Abstract

The essence of the work ethic is to see work as more than just it a way to seek income alone, but to find existence and dignity as a human being. Someone will be excited to work, if the workload given is in accordance with their abilities. The formulation of the problem in this study is Is there an influence of work ethic and workload on work enthusiasm in the Sibolga City District Government? The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence of work ethic and workload on work enthusiasm in the Sibolga City District Government. The hypothesis in this study is that work ethic and workload have a positive effect on work enthusiasm at the Sibolga Kota District Government Office. This type of quantitative research with a survey approach. The population is 85 people and used as a sample. Source of data comes from primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The results of the determination test show that the variables of work ethic and workload can influence the variable of employee morale in the Sibolga Kota District Government, it is known from the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) that is 0.547. Work ethic and workload together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the morale of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value (45.363 > 3.11). Partially, work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee morale in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where tcount = (2.515) is greater than ttable value (1.992), Partially the most dominant workload affects morale, meaning that the workload variable is more decisive in increasing employee morale compared to work ethic. Where the value of tcount = (4.441) is greater than the value of ttable (1.992). The multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.965 + 0.250X1 + 0.582X2 employee morale shows a positive direction

Abstract

One of the goals of providing financial incentives is to encourage employees to have high performance. Besides that, individual characteristics make a difference when they are given assignments. But in reality the performance shown by employees is less than optimal. The purpose of this study was to find out whether financial incentives and individual characteristics jointly influence the performance of employees at the Central Tapanuli District Licensing Service. The hypothesis that the author proposes is that financial incentives and individual characteristics jointly influence the performance of employees at the Licensing Service of Tapanuli Tenga Regency. The population is 34 people and used as a sample. The results of the study found that financial incentives and individual characteristics simultaneously had a positive effect on employee performance at the Central Tapanuli District Licensing Service, where Fcount (44.747) > Ftable (3.13) Partially the financial incentive variable had the most dominant effect on employee performance, where the t-value count 4.056 > ttable value 2.004 Partially individual characteristic variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the t-count value is 2.823 > ttable value 2.004 (2.823 > 2.004) 55.4% employee performance can be influenced by financial incentives and individual characteristics. It is recommended that agencies need to pay attention to employees, especially THL, by providing financial incentives, not just employees with civil servant status, because the service wheels for the community serve more THL

Abstract

Writing this thesis aims to determine the effect of work conflict and workload on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. The problem encountered in this study is the lack of a sense of mutual support in doing work as a team. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of work conflict and workload on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga? While the purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence of work conflict and workload on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga? The hypothesis put forward is that there is an influence of work conflict and workload on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. The population in this study amounted to 525 people consisting of employees and contract employees, the sample in this study were 84 people. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. The results of the study found that work conflict and workload can affect employee performance at PT. It is known that Timber Sibolga has a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.605. Work conflict and workload together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. Where is the Fcount > Ftable value (61.931> 3.11). Partially, work conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. Where the value of tcount = (5.461) is greater than the value of ttable (1.989), Partially the most dominant workload affects performance, meaning that the workload variable is more decisive in improving employee performance compared to work conflict. Where the value of tcount = (8.886) > ttable value (1.989 ). Multiple linear regression equation Y = 11.315 + 0.315X1 + 0.511X2 employee performance shows a positive direction. It is recommended for companies to always try to control conflicts that occur in employees, namely by providing solutions to every problem that occurs in employees.

Abstract

The organization is a means or tool for achieving goals, as a vehicle (vehicle) for the activities of workers who work together in their efforts to achieve goals. These goals certainly differ from one another, for example, they can be in the form of social services, education improvement, career development and so on. Every activity carried out by an organization certainly requires various resources, such as capital, materials, and machinery. Existing resources will be meaningless if not managed properly. To manage it requires other resources, namely, human resources. The formulation of the problem in this study is the formulation of whether work involvement and division of labor jointly affect the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government? This study aims to determine how much influence work involvement and division of labor have on employee performance in the Sibolga Kota District Government. The temporary hypothesis is that work involvement and division of labor have a joint effect on the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. The population is 85 people and is used as a sample. Data collection techniques using library research and field research. The results of the study show that the variables of work involvement and division of labor can affect the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government by 54.2%. Work involvement and division of labor jointly or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value (38.510 > 3.11). Partially, work involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where the value of tcount = (2.373) is greater than the value of ttable (1.992), Partially the most dominant division of labor affects employee performance, meaning that the variable of division of labor is more decisive in improving employee performance compared to work involvement. Where the value of tcount = (4.453) is greater than the value of ttable (1.995).

