Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh  diklat kepemimpinan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas koperasi, umkm dan perdagangan Provisinsi Sumatera Barat, pengaruh diklat kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas koperasi, umkm dan perdagangan Provinsi Sumatera Barat tersebut pengaruh pengembangan karir staff dan karyawan terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas koperasi, umkm dan perdagangan pada dinas Provinsi Sumatera Barat serta pengaruh diklat kepemimpinan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas koperasi, umkm dan perdagangan Provisnsi Sumatera Barat, populasi pada penelitian ini, sejumlah 25 orang yang ditujukan pada seluruh anggota pegawai dinas koperasi, umkm dan perdagangan Provinsi Sumatera Barat, artinya pengambilan data berdasarkan metode sensus yaitu  jumlah responden populasi sama  dengan sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu Regresi Linier Berganda. Variabel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan variabel bebas yaitu diklat kepemimpinan (X1) dan pengembangan karir (X2) sedangkan kinerja (Y)  merupakan variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian didapat persamaan Y = 0,417 + 0,630 X1 + 0,987 X2, nilai signifikansi dari variabel diklat kepemimpinan (X1)adalah sebesar 0,018 dan pengembangan karir  (X2) adalah sebesar 0,000 yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif diklat kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap kinerja (Y) pegawai dinas koperasi, umkm dan perdagangan Provinsi Sumatera Barat terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif pengembangan karir (X2) terhadap pegawai dinas koperasi, umkm dan perdagangan Provinsi Sumatera Barat. This study aims to determine how the influence of leadership training and career development on the performance of employees of cooperatives, UMMs and trade in the Province of West Sumatra, the influence of leadership training on employee performance of cooperatives, UMMs and trade in West Sumatra Province influence the career development of staff and employees on employee performance the cooperative, umkm and trade service in West Sumatra Province service and the influence of leadership training and career development on the performance of the cooperative, umkm and trade service employees of West Sumatra Province, the population in this study, a total of 25 people addressed to all members of the cooperative service employee, umkm and trade in West Sumatra Province, meaning that data retrieval is based on the census method ie the number of respondents is the same population as the sample. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The variables in this study use independent variables, namely leadership training (X1) and career development (X2) while performance (Y) is the dependent variable. The results obtained by the equation Y = 0.417 + 0.630 X1 + 0.987 X2, the significance value of the leadership training variable (X1) is 0.018 and career development (X2) is 0,000 which means that there is a significant and positive influence on leadership training (X1) on the performance (Y) of employees of the cooperative, umkm and trade services of West Sumatra Province there is a significant and positive influence on career development (X2) on the employees of the cooperative, umkm and trade service of West Sumatra Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of lending and placement of funds in other banks on the ability of banks to increase profitability. The study was taken data from one of the XYZ micro banking institutions in West Sumatra, based on year-end financial data from 2009 to 2019. This research uses a quantitative approach. The data source used is secondary data in the form of financial statement data for micro banking institutions for 11 (eleven) years. The data analysis method uses the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results showed that partially lending had a negative and significant effect on increasing profitability, placement of funds in other banks had a negative and insignificant effect on the increase in profitability of XYZ micro banking. Simultaneously, the variable of credit distribution and placement of funds in other banks has a significant effect on the increase in profitability of the XYZ micro banking institution

Abstract

The object of Islamic banking research of PT. BPRS Hajj Poor Head office of Tanah Land Regency and Payakumbuh City Branch Office, to test the effect of service quality, namely tagible (physical appearance), empathy (attention), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (response) and assurance (guarantee) ) to customer satisfaction. The study population uses accidental sampling (accidental sampling), a sampling technique based on coincidence of savings and financing product customers, which is feasible as a source of data for 10 days, with a sample of 100 people. Analysis of research data on structural equation models, the SPSS application program tests 5 (five) hypotheses that have been developed. 5 (five) hypotheses submitted were accepted, Tangibles had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, tangibles regression coefficient (X1) 0.235 was positive, indicating that with increased tangibles (X1) would increase satisfaction, Empathy had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Empathy regression coefficient (X2) 0.160 is positive, indicating an increase in empathy (X2) will increase customer satisfaction, reliability has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, reliability regression coefficient (X3) 0.459 customer marks, showing an increase in reliability (X3) increases customer satisfaction, influential responses significant to customer satisfaction. Responsiveness regression coefficient (X4) of 0.787 is positive, indicating increased responsiveness (X4) increases customer satisfaction, Assurance has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, assurance regression coefficient (X5) of 0.514 is positive, shows an increase in Assurance increases customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneur characteristics, financial literacy, and religiosity on the decisions about female entrepreneurship funding in the creative industries in West Sumatra. It used the non-probability sampling techniques with the purposive sampling criteria, involving 130 female entrepreneurs as respondents. The study found that there was an influence of age, income, and personal financial literacy variables on the decision of female entrepreneurship funding in the creative industries in the province. This research is beneficial for women running businesses in creative industries in West Sumatra with the handicraft and fashion industries benefiting the most as the results of this study can be used as additional information in selecting the optimal sources for business financing

