efforts to increase the quantity of patients both non-leprosy and leprosy. Especially for leprosy cases, the mobile unit program is intensified so that privacy of leprosy clients is more accommodated

Abstract

The high complaints and discomfort of pregnant women, especially in primigravida third trimester can result in pregnant women experiencing lower back pain due to changes in posture during pregnancy and the existence of anxiety disorders resulting from psychological changes in pregnant women, especially before labor. One of the efforts made to reduce these symptoms could be by doing a pre natal exercise. One of the benefits pre natal exercise is reduce stress in pregnant women and reduce complication especially musculoskeletal problem. The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in the influence of lower back pain and anxiety of pregnant women before and after the pre natal exercise. This study used a quasi experimental method with one grub pre and post test design research design. The population of this study was all third trimester primigravida pregnant women who participated in pregnancy exercise at Sukomoro Magetan Health Center. The number of samples is 48 respondents. 43,8% pregnant women suffer from moderate pain, and 39,6% pregnants women suffer severe anxiety. Processing and analysis of data using the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study indicate the influence of pre natal exercise on the lowering score of lower back pain by p = 0.003 (<0.005), and the decrease in anxiety scores by p = 0.004 (0.005). The conclusion in this study is the influence of pre natal exercise in reducing lower back pain and anxiety of primigravida third trimester pregnant women

Abstract

The majority of polygamous marriages in Indonesia are only based on law and religion, regardless of the effects of polygamy. The lack attention public about the psychology that occurs in polygamous women. While, the impact of psychological disorders itself can affect to female hormones that can be caused to a reproduction system. The reproductive system can also experience disorders due to illness or abnormalities. The diseases of the reproductive system can be caused by germs, genetic factors, or hormones. Women have complex problems around their reproductive lives. Disorders of the female reproductive system can include menstrual disorders, vaginal cancer, cancer cervix, ovarian cancer, genetalia cancer, endometriosis, vaginal infections, vaginal discharge or fluorine, and Ghonorrhea. The purpose of this study is to explore the occurrence of psychological disorders that affect the reproductive health of polygamous women. The research design used is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The data collection in this study used in-depth interview techniques with semi-structured questions with a sample of 10 informants. From the results of the study indicate that the analysis of psychological disorders that have an impact on women's reproductive health in polygamy has good benefits for health workers and for the community, especially women. In analyzing the tendency of psychological disorders that affect the reproductive health of women who are polygamous there are many things that can be used as references on how the effects of polygamous marriages are related to women's reproductive health, both negative and positive impacts. In analyzing the trends of production in polygamous women there are some hopes of supporting improvements in public health, especially women's reproductive health. Based on this research, further research is needed on the analysis of trends in the occurrence of psychological disorders that have an impact on reproductive health in polygamous women in Pamekasan Madura

Abstract

Drug is an element supproting the health care system. Logistics management start from the planning process, procurement, storage, distribution, recording and reporting drugs. The purpose of the research was to explore drug logistic management at the pharmacy installation in the working area of Klaten District Health Office. Research design uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection used indepth interview techniques with a total sample are 12 informants. From the results of the research it was found that drug planning at the health center pharmacy installation was carried out by the drug manager himself or in a team with the assistant pharmacist or treasurer of the health center. The drug needs planning process in the health center is carried out by recapitulating reports from the health center and the other units in the Usage Sheet and the Drug Request Sheet (LPLPO). Drug planning is carried out every month. Drug procurement is carried out by the consumption method and carried out through e-catalog once a year with buffer stock of one and a half years. The drug storage layout is accordance with provisions, safeguarding the quality of the drug by placing drugs on the pallet and shelves but there is no temperature measurement. Examination of drugs that come, drugs needed by the health center and drug distribution have been carried out according to the procedure. The recording and reporting of drugs in the health center uses sympus whereas in other units manually using LPLPO