The division of tasks is a series of activities carried out in order to determine what should be done or what the work is and who should do it. Competence is an ability to carry out or do a job that is based on skills and is supported by the work attitude demanded by the job. Competence denotes skills and knowledge characterized by professionalism. in this study, namely the formulation of whether the division of tasks and competencies jointly affect the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government? This study aims to determine how much influence the division of tasks and competencies has on employee performance in the Sibolga Kota District Government. The provisional hypothesis is that the division of tasks and competencies has a joint effect on the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. The population is 85 people and used as a sample. Data collection techniques using library research and field research. The results of the research show that the division of labor and competency variables can influence the performance variables of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government by 54.2%. Abstract

Several internal and external factors influence a company's ability to improve employee performance. Involving what are regarded as internal organizational aspects, such as work-life balance and emotional intelligence. Thus, this study aims to determine whether the Central Tapanuli Regency government influences work-life balance and emotional intelligence. In this study, survey-based quantitative methodologies were employed to collect data. The study's findings demonstrate that work-life balance and emotional intelligence significantly affect employees' performance in the Central Tapanuli Regency Government. Therefore, the Central Tapanuli Government must know these factors to support staff performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab kredit macet dan dampak penyelesaian kredit macet terhadap kinerja keuangan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Zaitun Sipeapea Kecamatan Sorkam Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara kepada bagian lapangan dan manajer KSP Zaitun Sipeapea Kecamatan Sorkam Barat dan anggota yang pernah mengalami Kredit macet. Populasi yang diambil yaitu Kesuluruhan Nasabah yang mengalami kredit macet tahun 2021 dan sampel 4 anggota yang mengalami kredit macet,Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa sudah berbagai antisipasi dilakukan oleh pihak KSP Zaitun Sipeapea kredit macet selalu ada setiap tahun. Faktor penyebab terjadinya macet meliputi karakter anggota, masalah ekonomi anggota. Oleh sebab itu, kredit macet harus dicegah sejak dini agar tidak menimbulkan kerugian. Salah satu bentuk strategi yang dilakukan oleh pihak KSP Zaitun Sipeapea, jika penyebabnya karena karakter debitur/anggota hal yang dilakukan adalah pengintensifan kunjungan ketempat tinggal dan usaha anggota/debitur, melakukan pendekatan persuasif, memberikan tenggang waktu kepada nasabah. Dan jika penyebabnya karena masalah ekonomi pihak KSP Zaitun Sipeapea akan melakukan rescheduling (penjadwalan kembali) dengan dasar kesepakatan bersama, dan yang terakhir melakukan eksekusi jaminan. Kinerja KSP Zaitun Sipeapea sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya strategi dilihat dari rasio likuiditas, aktivitas dan profitabilitas berdasarkan ketetapan indikator adalah kurang efisien dan efektif, sehingga dapat dikatakan dampak terhadap kinerja keuangan kurang baik.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the important factors in an organization, both agencies and companies. One of the most important resources for the world of work or agencies is a human being who is an employee, employee, laborer or worker. One of the factors that affect employee performance is emotional intelligence. Another factor that affects employee performance is work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and work motivation on employee performance in the District Government of Sibolga Sambas.The type of research used in this study is a research approach using descriptive methods, namely research carried out by collecting data according to the actual situation with the aim of revealing facts and seeking information about the causes of the problem and how to solve it. Descriptive method, Quantitative is a method used to make a broader conclusion. Based on the partial hypothesis test, it is known that emotional intelligence has an effect on employee performance. This research can be seen from the calculation results obtained from the T test, namely the known value of Sig. for the effect of X1 on Y is 0.002 <0.05 and the value of T count is 3.291 > 1.999 so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted which means that there is an influence of Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance. Employee Performance. This research can be seen from the calculation results obtained from the T test, namely the known value of Sig. for the effect of X2 on Y is 0.032 <0.05 and the value of T count is 2.197 > 1.999 so it can be concluded that H2 is accepted which means that there is an effect of X1 on Y1. Based on the F test, it is known that the value of Sig. for the simultaneous influence of Emotional Intelligence and Work Motivation on Employee Performance is 0.001 < 0.05 and the F value is 10.192 > F table 3.31 So it can be concluded that H3 is acceptable, which means that there is an influence of Emotional Intelligence and Work Motivation simultaneously on performance Employee.

