Abstract

Factors that influence Crude Palm Oil (CPO) production is the increase in CPO consumption and with the implementation of CPO production process management, it can meet domestic and export demand. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of CPO production process management at “X” Co. This research has been conducted from May to June 2018. The data collection technique was purposive sampling with descriptive analysis. The results obtained indicate that based on the implementation of production management, improvements are still needed through increasing CPO production by increasing the capacity of production machines from 2.5 tons per lorry to 10 tons per lorry. In addition, it is also necessary to improve the quality of human resources and products to increase the company's competitiveness. Keywords: management, production, demand, CPO, planning

Abstract

Abstrak: Kompetensi lulusan sekolah menengah kejuruan merupakan indikator terlaksananya proses belajar mengajar. Penilaian kompetensi peserta didik harus dilakukan oleh instansi yang berkompeten serta di akui oleh Badan Sertfikasi Profesi Nasional. SMK Negeri 1 Seberida merupakan sekolah menengah kejuruan bidang pertanian serta tidak bisa melaksanakan uji kompetensi bagi peserta didiknya sebanyak 32 peserta. Untuk mendapatkan peserta didik yang mempunyai kompetensi dalam pengolahan roti maka dilaksanakan pendampingan dalam peningkatan kompetensi pengolahan roti. Metoda pendampingan dilakukan dengan ceramah dan pratek sejalan dengan skema dan unit kompetensi pengoalahan roti. Hasil pendampingan dievaluasi sebelum dan setelah pendampingan dilakuan dengan kuisoner. Kusioner menunjukan peserta didik meningkat menjadi kompeten.Abstract: The competence of vocational high school graduates is an indicator of the implementation of the teaching and learning process. Assessment of student competence must be carried out by competent agencies and recognized by the National Professional Sertification Agency. SMK Negeri 1 Seberida is a vocational high school in agriculture and cannot carry out competency tests for its students as many as 32 participants. To get students who have competence in bread processing, assistance is carried out in improving bread processing competencies. The method of mentoring is carried out with lectures and pratek in line with the scheme and competency unit of roti. The results of the assistance are evaluated before and after the assistance is carried out with a chisoner. Kusioner shows learners increased to competent.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the potential development of religious tourism at the tomb of Sheikh Abdurrahman Siddiq in Teluk Dalam Village, Kuala Indragiri District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, including the process of forming tourism objects, developing tourism objects, and the impact of their development. This research is a qualitative type with a case study strategy. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. Test the validity of the data by triangulation of data sources and data collection techniques. Analysis of the data using interactive techniques. This study shows that the formation of this tourist attraction stems from the collapse of the Indragiri kingdom. Sheikh Abdurrahman Siddiq, a Mufhti of the Indragiri Kingdom, built a mosque as a means of spreading Islam in the Hidayat area. After he died, he was buried in Teluk Dalam village in the courtyard of the mosque that was built. The tomb is sacred by the community and used as a religious tourism object. Many people visit for pilgrimage. For this reason, development is carried out, including the addition of tourist objects such as the Sheikh Abdurrahman Siddiq Museum and the Mosque to make it more comfortable. In addition, the addition of basic facilities in the form of an entrance gate and a roof to protect the tomb. Complementary facilities are in the form of pilgrim rules and mosques. Supporting facilities include parking lots, canteens, and clothing stores. However, there are several facilities that have not been developed optimally, namely repairing basic facilities in the form of repairing entrances to tombs and mosques. Improvement of complementary facilities in the form of ablution places and toilets. The development of tourist information includes introducing tourism objects to outsiders and to increase tourist visits. This can be done by using brochures, accessing google internet services. This development has a positive impact on the local economy. It can be seen from the growth of various business fields, such as clothing stores, food stalls, street vendors, and entertainment.

