Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is/is not the influence of the application of experiential marketing on consumer satisfaction at PT. Putra Ali Sentosa (PAS) Pondok Batu, Central Tapanuli Regency. This research uses a type of quantitative descriptive research because this research method has the aim of obtaining information by making a picture or description of what is or is happening. The type of data used in completing this thesis research proposal is subject data (Self-report data). The source of the data collected is in the form of primary data which is obtained directly from the respondents who are the target of the research. The results obtained between the variables X and Y for each item are declared valid and reliable because the total value of the corrected item is greater than the critical r value (0.30) and the Cronbach Alpha value is above 0.60. From the normality test, all show that the distribution of the data does not violate the normality assumption, namely in the form of a bell and the data distribution is close to the diagonal line in the normal curve of the P-P Plot and the non-paramertic solid table sig value is greater than 0.05 so that for the Experiential Marketing variable and consumer satisfaction it can be concluded normal. There is a positive relationship between Experential Marketing and consumer satisfaction which can be proven through the calculation of the correlation coefficient with a strong correlation result of = 0.737. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it is obtained a figure of 54.4%, this means that what occurs in the variation of the dependent variable (customer satisfaction) of 45.6% is determined by the independent variable (Experential Marketing) and the remaining 40.1% is determined by other variables. not discussed in this study, such as service quality variables, marketing mix, distribution and others. From the hypothesis testing carried out and by comparing the calculated t value with the t table value, it is found that the t calculated value is greater than t table (6.729 > 2.024). This means that the accepted hypothesis is the alternative hypothesis (Ha). Keywords: Experiential Marketing and Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

Salah satu tri dharma perguruan tinggi adalah dosen diwajibkan melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. STIE Al Washliyah Sibolga mendukung para dosen untuk melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tersebut sesuai dengan bidang keahliannya. Salah satu bidang keahlian di STIE Al Washliyah Sibolga adalah berhubungan dengan kewirausahaan. Pada dasarnya tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan ide-ide baru tentang kewirausahaan dan membangun jiwa kreatif dan enterprenuer terkhusus untuk anak – anak muda di SMA Negeri 1 Sosorgadong. Hasil yang ditargetkan dengan pengabdian adalah dengan pemberian penyluhan kewirausahaan guna membangun jiwa kreatif dan enterprenuer bagi pemula. Adapun kemampuan kreatif yang diharapkan adalah Kemampuan yang kreatif dan inovatif yang dijadikan dasar jiwa kewirausahaan untuk mencapai kesuksesan. Jiwa entrepreneur dapat mendorong mental yang mandiri, kreatif dan inovatif, bertanggung jawab serta tidak mudah menyerah ketika memulai usaha. Penyuluhan ini diharapkan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan wawasan anak –anak muda SMA Negeri 1 Sosorgadong bertambah.

