Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) bagi kepala sekolah dan guru sekolah dasar dilakukan dalam bentuk kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan rencana kerja sekolah berbasis raport pendidikan.Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pada kepala sekolah dan guru dalam membuat rencana kerja sekolah berdasarkan hasil raport pendidikannya dan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan peningkatan mutu sekolah. Kegiatan pelatihan ini menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan diskusi. Peserta pelatihan adalah kepala sekolah dan guru yang berjumlah 20 orang. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa guru kurang memahami materi yang diberikan tentang pembuatan rencana kerja sekolah berbasis hasil capaian raport pendidikan setelah pelatihan guru dan kepala sekolah sudah memahami dengan kategori baik, diharapkan mereka dapat membuat rencana kerja sekolah masing-masing, yang merupakan salah satu tugas kepala sekolah dan guru. Diharapkan kepala sekolah dan guru sekolah dasar dapat mengerti dan memahami materi yang diberikan pada kegiatan ini, karena materi ini dilengkapi dengan latihan memahaman pembuatan rencana kerja sekolah berbasis raport pendidikan, sehingga kendala kepala sekolah dan guru dalam pembuatan rencana kerja sekolah berbasis raport pendidikan bisa teratasi.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the picture of learning interest, learning discipline, learning activity of UPT SD Negeri 23 Jeppe'e, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency? and is there a significant relationship between learning interest and learning discipline with learning activity of UPT SD Negeri 23 Jeppe'e, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency? This study is a correlation study that aims to determine the picture of learning interest, learning discipline, learning activity and the relationship between learning interest and learning discipline with learning activity of UPT SD Negeri 23 Jeppe'e, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency. The research approach is a quantitative approach. The research data were obtained through questionnaires and documentation. The population in the study were all high-grade students at UPT SD Negeri 23 Jeppe'e, Tanete Riattang Barat sub-district, Bone regency, totaling 30 students. The sample in the study was 30 students. The data analysis technique was descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results obtained in this study are a description of learning interest showing a very high category and learning discipline showing a very high category with learning activity showing a high category and learning interest and learning discipline have a significant relationship to student learning activity, especially in the high-grade UPT SD Negeri 23 Jeppe'e, Tanete Riattang Barat district, Bone regency.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the description of class management, learning motivation, and learning quality at UPT SDN 238 Ujung Tanah, Mare District, Bone Regency? and is there a significant relationship between class management and learning motivation with the quality of learning at UPT SDN 238 Ujung Tanah, Mare District, Bone Regency? This study is a correlation study that aims to determine the description of class management, learning motivation, learning quality and the relationship between class management and learning motivation with the quality of learning at UPT SDN 238 Ujung Tanah, Mare District, Bone Regency. The research approach is a quantitative approach. Research data were obtained through questionnaires and documentation. The population in the study were all high-class students at UPT SDN 238 Ujung Tanah, Mare District, Bone Regency, totaling 30 students. The sample in the study amounted to 30 students. The data analysis technique was descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results obtained in this study are a description of class management showing a very high category and learning motivation showing a very high category with learning quality showing a very high category and class management and learning motivation have a significant relationship to the quality of student learning, especially in the high class of UPT SDN 238 Ujung Tanah, Mare District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to describe: 1) to analyze the implementation of the independent curriculum in science learning for Grade IV of SDN 25 Mattirowalie, 2) to analyze the obstacles and barriers in implementing the independent curriculum in science learning for Grade IV of SDN 25 Mattirowalie, 3) to analyze efforts to overcome obstacles and barriers in implementing the independent curriculum in science learning for Grade IV of SDN 25 Mattirowalie. This research is a qualitative research. The research was conducted at SDN 25 Mattirowalie in August 2024. The subjects of this study were the Principal, Grade IV Teachers, and Grade IV Students. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. Activities in qualitative data analysis using interactive models are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the implementation of the independent curriculum in science learning has been realized well, the planning carried out is by analyzing CP, compiling TP, and making ATP. The implementation of learning that has implemented differentiated learning that is adjusted to student needs and has compiled evaluations in the form of diagnostic assessments, formative and summative assessments, 2) there are obstacles and barriers such as less valid information, reference sources are still few, limited time in compiling teaching modules and assessments, 3) efforts made to overcome obstacles and barriers are by participating in seminars, webinars and workshops, increasing reference sources and utilizing the teaching module preparation guidebook provided by the government.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with a correlational design that aims to determine whether there is a relationship between parental attention and learning interest on student learning achievement of SD Inpres 5/81 Tadang Palie, Sibulue District, Bone Regency. The population in this study were all students of SD Inpres 5/81 Tadang Palie, Sibulue District, Bone Regency, while the sample in this study was 53 students, namely all students of SD Inpres 5/81 Tadang Palie, Sibulue District, Bone Regency. Data collection was carried out by providing questionnaires and documentation. The findings obtained, parental influence with an average of 131.51 and a percentage of 82% is classified as very good, interest in learning with an average of 136.47 and a percentage of 90% is classified as very good, and student learning achievement with an average of 84.11 and a percentage of 84% is classified as very good. The results of this study also show that the t-value (X1 = 1.806 X2 = 4.797) is greater (≥) the t-table value (1.675) at a significance level of 5%. Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results of the study concluded that there is a significant relationship between parental attention and interest in learning on student learning achievement at SD Inpres 5/81 Tadang Palie, Sibulue District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative study that aims to analyze the leadership style of school principals in Cluster II, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency. Based on the formulation of the problem and the results of the study, it can be concluded that the leadership style most widely applied by school principals in Cluster II, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency is democratic or deliberation. This means that school principals tend to involve teachers and staff in the decision-making process. This reflects an effort to create a participatory and collaborative school environment. A democratic leadership style has great potential to improve the quality of education in schools. However, its implementation requires commitment and ongoing efforts from all parties involved. By considering supporting factors and overcoming existing obstacles, schools can create a more democratic, participatory, and effective learning environment..

