Abstract

An organization is a system consisting of individuals who influence each other and work together to achieve certain goals. Organizational goals can be achieved if human resource management is done well, which in turn will increase organizational commitment and generate job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment in production employees at PT.X. This research method uses quantitative research methods with the research design used is associative causality. The population in this study consisted of 121 production employees in the Aluminum department. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the total sampling method, so that the entire population consisting of 121 production employees was sampled in this study. The scale used to measure job satisfaction is the Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS). While the scale used to measure organizational commitment is the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ). Data analysis techniques in this study include classical assumption tests, (normality test, and linearity test), simple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that there is an effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment in production employees at PT X. Job satisfaction contributes 64.5% to organizational commitment and 35.5% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

The high incidence of workplace accidents in Indonesia highlights the critical importance of safety behavior, particularly in high-risk industries such as manufacturing. This study aims to examine the influence of risk perception and safety climate on safety behavior among employees of PT. NR. A quantitative approach with a causal design was employed. The research involved 76 production employees selected using a total sampling technique. Instruments used in the study include a risk perception scale, a safety climate scale, and a safety behavior scale. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of JASP version 0.18.10. The results of partial tests revealed that both risk perception and safety climate significantly influenced safety behavior independenly. Moreover, simultaneous testing showed that these two variables jointly had a significant effect on safety behavior. These findings indicate that improving employees’ safety behavior requires attention to both individual factors, such as risk perception, and organizational factors, such as the safety climate. Tingginya angka kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia menunjukkan pentingnya perilaku keselamatan dalam lingkungan kerja, terutama di sektor manufaktur yang memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi risiko dan iklim keselamatan terhadap perilaku keselamatan pada karyawan PT. NR. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausalitas. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 76 karyawan bagian produksi yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi skala persepsi risiko, skala iklim keselamatan, dan skala perilaku keselamatan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak JASP versi 0.18.10. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa baik persepsi risiko maupun iklim keselamatan masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keselamatan. Selain itu, hasil uji simultan juga menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama, persepsi risiko dan iklim keselamatan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku keselamatan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa untuk meningkatkan perilaku keselamatan karyawan, perlu adanya perhatian terhadap aspek individual seperti persepsi risiko serta aspek organisasi seperti iklim keselamatan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social support and student subjective well-being on school engagement of female students at Aisyah Islamic Boarding School. In this study, the research method used is quantitative involving 90 female students as respondents. Data were collected through a scale that measures the level of school engagement, namely the school engagement scale, social support, namely the perceived social support, and student subjective well-being, namely the student subjective well-being questionnaire. The results of the study showed a significant value of the social support variable of 0.208 > 0.05, which means there is no influence of social support on school engagement of female students at Aisyah Islamic Boarding School. The significant value of student subjective well-being is 0.000 < 0.05, which means there is an influence of student subjective well-being on school engagement of female students at Aisyah Islamic Boarding School. Then simultaneously social support and student subjective well-being showed a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means there is an influence of social support and student subjective well-being simultaneously on school engagement of female students at Aisyah Islamic Boarding School. The magnitude of the influence of social support and student subjective well-being on school engagement in female students at Aisyah Islamic Boarding School is 56.9%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan sosial dan student subjective well-being terhadap school engagement santriwati di Aisyah Islamic Boarding School. Dalam penelitian ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif yang melibatkan 90 santriwati sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui skala yang mengukur tingkat school engagement yaitu school engagement scale, dukungan sosial yaitu the perceived social suport, dan student subjective well-being yaitu student subjective well-being questionnare. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari variabel dukungan sosial sebesar 0.208 > 0.05, yang artinya tidak ada pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap school engagement santriwati Aisyah Islamic Boarding School. Nilai signifikan dari student subjective well-being adalah sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, yang artinya ada pengaruh student subjective well-being terhadap school engagement santriwati Aisyah Islamic Boarding School. Kemudian secara simultan dukungan sosial dan student subjective well-being menunjukkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, yang artinya ada pengaruh dukungan sosial dan student subjective well-being secara bersamaan terhadap school engagement santriwati Aisyah Islamic Boarding School. Besaran pengaruh dukungan sosial dan student subjective well-being terhadap school engagament pada santriwati Aisyah Islamic Boarding School adalah sebesar 56.9%.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat streskerja, seberapa tinggi tingkat konflik peran ganda yang di alami dan juga untuk mengetahuiapakah terdapat pengaruh antara stres kerja dan konflik peran ganda pada perempuan bekerjaPT Hasil Raya Industri Karawang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif denganmetode pengambilan sampel nonprobability sampling dan jenis sampling menggunakanteknik sampling jenuh atau sensus dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 159 orang. Teknik yangdigunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuesioneratau angket dengan skala likert. Hasil yang di dapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanyapengaruh konflik peran ganda terhadap stres kerja pada perempuan bekerja di PT hasil rayaindustri karawang.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-efficacy dan work- study conflict terhadap work engagement pada mahasiswa bekerja di tingkat akhir Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah quota sampling (Nonprobability). Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 834 responden dengan sample 247 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert. Kemudian analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji regresi berganda pada variabel self-efficacy terhadap work engagement dengan hasil nilai sig. 0,000<0,05 dan pada variabel work-study conflict terhadap work engagement dengan hasil nilai sig. 0,029<0,05 artinya dapat dikatakan bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. artinya ada pengaruh self-efficacy dan work- study conflict terhadap work engagement pada mahasiswa bekerja di tingkat akhir Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang.
