Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and work discipline on the job satisfaction of employees at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Makassar City. The research adopts a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population consists of all civil servant employees (ASN) at the Secretariat, with a total sample of 75 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26. The results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while work discipline has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, both leadership and work discipline have a significant influence on job satisfaction. Although the partial effects differ in direction (positive for leadership and negative for work discipline), together they significantly contribute to shaping the level of employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work life balance and workload on employee job satisfaction at the SAMSAT UPT Revenue Office, South Makassar I Region. This research employed a quantitative associative approach with a survey technique. The population of this study consisted of all 80 employees at the e SAMSAT UPT Revenue Office, South Makassar I Region, and the entire population was selected as the sample using saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression method with the aid of SPSS version 26 application. The results indicate that work life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while workload has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, work life balance and workload significantly influence job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R²) value shows that work life balance and workload contribute 28.3% to employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja secara simultan posifif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor daerah kabupaten polewali mandar. Jenis penelitian mengunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Dengan jumlah yang sampel 76 responden. Data yang dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan olah data SPSS untuk membuktikan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini telah dibuktikan pada variable Gaya kepemimpinan (XI) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Motivasi kerja (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Motivasi kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan dan Motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor daerah kabupaten polewali mandar.

Abstract

This study examines the Effect of Work Motivation and Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 North Makassar. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 North Makassar. The data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a total sample of 64 respondents and using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the variables of motivation and discipline have a positive effect on the performance of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 North Makassar. This is evidenced by the results of the Simultaneous Test (F Test) and the results of the Partial Test (t test) which also show the significant values ​​of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore the test results of this study state that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of motivation and work discipline on the performance of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 North Makassar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether employee motivation influences their abilities to produce work-related results at the regional Drinking water Company (PDAM) Tirta Jeneberang, Gowa regency. Therewere 116 employee total who made up the population of this study. Utilizing stratified Random sampling, 54 samples werexused. Questionnaires were used in the approaches for gathering data. Quantitative descriptive analysis using the statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) was used for data analysis methodologies. Based on the study's findings, a straightforward linear analysis revealed that a constant value of 10,115 can be interpreted as meaning that if the motivational variable has a value of 0, then work productivity has increased by 10,115. Similarly, the positive beta coefficient on motivation (X) can be interpreted as meaning that for each unit of motivation that is increased, work productivity will rise by 0.703 as well. Work productivity increases by 0.703 points when motivation is taken into account. This demonstrates that efforts to boost the job efficiency of employees of the Tirta Jeneberang Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM), Gowa Regency, depend greatly on their motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of managing village funds in Tamalanrea Village, Bontotiro District, Bulukumba Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative (case study). The source of this research data is the Village Fund Budget Realization Report. The results of this study indicate that the results of this study indicate that Village Fund Allocation Management is effective in increasing village development in Tamalanrea Village, Bontotiro District, Bulukumba Regency. In addition, there are inhibiting factors in the form of human resources who do not understand and participate in the village fund allocation management process

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Knowledge Management dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia berdampak secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja para pegawai di sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Takalar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan populasi sebanyak 42 orang yang merupakan pegawai aparatur sipil negara (ASN) di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Takalar, dan keseluruhan populasi ini dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode nonprobabilty sampling dikarenakan jumlah populasinya tidak lebih dari seratus orang. Analisis data dilakukan melalui metode regresi linier berganda menggunakan Statistical Product and Sevice Sulation 23 (SPSS 23). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Knowledge Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai serta knowledge management dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect between motivation on job satisfaction of employees of Perumda Air Minum Makassar City and analyze the role of motivation in job satisfaction of employees of Perumda Air Minum Makassar City. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The independent variable in this study is the motivation variable, while the dependent variable is employee satisfaction. The population in this study were 258 employees of Perumda Air Minum Makassar city. while the sample amounted to 80 people. The research data was obtained by giving a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is the simple linear regression test. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of motivation on job satisfaction of employees of Perumda Air Minum Makassar City. Motivation and job satisfaction are interrelated and influence each other. Employees who feel motivated tend to be more satisfied with their jobs because they feel that the efforts they make are recognized and appreciated. So that a company must be able to increase employee motivation so that employee satisfaction can increase and company goals can be achieved easily.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas sosial kota makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan merupakan penelitian populasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Sosial Kota Makassar sebanyak 55 orang. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dan mendapatkan hasil yaitu: Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan variabel lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Makassar. Hasil uji parsial juga menunjukkan variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan variabel kompensasi juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Makassar.

Abstract

A cooperative is a group, in which there is various collaborations exist to achieve common goals. The nature of the cooperative itself is a business, which is based on the principles of the people's economic movement and the principle of kinship. Profitability is an indicator for assessing the financial performance of an organization, in this case the Republic of Indonesia Employee Cooperative, Makassar State University (KPRI UNM). This research aims to determine the level of profitability of KPRI UNM for the five years 2018-2022. Data was obtained from the financial report of KPRI Makassar State University which was analyzed using the calculation formula for economic profitability, own capital profitability, and trend analysis. The research results show that the economic profitability and profitability of the capital owned by KPRI UNM during the five years 2018-2022 are each classified as unhealthy. Trend analysis shows that KPRI UNM during the five years 2018-2022 experienced a tendency to decrease remaining operating results.
