Abstract

Background: Dairy farm management in Indonesia faces major challenges, including fluctuations in feed prices, limited human resources, and the environmental impact of livestock waste. Wiyurejo Village, as a milk-producing area, faces challenges in implementing sustainable agribusiness management to ensure business continuity and farmer welfare. This study aims to evaluate sustainable agribusiness management in dairy farming in Wiyurejo Village and identify managerial achievements in the management of livestock businesses implemented at the SAE Pujon Milk Cooperative in Wiyurejo Village. Purpose: Providing recommendations to improve the sustainability of dairy farming in Wiyurejo Village. Methods: This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive data analysis. Data collection was conducted through structured interviews, observations, and questionnaires involving farmers and cooperative managers. Data analysis techniques used the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Results: This study found that sustainable agribusiness management has been well implemented in terms of facilities and infrastructure, selection of superior seeds, and feed management that has been well prepared in advance. The dairy cow maintenance system that has been implemented has also proven to be effective, with farmers adopting an intensive system that allows for better control of livestock. However, livestock waste management, which is still not optimal, such as direct disposal into rivers, is a major obstacle that threatens environmental sustainability. Conclusion: Finally, this study provides important insights into the challenges and opportunities in sustainable dairy farming management. Going forward, improvements in livestock waste management and greater integration between the livestock sector, government, and community are needed to achieve greater sustainability.

Abstract

21st century education requires the use of creative interactive tools to make learning outcome evaluation more effective. The main challenge is low student participation due to conventional assessment practices. Technologies such as deep learning-based Google Sheet integration offer a solution by providing deep learning evaluation tools. This study focuses on developing the integration of evaluation tools with deep learning-based Google Sheets in the Learning Evaluation course in the PPG program and testing its impact on improving learning outcomes. The research method used R&D with the ADDIE model, with data collected through a pretest-posttest design on two groups, namely the experimental group that used deep learning-based Google Sheets evaluation tools and the control group that used a conventional approach. After testing for normality and homogeneity to ensure that the statistical prerequisites were met, the analysis was continued using a paired t-test. The results showed significance (p < 0.05), indicating that the deep learning-based Google Sheets evaluation tool was effective in improving learning outcomes, while also encouraging student motivation and engagement. In conclusion, the deep learning-based Google Sheets evaluation tool is suitable for implementation in the PPG program, with opportunities for further development through the enrichment of collaboration features and adaptive evaluation to strengthen the appeal and impact of learning.

Abstract

A mother’s decision to engage in employment carries significant social and economic implications for both the family and the individual. This study aims to examine the influence of education level, family income, and participation in family planning programs on mothers’ decisions to work in Kedampul Village, Duwet Subdistrict, Malang Regency. A quantitative research design was employed, utilizing logistic regression analysis to investigate these relationships among 77 respondents. The results indicate that education level and participation in family planning programs do not significantly affect mothers’ decisions to work. Conversely, family income has a significant influence, where lower family income increases the likelihood of maternal employment. These findings highlight the predominance of economic factors over educational attainment and family planning participation in shaping maternal labor force participation in this rural context. This study offers insights for policymakers and stakeholders focused on women’s empowerment and family welfare in similar socio-economic settings.

Abstract

Abstrak: Prestasi akademik dan aktivitas dalam belajar geografi siswa kelas XI IPS 01 masih tergolong rendah. Permasalahan tersebut memerlukan upaya guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas dari pembelajaran geografi dengan tindakan kelas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menerapkan pembelajaran geografi melalui media padlet dalam meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi akademik pada siswa XI IPS 01 di SMAN 1 Bululawang. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan rerata nilai persentase aktivitas dalam belajar siswa, yaitu pra siklus diperoleh nilai 34% (kurang baik), siklus I memperoleh nilai 73% (baik), siklus II mencapai nilai 93% (sangat baik) sehingga dapat dinyatakan jika penelitian ini berhasil. Hasil belajar siswa di kelas XI IPS 01 memperoleh nilai rerata pada pra siklus sebesar 69 dengan tingkat ketuntasan 49%, siklus I diperoleh nilai 76 dengan tingkat ketuntasan 71%, dan siklus II mencapai nilai 92 dengan tingkat ketuntasan 97% sehingga penelitian dapat dinyatakan berhasil. Melalui hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan media padlet pada pembelajaran geografi mampu meningkatkan aktivitas dalam belajar dan prestasi akademik siswa.Abstrak: Prestasi akademik dan aktivitas dalam pembelajaran geografi bagi siswa kelas XI IPS 01 masih tergolong rendah. Abstract

The Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) has an important role in improving the competency of prospective teachers to meet professional demands. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the collaborative learning (CL) model in improving the competency of Pre-Service Teacher Education students during Field Experience Practices (PPL). The CL model implemented integrates three main approaches: co-teaching, coaching, and consulting, involving students, tutors (GP), and field supervisors (DPL) in one collaborative team. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a classroom action approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and questionnaires before and after implementing the model. The research results showed a significant increase in students' pedagogical, personality, professional and social competencies. The implementation of the collaborative model succeeded in increasing the average score of students' pedagogical abilities from 3.08 to 3.86. Additionally, 80% of students reported increased self-confidence and interpersonal skills. In terms of classroom management, 80% of students were able to create an active learning atmosphere after the program. Improvements in social skills were also visible, with the average score increasing from 3.5 to 4.2, reflecting students' ability to share ideas and collaborate. Collaborative learning not only improves academic skills, but also supports the development of teacher candidates' personality and social skills, preparing them for challenges in the dynamic world of education

Abstract

Teknologi digital menjadi aspek penting dalam pendidikan di era revolusi industri 4.0 dan society 5.0. Guru geografi di Lumajang masih menghadapi kendala dalam pemanfaatan teknologi terutama terkait keterampilan membuat media pembelajaran digital yang interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi profesional dan kemampuan visual spasial guru melalui pelatihan serta pendampingan pembuatan e-komik strip berbantuan Artificial Intelligence (AI) berbasis kearifan lokal. Program pengabdian dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 3 Lumajang dengan melibatkan 10 guru MGMP Geografi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Service Learning yang dipadukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui pretest dan posttest menggunakan instrumen angket keterampilan guru dan tes visual spasial. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dengan skor N-Gain sebesar 0,61 (kategori sedang),yang menandakan efektivitas program dalam memperkuat keterampilan guru. Dampak lain yang terlihat adalah meningkatnya kreativitas guru dalam mengembangkan materi ajar serta kemampuan memanfaatkan TIK secara lebih adaptif. Tantangan berupa keterbatasan waktu dan kebutuhan pelatihan berkelanjutan tetap menjadi catatan penting. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi AI dengan kearifan lokal melalui media e-komik dapat menjadi strategi inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran geografi. Rekomendasi diarahkan pada perluasan program, penguatan kolaborasi antara kampus, sekolah, dan komunitas pendidikan, serta penyediaan dukungan sarana digital yang memadai.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence offers significant potential to enhance learning evaluation, yet implementing fair and objective assessments remains a challenge. This study developed an artificial intelligence-based learning evaluation system to improve assessment inclusivity and efficiency. Employing the research and development method with the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) model, the system features a virtual assistant chatbot and an automated grading tool artificial intelligence assessment. The product underwent validation by media and material experts, followed by field trials with 20 secondary school teachers. The results demonstrated high feasibility, with validation scores of 96% by user interface/user experience (UI/UX) and 91.2% by material experts, and an implementation feasibility score of 94.4%. The system successfully assisted teachers in reducing administrative burdens and providing personalized feedback based on student learning styles. Future developments should expand subject coverage and support diverse assessment formats.

Abstract

Abstract. Society 5.0 requires teachers to integrate technology into instruction, yet the Batu City Geography Teachers’ Working Group (MGMP) struggles to produce interactive, realistic learning materials. This program aimed to strengthen teachers’ professional skills in developing Metaverse-based interactive media for deep learning by engaging 16 MGMP teachers in a hybrid mentoring format that combined online instruction with an in-person workshop. Using the Service Learning approach within a qualitative case-study design, data were collected through observation, interviews, reflection sheets, and evaluation of teachers’ lithosphere-based 3D media, then analyzed thematically. By the end of mentoring, [isi jumlah] of the 16 teachers had completed and presented an original 3D lithosphere media project, showing concrete gains in ICT design skills and a shift from teacher-centered to collaborative instruction. The 3D space helped visualize abstract phenomena such as mountainous topography and disaster vulnerability, while lightweight web-based tools and small-group role-sharing addressed hardware and connectivity limits.