Abstract

Struktur modal perusahaan merupakan salah satu faktor fundamental dalam operasi perusahaan. Keputusan pencarian sumber pendanaan dalam hal memperkuat struktur modal mejadi keputusan penting bagi perusahaan serta berbagai dampak pengaruh yang mungkin terjadi dimasa yang akan datang. Keadaan struktur modal akan berakibat langsung pada posisi keuangan perusahaan sehingga mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh struktur modal terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada PT. Hobin Nauli Multimedia Sibolga. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu data laporan keuangan tahun 2021, sampel yang digunakan data keuangan selama 12 bulan pada tahun 2021. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif antara struktur modal dengan kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada PT. Hobin Nauli Multimedia Sibolga. Untuk metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu menggunakan uji asumsi klasik normalita, regresi linier sederhana, determinasi uji-t(hipotesis). uji koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa (R Square) adalah 0,552 yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas yaitu struktur modal terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja keuangan adalah sebesar 55%, dan sisanya sebesar 45% dipengaruhi oleh faktor diluar variabel yang tidak diikutkan dalam variabel penelitian ini. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh Y = 1.167,050 + 0,209X dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,006 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan apabila ditambahkan satu satuan variabel X (Struktur Modal) atau nilai yang ditentukan maka akan menambah peningkatan variabel Y (Kinerja Keuangan) koefisien regresi sebesar 0,209. Berdasarkan uji-t hipotesis maka didapatkan hasil bahwa nilai tHitung sebesar 3,511 dan nilai tTabel sebesar 2,228 maka nilai 3,511 > 2,228 dan nilai signifikansi 0,006 < 0,05. Karena nilai tHitung lebih besar dari nilai tTabel maka ada pengaruh struktur modal yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada PT. Hobin Nauli Multimedia Sibolga dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) yang diajukan, diterima.

Abstract

Perolehan keuntungan dari investasi dan pendanaan, menajemen membagikan sebagian ke nasabah yang memiliki tabungan saham yang memiliki nilai tambah peroleh lebih besar dari simpanan biasa. Tapi kenyataan bahwa dividen yang diterima oleh anggota koperasi masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada pengaruh keputusan investasi dan keputusan pendanaan terhadap dividen anggota CU Marganda Mela Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah ?. Jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan dan neraca laba rugi koperasi CU. Marganda Mela. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah data laporan keuangan 10 tahun terakhir yakni tahun 2012 sampai tahun 2021. Sumber data berasal dari data sekunder. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisa deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif. Nilai koefisien korelasi antara keputusan investasi terhadap dividen sebesar 0,997 yang memiliki arti hubungan tersebut kuat. Nilai koefisien korelasi antara keputusan pendanaan terhadap dividen sebesar 0,713 yang memiliki arti hubungan tersebut kuat. Terdapat pengaruh keputusan investasi terhadap dividen anggota CU Marganda Mela Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah, diketahui nilai thitung sebesar 24,848 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel sebesar 2,365 atau signifikan (Sig-t) sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari α (0,05). Tidak terdapat pengaruh keputusan pendanaan terhadap dividen anggota CU Marganda Mela Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah, dimana diketahui nilai thitung sebesar -0,089 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel sebesar 2,365 atau signifikan (Sig-t) sebesar 0,935 lebih kecil dari α (0,05).
