Abstract

Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (SIRS) is a generalized inflammatory condition, triggered by various factors such as infection or trauma, which can lead to serious complications if not treated quickly. This condition is characterized by symptoms such as fever or hypothermia, tachycardia, tachypnea, and changes in white blood cell count. Complications that can arise from SIRS include Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), which results in fluid in the alveoli and requires mechanical ventilation; acute encephalopathy, which leads to brain dysfunction; Asidosis Metabolik, indicating liver damage; hemolysis, which results in the breakdown of red blood cells; and Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), which is at risk of causing pulmonary embolism. To overcome this diagnostic challenge, this study implements the Dempster-Shafer method in an expert system, where it allows the aggregation and combination of various sources of evidence to produce degrees of belief and degrees of plausibility for each diagnostic hypothesis. By accounting for uncertainties and contradictions in the data, the system improves diagnostic accuracy through dynamically weighting and updating beliefs based on available evidence. This process allows early and accurate identification of SIRS complications, supporting appropriate medical intervention. System evaluation showed diagnostic accuracy of 93%, confirming the potential of expert systems in supporting rapid and precise clinical decision-making in managing SIRS complications.

Abstract

Accurate commodity price forecasting is crucial for market stability and decision-making. This study evaluates the performance of the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model using various activation functions and optimization algorithms for predicting garlic bulb prices. Historical price data was collected from panelharga.badanpangan.go.id and preprocessed through normalization and dataset splitting into training, validation, and test sets. The model was trained for 200 epochs using activation functions ReLU, Sigmoid, and Tanh, combined with optimization algorithms Adam, RMSprop, SGD, Adagrad, Adadelta, Nadam, and AdamW. Experimental results indicate that ReLU + Adam achieves the best performance with Final Epoch Loss of 0.001789, RMSE of 0.701632, MAPE of 0.009593, and R² of 0.909794, followed by Sigmoid + Nadam and Tanh + Adam, which also yielded high accuracy. These findings reinforce prior research, highlighting Adam and its momentum-based variants as effective optimizers for LSTM training. This study provides insights into selecting optimal activation functions and optimizers for commodity price forecasting. Future work may explore hybrid models and external factors, such as global market trends, to enhance predictive accuracy in time series data analysis.

Abstract

Limbah Pustaka, sebuah inisiatif komunitas yang berfokus pada pengelolaan limbah dan edukasi lingkungan, menghadapi tantangan dalam memperluas dampaknya tanpa dukungan teknologi memadai. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk merevitalisasi Limbah Pustaka dengan mengimplementasikan website teknologi tepat guna sebagai motor penggerak pemberdayaan komunitas dan inovasi sosial. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari tiga tahap: pra-implementasi, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Pra-implementasi melibatkan survei yang menunjukkan bahwa 85% peserta belum pernah mengelola website, 90% tidak mampu mengedit video, dan 70% tidak bisa membuat poster digital. Tahap implementasi meliputi pelatihan intensif, di mana peserta diajarkan mengelola dan memperbarui konten website yang ada, mengedit video dasar, dan membuat poster digital. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan peserta: 95% peserta berhasil mengelola website, 92% mampu mengedit video dasar, dan 85% dapat membuat poster digital berkualitas. Evaluasi akhir menunjukkan bahwa implementasi website meningkatkan visibilitas dan interaksi komunitas dengan publik sebesar 150%, serta meningkatkan partisipasi komunitas dalam kegiatan edukatif dan kreatif. Revitalisasi ini memperkuat kapasitas internal Limbah Pustaka dan memberikan model pemberdayaan komunitas berbasis teknologi yang dapat direplikasi di lokasi lain.

Abstract

 The star pomfret is a type of cultivated fish that has high economic prospects. The focus of the main problem in this study is the disease that attacks the star pomfret fish commodity. If this is allowed to continue, it will cause crop failure and cause the fishermen to lose money. Through this research, an expert system is one solution that can overcome these problems. The expert system built will apply the Naive Bayes method with the stages of entering the dataset into the database which will be used as training data, then the user inputs testing data to be processed into the Bayes method, in the final result the probability value of each disease will be displayed which will then be given recommendations on how to control it disease. From the symptoms selected by the user, namely: white or pale spots on the surface of the body, bleeding on the surface of the body, protruding eyes, the fish looks difficult to breathe, mucus production increases until the body runs out of mucus / roughness, fish lose their appetite, slow movement and slow growth get disease results Cryptocaryon with a value of 93.4. The results of tests carried out on 17 data obtained an accuracy value of 94% so that the expert system is suitable for use as a tool for diagnosing disease in pomfret