Abstract

Desa Kebun Pisang Kecamatan Badiri merupakan salah satu desa  yang ada di Kabupaten Tapanuli tengah, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Desa Kebun Pisang, merupakan desa penghasil Pisang terbanyak di kabupaten tapanuli tengah. Di Desa Kebun Pisang  masih sedikit usaha rumah tangga dan masih banyak ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki waktu tidak produktif, sehingga hal ini menjadikannya salah satu kebaikan potensi untuk mengembangkan pengusaha usaha rumah tangga. Pemberdayaan ibu rumah tangga untuk meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga di Desa Kebun Pisang Kecamatan Badiri, Kabupaten Tapanuli tengah sangatlah baik untuk dilaksanakan. Pada dasarnya tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan ide-ide baru tentang kewirausahaan dan memotivasi ibu rumah tangga untuk berwirausaha. Target yang ingin dicapai adalah masyarakat untuk berkreasi dan dapat membuat berbagai produk olahan berbahan baku pisang menjadi salah satu produk sebagai peluang untuk berwirausaha, sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dan mampu menganalisis kelayakan berwirausaha di membuat makanan ringan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pemberian pelatihan dan diskusi mengenai proses pembuatan makanan ringan. Hasil yang ditargetkan dengan pengabdian adalah pelatihan pembuatan produk bernilai ekonomis berupa berbagai macam jajanan, sehingga dapat menambah pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang berwirausaha membuat jajanan dan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sarana dan prasarana terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Identifikasi masalah yaitu sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia kurang memadai dan masih minim dengan jumlah pegawai yang ada. Nilai R sebesar 0,595 (korelasi sedang) dengan pengaruh 60% sisanya 40% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Hasil olahan data, persamaan regresi linear berganda adalah Y = 14,980 + 0,314X1 + 0,514X2 + e. Hasil persamaan dijelaskan bahwa nilai a = 14,980 diartikan jika tidak terjadi perubahan variabel X1 dan X2 = 0, maka kinerja pegawai sebesar 14,980 satuan, b = 0,314 diartikan jika variabel X1 meningkat sebesar 1% dengan asumsi prasarana dan constanta = 0, maka kinerja pegawai meningkat sebesar 0,314. c = 0,514 diartikan jika variabel prasarana meningkat sebesar 1% dengan asumsi sarana dan constanta = 0, maka kinerja pegawai meningkat sebesar 0,514. Hasil uji F diketahui nilai Fhitung 7,383 dan Ftabel 3,32 sehingga Fhitung > Ftabel dan tingkat signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan H3 diterima, disimpulkan variabel X1 dan X2 secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y. Hasil Uji t, H1 ditolak artinya berpengaruh tapi tidak signifikan terhadap Y. Hipotesa yang diajukan pada BAB I dapat diterima. Kata Kunci : Kinerja Pegawai, Prasarana dan Sarana

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap minat beli konsumen pada PT. Anugerah Sumatera Samudera Abadi (ASSA) Pondok Batu Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Penelitian ini dilakukan padaPT. Anugerah Sumatera Samudera Abadi (ASSA) Pondok Batu Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah, yang beralamat di Jalan Gatot Subroto Pondok Batu Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April 2022 sampai bulan September 2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah jumlah konsumen sebanyak 350 orang rata rata perminggunya, dikarenakan jumlah populasi lebih dari 100 orang, maka penulis mengambil 10 % dari jumlah populasi untuk dijadikan sampel yaitu sebanyak 35 orang. Dari hasil analisi penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa dari perhitungan instrument penelitian, diperoleh hasil antara variabel X dan Y setiap butirnya dinyatakan valid karena nilai Corrcted item total lebih besar dari nilai r kritis (0,30), Dari perhitungan instrument data penelitian, diperoleh hasil antara variabel X dan Y dinyatakan reliabel karena Cronbach Alpha berada diatas 0,60. Terdapat hubungan positif antara bauran pemasaran dengan minat beli yang dapat dibuktikan melalui perhitungan koefisien korelasi dengan hasi korelasi sangat kuat sebesar = 0,816 Dari perhitungan koefisien determinasi diperoleh angka sebesar 66,5 %, hal ini berarti bahwa yang terjadi pada variasi variabel terikat (minat beli) sebesar 66,5 % ditentukan oleh variabel bebas (bauran pemasaran) dan sisanya sebesar 33,5 % ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini, seperi variabel pelayanan, kualitas produk, komunikasi pemasaran, kelancaran pendistribudian dan lain-lain Dari uji hipotesis yang dilakukan dan dengan membandingkan antara nilai t hitung dengan nilai t tabel didapat bahwa nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (8,098 > 2.033) ini berarti bahwa hipotesis yang diterima adalah hipotesis alternative (Ha)

Abstract

The essence of the work ethic is to see work as more than just it a way to seek income alone, but to find existence and dignity as a human being. Someone will be excited to work, if the workload given is in accordance with their abilities. The formulation of the problem in this study is Is there an influence of work ethic and workload on work enthusiasm in the Sibolga City District Government? The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence of work ethic and workload on work enthusiasm in the Sibolga City District Government. The hypothesis in this study is that work ethic and workload have a positive effect on work enthusiasm at the Sibolga Kota District Government Office. This type of quantitative research with a survey approach. The population is 85 people and used as a sample. Source of data comes from primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The results of the determination test show that the variables of work ethic and workload can influence the variable of employee morale in the Sibolga Kota District Government, it is known from the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) that is 0.547. Work ethic and workload together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the morale of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value (45.363 > 3.11). Partially, work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee morale in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where tcount = (2.515) is greater than ttable value (1.992), Partially the most dominant workload affects morale, meaning that the workload variable is more decisive in increasing employee morale compared to work ethic. Where the value of tcount = (4.441) is greater than the value of ttable (1.992). The multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.965 + 0.250X1 + 0.582X2 employee morale shows a positive direction