Abstract

The problem of the principal's role in improving and advancing the quality of education is a problem that must be overcome. Solving this problem will be followed by a positive impact on the surrounding community, including at SD Negeri 25 Mattirowalie, Bone Regency, where the principal also uses the role of the principal in improving the quality of education in accordance with the conditions in the environment. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained by the author by conducting observations in the field and conducting in-depth interviews with sources related to the role of the principal in improving the quality of education at SD Negeri 25 Mattirowalie, Bone Regency. The conclusions obtained in this study are first, the role of the principal in improving the quality of education at SD Negeri 25 Mattirowalie uses a participatory leadership style. Second, the quality shown by teachers is still low. Third, the relevant role of the principal used by the principal of SD Negeri 25 Mattirowalie in improving the quality of teacher education is a participatory leadership style coupled with better supervision by the principal of teacher performance. The implication of this study is that the role of the principal in improving the quality of education needs to be improved in the environment of SD Negeri 25 Mattirowalie if the role used by the principal increases, it can be ascertained that the quality of education produced will increase.

Abstract

Local government budgets in Indonesia often fail to translate planned development objectives into actual outcomes. This study investigates how entrenched budget politics – the interplay of political interests, corrupt networks, and weak fiscal rules – creates a persistent gap between planned and actual budgets. A review of recent studies shows that pervasive “budget leakage” and interest-group capture divert public funds away from priority services and misallocate scarce resources. We articulate the research gap: while public financial management is well studied, few analyses focus on the political dynamics of local budgeting or why reforms fail to curb corruption. Using Dunn’s policy evaluation framework (with criteria such as effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, responsiveness, and appropriateness), we propose a systematic evaluation of local budgets. We empirically analyze Indonesian subnational deficits (exceeding statutory caps) to illustrate flawed fiscal policies. We then explore the causes of misaligned programs: incumbent leaders exploit loopholes (e.g., padded grants in election years) and finance deficits for votes. We demonstrate how the current planning system allows for political capture by citing examples of inflated project lists and unimplemented “ghost” programs. As a solution, we describe an Activity Priority Analysis (APK) – a multi-stakeholder, evidence-based budgeting process where government, academia, and civil society collaboratively vet and rank programs. We outline the evaluation steps using Dunn’s criteria to judge budget outcomes. The diagrams illustrate the proposed APK workflow.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik supervisi akademik kelompok dan teknik supervisi akademik individu terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru sekolah dasar se-Kecamatan Patimpeng, Kabupaten Bone. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya peningkatan profesionalisme guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 104 guru, dengan sampel sebanyak 84 guru yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) teknik supervisi akademik kelompok (X1) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik (Y) guru, dengan nilai koefisien 0,531, nilai t hitung 8,956, dan signifikansi 9.69E-14; (2) teknik supervisi akademik individu (X2) juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik (Y), dengan koefisien 0,490, nilai t hitung 8,122, dan signifikansi 4.32E-12; (3) secara simultan, X1 dan X2 memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Y, dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,695 dan nilai F hitung sebesar 92,181 pada taraf signifikansi < 0,001. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa teknik supervisi akademik kelompok dan individu secara bersama-sama berkontribusi sebesar 69,5% terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru.

Abstract

This study examines the transformational leadership of the Principal, this study aims to determine how the description of the role of transformational leadership of the Principal at SMPN 8 Satap Liukang Tupabbiring which includes dimensions of idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and support for subordinates (individualized consideration) and what are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in carrying out the role of transformational leadership at SMPN 8 Satap Liukang Tupabbiring. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out through four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the transformational leadership of the principal includes dimensions (a) Idealized influence with indicators of having personal attraction (charisma), being a role model for subordinates and actions that can inspire teachers, (b) Inspirational motivation with indicators of creating a clear picture of a vision that can be optimistically achieved, involving teachers and staff in the preparation of the vision, mission, goals and work programs of the school and giving awards for subordinates' achievements, (c) Intellectual stimulation with indicators of stimulating subordinates to be creative and innovative, providing space for subordinates to actualize themselves and dividing institutional tasks professionally and proportionally, (d) Support for Subordinates (individualized consideration) with indicators of creating a supportive organizational environment and climate. paying attention to the needs of subordinates and delegating tasks to develop subordinates. Supporting factors for the principal's transformational leadership are the existence of adequate human resources and support from various parties. Inhibiting factors for the principal's transformational leadership are limited resources, geographical conditions
