Abstract

Pendidikan karakter bertujuan membentuk dan membangun pola pikir, sikap, dan perilaku peserta didik agar menjadi pribadi yang positif, berakhlak karimah, berjiwa luhur, dan bertanggung jawab. Dalam konteks pendidikan, pendidikan karakter adalah usaha sadar yang dilakukan untuk membentuk peserta didik menjadi pribadi yang positif dan berakhlak karimah sesuai standar kompetensi lulusan (SKL) sehingga dapat diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pengimplementasian pendidikan karakter berbasis multikultural di sekolah memerlukan strategi yang tepat, efektif, dan partisipatif melibatkan seluruh komponen pendidikan. Ketepatan pemilihan strategi akan memberikan hasil yang optimal dalam membentuk peserta didik yang berkarakter. Dengan demikian upaya pengembangan model-model pendidikan karakter sebagai sebuah strategi pengimplementasian pendidikan karakter berbasis multikultural sangat penting dilakukan. Pengembangan model pendidikan karakter berbasis multikultural berprinsip integratif, kompak, dan konsisten. Integratif berarti mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter berbasis multikultural ke dalam seluruh program dan kegiatan sekolah. Kompak berarti seluruh komponen pendidikan memiliki sikap dan pandangan yang sama dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter berbasis multikultural. Konsisten artinya seluruh komponen pendidikan memiliki sikap dan pandangan yang konsisten dalam menerapkan pendidikan karakter berbasis multikultural.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis peneilitian Pre-Experimental Designs. Desain penelitian yang digunakan One-Group Pretest Posttest Design, populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas IV di SD Negeri 1 Gunung Sari yang berjumlah 22 siswa pada tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah obsevasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistic deskriftif dan analisis statistic inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh metode team quiz terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 1 Gunung Sari pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam diketahui pula berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji-t. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh: ????h???????????????????? = 0,900 dan ???????????????????????? = 0,348, maka thitung lebih besar daripada ttabel= 0,900 ≥ 0,348 sehingga dinyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan metode team quiz terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 1 Gunung Sari pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam ini memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the improvement of mathematical communication skills through the contextual teaching model, (2) the improvement of mathematical communication skills through the conventional teaching model, and (3) the comparison between the two models to determine which is more effective. This research is a quasi-experimental study. The experimental class used a contextual teaching model, while the control class used a conventional teaching model. The research sample consisted of sixth-grade students from two schools: 15 students from SDN 1 Moramo and 17 students from SDN 11 Moramo. The results showed that: (1) based on the average pretest and posttest scores of the experimental class, the contextual teaching model led to an improvement in students’ mathematical communication skills; (2) based on the average pretest and posttest scores of the control class, there was also a significant improvement in students’ mathematical communication skills through the conventional model; and (3) the average N-Gain score for the experimental class was 0.6364, categorized as moderate, while the average N-Gain score for the control class was 0.2229, categorized as low. Therefore, the improvement in mathematical communication skills in the experimental class was better than that of the control class.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Tipe Two Stay Two Stray (Tsts) Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 05 Enano Kecamatan Kabaena Tengah Kabupaten Bombana Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain penelitian quasi eksperimental desain (non equivalent control group design). Sampel dalam penelitian terdiri dari 2 kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol yang berjumlah 60 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tes pretest dan posttest. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji t diperoleh thitung > ttabel yaitu 5,648 > 2,009 dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 atau 5% yang menyatakan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan hasil diatas maka dapat kita simpulkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Ipa Siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 05 Enano Kecamatan Kabaena Tengah Kabupaten Bombana.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of digital comics as a visual medium in improving elementary school students' narrative writing skills. Through a qualitative-descriptive approach, this study examines the benefits, challenges, and effectiveness of using digital comics in learning. The findings show that digital comics make a positive contribution in helping students understand narrative structures, increasing learning motivation, and encouraging creativity. However, its implementation requires adequate technological support and training for teachers.

