Abstract

This research is a research that aims to find out how the effect of office facilities on work motivation of Herlang Health Center employees, Bulukumba Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Herlang Health Center, totaling 86 employees. The technique for determining the sample used a saturated sample, namely all employees of the Herlang Health Center, totaling 86 employees, were sampled. There are 2 variables in this study, namely the independent variable of office facilities (X) and the dependent variable of work motivation (Y). Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, distributing questionnaires (questionnaires), interviews, and documentation. The analytical technique used is simple linear regression using SPSS 21 (statistical package for social sciences) as a tool. The results of research that has been carried out at the Herlang Health Center, Bulukumba Regency, the data obtained from research findings that there is a significant influence between office facilities on employee motivation at Herlang Health Center is 73.7%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and service quality on employee performance at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Bulukumba Branch Office. This research variable includes leadership style, service quality, and employee performance. This type of research is quantitative associative. The population has 44 employees at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Bulukumba Branch Office. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with a sample size of 44 respondents, namely the entire population. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees. Data analysis techniques were simple regression with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that leadership style and service quality have a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Bulukumba Branch Office. Simultaneously, the influence of leadership style and service quality significantly affects employee performance at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Bulukumba Branch Office. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Bulukumba. Variabel Penelitian ini terdiri dari gaya kepemimpinan, kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif. Adapun populasi dengan jumlah 44 karyawan Pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Bulukumba. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 44 responden yaitu keseluruhan populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial pada kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Bulukumba. Secara simultan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Bulukumba. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This research purpose to determine the financial performance of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period using financial ratio analysis. The basis for assessing and achieving a company is through financial analysis so that the company can control its financial condition and create a company framework. In assessing the job prospects of a company in the past and future and assessing the achievements of a company, financial ratio analysis is used which includes liquidity ratios (current ratio), solvency ratios (debt to asset ratio), activity ratios (total asset turnover), profitability ratio (return on equity) and market ratio (earnings per share). This research is descriptive research which is studied quantitatively. The population of the research is all financial reports of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is listed on the IDX in 2018-2022 period. The sample for this research is the financial position report and comprehensive income statement in 2018-2022 period. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. The results of this research found that the overall financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period based on analysis of liquidity ratios and solvency ratios is in fairly good condition. Meanwhile, profitability ratios and market ratios are in good condition. However, regarding the activity ratio, the condition of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is still not efficient so it can be said to be not good. This is due to an increase in sales and total assets during the 2018-2022 period. Based on the results of calculations and analysis of financial ratios, it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period experiences growth in various aspects and profitability can increase, making the company profitable.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significance of the effect of training program on the employee achievement at the UPTP Office in the South Makassar Region I 2019-2022. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The research subjects in this study were 40 employees. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis with simple linear regression analysis using Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software version 16. The results of this research show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee achievment. Employee achievment is directly influenced by the training that occurs at UPTP office in the South Makassar I Region. If the training program is improved, there will be an increase in employee achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of KFC Pettarani employees either partially or simultaneously. The number of respondents in this study were 44 KFC Pettarani employees. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique. The collection of data used is a questionnaire, documentation, and observation. The analytical method in this study used multiple linear regression analysis which previously carried out validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), coefficient of determination test, t test, and f test.The results showed that partially financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.005 (<0.05). While non-financial compensation partially has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.295 (> 0.05). As for simultaneously, financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Dinas Pariwisata, Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai PNS Dinas Pariwisata, Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Kabupaten Soppeng berjumlah 38 orang. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana dan mendapatkan hasil yaitu: Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja di Dinas Pariwisata, Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Kabupaten Soppeng.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti secara empiris Pengaruh Stres Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pare-Pare. Populasi yang digunakan adalah karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pare-Pare, dengan jumlah populasi 56 orang karyawan, kemudian ditarik sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel yang akhirnya 56 orang karyawan yang dijadikan responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data primer. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Data diproses menggunakan statistical product and service solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta stres dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of stress and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Pawnshop (Persero) Pare-Pare. The population used is employees at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pare-Pare, with a population of 56 employees, was then sampled using a saturated sample, where the entire population was sampled which finally 56 employees were made respondents. This study used quantitative research that used primary data. The hypothesis test used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data is processed through statistical product and service solution (SPSS). The results of this study show that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work stress and discipline have a simultaneous significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the Influence of the Training Program on Employee Work Performance at the UPTP Office of the South Makassar I Region, the method in this study was collecting data through questionnaires and observation. The population in this study were 40 employees. With a sample of 40 employees, the results of this study indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Education and training programs play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance and contributing to organizational success. These programs facilitate the acquisition of new knowledge, industry best practices, and the development of relevant skills. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of education and training programs on employee career paths at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar. The study population consists of 100 permanent employees at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar, and a cluster sampling technique was used to select a sample of 50 employees. The data was processed using SPSS 26. The research findings indicate a positive influence between the Education and Training Program variable (X) and the Employee Career Path variable (Y). This relationship is represented by the simple regression equation Y = 5.744 + 1.038, and it is supported by a significant t-statistic value of 7.719, which surpasses the t-table value of 2.011, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The R Square value of 0.554 demonstrates that the education and training program variables contributed to 55.4% of the variance in employee career paths, while the remaining 44.6% was influenced by other unexamined variables. In conclusion, the Education and Training Program has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Career Path at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar. It is crucial for organizations to invest in comprehensive education and training initiatives to foster employee growth and advancement in their careers.

Abstract

In the dynamic landscape of current organizations, the performance of employees is a pivotal factor in achieving goals and maintaining competitiveness. A multitude of variables can significantly influence employee performance, with work discipline and work motivation being of particular importance. The Competency Development Center of PUPR VIII, located in the Makassar region, serves as the setting for this research, where the intricate interplay of these two variables on employee performance is investigated. This research seeks to ascertain the impact of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance within the ambit of the Competency Development Center of PUPR VIII, situated in the Makassar region. The research methodology employed is quantitative, utilizing a sample of 37 employees. Data analysis techniques encompass validity and reliability assessments, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, T-tests, and F-tests. The findings of this study affirm a significant correlation between work discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) and employee performance (Y), substantiated by T-test and F-test analyses. Furthermore, the results demonstrate that the F-value exceeds the tabulated F-value (0.000 < 0.005). The coefficient of determination, R-square, amounts to 0.494%, underlining the influence of these variables on employee performance.