Abstract

The development of information technology will be related to all fields including finance. Cryptocurrency (Cryptocurrency) or often referred to as virtual currency / digital currency is the result of a development of financial technology (financial technology). Digital currencies began to be widely used as a means of payment on the internet. The purpose of this currency is to Provide convenience and security in payment. With blockchain technology in it, making transaction costs cheaper. However, the Government in this case Bank Indonesia prohibits transactions using digital / virtual money because it has a harmful impact on the Financial System, Monetary Stability and Payment System in Indonesia. This study explains the impact of Cryptocurrencies on the Indonesian economy and the government's attitude towards existing technologies inside. In terms of the technology offered, cryptocurrency is a development of financial technology that allows to change paper money into digital money in financial transactions in the future. It is hoped that the government can review the technology contained in cryptocurrencies more deeply so that the policies made later do not prohibit the technology contained in cryptocurrencies and provide knowledge to the public to better understand about cryptocurrencies

Abstract

This study aims to identify the strategies adopted by farmers in Indragiri Regency in response to the low prices for fresh fruit bunches (FFB). The data used are primary data obtained from direct interviews with respondents and secondary data obtained from the literature and institutions related to the topic. This research employs a mixed methodological approach. Data analysis involves collecting data and analyzing quantitative data in the first stage, then collecting data and analyzing qualitative data in the second stage, and finally analyzing the overall data and drawing conclusions from the analysis of the data. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing are the methods of analysis.The results revealed the following adaptation strategies: (1) an active strategy, becoming an oil palm farm laborer and opening a side business; (2) a passive strategy, utilizing home yards to grow horticultural crops, borrowing money from tauke, and borrowing / borrowing daily necessities from the shop / shop.

Abstract

Abstrak: Taluk Kuantan merupakan salah satu Kecamatan di Kabupeten Kuantan Sengingi. Salah satu komoditas yang banyak dibudidayakan adalah tanaman kelapa sawit yang dalam budidayanya memerlukan peran per bankan guna menyertaan modalnya. BRI sebagai salah satu bank yang selama ini membantu dalam pembiayan kepada para petani kelapa sawit. Guna menambahkan pengetahuan tentang budidaya kelapa sawit dan bisnis kelapa sawit maka diadakan pelatihan kepada Mantri BRI. Peserta merupakan Mantri BRI dari kantor unit BRI di wilayah Kabupaten Kuantan Sengingi sebanyak 40 orang. Untuk mendapatkan Mantri BRI yang mempunyai kemampuan dalam budidaya dan bisnis kelapa sawit maka dilaksanakan pelatihan budidaya dan bisnis kelapa sawit. Metoda pelatihan meliputi ceramah dan praktek, Hasil pelatihan dievaluasi sebelum dan setelah pelatihan melalui post test. Hasil post test menunjukan peningkatan kemampuan Mantri BRI dalam budidaya dan bisnis Kelapa Sawit sebesar 80% peserta dari seluruh materi yang diberikan.Abstract: Kuantan is one of the sub-districts in Kabupeten Kuantan Sengingi. One of the commodities that is widely cultivated is the oil palm plant, which in its cultivation requires a bank role to include its capital. BRI as one of the banks that has been helping in financing oil palm farmers. In order to increase knowledge about oil palm cultivation and the palm oil business, training was held to the BRI Mantri. The participants were BRI Mantri from the BRI unit office in the Kuantan Sengingi Regency area as many as 40 people. To get BRI Mantri who has the ability in the cultivation and business of oil palm, training on cultivation and oil palm business is carried out. The training method includes lectures and practices, training results are evaluated before and after training through post-tests. The post-test results showed an increase in the ability of the BRI Mantri in the cultivation and business of Palm Oil by 80% of the participants from all materials provided.

Abstract

Teluk Dalam Village has a special cultural potential due to its history and culture, which reveal a religious leader in Riau's past. However, the region has not been able to adequately manage the tourism potential or earn cash from it. The team designed cultural preservation initiatives through community support programs in order to discover new tourist attractions, preserve and document historic structures and artifacts, and package tourist attractions for performances at village festivals. The employment of debriefing, coaching, and training is employed to aid. After that, attractions are advertised via social media. The results of the mentorship programs indicate an increase in cultural preservation knowledge, expertise, and concern, all of which have an impact on the community's potential new sources of income. Teluk Dalam Village's village festival festivities successfully preserve historical legacies and different cultural customs.

Abstract

Traffic violations by motor vehicles from 2018-2019 have increased quite rapidly. As an educational institution, the legal science study program cooperates with the traffic department of the Indragiri Hilir resort police to conduct socialization and assistance to students of the Sabilal Muthadin Islamic boarding school as an effort to tackle traffic violations. One of them is by taking precautionary measures to prevent police traffic violations committed by motorized vehicles, providing education about traffic and reminding the public about the importance of respecting traffic signs and installing traffic-related banners. Traffic violations among students in the Kepolisian area of ​​the Indragiri Hiri resort can be brought down after mentoring.
