This study aims to determine the relationship between ergonomics education and reducing musculoskeletal disorders for nurses and also to determine appropriate educational methods for nurses working in Hospitals. The research method used was a systematic review by searching for this article using the keywords education, ergonomics, musculoskeletal disorders, and nursing. Inclusion criteria involved nurses working in hospitals, articles with an RCT or clinical trial research design, published within the last 10 years, and interventions that included ergonomics education for nurses. Articles were found through searches in several electronic databases, including PubMed, ProQuest, Science Direct, Scopus, Sage Journal, and Embassy. The research results show that from the 7 articles that have been reviewed, the results of the ergonomics education program have succeeded in reducing the prevalence and risk of musculoskeletal disorders in nursing staff working in hospitals. In addition, there has been a significant reduction in the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders in various parts of the body. In conclusion, providing ergonomics education to nurses working in hospitals can reduce complaints of work-related musculoskeletal disorders. This study aims to explore the factors that influence the length of stay in post-surgical femur fracture patients, specifically the interaction between early mobilization, obesity, and old age as potential predictors of hospitalization. The research method used was a systematic review using the PRISMA search strategy. The databases used in this research are ProQuest, Sage Journal, Embrace, Science Direct, and Scopus. The results of the study show that factors that influence the length of stay of postoperative femur fracture patients from the results of the literature review are mobility, comorbidities, related fractures, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative blood transfusion, occurrence of pressure ulcers, higher BMI or obesity, choice of anesthesia, and drainage status. The average length of stay in the literature review is 5.64 days to 14.4 days. In conclusion, many factors influence LOS such as mobility, comorbidities, related fractures, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative blood transfusion, and the occurrence of wounds. pressure, higher BMI or obesity, choice of anesthesia, drainage status. This study aims to determine the effect of the cooling method on overcoming acute responses such as pain after surgery. It has three main effects: reducing pain (analgesia), anti-inflammatory effects, and edema/swelling. The method used was a systematic search for articles with a randomized controlled trial (RCT) research design through the PubMed, ProQuest, ScienceDirect, and ClinicalKey databases from October 2013 to October 2023 using the keywords "post-surgical" OR "after surgery" OR "post-operative" AND "iced pack" OR "cold packs" AND "acute pain" OR "pain management" OR "therapy." The search results revealed that six articles were obtained from 696 articles through screening based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Research shows that the cooling method can be applied to orthopedic patients and positively impacts the acute response after surgery. ABSTRAKTujuan Penelitian: Artikel ini akan menjabarkan pencapaian uji kompetensi nasionalkeperawatan di Indonesia. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang telah diterbitkanoleh panitia uji kompetensi nasional. Data secara keseluruhan yang diambil adalah periode ujiantahun 2015. Data disajikan secara deskriptif. Hasil: Pada tahun 2015, terdapat 66.687 lulusan(Diploma III dan Profesi Ners) menjalani ujian, 35.892 (53,8 persen) dinyatakan lulus. Diskusi: Studiselanjutnya perlu lebih mengeksplor indikator kuat pada instansi pendidikan untuk meningkatkanpresentasi keluluasan. Simpulan: Tingkat akreditasi memiliki hubungan kuat terhadap persentasekelulusan.Kata Kunci: uji kompetensi nasional, keperawatan.ABSTRACTObjective: This article will describe the achievement of the national examination in nursingeducation in Indonesia. Methods: This study employed secondary data published widelyby the national examination committee. Data were taken from the 2015 examination. Datawere presented descriptively. Results: In 2015, there were 66,687 graduates of Diploma IIIand Professional Nurse who took examination, 53.8% of them (35,892) passed. Discussion:Further study is needed to explore the strong indicator in educational institutions to improvethe passing percentage. Conclusion: Level of accreditation has strong correlation with thepassing percentage.Keywords: national examination competency, nursing.

Stroke is a leading cause of death and disability in the world. Despite advances in stroke treatment, only limited number of patients are eligible for these medical and endovascular intervention. Additionally the outcome are unfavoranble for many indiviuals. Therefore stroke prevention is crucial. Various innovations have been created to make life easier, one of which is mHealth, which refers to the use of mobile devices to support health services. The aimed of this study is to evaluate the use of mHealth in managing risk factors as prevention stroke efforts. This study was used the PRISMA method with keyword adult at risk of stroke, mHealth intervention and stoke prevention. Articles were collected from databased online from 2019 to 2023. There are four qualify experimental articles for this topic. There is one article about using mHealth for screening atrial fibrillation, 2 articles about mHealth for activity and lifestyle promotion, and 1 article about mHealth to improve medication adherence of DM and decrease atherosclerotic vasculardisease (ASCVD) score. mHealth is potentially useful for individual at risk of stroke. Further research is needed to determine to which mHealth can be accessed and utilized by various population, as well as the security and user privacy aspect.

