Abstract

PT Kitita Alami Propertindo, Bekasi, faces challenges in managing efficient and accurate cashier transactions, which have an impact on customer satisfaction and daily operations. This activity aims to improve cashier performance through structured training and the use of appropriate technology. The program will be implemented during December 2021. The methods used include theoretical and practical training regarding the use of POS (Point of Sale) systems, time management and customer service. In addition, cashiers are given direct guidance in the field to apply the knowledge gained. Results show significant improvements in transaction efficiency and accuracy, with average transaction times reduced by 20% and error rates reduced by 15%. Customer satisfaction has also increased, as can be seen from surveys showing an increase in satisfaction scores from 75% to 85%. Activity Implications: Improving cashier performance not only improves daily operations but also increases customer trust and satisfaction. Implementation of more efficient POS technology and ongoing training are recommended to ensure continued performance improvements.

Abstract

The most important problem caused by humans is waste, because humans individually produce waste from the rest of the food and drinks they consume. This is certainly a common problem for the community and the government authorities. This PKM activity is a reservoir for community complaints and a mouthpiece to the government with using method counselling, discussion, visitation, and interview to administrators and communities around TPS3R in Pasar Cantik Ciputat which lasted for 3 (three) months and the team is 13 lecturers of STIE Ganesha Jakarta (7 lecturers of Management and 6 lecturers of Accounting). The result is that local community can understand the function of TPS3R more better. The lecturers through their writings or articles, will try to be an extension and verbal of the problems at TPS3R Pasar Cantik Ciputat. The solution obtained is for non-organic waste to be sorted and collected by the TPS3R team and then work with trash banks for recycling to get some funds to maintenance the tools then produce good compost and can be sold for the good price. The suggestion for academics and environmental activists then can collaborate with the local government to create sustainable programs and for TPS3R and communities around can propose to the local government to make a Trash Bank that integrates with TPS3R and then last thing is the government must care to the TPS3R and Trash Banks in their respective regions.

Abstract

This community service aims to develop human resources to improve employee performance at PT Insan Ki Angka. This activity was carried out in November 2021, using training and development methods which included workshops, skills training and mentoring programs. This method is applied on an ongoing basis to ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills to employees. The results of the activities show that human resource development through comprehensive and ongoing training can significantly improve employee performance, operational efficiency and job satisfaction. While there are challenges such as limited training time and variations in technology skills, the benefits are far greater. Therefore, it is recommended that companies continue to implement structured HR development programs and provide ongoing support for employees, as well as ensure that adequate facilities and resources are available to support the implementation of new knowledge. These steps will help the company achieve its vision and mission and strengthen its competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

The sharia economy offers a different approach from conventional economics, prioritizing the principles of justice, transparency, and sustainability. In the sharia economic system, there are various instruments that must be understood in depth by the actors. One of these instruments is sharia tax or known as Al-Kharaj. Al-Kharaj is a type of tax levied on land conquered by Muslims and administered by the government. This concept not only contains financial aspects but also has high social values and justice. This community service activity uses a lecture and discussion method aimed at STIE Ganesha Semester 4 Regular A. Management S1 students A. This activity is prepared for approximately 3 (three) months which includes the preparation, planning and implementation stages. The implementation of the activity was carried out for 1 (one) day, where the PKM team consisted of 4 (four) STIE Ganesha dsen and 8 (eight) students, where the lecturer was responsible for compiling the material and giving lectures, while students assisted in logistics and documentation to ensure that the activity ran smoothly and effectively. With a clear and interactive presentation, the lecture session succeeded in providing participants with a deep understanding of Al-Kharaj sharia tax and with an interactive and collaborative atmosphere, the discussion session succeeded in deepening the participants' understanding and giving them the opportunity to apply the concepts they have learned in practical situations.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Directorate of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, involving a population of 214 personnel, with a sample of 140 respondents selected using a 5% margin of error. The study aims to determine and analyze the impact of education, training, and competence on the performance of Police Civic Dittipidum Personnel. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents using probability random sampling. Quantitative data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 22. The findings indicate that education, training, and competence each have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Police Civic Office personnel. When combined, these factors also show a positive and significant effect, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 58.2%. The training education variable emerged as the most dominant factor influencing performance, with a constant coefficient value of 0.311. These results underscore the importance of comprehensive education and training programs in enhancing the competence and performance of police personnel, suggesting that targeted interventions in these areas can lead to significant improvements in their effectiveness

