Abstract

The role of human resources has a critical and strategic position in the organization to achieve goals. Human resources are essential for companies in managing and utilizing employees to function productively to achieve company goals. This study's objectives are to analyze and provide empirical evidence on the effect of work movements, job promotion, and compensation on employee performance at the Ibnu Sina Simpang Empat Islamic Hospital. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. This study's population was all Islamic Hospital Ibnu Sina Simpang Empat, totaling 239 employees, and the final sample counted as many as 150 employees. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. This research aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence on work movements, job promotion, and compensation on employee performance at the Ibnu Sina Simpang Empat Islamic Hospital, Pasaman Barat, Sumatera Barat with yields as follows: (1) Work Movements is not affect employee performance significantly. (2) Job Promotion is affecting employee performance significantly. (3) Compensation is affecting employee performance significantly. (4) Work Movements, Job Promotion, and Compensation is affecting employee performance simultaneously. Work Movements, Job Promotion, and Compensation to employee performance variables have contributed a level of strength, i.e., 52,6 percent.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneur characteristics, financial literacy, and religiosity on the decisions about female entrepreneurship funding in the creative industries in West Sumatra. It used the non-probability sampling techniques with the purposive sampling criteria, involving 130 female entrepreneurs as respondents. The study found that there was an influence of age, income, and personal financial literacy variables on the decision of female entrepreneurship funding in the creative industries in the province. This research is beneficial for women running businesses in creative industries in West Sumatra with the handicraft and fashion industries benefiting the most as the results of this study can be used as additional information in selecting the optimal sources for business financing

Abstract

Organizational commitment is an interesting focus to be discussed at PT. PLN (persero) Bukittinggi area, this has led to the growing development of organizational commitment in an employee, will be able to reduce the emergence of negative work that appears in the organization, such as employee work strikes, employee demonstrations, work absenteeism numbers, feeling unlucky at work and turnover.Regarding the purpose of this study to analyze and prove personal factors on organizational commitment, analyze and prove organizational factors on commitment, analyze and prove non-organizational factors on organizational commitment and analyze and prove together personal factors, organizational factors and non-organizational factors towards organizational commitment to PT. PLN (persero) Bukitinggi Area.The population in this study were all employees and employees of PT. PLN (persero) Bukittinggi Area consisting of permanent employees and freelancers exceeding company leadership totaling more than 63 people in which the research sample used the census method for each employee in the PT. PLN (persero) Bukittinggi Area consists of 63 employees. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression methods.The results of this study are personal factors (X1) significant to organizational commitment (Y) at PT. PLN (persero) Bukitinggi Area of 0.638 with a significance value of 0,000, organizational factors (X2) significantly influence organizational commitment (Y) at PT.PLN (persero) Bukitinggi Area of 0.091 with a significance value of 0.018, non-organizational factors (X3) significantly influence organizational commitment (Y) at PT. PLN (persero) Bukitinggi Area of 0.448 with a significance value of 0.007 and personal factors (X1), organizational factors (X2) and non-organizational factors (X3) significantly influence organizational commitment (Y) at PT. Abstract

Perilaku konsumen maupun nasabah bank dipengaruhi faktor psikologi, diantaranya faktor emosional dan faktor rasional. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang faktor emosional dan faktor rasional berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah bertransaksi dengan bank, tujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis pengaruh faktor emosional, rasional berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah bertransaksi dengan Bank Muamalat Cabang Pembantu Payakumbuh. Jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) bersifat deskriptif, data dikumpul melalui hasil kuesioner dengan tekhnik analisa kuantitatif, dengan regresi linier berganda dengan persamaan sebagai berikut: Y = 36,974 + -0,957X1 + 1,906X2. Hasil penelitian uji t menunjukkan variabel faktor emosional secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah memilih bertransaksi dengan nilai t hitung < t tabel sehingga Ho diterima. Variabel faktor rasional juga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah memilih bertransaksi dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel sehingga H0 ditolak, uji F diketahui variabel faktor emosional, faktor rasional berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan nasabah memilih bertransaksi pada Bank Muamalat. The behavior of consumers and bank customers is influenced by psychological factors, including emotional factors and rational factors. This study examines the emotional and rational factors influencing the customer's decision to transact with the bank, the purpose of knowing, analyzing the influence of emotional factors, rational influencing the customer's decision to transact with Bank Muamalat Payakumbuh Supporting Branch. This type of field research is descriptive, data collected through the results of a questionnaire with quantitative analysis techniques, with multiple linear regression with the following equation: Y = 36,974 + -0,957X1 + 1,906X2. The results of the t test showed that partially emotional factors had no effect on the customer's decision to transact with the calculated t value <t table so that Ho was accepted. The rational factor variable also influences the customer's decision to choose a transaction with the value of t arithmetic> t table so that H0 is rejected, the F test is known to be the variable of emotional factors, the rational factor has a significant effect jointly on the customer's decision to trade at Muamalat Bank