Abstract

Hospitals are required to always improve the quality of service provided to patients. These challenges have forced the hospital to develop its ability to manifest in various aspects of health care quality responsible. One of them by applying the assessment and early detection in patients kegawatan as well as the critical state of activation becomes very important. Quick and proper response to a nurse against the worsening conditions of patients giving a great impact to the quality of the quality of service provided. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of Early Warning systems (EWSS) Score against AvLOS and trust patients in Inpatient installation at Jombang General Hospitals. The research design was analytic observational with a quantitative approach. Research variables i.e. implementation of EWSS as independent variables. AvLos and trust patients as the dependent variable. The population of this entire research nurses in Inpatient installation at Jombang General Hospitals as much as 135 nurses, patients and families of patients who are being treated in Inpatient installation at Jombang General Hospitals Jombang. Samples taken with the cluster random sampling technique as much as 101 respondents. Data is collected with instruments ceklist and processed in coding, editing, tabulating and scoring as well as tested with logistics regression test. Logistic regression results indicate that partially and simultaneously show that the value of p values < 0.05 so that there were the implementation of Early Warning systems (EWSS) Score against AvLOS and trust of the patient, and the simultaneous influence of 83.2%. The existence of implementation of EWSS in patients with good then early detection and response officers can be done in a proper and effective against the condition and the healing of patients and can shorten the day care patients, so that it can affect the confidence and trust family and patient in receiving health services in the hospital

Abstract

Meanwhile, capabilities and resources at the level of clinics such as number of physicians, dentists have still not been adequately, even a specialist very minimal amount. Facilities and means of medical lainpun is still very limited in number. This condition causes the health services inpatient clinics can not maximum. The goal of research to analyze the effect of marketing strategy effect on branding and positioning. Design research analytical quantitative approach with IE. Research variables namely marketing strategy as the independent variable. Branding and potitioning as the dependent variable. This research population were al off patient at Kupang public health center of Sub-regency Jetis, Mojokerto at October 15th – November 15th, 2018. Samples taken with the technique of simple random sampling as much as 93 respondents. Data is collected with instruments ceklist and processed in coding, editing, tabulating and scoring as well as tested with linear regression test. Linear regression results indicate that partially and simultaneously the value of p values < 0.05 so that there were marketing strategies influence branding and potitioning. On the branding components of place does not affect the branding and price does not affect potitioning. Marketing strategy implemented by the management of clinics are able to make Mussel communities receive good service so that the community give its own assessment of the branding or for services provided by the clinic

Abstract

The effort to implement PPI policy have varied obstacles such as the lack of commitment and support from the stakeholder in the organization, limited financial resources to fulfill the PPI standard, limited human resources. Lack of understanding of the PPI concept and the way to implement PPI standard which is needed. The purpose of this study is to analyze The implementation of PPI policy toward service in Public Health Center Berbek Nganjuk Regency. The design of this research is to use qualitative methods using a case study approach. which is a type of qualitative research that looks closely at individual interpretations of their experiences. Data collection techniques used were Participant observational, independent interview, documentation and triangulation. Research instruments: Researchers as instruments (human instruments), notebooks, tape recorders, cameras. Data: qualitative descriptive, personal data documents, field notes, statements and actions of informants, documents etc. with a sample size of 10 informants who are officers in each service unit at the Public Health Center Berbek Nganjuk Regency.Data validation using Triangulation Technique was carried out by 2 informants. The results of this study indicate that the application of Services for patients using APD (masker, handscun, service clothes, shoes dan helmets) at the Public Health Center in Berbek Nganjuk Regency are almost all carrred out by offcers., Not all clinical service personnel carry out hand washing according to SOP in the public health center Berbek Nganjuk Regency, Not all the service places have a record of nosocomial infection at the public health certer, in Berbek, Nganjuk Regency, It was found that some of the clinical service personnel who carred out the injection were still throwing the needle closed. at the public health certer, in Berbek, Nganjuk Regency, The obstacles of PPI is the officer has less obedient with SOP that are made according to the agreement

Abstract

Nutritional problems, especially stunting in infants can inhibit a child's development, with negative impacts that will take place in the next life. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of parenting, breastfeeding, the role of health workers on the incidence of stunting in infants at the Gandusari Public Health Center in Blitar Regency. This research design is correlational analytic with cross sectional approach. with the focus of his research directed to be analyzing some of the factors that influence the incidence of stunting in UPT Public Health Center Gandusari Blitar Regency with a population of 163 respondents and a sample of 115 respondents taken by the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire, data analysis with logistic regression test at α = 0.05. The results showed that there was an influence of parenting on the incidence of stunting in infants (p-value = 0,000), there was an effect of breastfeeding on the incidence of stunting in infants (p-value = 0.008), there was an influence on the role of health workers on the incidence of stunting in infants (p -value = 0.003). It can be concluded that the incidence of stunting in infants at the Gandusari Community Health Center is influenced by parenting, breastfeeding, and the role of the health worker at 33% while the remaining 67% is influenced by other factors. parenting, breastfeeding, the role of health workers are factors that influence the incidence of stunting. Lack of knowledge leads to the formation of negative attitudes towards stunting prevention efforts by mothers and cadres due to lack of information.