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of profit sharing and financing ceilings on Non Performing Financing in Islamic Banking. The effect of the level of profit sharing on Non-Performing Financing, as well as the effect of the financing ceiling on Non-Performing Financing in Islamic Banking in the City of Bukittinggi. The population in this study, a number of 35 debtors of Islamic banks whose businesses are classified as micro, small and medium enterprises that trade in Bukittinggi City. Data collection is based on the census method, namely the number of respondents in the population is the same as the sample. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The variables in this study use the independent variables, namely the level of profit sharing (X1) and the financing ceiling (X2) while Non-Performing Financing (Y) is the dependent variable. The results of the study obtained the equation Y = 0.315 + 0.520X1 + 0.867X2, the significance value of the profit-sharing rate variable (X1) is 0.016 and the financing ceiling (X2) is 0.000 which means that there is a significant and positive effect on the profit-sharing rate (X1) on non-performing financing (Y) of Islamic banking, traders in Bukittinggi have a significant and positive influence on the financing ceiling (X2) on non-performing financing of Islamic banking in Bukittinggi City.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policies on firm value of Indonesian manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2018. The research sample consisted of 23 companies with 115 observations conducted during the period. Manufacturers, which process raw materials into semi-finished or finished goods, are identical with factories that use machinery, equipment, engineering techniques, and labour (Heizer Render, 2015). The study found that partially the effect of investments with the proxy investment opportunity set (IOS) on firm value was positive and significant. It demonstrates the ability of a company to obtain and manage capital that ultimately has a positive impact on firm value. This study found that the effect of funding decisions on firm value was negative and significant. While the effect of dividend policy on firm value was proved to be positive but not significant. The study selected firm size as the control variable that had a positive but insignificant effect on firm value.

Abstract

Sharia banking as a national asset grows 9.22% in 2020 in Muslim-majority countries, the aim of this research is to find out the effect of knowledge, product features and the need for the desire to use sharia banking financing and funding products in the city of Padang Panjang, which is predominantly a Muslim community. This type of descriptive quantitative research using a questionnaire technique, the population of Islamic boarding school teachers is 211 people and the research sample is 138 people, multiple linear analysis techniques. Analysis with validity, reliability and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Research results individually have no significant effect on making prospective customers use Islamic bank services, but prospective customers want to use Islamic banking services because there is a need for bank products

Abstract

The role of human resources has a critical and strategic position in the organization to achieve goals. Human resources are essential for companies in managing and utilizing employees to function productively to achieve company goals. This study's objectives are to analyze and provide empirical evidence on the effect of work movements, job promotion, and compensation on employee performance at the Ibnu Sina Simpang Empat Islamic Hospital. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. This study's population was all Islamic Hospital Ibnu Sina Simpang Empat, totaling 239 employees, and the final sample counted as many as 150 employees. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. This research aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence on work movements, job promotion, and compensation on employee performance at the Ibnu Sina Simpang Empat Islamic Hospital, Pasaman Barat, Sumatera Barat with yields as follows: (1) Work Movements is not affect employee performance significantly. (2) Job Promotion is affecting employee performance significantly. (3) Compensation is affecting employee performance significantly. (4) Work Movements, Job Promotion, and Compensation is affecting employee performance simultaneously. Work Movements, Job Promotion, and Compensation to employee performance variables have contributed a level of strength, i.e., 52,6 percent.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is an interesting focus to be discussed at PT. PLN (persero) Bukittinggi area, this has led to the growing development of organizational commitment in an employee, will be able to reduce the emergence of negative work that appears in the organization, such as employee work strikes, employee demonstrations, work absenteeism numbers, feeling unlucky at work and turnover.Regarding the purpose of this study to analyze and prove personal factors on organizational commitment, analyze and prove organizational factors on commitment, analyze and prove non-organizational factors on organizational commitment and analyze and prove together personal factors, organizational factors and non-organizational factors towards organizational commitment to PT. PLN (persero) Bukitinggi Area.The population in this study were all employees and employees of PT. PLN (persero) Bukittinggi Area consisting of permanent employees and freelancers exceeding company leadership totaling more than 63 people in which the research sample used the census method for each employee in the PT. PLN (persero) Bukittinggi Area consists of 63 employees. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression methods.The results of this study are personal factors (X1) significant to organizational commitment (Y) at PT. PLN (persero) Bukitinggi Area of 0.638 with a significance value of 0,000, organizational factors (X2) significantly influence organizational commitment (Y) at PT.PLN (persero) Bukitinggi Area of 0.091 with a significance value of 0.018, non-organizational factors (X3) significantly influence organizational commitment (Y) at PT. PLN (persero) Bukitinggi Area of 0.448 with a significance value of 0.007 and personal factors (X1), organizational factors (X2) and non-organizational factors (X3) significantly influence organizational commitment (Y) at PT.
