Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this research is whether the goalkeeper game can improve the learning outcomes of soccer students of class V SDN 39 Sungai Kakap. The purpose of this research is to know the improvement of learning result of soccer through goalkeeper game in class V student of SDN 39. This research method with type of classroom action research. The subjects of this research are students of class V SDN 39 Sungai Kakap Kubu Raya as many as 11 students consisting of 3 sons and 8 daughters. The results obtained from this study are 1. On the aspect of student understanding in the cycle 68.21% cycle 76.43% and cycle II 87.50% has increased 2. Aspects of observation on the average pre cycle 65.00%, cycle I 76.67%, and cycle II average reach 90%.  Keywords: Football, goalkeeper and game approach method.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the Basic Skills Level of Futsal and Vo2max Futsal Extrarkuricular Students of SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak. The study was conducted with the method used in this study was a descriptive method, aimed at finding out the basic skills level of futsal and the physical condition of futsal extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak. The population in this study was the futsal extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak, totaling 40 students, with a sample of 40 students. This research technique uses tests and measurements, namely tests with a lattice measuring instrument measuring the basic skills of playing futsal and the ability of VO2Max Students. Data analysis using percentages. The results of the study concluded that the Futsal and Vo2max Basic Skills Level of Futsal Extra-curricular Students of SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak were included in the Fair category. Where the results of the basic skills test playing futsal futsal extracurricular participants at SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak are presented in the form of frequencies (percent). "good" category: 2 players or (5%), "good" category: 12 players or (30%), "enough" category: 10 players or equal (25%), "less" category: 12 players or by (30%), and the category of "very little": 4 players or by (10%). And the results of the study, Vo2max male futsal extracurricular participants In SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak there were 1 student (3.00%) in the excellent category, 16 students (40%) in the good category, 21 students (53%) in the moderate category, 2 students (5 %) in the bad category, and 0 students (0.00%) in the very bad category. So as a whole can be known the level of basic skills of futsal and Vo2max male futsal extracurricular participants in SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak included in the sufficient category. Keywords: Basic Skills in Playing futsal, Student VO2Max Results

Abstract

Abstract:The problem in this research is how to improve learning outcomes passing under volleyball through variation of learning in class VII students SMP Negeri 1 MeliauSanggau District Academic Year 2016/2017 ?. The purpose of this study is to improve the effectiveness in the learning process passing under the volley through variations of learning.This study uses classroom action research which is the basis for improving the learning that will be produced, with the following steps: 1) Planning; 2) implementation; 3) observation; 4) reflection; Subjects in use as many as 40 students. Data were collected by questionnaire / questionnaire and test each cycle. From the results of the research In the preliminary test before the action was seen that the value of learning passing below the average volleyball class 50.05 and the number of percentage of classical completeness only reached 30%. In the first cycle action with learning method using learning variation on learning passing under volleyball obtained grade average grade 68,3 percentage of classical completeness 62,5%. In the second cycle action with learning method using learning variation on learning passing under volleyball obtained grade average value that is 81,05 the percentage of classical completeness also increase until reach 85% and observation value of student activity is better. Keywords : Learning, Passing Down, Volleyball, Variations.

Abstract

Abstract :Efforts to improve learning outcomes passing on volley ball through volleyball games directly targeted at students into focus the problems on this research. The method in this research include research on the subject, the research variables, the cycle of research, data and the method of data collection, data analysis techniques and indicators of success. This classroom action research subjects are 20 students.Results from studies of student learning outcomes in passing on through the game volsal in the first cycle with the lowest value of 50, the highest score of 92, the average value of 73 to the medium category, and classical completeness 50%. On the implementation of the second cycle of the data obtained with the lowest value of 67, the highest score of 92, the average value of 83 with good category, and classical completeness 90%, learning passingon studentoutcomes,reaching 80%. Keywords: volleyball, volleyball, passing, pasing on, volsal.