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the effect of food composition and halal awareness on the intention to buy fast food with halal certificates as an intervening variable, research in the city of Bukittinggi, the research object of the millennial generation who likes to consume fast food. The population of the Millennial generation aged 15-39 years is 57,099. Non-probability sampling technique, purposive sampling method. The sampling method is the Hair et.al method, the research indicators are 11, the sample is set at 110. The data is processed using the Smart PLS Software. The results of the study found that food composition and halal awareness had a positive and significant effect on the millennial generation's purchase intention of fast food. Halal awareness has no positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The results of the study also found that food composition did not have an indirect effect on the intention to buy fast food in the millennial generation with halal certificates as an intervening variable. Halal awareness does not have an indirect effect on the intention to buy fast food in the millennial generation with halal certificates as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Background. Each Nagari or village has the potential to be developed in order to increase the income and welfare of its people , one of which is the management of Village Owned Enterprises or BUMNag through good managerial skills by the leader of the organization, moreover the leader is based on Islam, according to the philosophy of West Sumatra, "Adat Basandi Syarak, Syarak Basandi Kitabullan", is a reflection of the pattern of behavior in social life and Islamic leadership in the Minangkabau.Purpose. The research aims to determine the factors that influence the increase in the village's original income from the operation of Village-Owned Enterprises based on Islamic Strategic Management.Method. The reseach use the Delphi Method, informants are 6 experts (experts) and carry out a SWOT Analysis to determine the right strategy.Results. Research findings, the factors that influence the increase in the village's original income, from an average strengths score of 4.93 or 96.67, Government policies and Commitment of the Village Head with the same score and an average score of 3.83 or 76.67, administration and cooperation with other agencies with the same score. The Weaknesses factor has an average score of 5.00 or 100, the sanctions are not strict enough for the management of Village-Owned Enterprises and leakage of user fees/consumer contributions with an average score of 2.5 is less effective. Opportunity factor with an average score of 5.00 or 100 for good public services supported by advances in information technology with an average score of 4.17. Threaths of illegal waste disposal with an average score of 4.83 and closure of waste collection points in jorong-jorong with an average score of 4.17 or 46.67 with the criteria of Ineffective.Conclusion. In managing Village Owned Enterprises with the implementation of Islamic strategic management, there are several factors that influence the income of Village Owned Enterprises to increase Village Original Income.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine audit opinion and sharia compliance in increasing trust in zakat in Baznas Padang Panjang City. Type of qualitative research, phenomenological approach method. Baznas Research Location Padang Panjang City. The results of research on audit opinion and sharia compliance are complementary audit instruments. Sharia compliance audits complement conventional financial audits, so that the picture of Baznas' financial performance reports is more comprehensive. So that Baznas is worthy of being an authority institution in carrying out zakat management professionally and with integrity in zakat management, realizing a commitment to transparency, increasing the value of accountability as a manager of zakat funds and finally building a positive reputation and image in society. Public trust is the main factor in increasing zakat receipts at Baznas. A positive audit opinion and sharia compliance predicate is a combination of instruments that contribute to increasing Baznas zakat receipts. The research is implemented in providing recommendations to zakat management institutions that have not carried out audit activities to start implementing them. Audits help zakat institutions in building public recognition and trust.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar peluang transformasi Simpan Pinjam Perempuan (SPP) Konvensional menjadi SPP Syariah pada kelompok SPP Nagari Cubadak, Kecamatan Lima Kaum, Kabupaten Tanah Datar, Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang diukur melalui analisa SWOT. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa posisi transformasi SPP konvensional menjadi SPP syariah berada pada Kuadran 1 yaitu 0,8 = x dan 2,5 = y. Sehingga pada posisi ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa posisi ini merupakan situasi yang sangat menguntungkan bagi kelompok SPP di Nagari Cubadak untuk bertransformasi menjadi kelompok SPP berbasis Syariah. Rekomendasi  strategi yang perlu dilakukan yaitu dengan memanfaatkan seluruh kekuatan dan memanfaatkan peluang yang sebesar-besarnya untuk mewujudkan transformasi kelompok SPP menjadi kelompok SPP Syariah. Strategi yang harus diterapkan adalah mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif (growth oriented strategi).  This study aims to see how big the chances of transforming Conventional Women's Savings and Loans (SPP) into Sharia SPP in the SPP Nagari Cubadak group, Lima Kaum District, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra Province as measured by SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that the position of the transformation of conventional SPP into Islamic SPP is in Quadrant 1, namely 0.8 = x and 2.5 = y. So in this position it can be concluded that this position is a very favorable situation for the SPP group in Nagari Cubadak to transform into a Sharia-based SPP group. The strategic recommendation that needs to be done is to take advantage of all strengths and take advantage of the maximum opportunity to realize the transformation of the SPP group into a Sharia SPP group. The strategy that must be implemented is to support an aggressive growth policy (growth oriented strategy).

