Abstract

a society, values ??that govern life are needed in order to create order in life together. This system of values ??is needed to ensure that the rights of everyone in that society are maintained. The values ??held by the community usually come from something that is highly regarded and respected by everyone in the community. In indigenous peoples, the system of values ??that is believed to be a customary system that originates from reason and mind after the reading process of nature. For religious communities the value system that is believed to be a value system that originates from God's revelation. When the identity of the community is as a customary community and religion, then between religion and custom there is a process of acculturation, although many experts have researched and written about the acculturation between religious and customary teachings, but in this study the researcher saw the acculturation between customary and customary law. as well as religion, especially the customary law and customs of the Minangkabau community which are related to the economic practices of local communities. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of lending and placement of funds in other banks on the ability of banks to increase profitability. The study was taken data from one of the XYZ micro banking institutions in West Sumatra, based on year-end financial data from 2009 to 2019. This research uses a quantitative approach. The data source used is secondary data in the form of financial statement data for micro banking institutions for 11 (eleven) years. The data analysis method uses the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results showed that partially lending had a negative and significant effect on increasing profitability, placement of funds in other banks had a negative and insignificant effect on the increase in profitability of XYZ micro banking. Simultaneously, the variable of credit distribution and placement of funds in other banks has a significant effect on the increase in profitability of the XYZ micro banking institution

Abstract

The object of Islamic banking research of PT. BPRS Hajj Poor Head office of Tanah Land Regency and Payakumbuh City Branch Office, to test the effect of service quality, namely tagible (physical appearance), empathy (attention), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (response) and assurance (guarantee) ) to customer satisfaction. The study population uses accidental sampling (accidental sampling), a sampling technique based on coincidence of savings and financing product customers, which is feasible as a source of data for 10 days, with a sample of 100 people. Analysis of research data on structural equation models, the SPSS application program tests 5 (five) hypotheses that have been developed. 5 (five) hypotheses submitted were accepted, Tangibles had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, tangibles regression coefficient (X1) 0.235 was positive, indicating that with increased tangibles (X1) would increase satisfaction, Empathy had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Empathy regression coefficient (X2) 0.160 is positive, indicating an increase in empathy (X2) will increase customer satisfaction, reliability has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, reliability regression coefficient (X3) 0.459 customer marks, showing an increase in reliability (X3) increases customer satisfaction, influential responses significant to customer satisfaction. Responsiveness regression coefficient (X4) of 0.787 is positive, indicating increased responsiveness (X4) increases customer satisfaction, Assurance has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, assurance regression coefficient (X5) of 0.514 is positive, shows an increase in Assurance increases customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The role of human resources has a critical and strategic position in the organization to achieve goals. Human resources are essential for companies in managing and utilizing employees to function productively to achieve company goals. This study's objectives are to analyze and provide empirical evidence on the effect of work movements, job promotion, and compensation on employee performance at the Ibnu Sina Simpang Empat Islamic Hospital. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. This study's population was all Islamic Hospital Ibnu Sina Simpang Empat, totaling 239 employees, and the final sample counted as many as 150 employees. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. This research aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence on work movements, job promotion, and compensation on employee performance at the Ibnu Sina Simpang Empat Islamic Hospital, Pasaman Barat, Sumatera Barat with yields as follows: (1) Work Movements is not affect employee performance significantly. (2) Job Promotion is affecting employee performance significantly. (3) Compensation is affecting employee performance significantly. (4) Work Movements, Job Promotion, and Compensation is affecting employee performance simultaneously. Work Movements, Job Promotion, and Compensation to employee performance variables have contributed a level of strength, i.e., 52,6 percent.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product attributes and promotions on consumer buying interest in Kota Pariaman at Shopee online shop. The independent variables are product quality (X1), design (X2), features (X3), promotion (X4) and consumer interest (Y). The sample in this study were 97 online shop consumers in Kota Pariaman. The data collected are primary data using interviews / questionnaires and tools for analyzing SPSS data, 2019. The test uses regression analysis Y0 = 4,967- 0,016 X1 +1,671 X2 + 0,291 X3 + 1,540 X4. The results of the test show that partially the product attributes with product quality indicators have no effect, while design indicators, influential features, and promotions have an effect. And Ujif simultaneously product quality, design, features and promotions have a significant effect on consumer interest. With a determination of 68.3%.

