The purpose of this research was to explain the influence of the work environment and reward for creativity and performance of employees at Ganesha University of Education. This research targeting all goverment employees in the Ganesha University of Education, but the number of questionnaires returned as many as 141 copies of a total of 253 employees. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that (1) work environment positive and significant impact on employee performance, (2) work environment positive and significant effect on creativity, (3) reward positive and significant impact on employee performance, (4) reward positive and significant impact on creativity, and (5) creativity positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study is aimed to determine the effect of education, competence, compensation, motivation, and organizational commitment on the performance of BOS treasurers. The study was conducted on the BOS treasurers of the entire Junior High Schools in Gianyar Regency using primary data through questionnaire which has met the validity and reliability testing. Survey respondents were 43 BOS treasurers obtained by using saturated sample or census. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regressions, preceed by the classic assumption test. The results of this study show that education has no effect on the performance of the BOS treasurers, while competencies, compensations, motivations, and organizational commitment have positive effects on the performance of the BOS treasurers. Competence most dominantly affects the performance of the BOS treasurers.

Status kepegawaian adalah keadaan yang membedakan pegawai yang satu dengan yang lain dalam perusahaan atau organisasi. Dalam kenyataannya status kepegawaian dibedakan menjadi pegawai tetap dan pegawai tidak tetap. Komitmen organisasional ditinjau dari status kepegawaian menjadi variabel penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang menunjukkan keyakinan dan dukungan yang kuat terhadap nilai dan sasaran yang ingin dicapai oleh organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh status kepegawaian terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Yayasan Dharma Widya Ulangun Denpasar dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 68 orang pegawai, terdiri dari 16 orang pegawai tetap dan 52 orang pegawai tidak tetap, ditentukan secara stratified proporsional random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji one way Anova dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) status kepegawaian berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi perbedaan status kepegawaian maka kinerja karyawan akan menurun. 2) komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi komitmen organisasional maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat.

This study aimed to examine the effect of Transformational Leadership on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. The research have conducted on employees of Perusahaan Daerah Pasar Kota Denpasar. The total sample of 169 employees, the data was collected using a questionnaire. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the support of SMARTPLS 2.0 software. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction is a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. The findings indicate that the influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment is indirect, mediated by job satisfaction. Managerial implications of this research on human resource strategy to pay more attention to employee’s satisfaction with improve the implementation of transformational leadership to increase organizational commitment of employee’s in Perusahaan Daerah Pasar Kota Denpasar.

The aim of this study is to determine the mediating role of organizational commitment on the influence of perceived organizational support on turnover intention of the employees of RSK Bedah BIMC Kuta. The number of sample is 62 employees are determined by disproportionate stratified random sampling method. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Square and Sobel test. The result showed that perceived organizational support and organizational commitment negatively affect turnover intention, perceived organizational support positively influence organizational commitment and organizational commitment mediated the influence of perceived organizational support on turnover intention. The results of this study are expected to be taken into consideration for Management RSK Bedah BIMC Kuta to reduce the level of turnover by making policies and decisions related to organizational support where employees feel cared about and appreciated by organizations that fosters employee commitment to the organization so employee will not have plan to leave organization.

The objectives of this study are to determine and obtain empirical evidence related organization commitment as moderated the effect of human resource competency and government intern controlling system at the quality of government financial report in the klungkung regency. This study was conducted on 37 work unit departments of Klungkung regency. Total number of respondent is 36 functionaries of financial department which was selected through purposive sampling technique. The analyzed data was primary data gained through survey and questionary technique. Then, data was analyzed by applying Moderated Regression Analysis method. The result of hipotesis testing shows that human resource competence have not effect on local government financial statement quality, however government intern controlling system do. Organization interaction commitment and both, human resource competence and government intern controlling system have not effect on local government financial statement quality.

The Body Shop is a manufacturing company and global retail that produce toiletries and beauty products for men and women who apply the concept of green marketing and green business. The level of knowledge and concern began to grow on the environment spur companies to develop the program in providing solutions to environmental problems in order to improve attitude and purchase intention.This study aims to explain the effect of environmental knowledge and environmental concern on attitude and purchase intention, and explain the effect of attitude on purchase intention ofThe Body Shopgreen products in Denpasar. The sample used there are 150 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis technique. The results of analysis show that environmental knowledge and environmental positive and significantly effect on attitude and purchase intention, and attitude positive and significantly effect on purchase intention of The Body Shop green products in Denpasar.

Poverty is one of the fundamental problems in any country. Poverty is not only experienced by the developing countries, but also for developed countries including Indonesia, especially in the Region of Sarbagita in the Province of Bali. The decline in the poverty rate could be seen through from Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP). GDRP dependent on the realization of investments Investment, Government Expenditure and Labor. The high Investment and Government Expenditure on Region of Sarbagita will increase Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP) and influenced to the public welfare and will further reduce the level of poverty.

Model Jones Modifikasian digunakan untuk menghitung earnings management, tax diukur dengan menjumlahkan pajak kini dan pajak tangguhan perusahaan, firm size diukur menggunakan total aset, dan leverage menggunakan debt to equity ratio. Untuk kebijakan dividen sebagai pemoderasi diproksikan dengan dividend payout ratio. Perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi selama tahun 2013-2015 digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dan uji interaksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tax dan firm size tidak berpengaruh pada earnings management, dan leverage berpengaruh pada earnings management. Kebijakan dividen merupakan variabel yang dapat memperkuat pengaruh antara leverage pada earnings management. Kebijakan dividen tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh tax dan firm sizepadaearnings management.

The purpose of this study was to assess : (1) diversification effect in profitability, (2) diversification effect to stock return, (3) profitability effect on stock return, (4) diversification effect on stock return through profitability. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research used purposive sampling based on companies doing business diversification of 99 companies amount. Based on path analysis method, this research found that diversification have positive and significant effect on profitability, diversification have positive and significant effect on stock return, profitability have positive and significant effect on stock return and profitability is able to mediate the ef fect of diversification on stock return
