Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between students' sleep patterns, nap policies, and stress levels, as well as their impact on academic achievement. The research employs a quantitative method with an observational design, involving 500 students and 50 teachers from five elementary schools in Guangdong Province. The research instrument consists of a validated questionnaire assessed using a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive techniques, linear regression, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The findings indicate that students' sleep patterns (SSP) have a positive and significant relationship with academic achievement, with a regression coefficient of 0.42 (SE = 0.08, t = 5.25, p < 0.001). The nap policy (NP) also shows a positive and significant correlation with student achievement, with a regression coefficient of 0.62 (t = 12.45, p < 0.001). Conversely, students' stress levels (SSL) exhibit a negative and significant relationship with academic achievement, with a regression coefficient of -0.35 (t = -8.25, p < 0.001). Collectively, these three variables have a significant impact on student achievement, with regression coefficients of 0.35 for sleep patterns, 0.52 for nap policies, and -0.25 for stress levels (p < 0.001). This study has limitations, including a sample restricted to a single province and an observational approach that does not fully capture causality. The study's implications for elementary education policy highlight the importance of adjusting school schedules to support healthy sleep patterns and implementing structured nap policies to optimize student achievement. Additionally, interventions to reduce academic stress should be considered to foster a more conducive learning environment.

Abstract

This study aims to describe analysis of internal and external environment of SDIT Al-Azhaar in facing the era of disruption, in order to survive. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using semi-structured interviews, semi-participant observation, and documentation. The analysis techniques used include data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate: 1) SDIT's internal environment analysis consists of competency aspects in the form of quality educational institutions that are already good, core competencies in the form of SDIT Al-Azhaar's contribution to Trenggalek district by sending students to competitions, resource aspects dominated by teachers with graduates S1, and BOS funding which can be said to be large enough to optimize existing learning activities, 2) external environmental analysis, namely SDIT Al-Azhaar always seeks to collaborate with existing stakeholders, establish cooperation with external organizations, have a role and support local government towards SDIT Al-Azhaar in increasing school quality competition, 3) efforts to strengthen the internal environment are carried out at SDIT Al-Azhaar by utilizing digital-based learning media, each educator is given insight regarding the use of technology, communicating with guardians using smartphone media, 4) strengthening The external environment is carried out by holding periodic socialization with the community and stakeholders, using media for promotional activities and updating activities within the school scope, using technology in the facilities and infrastructure used. This strengthening effort was carried out as a preparation for students to be able to face the era of disruption.

Abstract

Di era digital, lembaga pendidikan menghadapi tantangan dalam membangun citra dan reputasi di ruang publik yang semakin kompetitif. Pemanfaatan media sosial menjadi strategi penting untuk memperkuat branding lembaga melalui komunikasi yang kreatif, interaktif, dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi, peran, dan tantangan pengelolaan media sosial dalam meningkatkan branding lembaga pendidikan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data dikumpulkan dari publikasi ilmiah terindeks SINTA, DOAJ, Scopus, dan Crossref pada periode 2021–2024 menggunakan perangkat Publish or Perish, dengan total 20 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan kelayakan metodologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi optimalisasi media sosial yang paling efektif meliputi pengelolaan akun yang aktif dan konsisten, penyusunan konten visual yang menarik, penggunaan narasi kuat berbasis digital storytelling, serta pelatihan manajemen konten digital bagi guru dan tim humas. Temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa media sosial berfungsi sebagai saluran komunikasi dua arah yang memperkuat transparansi, partisipasi, dan kepercayaan antara sekolah dan publik. Sebanyak 35% artikel menyoroti peningkatan brand awareness dan keterlibatan komunitas sekolah melalui konten kreatif dan interaksi daring. Namun demikian, tantangan utama yang ditemukan meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan kompetensi digital, ketidakkonsistenan jadwal unggahan, keterbatasan anggaran, serta risiko keamanan data dan etika publikasi. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dengan mengusulkan model pengelolaan media sosial yang holistik, yang mengintegrasikan dimensi konten, sumber daya manusia, keterlibatan komunitas, dan keamanan digital. Model ini diharapkan menjadi acuan bagi lembaga pendidikan dalam merancang strategi komunikasi digital yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan, sekaligus membuka ruang bagi penelitian empiris lanjutan untuk menguji efektivitasnya dalam konteks nyata.

Abstract

Strategic management in Islamic education has become a crucial aspect in facing global dynamics that demand educational institutions to excel and be competitive. This study aims to examine the concepts and practices of strategic management as an effort to improve the quality of Islamic education that is adaptive and responsive to contemporary challenges. The research method employs a literature study approach with a descriptive-analytical type, utilizing scientific literature, journals, and related documents on strategic management and Islamic education. The main findings indicate that integrating Islamic principles with modern strategic management theories can produce an effective management model in administering Islamic educational institutions. The study identifies key factors for success, such as clear planning vision, involvement of all stakeholders, and technology-based educational innovation. The conclusion emphasizes the urgency of strategic management as a foundation for the development of Islamic education that is not only academically oriented but also grounded in spiritual and character values. This study strengthens both the theoretical and practical basis for the development of excellent and competitive Islamic education management, while also opening avenues for further studies on real-world implementation.