Abstract

Bank Syariah dalam beroperasional meningkatkan kinerja salah satunya ditentukan oleh faktor atau rasio Non Peforming Financing (NPF). Kinerja NPF dipengaruhi oleh Margin , Plafond dan Pelayanan Account Officer. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh Margin Pembiayaan, Plafond Pembiayaan dan Pelayanan Account Officer terhadap Non Peforming Financing (NPF) bank syariah, bank umum syariah dan bank pembiayaan rakyat syariah. Jenis Penelitian Kuantitatif dengan sampel semua perbankan syariah yang beroperasional di Kota Bukittinggi, responden 70 orang dan data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda serta waktu penelitian dari Juni sampai Desember 2022. Hasil penelitian, persamaan analisis regeresi linear berganda Y = 7,853 + 0,016X1 + 0,130X2 + 0,647X3, hasil uji F nilai Fhitung 30,940 > Ftabel 2,73, tingkat keyakinan 95% dan signifikan 0,05, disimpulkan pengaruh variabel independen (X1, X2 dan X3) terhadap variabel dependen (Y) dengan simultan. Hasil uji parameter individual menjawab hipotesis pertama diketahui Margin (X1) tidak mempengaruhi NPF secara sifnifikan, jawaban hipotesis kedua dan ketiga, Plafond dan Pelayanan Accoint Officer memiliki pengaruh terhadap NPF perbankan syariah. Islamic banks in their operations improve performance, one of which is determined by the factor or ratio of Non-Performing Financing (NPF). NPF performance is influenced by Margin, Ceiling and Account Officer Services. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of Financing Margins, Financing Ceilings and Account Officer Services on Non-Performing Financing of Islamic banks, Islamic commercial banks and Sharia Rural Bank. Type of Quantitative Research with a sample of all Islamic banking operations in the City of Bukittinggi, 70 respondents and data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and the research time was from June to December 2022. The results of the study, the equation of multiple linear regression analysis, Y = 7.853 + 0.016X1 + 0.130X2 + 0.647X3, F value test results Fcount 30.940 > Ftable 2.73, 95% confidence level and 0.05 significant. concluded the effect of the independent variables (X1, X2 and X3) on the dependent variable (Y) simultaneously. The results of the individual parameter test answer the first hypothesis, it is known that Margin (X1) does not significantly affect NPF, the answers to the second and third hypotheses, Ceiling and Account Officer Services have an influence on NPF of Islamic banking.

Abstract

National Islamic Religious Universities (PTKIN) have begun to change their form, thus a supervisory step is needed in the form of an Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI) in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia No. 25 of 2017. Where the PTKIN supervision system is required to focus on achieving Governance, control, risk management, but not just administrative activities. The steps and the presence of SPI in PTKIN are required by all elements to understand and share views on how the duties and responsibilities of SPI are, no less important is the leadership of PTKIN to the highest decision maker or top management. The research was conducted at 3 (three) PTKIN which will be transformed into a State Islamic University (UIN) using the "A Case Study" method. Data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation then processed. Processing of data by checking the correctness of the data, compiling data, carrying out coding, classifying data, correcting unclear interview answers. The results of the research on the implementation of internal control at PTKIN are running, but there are still aspects of supervision that have not been fully implemented. Steps to increase supervision by increasing the number of SPI personnel and adding supporting tools such as an integrated information system. The goal is that the implementation of Governace in SPI reaches all aspects of activities in the work unit, so that the supervision system runs fully.