Abstract

One of the goals of providing financial incentives is to encourage employees to have high performance. Besides that, individual characteristics make a difference when they are given assignments. But in reality the performance shown by employees is less than optimal. The purpose of this study was to find out whether financial incentives and individual characteristics jointly influence the performance of employees at the Central Tapanuli District Licensing Service. The hypothesis that the author proposes is that financial incentives and individual characteristics jointly influence the performance of employees at the Licensing Service of Tapanuli Tenga Regency. The population is 34 people and used as a sample. The results of the study found that financial incentives and individual characteristics simultaneously had a positive effect on employee performance at the Central Tapanuli District Licensing Service, where Fcount (44.747) > Ftable (3.13) Partially the financial incentive variable had the most dominant effect on employee performance, where the t-value count 4.056 > ttable value 2.004 Partially individual characteristic variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the t-count value is 2.823 > ttable value 2.004 (2.823 > 2.004) 55.4% employee performance can be influenced by financial incentives and individual characteristics. It is recommended that agencies need to pay attention to employees, especially THL, by providing financial incentives, not just employees with civil servant status, because the service wheels for the community serve more THL

Abstract

Writing this thesis aims to determine the effect of work conflict and workload on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. The problem encountered in this study is the lack of a sense of mutual support in doing work as a team. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of work conflict and workload on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga? While the purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence of work conflict and workload on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga? The hypothesis put forward is that there is an influence of work conflict and workload on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. The population in this study amounted to 525 people consisting of employees and contract employees, the sample in this study were 84 people. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. The results of the study found that work conflict and workload can affect employee performance at PT. It is known that Timber Sibolga has a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.605. Work conflict and workload together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. Where is the Fcount > Ftable value (61.931> 3.11). Partially, work conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. Where the value of tcount = (5.461) is greater than the value of ttable (1.989), Partially the most dominant workload affects performance, meaning that the workload variable is more decisive in improving employee performance compared to work conflict. Where the value of tcount = (8.886) > ttable value (1.989 ). Multiple linear regression equation Y = 11.315 + 0.315X1 + 0.511X2 employee performance shows a positive direction. It is recommended for companies to always try to control conflicts that occur in employees, namely by providing solutions to every problem that occurs in employees.

Abstract

The organization is a means or tool for achieving goals, as a vehicle (vehicle) for the activities of workers who work together in their efforts to achieve goals. These goals certainly differ from one another, for example, they can be in the form of social services, education improvement, career development and so on. Every activity carried out by an organization certainly requires various resources, such as capital, materials, and machinery. Existing resources will be meaningless if not managed properly. To manage it requires other resources, namely, human resources. The formulation of the problem in this study is the formulation of whether work involvement and division of labor jointly affect the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government? This study aims to determine how much influence work involvement and division of labor have on employee performance in the Sibolga Kota District Government. The temporary hypothesis is that work involvement and division of labor have a joint effect on the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. The population is 85 people and is used as a sample. Data collection techniques using library research and field research. The results of the study show that the variables of work involvement and division of labor can affect the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government by 54.2%. Abstract

The division of tasks is a series of activities carried out in order to determine what should be done or what the work is and who should do it. Competence is an ability to carry out or do a job that is based on skills and is supported by the work attitude demanded by the job. Competence denotes skills and knowledge characterized by professionalism. in this study, namely the formulation of whether the division of tasks and competencies jointly affect the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government? This study aims to determine how much influence the division of tasks and competencies has on employee performance in the Sibolga Kota District Government. The provisional hypothesis is that the division of tasks and competencies has a joint effect on the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. The population is 85 people and used as a sample. Data collection techniques using library research and field research. The results of the research show that the division of labor and competency variables can influence the performance variables of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government by 54.2%. The division of tasks and competencies jointly or simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government.