Abstract

This research is an experimental quantitative research. The sampling technique in this study used cluster random sampling technique with a sample in this study of 60 students in grade IV of SDN 10 Mowila. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study was the paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test. Based on the hypothesis testing using the paired sample t-test, it shows that; (1) there is a difference in the initial and final conditions of the control class with the results of the calculation of the significance value of 0.000<0.05, then Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant difference, students' learning motivation after being given treatment is more effective compared to before being given treatment using conventional media, (2) there is a difference in the initial and final conditions of the experimental class with the results of the calculation of the significance value of 0.000<0.05, then Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant difference, students' learning motivation after being given treatment is more effective compared to before being given treatment using animated video media, (3) there is an effect of the use of learning media on the Learning Motivation of class IV students of SDN 10 Mowila in the 2023/2024 academic year with the results of the calculation of the independent sample t-test showing that the significance value of 0.000<0.05, then Ho is rejected, meaning that there is an effect of the use of learning media on the Learning Motivation of class IV students of SDN 10 Mowila in the 2023/2024 academic year.

Abstract

Media is an important thing in facilitating the implementation of the learning process in the form of flashcard for beginning reading of grade 1 students at SDN 4 Maligano, totaling 25 people. This research and development ( Research and Development R&D ) which uses the ADDIE stages. The results of this research are products in the form of flashcard media. The product specifications produced are in the form of A4 sized print cards using ivory art paper with a thickness of 250 gsm. This flashcard was created using the canva application. The contents of the material flashcard media include the title of the material, the main discussion point of the material, and supporting images. The flashcard media in this research explains that the flashcard studied are suitable for use.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly being applied in elementary education to improve the quality of learning. This study analyzes the potential and challenges of implementing AI in elementary schools in Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi, based on a literature study. Using the IMRAD (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion) approach, this study examines various scientific sources related to the benefits and obstacles to implementing AI in elementary education. The results of the study indicate that AI can increase student engagement, enable personalized learning, and assist teachers in providing more effective feedback. However, there are challenges such as teacher readiness, limited infrastructure, and lack of supporting policies. This study emphasizes the need for teacher training, infrastructure development, and policy support so that AI can be optimally implemented in elementary schools. This study provides insights for academics, education practitioners, and policy makers in developing effective AI implementation strategies. Further studies are needed to explore the long-term impacts and the best models for integrating AI in elementary education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Multicultural education plays an important role in shaping the social behavior of students who are able to appreciate the diversity of cultures, religions, and values. This education not only aims to increase knowledge about diversity, but also to instill attitudes of empathy, tolerance, and social solidarity. This study examines the relationship between multicultural education and the formation of students' social behavior through the literature study method by analyzing various primary and secondary sources. The results of the study indicate that a multicultural education approach integrated into the curriculum can help students understand and respect differences, thereby creating inclusive social interactions. In addition, strategies such as class discussions, cross-cultural collaboration, and critical reflection are effective in building students' social awareness. By developing multicultural education, schools contribute to the creation of a harmonious society free from prejudice. This shows the importance of implementing multicultural education as a whole in the world of education.

Abstract

Pendidikan penting bagi setiap individu terlebih pada sekolah dasar karena dalam menjalankan kehidupan kedepannya di masa global dengan penuh persaingan, maka setiap individu perlu menyadari adanya perkembangan berpikir kritis. Karena itu, siswa harus mampu menyelesaikan berbagai masalah dengan kemampuan berpikir yang unggul untuk siap terjun ke masyarakat global. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, siswa perlu dibekali keterampilan abad 21 yang memiliki empat komponen utama yaitu keterampilan literasi digital, berpikir berdaya cipta, kemampuan komunikasi yang efektif, dan produktivitas yang tinggi. Melalui metode diskusi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sekolah dasar pada pembelajaran IPA dalam proses belajar mengajar. Proses pembelajaran juga akan lebih aktif jika semua siswa dapat mengutarakan atau mengemukakan pendapatnya dalam memecahkan sebuah masalah yang ditemuinya, dan siswa tidak akan merasa bosan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Melalui diskusi kelompok, siswa dilatih untuk berani mengutarakan pendapat dan argumentasi ilmiah dalam memecahkan suatu permasalahan. Salah satu hal yang dapat dikembangkan melalui metode pembelajaran diskusi kelompok adalah kemampuan berpikir kritis
