Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and price perception  on the purchase decision of the Pamekasan Regency Community. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents with the technique used in this study snowball sampling. The results showed that brand image and price perception had a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image has a positive effect on purchasing. Price perception has a positive effect on purchasing. Keyword: Brand Image, price perception and purchasing decisions

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of social support, self-esteem, self-efficacy and This study aims to determine the effect of social support, self-esteem, self-efficacy and student burnout on students at the Islamic University of Malang. The location of this research was conducted on students of the Islamic University of Malang. This research is a quantitative research. This research uses a case study method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to students of the Islamic University of Malang who were selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 99 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and determination test. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the t-test indicate that social support partially has a negative but significant effect on student burnout at the Islamic University of Malang. The results of the t test show that self-esteem, self-efficacy partially have a significant positive effect on student burnout at the Islamic University of Malang students. The results of the determination test showed that the percentage was 33.8%, in which student burnout was able to be influenced by social support, self-esteem, and self-efficacy. Keywords: Student Burnout, Social Support, Self-esteem, Self-efficacy

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of online tracking systems and on time delivery on customer satisfaction at JNE Malang. This research uses quantitative research. The location of this research was conducted at JNE Main Branch Malang, Jl. Hamid Rusdi No. 95, Bunulrejo, Kec. Blimbing, Malang City, East Java 65121. The population used in this study were all users of JNE Main Branch Malang and the number of samples taken in this study was 100 respondents. The results of this study state that the Effect of Online Tracking System and Timeliness on Customer Satisfaction is significant, the Effect of Online Tracking System on Customer Satisfaction is significant and the Effect of Timeliness on Customer Satisfaction is significant.

Abstract

Abstract This examination is directed to determine the impact of the impact of responsibility, inspiration, and work culture on the presentation of representatives at the Arjasa District Office, Sumenep Regency. This research uses research with quantitative methodology. The strategy used in this study was multiple direct relapse examinations with the help of the SPSS 20 program and using the immersion test of 36 people.The consequence of this research is that the overall responsibility, inspiration, and work culture have a significant effect on the presentation of representatives at the Arjasa District Office, Sumenep Regency. Keywords: Commitment, Motivation, Work Culture and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out how the effect of the profitability ratio on the value of the case study company on the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The population in this study are all food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2020 period with a total of 31 food and beverage sub-sector companies. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method obtained a sample of data as many as 16 companies in the food and beverage sub-sector. This research data collection method uses the method of data documentation listed in the annual report at IDX. The data analysis technique in this study used panel data regression with software eviews 9. The results showed that the net profit margin (NPM) had a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. The results showed that return on assets (ROA) had a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. The results show that return on equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on firm value.Keywords : Price to Book Value, Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset, dan Return On Equity.

Abstract

AbstrackThis study aims to determine the effect of education level and employee age on work productivity of employees of plantation melon and watermelon Karang Barat. The sample used in this study were 50 production employees. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The data testing used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that simultaneously the variables education level and age have a significant effect on work productivity variables. Based on the partial test results, the variables education level and age variables have a significant effect on work productivity variables of plantation melon and watermelon Karang Barat. Keywords: Education Level, Age and Work Productivity.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Tiktok Applications and Brand Awareness on Interest in Buying Implora Beauty Products in Malang. The type of research used is explanatory research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 72 people and data processing using the SPSS program. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The variables used in this study are the dependent variable, buying interest, and the independent variable, namely the use of the Tiktok application and brand awareness. The results of the study concluded that the variables of the use of Tiktok Applications and Brand Awareness had a positive effect on the Buying Interest of Implora Beauty Products in Malang. Keywords: Purchase intention, Tiktok Application Usage and Brand Awareness

Abstract

Abstract Strategy for Increasing the Income of Pond Shrimp Farmers in the village of kepuh legundi Shrimp pond cultivation, especially the Vaname type, is classified as a type of shrimp that has good business prospects to be developed, besides the potential for developing Vaname shrimp, it also has the potential as a shrimp export commodity that is able to provide foreign exchange from fishery products. Because vaname shrimp is a type of shrimp that has the ability to adapt to a low temperature environment.Even the cultivation of vaname shrimp using only a tarpaulin pond is a very good business to use as a cultivation business whose profit value is fantastic. Therefore, with this consideration, this is the reason for researchers to conduct research by taking the title Strategy for Increasing Pond Shrimp Farmers in Kepuh Legundi Village. This study aims to explain the most appropriate strategy that can be used by the company through analyzing the strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and threats faced by the Vaname Shrimp Farm CV.Arkhaq Putra in Gresik Regency, East Java Province.The results of Vaname pond shrimp cultivation, the results obtained from the harvest are Rp. 2,500,000, - Fixed costs are Rp. 28,000,000, - variable costs are Rp.1,159,870 -Total cost Rp.1,187,870,000,- Income Rp. 1.312.130.000, And through a SWOT analysis, the results of this study can be said: That from the results of IFAS and EFAS, the strength of the CV. Arkhaq Putra's strengths are 19.94 while weaknesses are 5.7 so the cells (quadrant) internal factors are 19.94 – 5.7 = 14.24 while the opportunities for this strategy are 17.08 with a threat of 10 being external cells (quadrants). factor, namely 17.08 – 10 = 7.08 which is in Cell (quadrant) 1 on the SWOT analysis diagram. In this effort, it shows that the marketing strategy is an aggressive strategy by using all strengths to take advantage of opportunities. This strategy is proven based on existing efforts, namely by using all strengths in taking advantage of opportunities. This strategy is a profitable strategy because the business has the opportunity and strength in advancing CV Shrimp Farms. Arkhak Putra. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, product quality, location on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. The population in this study were all customers of Warung Parikaton Malang. The sampling method in this study used a purposive sampling method. Quantitative analysis was performed using SmartPLS. In this study, the results showed that the store atmosphere, product quality, and location did not significantly influence purchasing decisions. Store atmosphere and product quality have no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Location has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, there is an indirect effect of store atmosphere and product quality which does not significantly affect customer satisfaction through customer purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract  This research was conducted to determine the effect of ease of use, service quality, security perceptions on the decision to use BRImo at Bank BRI Malang City. The type of research used is quantitative research, with data collection methods by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study are residents of the city of Malang. The sample calculation in this study used the Malhotra formula which produced 95 respondents. The method of determining the sample is using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. This data analysis technique uses SPSS 22.0. This study has fulfilled the validity and reliability tests. The data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, statistical test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study are the variables of ease of use, service quality, and perceived security and simultaneously or partially influence the decision to use BRImo at Bank BRI Malang City. Keywords: Ease of Use, Quality of Service, Perceived Security