Abstract

This community service program aims to transform Muntang Village, Kemangkon District, Purbalingga Regency into a digital-based literacy and people’s livestock education center. The activities were carried out through seven stages: needs assessment, socialization, digital system development, training on production and financial SOPs, implementation of an integrated system, mentoring, and sustainability evaluation. The results indicate significant improvements in management capacity, digital promotion, and financial efficiency. The implementation of production SOPs reached 100%, financial recording accuracy improved by 95%, community participation increased by 40%, and digital promotion activities grew by 200%. A satisfaction survey recorded an average score of 4.72 (very satisfied category). This program successfully established a community empowerment model based on digital literacy and appropriate technology that can be replicated in other villages toward a Smart Eduwisata Village.ABSTRAKProgram pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mentransformasi Desa Muntang, Kecamatan Kemangkon, Kabupaten Purbalingga menjadi pusat eduwisata literasi dan peternakan rakyat berbasis digital. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tujuh tahapan, meliputi observasi kebutuhan, sosialisasi, pengembangan sistem digital, pelatihan SOP produksi dan keuangan, penerapan sistem terintegrasi, pendampingan, serta evaluasi keberlanjutan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan terhadap kapasitas manajemen, promosi digital, dan efisiensi keuangan komunitas. Penerapan SOP produksi mencapai 100%, akurasi pencatatan keuangan meningkat 95%, partisipasi masyarakat naik 40%, dan aktivitas promosi digital tumbuh hingga 200%. Survei kepuasan masyarakat memperoleh skor rata-rata 4,72 (kategori sangat puas). Program ini berhasil membangun model pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis literasi digital dan teknologi tepat guna yang berpotensi direplikasi di desa lain menuju Smart Eduwisata Village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to increase the accuracy for rice plant disease classification by developing a hybrid optimization model using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) in combination with Extreme Learning Machine (ELM), followed by Support Vector Machine. A key issue is to overcome with traditional expert systems that difficult, due the variation differences and complex among rice plant image data set. For feature extraction, plant images are passed through CNN and for classification ELM & SVM used. Experimental results show the best accuracy of 98.63% is attained using CNN+ELM model on images resized to 100x100 pixels and has precision, recall, F1-Score all at value=0.99 By comparison, the CNN+SVM model achieves an accuracy of 91.92% using that same image size. Abstract

Sejarah merupakan tolak ukur dalam perkembangan peradaban manusia. Dalam nilai-nilai sejarah, manusia dapat mengetahui hal-hal yang terjadi di masa lampau seperti asal-usul suatu bangsa, budaya, cerita rakyat, budaya, peperangan dan penemuan dalam ilmu pengetahuan. Ironisnya semangat nasionalisme dan rasa cinta tanah air sebagaigenerasi muda Indonesia memudar dan mencapai tahap yang memprihatinkan pada era globalisasi. Budaya yang disajikan secara interaktif dengan menggunakan teknologi bisa menjadi salah satu solusi efektif untuk menguatkan nilai sejarah, apalagi jika menggunakan media yang tepat dan popular pada penerapannya. Penelitian bertujuan untukmeningkatkan pengetahuan sejarah bagi generasi muda dengan mengadaptasi cerita rakyat yang dijadikan sebagai game berbasis multimedia interaktif. Game ini didesain dan dirancang dengan menggunakan metode Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) yang di dalam metode tersebut beberapa tahapan-tahapan seperti initiation, pre-production,production, testing, beta, release. Dengan adanya metode-metode tersebut bisa membantu penulismembuat sebuah game dari tahap awal hingga akhir. Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi dalam dunia pendidikan dapat memberikan alternatif dan kemudahan dalam proses belajar mengajar.Melalui permainan edukatif, media pembelajaran dapat menjadi lebih interaktif dan memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan motivasi serta ketertarikan anak untuk belajar. Berdasarkan wawancara langsung dengan pendidik di TK Negeri Purwokerto Timur, terdapat sejumlah siswa yang belummemahami lingkungan sosial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi game menarik minat siswa untuk belajar. Aplikasi ini memanfaatkan AR dengan metode MarkerBased AR yang memerlukan kartu gambar sebagai acuan untuk menampilkan objek virtual didunia nyata. Proses perancangan yang diterapkan adalah MDLC yang terbagi menjadi enam tahap yaitu Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, Distribution. Pendekatan MDLC dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menggabungkan beragam media seperti gambar, audio, video dan animasi.Evaluasi dilaksanakan dengan metode Blackbox Testing untuk memastikan aplikasi berfungsi dengan optimal dan menggunakan SUS untuk menilai sejauh mana aplikasi yang dibuat ini dapat digunakan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan aplikasi beroperasi dengan baik dan memperoleh skor SUS76,58. Abstract

Toko Musik Anin merupakan perusahaanpenjualan yang ingin menggunakan sistem informasi berbasiswebsite untuk meningkatkan jangkauan penjualan. Proyek inibertujuan guna merancang maupun mengembangkan sisteminformasi penjualan gitar berbasis website di toko gitar AninMusic dengan menerapkan metode Rapid ApplicationDevelopment (RAD). Pendekatan RAD dipilih karenamendukung pengembangan sistem yang cepat dan terstruktur.Analisis kebutuhan sistem dilakukan melalui observasi,wawancara, maupun studi literatur. Proses pengembanganmencakup perencanaan kebutuhan, perancangan sistem,pembuatan prototipe, serta pengujian menggunakan blackboxtesting maupun System Usability Scale (SUS). Abstract

Information system is a system that combines technology used to help human life. Not only helps facilitate information sistem activities, it also saves time, space and costs. Utilization of a website is useful in all fields because there are many and very broad and user-friendly features that can spoil the user's eyes. Activities that function to meet the needs of the general public are the meaning of public services as well as those related to other commodities such as goods, services and management provided by the organizers. In the health sector in public services, it is very necessary, especially in the service reservation process which still uses a queuing sistem in the form of taking queue numbers in the hospital lobby and waiting for hours, causing queues of visitors. The purpose of this study was to design a reservation information system at the hospital in order to increase the use of facilities and resources. The design of this hospital reservation information system is based on a website that was built using the user centered design method and tested using the SUS (Sistem Usability Scale) method which is in accordance with the criteria for the Sistem Usability Scale method which involves several respondents for information system acceptance
