Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang Model Sistem Pendidikan Islam, Pengertian, Jenis, Konstruksi dalam Pendidikan Islam. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, pengertian sistem merujuk pada suatu kerangka atau struktur yang mengatur berbagai aspek pembelajaran dan pengajaran. Sistem ini terdiri dari elemen-elemen yang saling terkait dan berinteraksi satu sama lain untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan Islam yang diinginkan. Konstruksi sistem pendidikan Islam mengacu pada proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, dan implementasi berbagai komponen dan strategi pendidikan yang berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip dan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam. Mencakup semua aspek pendidikan, termasuk kurikulum, metode pengajaran, evaluasi, lingkungan belajar, serta peran guru dan siswa. Artikel ini dikembangkan dengan metode kualitatif berupa pengkajian literatur yang terkait. Tujuan penelitian tersebut membahas tentang Model Sistem Pendidikan Islam, Pengertian, Jenis, Konstruksi dalam Pendidikan Islam

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the utilization of the website as a digital marketing strategy at Madrasah Tsanawiyah, focusing on three main aspects: the effectiveness of website utilization, the features and content provided, and the challenges and obstacles encountered during its implementation. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Informants in this study include the principal, website administrators, social media managers (Instagram and Facebook), teachers, staff, and parents. The data analysis process consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the school website is quite effective as a promotional tool and information dissemination platform, especially in supporting the student admission process (PPDB). The website includes various features such as registration information, school profile, activity news, and photo galleries. Challenges in its implementation include limited human resources with digital technology expertise, lack of training, infrastructure limitations, and weak integration between work units in managing the school’s digital media. Nevertheless, the website holds significant potential to support the school’s digital marketing strategy, provided it is supported by strengthened human resources, improved infrastructure, and more comprehensive content strategy planning.

Abstract

Kasus intolerensi terus menjadi persoalan yang menghantui di Republik Pertiwi ini, selalu ada cerita diskriminasi pada kelompok minoritas di setiap tahunnya. Di saat bersamaan, pemerintah serta masyarakat sipil terus berupaya membangun keharmonisan dalam situasi keberagaman yang memiliki potensi perpecahan. Kemudian, situasi damai menjadi keniscayaan. Proyeksi “kampung ramah keberagaman” menjadi pilihan alternatif sebagai tindakan menjaga keharmonisan di tengah plurality. Membangun keharmonisan harus dimulai dan difollow up  dari masyarakat itu sendiri. Pemberdayaan dalam bentuk kegiatan “kampung ramah keberagamaan” bertujuan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang inklusif, di mana setiap individu, terlepas dari latar belakang agama atau keyakinannya, dapat hidup berdampingan dengan damai. Pemberdayaan ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Kenali Besar, Kecamatan Alam Barajo, Kota Jambi yang struktur sosial-keagamaan beragam. Upaya ini melibatkan identifikasi potensi sosial dan budaya masyarakat setempat sebagai modal dasar dalam membangun rasa saling percaya, empati, toleransi, dan sebagainya untuk menciptakan kampung ramah keberagaman. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini mampu meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya toleransi, mengurangi potensi konflik, serta memperkuat kohesi sosial.   Hal demikian karena terlihat dari peningkatan kesadaran kolektif masyarakat terhadap pentingnya hidup dalam suasana yang damai dan toleran. Muncul inisiatif lokal yang berangkat dari warga sendiri untuk menjaga kerukunan, seperti pembentukan kelompok relawan toleransi, penyusunan kesepakatan bersama antar tokoh agama, serta penguatan forum komunikasi antar warga. Bahwa pendekatan partisipatif dalam program pengabdian benar-benar mendorong masyarakat untuk menjadi pelaku utama dalam merawat keberagaman. Masyarakat mulai menunjukkan sikap yang lebih terbuka, saling menghargai, dan mampu menyikapi perbedaan secara dewasa. Dengan demikian, “kampung ramah keberagamaan” dapat menjadi model yang relevan dan aplikatif untuk memperkuat harmoni sosial di tengah keberagaman.

Abstract

This study investigates the intricate dynamics between individual behavior and organizational culture within the context of Islamic boarding school education. The primary aim is to explore the foundations of student motivation, the perception of the organizational climate, and the influence of emotion on the learning environment. This research employed a qualitative case study design at Aswaja Bungo Pesantren in Jambi, Indonesia. Data were gathered over two months through participant observation, semi-structured interviews with fifteen purposively selected teachers (ustadz), staff, and students (santri), and analysis of institutional documents. Thematic analysis, guided by the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, was utilized to interpret the data. The findings reveal that student learning motivation is driven principally by non-material recognition from teachers and the contextual relevance of the curriculum, rather than by material rewards. A supportive organizational climate, characterized by informal and empathetic teacher-student interactions, was found to be fundamental in establishing psychological safety. Furthermore, the study identifies a strong correlation between teachers' positive emotional expressions and the collective classroom mood, which directly enhances student engagement and participation. A secondary finding indicates that teacher job satisfaction, fostered by institutional appreciation, positively influences the quality of their pedagogical interactions. This research underscores that affective and relational dynamics are not peripheral but central to the educational process in religious boarding schools. The study's implications suggest a need for educational leaders to integrate emotional pedagogy into teacher training and institutional strategies. This research is limited by its single-site design; therefore, caution is advised in generalizing the findings. Future research is recommended, utilizing longitudinal or comparative mixed-methods approaches to validate these insights across diverse institutional contexts.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam menghadapi tantangan kompleks di era globalisasi dan digitalisasi sehingga diperlukan strategi pengelolaan yang adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep dasar manajemen strategis pendidikan Islam dan relevansinya dalam pengembangan lembaga pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan melalui telaah literatur internasional dan nasional yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen strategis mampu memperkuat visi, misi, dan tujuan lembaga pendidikan Islam sehingga lebih responsif terhadap dinamika global, inovatif dalam pembelajaran, serta berkelanjutan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan manajemen strategis berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam agar lembaga pendidikan mampu melahirkan generasi yang unggul, berkarakter, dan berdaya saing global. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat menjadi rujukan praktis bagi pengelola pendidikan Islam dalam merumuskan kebijakan strategis yang berorientasi mutu