Waktu tunggu pelayanan pasien di poliklinik merupakan salah satu penilaian mutu dalam suatu rumah sakit. Waktu tunggu yang lama mengindikasikan adanya suatu miss managemen waktu. Managemen waktu yang baik bisa dimulai dengan pengaturan penjadwalan pasien secara online, dimana pasien dapat mengetahui kapan harus datang ke rumah sakit sesuai dengan jadwal yang diberikan oleh pihak rumah sakit. Waktu tunggu yang lama akan membuat keramaian dan beresiko meningkatkan angka komplain terhadap pelayanan rumah sakit. Tujuan : memberikan gambaran dan gagasan dari manfaat penerapan sistem penjadwalan online terhadap angka waktu tunggu pelayanan pasien di Poliklinik Instalasi Paviliun, untuk menghindari keramaian dan menurunkan angka komplain pasien terhadap pelayanan rumah sakit melalui tinjauan literatur. Pembahasan : hasil telah dan review 11 jurnal pilihan, disimpulkan bahwa penerapan penjadwalan online telah banyak diterapkan dalam rangka mengurangi waktu tunggu pelayanan pasien poliklinik. Rekomendasi : Pengaplikasian atau penerapan penjadwalan online dapat dilakukan oleh peneliti selanjutnya untuk melihat pengujian keefektifitasan penjadwalan online pada pasien poliklinik.

Keperawatan gawat darurat adalah spesialisasi yang penting karena memberikan perawatan pasien dengan cepat dan efisien dalam situasi gawat darurat atau kritis. Pengambilan keputusan klinis (Clinical Decision Making) adalah komponen penting dari praktik keperawatan darurat, di mana perawat membuat keputusan penting yang memengaruhi luaran pasien. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perawat gawat darurat dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan klinis. Pencarian awal dilakukan melalui 8 database, yaitu PubMed, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, Cochrane, Wiley, Scopus, Medline, dan proquest. Pemilihan artikel dalam penelitian ini mengikuti metode yang disebut Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Peneliti membaca 8 artikel yang dibaca secara lengkap yang dipilih dengan penilaian kritis menggunakan daftar periksa JBI (The Joanna Briggs Institute). Sebanyak 65 artikel yang didapat dalam pencarian sesuai database dan didapatkan 8 artikel yang direview dalam penelitian ini. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan klinis oleh perawat gawat darurat saat menangani pasien agar masalah klinisnya terselesaikan, yaitu penampilan pasien, pengalaman dan intuisi klinis, institusi dan protokol yang berlaku, beban kerja, pendidikan perawat, pendidikan dan pelatihan, dan kemampuan berfikir perawat kritis. Dalam pengambilan keputusan perawat terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi dan juga tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh perawat.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of lavender aromatherapy inhalation against hemodialysis complications such as fatigue, anxiety, decreased sleep quality, AVF stabbing pain, and depression. The method used in this research is a systematic literature search from several online databases. The results showed that from ten articles reviewed, and lavender aromatherapy inhalation could reduce hemodialysis complications, namely fatigue, anxiety, decreased sleep quality, and AVF is stabbing pain. In contrast, lavender aromatherapy inhalation for hemodialysis complications such as depression did not show significant results. In conclusion, overall lavender aromatherapy inhalation effectively overcame hemodialysis complications except for depression complications. This study aims to identify and analyze the effectiveness of weight bearing in postoperative lower extremity fractures. The method used is to review the literature results by analyzing data systematically using a checklist of protocols and rules (PRISMA) and for the feasibility of the study results using the PICO framework. Search for articles using three online databases, namely Science Direct, Google scholar, and PubMed. The results showed that the five pieces discussed the impact of early weight bearing on postoperative lower extremity patients with discussions that had a positive effectâ€”withholding weight / early weight bearing results reducing the incidence of thromboembolic disease. Active movement can reduce joint stiffness, maintain muscle mass, and the ability to return to activities. In conclusion, early weight bearing can be used to increase muscle strength after surgery for lower extremity fracture. Keywords: Orthopedic surgery, Lower extremity fracture

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Virtual Reality (VR) technology on pain scales in post-TKR osteoarthritis patients. Using previously defined keywords, this research uses the literature review method, which originates from the database, namely ClinicKey Nursing, EBSCOhost, ProQuest, and Embase with Publish in 2018-2022. The results showed that after the four databases were determined, 511 articles were produced, of which Clinickey Nursing (n = 41), EBSCOhost (n = 17), EMBASE (n = 3), and ProQuest (n = 450). First and second screening (n = 81) (=26). duplication and filtering of titles/abstracts, and based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, the number of articles were grouped into 5 (n=5). In conclusion, VR technology devices still need to do an in-depth study regarding the effectiveness of their use as a distraction technology in post-TKR patients. Specific assessment of the use of VR technology in terms of Visualization, Auditory, and Type of VR Devices used to control functions.