Abstract

Abstract : Research that aims to identify, study and interpret the selection of merger alternatives as a step in PT. BPR Rangkiang Aur and PT. BPR Rangkiang Denai in addressing POJK number 5 / POJK.03 / 2015. The method used in this study is a combination research method / mix methods, namely by collecting, analyzing data, interpreting findings and drawing conclusions with quantitative and qualitative methods. The merger was carried out on the condition that the two BPRs were financially sound so the authors carried out the analysis of the health of the two BPRs using CAR, NPL, LDR, ROA, ROE and BOPO financial ratios. The results of this study indicate that the merger of PT. BPR Rangkiang Aur with PT. BPR Rangkiang Denai can fulfill the provisions of POJK number 5 / POJK.03 / 2015 with the results of CAR or KPMM reaching 15.11% with the fulfillment of core capital reaching Rp. 6,836,939 thousand, which has exceeded the minimum core capital provisions. Besides that, with the merger, the vision and mission of PT. BPR Rangkiang Aur and opens opportunities to grow better. Abstract

Global competition has intensified geographic repositioning of supply chain activities with implications for the economic prosperity of specific regions and geographies affected by such shifts. This study examines the relationship between the level of corruption and economic growth using the supply chain and ARDL bounds test method. The data used are GDP, the level of corruption, foreign direct investment, government spending and inflation from 2000-2018. The results of the study indicate a negative and significant impact on the level of corruption on economic growth in the long run. The implication of this research is that weak institutions, indicating the failure of government (corruption) that affect the performance of economic growth.

Abstract

Merger merupakan salah satu alasan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan Bank dan untuk tumbuh. Penelitian analisis perkembangan maupun kesehatan Bank dilihat dari aspek kinerja keuangan (Financial Performance) dengan menggunakan metode CAMEL (Capital, Asset, Management, Earning, Liquidity), sesuai Peraturan Bank Indonesia No. 30/12/KEP/DIR tanggal 30 April 1997 mengenai Tata Cara Penilaian Tingkat Kesehatan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kondisi kesehatan bank sebelum dan sesudah merger. Analisis dengan melakukan perbandingan (Compare Means Analysis Paired Sample t-test) selama periode 2015-2017 pada PT. BPR Rangkiang Aur dan PT. BPR Rangkiang Denai yang merencanakan Merger. Kinerna keuangan bank dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan rumus-rumus rasio keuangan metode CAMEL, berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan tingkat kesehatan PT. BPR Rangkiang Aur dan PT. BPR Rangkiang Denai tahun 2015-2017 adalah SEHAT. Dari uji hipotesis 8 aspek CAMEL melalui pendekatan pembandingan terhadap Financial Performance, maka diketahui PT.BPR Rangkiang Aur Lebih Unggul dari PT.BPR Rangkiang Denai. Merger ataupun tidaknya kedua BPR akan tetap baik, akan tetapi lebih baik lagi apabila diMerger.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the economic analysis that affects tourist demand on the number of visitors to tourist attractions during 2014-2019, with research at Gandoriah Beach, Pariaman City. The independent variables are motivation (x1), price (x2), tourist attraction (x3), ease of visit (x4), image (x5). The dependent variable is the number of visitors (Y). The sample in this study were 96 tourists who visited Gandoriah Beach. Data were collected using questionnaire data and primary data. Hypothesis testing using analysis, regression, t test, F test and determination were processed using the SPSS 18 for windows program. The results show that partially motivation has no effect on the number of visitors, price has no effect on the number of visitors, tourist attraction affects the number of visitors, ease of visit affects the number of visitors, and image affects the number of visitors. Simultaneously the independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable with an F value of 38.086 with a probability of 0.000 <0.05. The joint contribution was 66.1%.

Abstract

Pokok permasalahan dalam Tesis ini adalah bagaimana kinerja keuangan bank pembiayaan rakyat syariah Sumatera Barat. Tujuan pembahasan ini untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan bank pembiayaan rakyat syariah Sumatera Barat,  dianalisis dari aspek financialnya berupa rasio CAR, FDR, NPF,ROA dan BOPO.Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah penelitian eksploratif, penelitian ini mengungkapkan penelitian eksploratif secara kuantitatif, data yang diperoleh dianalisis sesuai dengan metode yang digunakan kemudian di interpretasikan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah dokumentasi dengan cara  pengumpulan data dari website OJK dan BI. Teknik analisis data dengan mengunakan penilaian kesehatan BPRS yang berlaku,  yaitu Keputusan Bank Indonesia  No.9/17/PBI/2007 tanggal  4 Desember 2007, penilaian kinerja BPRS aspek financial berupa CAR, FDR, NPF, ROA dan BOPO.Dari penelitian yang penulis lakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa rasio CAR, BPRS Sumatera Barat  sebesar 14,27%, dengan penilaian “Sangat Sehat” dengan kriteria , rasio FDR BPRS Sumatera Barat sebesar 75,67%, dengan penilaian “Sehat” dengan kriteria , rasio NPF BPRS Sumatera Barat rata-rata 7,83%, penilaian “Cukup Sehat” dengan kriteria   , rasio ROA BPRS Sumatera Barat rata-rata sebesar 1,34%, dengan penilaian                  “Sehat” dengan kriteria   dan rasio BOPO BPRS Sumatera Barat rata-rata sebesar 92,43%, dengan penilaian “Sangat Sehat” dengan kriteria .
