Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine whether product quality and ticket prices have a partial and simultaneous effect on the purchasing decisions of users of the Jakarta-Bandung Whoosh High-Speed Train Research Methods: The research method used is quantitative. Data collection with a questionnaire to 100 respondents who have used the Jakarta-Bandung Whoosh Fast Train The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, and F Test. Results and discussion: The results of this study indicate that product quality and price partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Also, the determinant coefficient test shows that product quality and price have a contribution of 57.9% in influencing purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the other 42.1% are other independent variables that are not included in this study. Implication: Based on this study, it is recommended that PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) ensure that the quality of the products offered aligns with the set prices, or that prices reflect the quality value communicated.

Abstract

The accelerated advancement of digital technology has brought about substantial disruption across multiple sectors, notably among small businesses. Numerous small enterprises encounter obstacles in sustaining their operations and remaining competitive due to shifting consumer behaviors, the proliferation of new digital platforms, and the necessity for adaptive marketing approaches. This community engagement initiative sought to strengthen the capacity of small business owners to address technological disruption by providing training in adaptive marketing strategies. The program employed interactive workshops, group discussions, and case simulations, engaging 25 micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) participants from diverse sectors within the target area. Training content focused on the evolving digital marketing landscape, the significance of data-driven strategies, effective use of social media, and the application of pertinent digital marketing tools.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) curriculum in thematic learning at elementary schools. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation at several elementary schools in Jakarta City. The results indicate that teachers have understood the principles of KKNI and have endeavored to integrate them into thematic learning processes, thereby enhancing student engagement and the development of 21st-century competencies. However, challenges remain in authentic assessment and administrative workload experienced by teachers. Support from principals and supervisors plays a crucial role in the successful implementation of this curriculum. This study recommends increased training for teachers and adequate resource provision to optimize the application of KKNI in thematic learning.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Ekonomi kreatif menjadi salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan laju pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berbasis kreativitas, ditunjukkan melalui capaian yang meningkat hingga triwulan I tahun 2024. Fasilitas di kota Surabaya untuk mengembangkan produk ekraf masing kurang. Dalam mendesain creative hub, terdapat tiga pilar utama yaitu ekonomi, ekologi, dan masyarakat. Dalam hal ekologi, kota Surabaya menghadapi permasalahan utama yaitu kepadatan bangunan sehingga konsep kontekstual lingkungan digunakan sebagai bentuk respon terhadap lingkungan sekitar pada tapak. Selain itu, paradigma rasionalisme dengan mengambil 1 objek studi preseden yaitu Hayy Jameel. Kontekstual lingkungan yang diterapkan pada desain dapat terlihat pada massa yang berbentuk segiempat; tampilan fasad (material dan warna) dengan material ACP, kaca laminasi, dan secondary skin dengan warna dengan konsep earth tone (abu,cokelat bata, cokelat tua, dan krem); bentuk bukaan; bentuk atap; dan adanya identitas bangunan sebagai ciri khas dari hub ini. Selain itu, kontekstual juga diambil dari aspek budaya dengan penggunaan dudukan lesehan pada interiornya. Pengalaman ruang juga ditonjolkan pada ruang terbuka dimana pengunjung dibawa menuju suasana perkotaan dan festival. Oleh karena itu, dengan berbagai fasilitas yang tersedia dan lokasi yang strategis, Surabaya Creative Hub diharapkan dapat menarik banyak pengunjung serta menjadi sarana kreatifitas dan rekreatif bagi masyarakat di sekitar tapak.
