Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Dividend Yield on Stock Price Volatility in companies included in the IDX30 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2023 period. Utilizing secondary data from annual reports of IDX30 companies, panel data regression analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between the variables. The findings reveal that Dividend Yield positively affects Stock Price Volatility, contradicting the initial hypothesis. The results indicate that an increase in Dividend Yield leads to higher Stock Price Volatility, while a decrease in Dividend Yield results in lower Stock Price Volatility. This research provides valuable insights for investors in understanding the dynamics between dividend policies and stock price fluctuations.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to further socialize hydroponic plant activities, especially in areas where the soil is not suitable for conventional plants, such as Guaemadu Village, South Jailolo District, West Halmahera Regency. Hydroponic cultivation is very suitable to be applied in this village which is already crowded by settlements and buildings and soil conditions are in the mountains or the land is not fertile. Limited agricultural land, making people have to find food supplies from outside the area. This can certainly be an attractive business opportunity and can increase family income. Hydroponic cultivation can also be developed into a home industry business or SMEs (small and micro businesses). With hydroponics can also create a beautiful and green environment, while still being able to maintain a clean and healthy environment

The research sample consisted of 137 ASN respondents in six basic service OPDs, including the Social Service, the Health Service, the Education and Culture Service, the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office, the Housing and Settlement Area Service, and the Pamong Praja Police Unit. The results showed that empowering leadership had a positive and significant effect on innovation behavior (t-statistic 2.805; p-value 0.005). Empowering leadership also has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment (t-statistic 3.897; p-value 0.000). Organizational commitment has been proven to have a positive and significant effect on innovation behavior (t-statistic 5.517; p-value 0.000). Furthermore, organizational commitment significantly mediated the relationship between empowering leadership and innovation behavior (t-statistic 4.172; p-value 0.000). Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of the reward and punishment system at Medika Pratama Perkasa Clinic, a private healthcare facility located in the remote mining area of Lelilef Village, Central Halmahera, North Maluku. Operating with limited human resources and high workloads, the clinic applies a qualitative exploratory case study approach, using interviews, observations, and document analysis, validated through source and method triangulation. The findings show that rewards—such as financial incentives, certificates, additional leave, and training—positively improve staff motivation and loyalty. Meanwhile, punishments including verbal and written warnings and incentive reductions help enforce discipline, although they generate psychological pressure for some employees. The remote context intensifies challenges related to limited facilities, referral constraints, and stressful work conditions. The study concludes that the system works adequately but requires greater consistency, clearer criteria, and stronger non-financial support through mentoring and coaching. These results contribute to understanding human resource management in healthcare organizations operating in remote areas
