Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work commitment and job satisfaction on employee morale at the Regional Secretariat of Central Tapanuli Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive approach. The sample size consisted of 91 respondents. The results showed a regression equation of Y = 98.226 + 0.242x1 + 0.502x2, indicating that work commitment and job satisfaction influence work morale. A t-test revealed a calculated t-value of 2.366 for work commitment, greater than the t-table of 1.987. This indicates that work commitment influences work morale. Furthermore, a t-test revealed a calculated t-value of 5.862 for work satisfaction, greater than the t-table of 1.987. This indicates that job satisfaction influences work morale at the Regional Secretariat of Central Tapanuli Regency. The calculated F value of 43.339 is greater than the F table value of 3.10. This indicates that work commitment and job satisfaction influence work morale in the Central Tapanuli Regency Regional Secretariat. This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational climate and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Library and Archives Office of Central Tapanuli Regency. The research method used is descriptive correlational, with a population and sample of 30 employees (saturated sampling). Data were collected using questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques included classical assumption tests (normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity), correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). The results show a positive relationship between organizational climate and employee performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.366 (low category), and a positive relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance with a coefficient of 0.243 (low category). The regression equation obtained is Y = 4.004 + 0.471X1 + 0.414X2. The t-test results indicate that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t-value 2.543 > t-table 2.04841; sig 0.017 < 0.05), while job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect (t-value 1.949 < t-table 2.04841; sig 0.062 > 0.05). The coefficient of determination shows that organizational climate and job satisfaction contribute 24.1% to employee performance, while the remaining 75.9% is influenced by other variables outside this study. Simultaneously, the F-test indicates that organizational climate and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Sibolga Sambas Subdistrict Office, Sibolga City. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an associative research type. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS software. The results show that partially, motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, both variables also have a significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 66.5%, while the remaining is influenced by other factors outside this study. Therefore, improving motivation and creating a conducive work environment can enhance employee performance

Abstract

Komitmen dan Karakteristik Individu merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 90 orang pegawai yang ditentukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Uji t digunakan untuk melihat pengaruh parsial, uji f digunakan untuk melihat pengaruh simultan, serta koefisien determinasi (R2) untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai thitung sebesar 2,262 > ttabel sebesar 1.66256 dan nilai taraf signifikan (Sig) 0,026 < 0,05. (2) Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai thitung sebesar 5,710 < ttabel sebesar 1.66256 dan nilai taraf signifikan (Sig) 0,000 < 0,05. (3) Komitmen dan Karakteristik Individu secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai Fhitung 43,078 > Ftabel 3,101, dan nilai taraf signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa komitmen dan karakteristik individu, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Apakah ada Pengaruh Pembagian Kerja dan Kualitas Kerja Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Kesehatan UPTD Puskesmas Pandan Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 69 responden pada Dinas Kesehatan UPTD Puskesmas Pandan Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa koefisien korelasi diperoleh hasil terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara Pembagian Kerja dengan Efektivitas Kerja 0,765 dan Kualitas Kerja dengan Efektivitas Kerja sebesar 0,601 dikategorikan kuat. Berdasarkan analisis Koefisien Determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,660 hal ini berarti bahwa yang terjadi pada variasi variabel terikat Efektivitas Kerja Kerja 66% ditentukan oleh variabel bebas Pembagian Kerja dan Kualitas Kerja secara serempak dan sisanya sebesar 34% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil uji t pada penelitian diketahui bahwa nilai t hitung Pembagian Kerja (X1) sebesar 7,867 > t tabel 1,99656 dan Kualitas Kerja (X2) sebesar 4,111 > t tabel 1,99656, maka hipotesis menyatakan Pembagian Kerja dan Kualitas Kerja secara parsial atau individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan UPTD Puskesmas Pandan Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah, terbukti dan dapat diterima. Sedangkan dari hasil uji F diketahui Nilai F hitung 67,011 > F tabel 3,14 dan signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga hipotesis yang menyatakan Pembagian Kerja dan Kualitas Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama atau simultan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan UPTD Puskesmas Pandan Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah, terbukti dan dapat diterima.

performance can be done by implementing effective communication. This study aims to analyze effective communication on improving employee performance at PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Sibolga. The sample in this study were all employees of PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Sibolga which opened 31 people. The analytical method used for testing and proving the hypothesis is a descriptive quantitative approach. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between effective communication and employee performance at PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Sibolga is 0.757, so if it is interpreted on a scale it can be categorized as sufficient. The regression equation obtained is Y= 12,491+0,637 X which shows the effect of effective communication on employee performance. The t test shows that the proposed hypothesis is accepted as true, where t count 6.241 > t table 2.0452, which means that employee performance will increase the regression coefficient/slop (0.573) if the effective communication variable is added by one unit. Based on the research results obtained between effective communication and improving employee performance at PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Sibolga has a positive relationship, it can be seen from the increase in the number of consumers in the last 5 years as many as 310 people.  Keyword: Effective, Employee, Performance, Communication, Improvement

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is/is not the influence of the application of experiential marketing on consumer satisfaction at PT. Putra Ali Sentosa (PAS) Pondok Batu, Central Tapanuli Regency. This research uses a type of quantitative descriptive research because this research method has the aim of obtaining information by making a picture or description of what is or is happening. The type of data used in completing this thesis research proposal is subject data (Self-report data). The source of the data collected is in the form of primary data which is obtained directly from the respondents who are the target of the research. The results obtained between the variables X and Y for each item are declared valid and reliable because the total value of the corrected item is greater than the critical r value (0.30) and the Cronbach Alpha value is above 0.60. From the normality test, all show that the distribution of the data does not violate the normality assumption, namely in the form of a bell and the data distribution is close to the diagonal line in the normal curve of the P-P Plot and the non-paramertic solid table sig value is greater than 0.05 so that for the Experiential Marketing variable and consumer satisfaction it can be concluded normal. There is a positive relationship between Experential Marketing and consumer satisfaction which can be proven through the calculation of the correlation coefficient with a strong correlation result of = 0.737. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it is obtained a figure of 54.4%, this means that what occurs in the variation of the dependent variable (customer satisfaction) of 45.6% is determined by the independent variable (Experential Marketing) and the remaining 40.1% is determined by other variables. not discussed in this study, such as service quality variables, marketing mix, distribution and others. From the hypothesis testing carried out and by comparing the calculated t value with the t table value, it is found that the t calculated value is greater than t table (6.729 > 2.024). This means that the accepted hypothesis is the alternative hypothesis (Ha). Keywords: Experiential Marketing and Consumer Satisfaction