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology, accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, has significantly transformed educational systems worldwide, including Islamic education in rural areas. However, implementing distance learning (DL) in these settings presents unique challenges due to limited infrastructure, low digital literacy, and socioeconomic disparities. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of distance learning in enhancing technological literacy within Islamic education in rural Sarolangun, Indonesia. A qualitative approach was employed through a systematic literature review, focusing on scholarly works related to distance education, digital literacy, and Islamic pedagogy in rural contexts. Data were gathered from academic databases using keywords such as "distance learning," "digital literacy," "Islamic education," and "rural area." The findings reveal that while digital platforms can effectively support cognitive learning, they often fall short in addressing affective and psychomotor domains crucial to Islamic education. The study also highlights the importance of integrating Islamic values into digital pedagogy to maintain spiritual authenticity. The research suggests that blended learning models combining online and face-to-face approaches offer a more adaptable solution for rural Islamic schools. Nevertheless, ongoing challenges such as technological inequity, insufficient teacher training, and cultural resistance to change must be addressed. These insights provide a foundation for designing contextually relevant and value-based distance education strategies that align with the needs and realities of rural Muslim communities.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly impacted the education sector, including Islamic education in Jambi City. Islamic institutions have gradually integrated digital platforms to support teaching and learning processes, leading to more flexible and interactive ways of delivering religious content. This study aims to explore how new orientations in technology-based learning are being implemented in Islamic education within the socio-cultural context of Jambi. Using a qualitative descriptive approach and library research method, data were collected from relevant scientific literature, government documents, and digital publications. The findings reveal a clear transformation from traditional to digital Islamic learning models, characterized by the use of online platforms, multimedia content, and social media-based religious education. Teachers have adopted the role of digital facilitators, while students have become more active and independent learners. Despite notable challenges such as limited access to technology and low digital literacy, the integration of digital tools has opened up opportunities for creative, contextual, and inclusive Islamic education. This research contributes to the theoretical understanding of digital transformation in religious education and offers practical insights into developing localized digital learning strategies rooted in Islamic values and cultural identity.

Abstract

The effectiveness of lecturers in executing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education teaching, research, and community services a crucial metric for assessing a university's quality, reputation, and competitiveness.  Nonetheless, discrepancies in instructor performance across universities, especially Universitas Riau, persist as a considerable concern.  This study seeks to determine the extent to which lecturers at Universitas Riau have successfully fulfilled their roles in education, research, and community service.  The aim of this research is to delineate and evaluate lecturers' accomplishments according to the criteria of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This study utilizes a descriptive quantitative methodology involving 147 permanent lecturers selected through accidental sampling approaches.  Data were gathered by documentation and examined employing descriptive statistics, encompassing minimum, maximum, mean, and standard deviation values.  The findings indicate that the predominant proportion of lecturers (71.43%) are classified within the "moderate" performance category, and the remainder are allocated among the "high," "low," "very high," and "very low" categories.  The educational component exhibited the highest performance, whereas research and community service demonstrated considerable variability.

Abstract

Community service conducted by the Islamic Education Management Study Program of UIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi aims to improve teachers' understanding and skills in creating a conducive learning climate at the Laboratory Private Madrasah Aliyah, Jambi City. This study focuses on identifying problems that arise in the learning environment, such as the lack of physical comfort in the classroom, the lack of positive interaction between teachers and students, and the lack of understanding of the importance of learning climate in supporting students' academic and social development. As a solution, a training program was conducted by inviting 15 teachers to study and understand the concept of learning climate, its benefits, and techniques that can be applied to create a more comfortable and effective learning atmosphere. This training consisted of several sessions, including an introduction to the basic concept of learning climate, its benefits for the learning process, and interactive sessions such as group discussions and case studies. The evaluation results showed an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of creating a positive learning climate, as well as their readiness to apply these principles in daily teaching and learning activities. The program also identified several challenges that needed to be overcome, such as limited physical facilities and students' learning habits. Nevertheless, the program has succeeded in providing a positive impact in creating a more conducive learning environment, which is expected to improve the motivation and quality of student learning outcomes in madrasahs. The sustainability of this program is important to ensure a greater long-term impact on the development of education in madrasahs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi efektivitas komunikasi di Kementerian Agama Provinsi Riau, fokus pada tantangan dan solusi dalam konteks dinamika organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus dan studi pustaka. Komunikasi dianggap sebagai fondasi penting bagi hubungan baik antarpimpinan, karyawan, dan antarkaryawan dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Dalam konteks Kementerian Agama, dengan tanggung jawab melibatkan urusan pemerintahan di bidang agama, permasalahan seperti hoaks, digitalisasi sekolah keagamaan, dan globalisasi menjadi titik fokus. Solusi termasuk inisiatif digital, seperti Diklat Jarak Jauh dan komunikasi edukasi pra-nikah berbasis internet, mengatasi kendala infrastruktur dan peningkatan komunikasi publik. Penelitian ini mengusulkan evaluasi efektivitas komunikasi melalui umpan balik, tingkat respons, kejelasan pesan, penggunaan alat komunikasi, dan KPI. Diharapkan penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam mengidentifikasi potensi perbaikan dan strategi komunikasi yang inovatif di Kemenag Provinsi Riau.