Abstract

Human resource management aims to improve the effectiveness of human resources in the organization is very important. For this reason, the Cooperative Builds National Independence seeks to improve the competence of its employees through education and training activities in encouraging performance effectiveness. The purpose of the study is to determine the performance of employees of the Bangun Kemandirian Bangsa Cooperative, to determine the implementation of education and training activities at the Bangun Kemandirian Bangsa Cooperative in an effort to improve the competence of its employees and to know the development of employee performance before and after participating in education and training programs. This study used qualitative research methods with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. In this study, the informants selected were 6 employees of the Cooperative Build National Independence. The results of the study concluded that the performance of the employees of the Koperasi Bangun Kemandirian Bangsa was quite good as seen from the ability to carry out and complete their work, although it still had to be improved. The implementation of education and training programs in an effort to improve employee competence has been carried out well and has a positive impact on the effectiveness of employee performance of the Koperasi Bangun Kemaditrian Bangsa

Abstract

Koperasi Syariah Khadijah Ar-Rochim Sejahtera plays a significant role in improving the economic welfare of the residents of Sumberasri through the provision of Sharia-compliant savings and loan services. This article aims to examine the role of this cooperative in meeting the financial needs of the community and to identify the challenges and benefits experienced by the people. This research adopts a descriptive approach combining both qualitative and quantitative methods, through literature review, user satisfaction surveys, and secondary data analysis from the cooperative. The findings show that the cooperative has made a positive impact on economic empowerment, although it faces challenges in management and capital limitations. The main benefits experienced by the members include increased economic welfare, women's empowerment, and strengthened entrepreneurial spirit. This study recommends strengthening management, diversifying businesses, and enhancing members' understanding of Sharia principles to improve the sustainability of the cooperative

Abstract

MSMEs or Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are the main pillars that can restore growth during the economic crisis in Indonesia. That way, MSMEs need to implement a marketing strategy in their business to increase sales turnover. Marketing Mix or what is known as 4P (product, price, place, promotion) is a strategy that can be applied to every business actor as a basic element for running their business so that sales on the market can produce better results. For this reason, this research aims to find out whether the marketing strategy at the Kripik Tempe Family MSME can increase its product sales turnover. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method to analyze field conditions in a structured, objective, thorough manner so that a conclusion can be drawn that a marketing strategy marketing mix method can be applied to the MSME Chips Tempe Family and can be analyzed using SWOT (strength). , weaknesses, opportunities, arts) which aims to increase sales turnover.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Tunjangan Kinerja Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan di Klinik Gigi Dentmate Purwakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan di Klinik Gigi Dentmate Purwakarta. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 40 responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25 (Statistic Package for the Sosial Sciences). Hasil pengujian secara parsial untuk gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung 2,337 dan angka signifikansi 0,025. Tunjangan kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung 4,128 dan angka signifikansi 0,000. Sedangkan pengujian secara simultan untuk gaya kepemimpinan dan tunjangan kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan di Klinik Gigi Dentmate Purwakarta dengan nilai f hitung 34,612 dan angka signifikansi 0,000.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja petugas polisi di Direktorat Tindak Pidana Korupsi di Badan Reserse Kriminal Kepolisian Negara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah 88 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 88 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja petugas polisi di Direktorat Tindak Pidana Korupsi di Badan Reserse Kriminal Kepolisian Negara, dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel, yaitu 5.391 > 1.988, nilai probabilitas (signifikansi) = 0.000, yang berada di bawah 0.05. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel stres kerja terhadap kinerja petugas polisi di Direktorat Tindak Pidana Korupsi di Badan Reserse Kriminal Kepolisian Negara, dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel, yaitu 9.434 > 1.988, nilai probabilitas (signifikansi) = 0.000, yang berada di bawah 0.05. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja petugas polisi di Direktorat Tindak Pidana Korupsi di Badan Reserse Kriminal Kepolisian Negara, dengan nilai F hitung > nilai F tabel, yaitu 53.045 > 3.10, nilai probabilitas (signifikansi) = 0.000, yang berada di bawah 0.05.