Abstract

Abstract This research intend to know  the influence of the game modification to basic technique bounce pass basket ball on student class VIII Senior High School 8 Pontianak. The Method of research used is experiment research with form of research true experimental design. Population in this research is class VIII as much 6 class. Taking sampling in this research used purposive sampling technique, that is grade VIII C amount 35 people as control class and class VIII D as experiment class. Data analysis do with computerization system and analysis by using t-test. Based on results t-test on control class and experiment results available p value = 0.000 <0.05, then Ho rejected (Ha Accepted), that mean there is an increase, where from value difference mean on experiment class (28,65) bigger than on control class (8,75).Keywords: Modification, Bounce Pass, Basket Ball

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out how the influence of audio visual media on forehand table tennis skills on student PENJAS FKIP UNTAN 2016. This research method using experimental method with experimental design with pretest-postest design one-group descriptive quantitative design. The sample used is 20 subjects. Sample collection technique with saturated sampling. The data collection tool used is a test for a table tennis forehand for 3x30 seconds. Data analysis is used with manual calculation system. The result of the research is the lowest score of 15 and the highest score is 40 with mean (average) 28,87, then subject is given treatment that is by audio visual media and pengurungan method that is drill, after subjected to subject test in retest with post-test that is get the lowest score 50 and the highest score is 90 with mean (mean) 71.175. Having done t-test t arithmetic ≥ t table 31.62 ≥ 1.729 at level 0.05 means there is a difference between pre-test and post-test. The effectiveness of high audio visual media (ES = 4.3). Based on these results the use of audio visual media is very significant to forehand table tennis skills on students FKIP UNTAN 2016.  Keywords: Media, Audio-Visual, Forehand Drive

Abstract

AbstractThe increase in the number of semester lectures resulted in a reduction in practical courses involving student physical activity. The reduced physical activity of these students affected their fitness level. This can be measured from the maximum capacity of oxygen volume intake by students during lectures. The purpose of this study was to measure the maximum oxygen volume capacity intake by physical education students. The method used in this study was descriptive, of which the data were analyzed using a qualitative analysis model. The research subjects were the year 2016 physical education students, of which 66 students from two classes were taken as the sample. The data were collected using a Bleep Test. The findings showed that the maximum capacity of the oxygen volume intake was found in several categories. Nine students were in the low category, fifty-one in a medium category, and six in a high category. The maximum and minimum capacity of oxygen intake was respectively 51.10 and 32.54. Therefore, Finally, this study summarizes physical education students’ cardiorespiratory endurance or fitness, of which the Vo2 Max was categorized medium with a percentage of 65.15%.Keywords: Vo2Max, oxygen intake, Physical Education Students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi android untuk membantu guru dalam menilai kemampuan motorik pada anak usia dini. Aplikasi ini nantinya dapat memberikan informasi dalam penilaian kemampuan motorik pada peserta didik yang bisa menjadi nilai hasil yang peserta didik capai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 13 orang guru TK Islam Bina 45 Pontianak. Pengembangan aplikasi ini yang telah dibuat terlebih dahulu divalidasi 2 orang ahli, 1 ahli materi dan 1 ahli media dimana validitasnya adalah 3,2 dan 3,4 yang di kategorikan layak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian pengembangan (Research and Develompent/R&D). Hasil Uji coba sekala terbatas melibatkan 3 orang guru TK Islam Bina 45 Pontianak menunjukan dalam uji coba aplikasi memenuhi kriteria untuk melanjutkan dalam uji coba skala luas karena persentase rata-rata 92,5%. Hasil uji coba skala luas terhadap 10 orang guru TK Islam Bina 45 Pontianak bahwa media aplikasi asemen kemampuan motorik pada anak usia dini menunjukan persentase rata-rata 93,25%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi kemampuan motorik ini sangat dibutuhkan para guru untuk membantu menilai kemampuan motorik pada anak peserta didik.  Kata kunci: Pengembangan, Aplikasi, Kemampuan, Motorik

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop traditional tabak games into playing and learning media for elementary school students’ Mathematics learning. The research method used is a product development activity, so this type of research includes research and development. In the R&D research model chosen, the research and development model developed by (Gall Borg & P). Based on the stages of the research that has been carried out, the results of this research are a discovery in learning physical education and learning mathematics based on culture which is packaged in traditional Tabak games, and the advantages of this research result are made in video form and can be accessed easily via YouTube account. The conclusion in this study is that the traditional game of tabak based on numeracy skills is a discovery in learning mathematics and physical education based on culture which is packaged through tabak games. This research innovation makes it easier for elementary school students to understand mathematics learning, especially arithmetic material, and can be applied through physical education learning and students can play independently and in groups in the student’s neighborhood. This product can help to enrich the cultural knowledge of West Kalimantan and increase physical activity.
