Abstract

Since the Covid-19 pandemic, learning at the university or school level has implemented online learning. Even though the learning is conducted online, the teacher candidate's scientific argumentation skills must be trained. One way is through the MIKIR approach. The purpose of this research is analyzing the science pre-service teachers’ scientific argumentation skills by using MIKIR approach during pandemic covid-19. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study with a one-shot case study design. The research sample was 50 pre-service teachers. The instrument was an argumentation essay test based on the argumentation aspects according to Toulmin; claim, data, warrant and backing. The science pre-service teachers’ scientific argumentation skills will be analyzed through the one-sample T test assisted by the SPSS version 22 application. The results of this study is shown by the T score, 0.010> 0.05, is larger than a significance level. It means that MIKIR approach during pandemic covid-19 can practice significantly to the scientific argumentation skills of science pre-service teachers.  Keywords: science pre-service teachers’ scientific argumentation skills, MIKIR approach, science learning during pandemic covid-19 ABSTRAK Sejak pandemi covid-19, pembelajaran baik di tingkat universitas atau sekolah menerapkan pembelajaran daring (online). Meskipun pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring, kemampuan argumentasi ilmiah calon guru IPA tetap harus dilatihkan. Salah satu caranya adalah melalui pendekatan MIKiR. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur pengaruh pendekatan MIKiR dalam pembelajaran online terhadap kemampuan argumentasi ilmiah calon guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan desain one-shot case study. Sampel penelitian adalah 50 calon guru IPA. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes argumentasi berupa soal esai berdasarkan aspek  argumentasi menurut Toulmin; claim, data, warrant dan backing. Kemampuan argumentasi ilmiah calon guru IPA akan dideskripsikan dan dianalisis  melalui uji T  satu sampel berbantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ditemukan skor uji T 0,010 > 0,05 yang artinya pendekatan MIKiR selama pandemi covid-19 dapat melatihkan kemampuan argumentasi calon guru IPA secara signifikan.Kata kunci: kemampuan argumentasi ilmiah calon guru IPA, metode MIKiR, pembelajaran IPA selama pandemic covid-19

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan studi analisis tentang pengaruh penerapan pendekatan saintifik berbantuan media komik terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada siswa SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode meta-analisis. Meta-analisis  merupakan hasil analisis dari artikel-artikel dari jurnal nasional yang sudah terakreditasi pada sinta 1 hingga sinta 4 yang memiliki topik kajian berkaitan dengan pendekatan saintifik dan media komik dalam pembelajaran IPA sebanyak 15 artikel jurnal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data didapatkan hasil bahwa penerapan pendekatan saintifik berbantuan media komik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar, keterampilan berpikir ilmiah, meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa dan efektif meningkatkan literasi sains siswa.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan simulasi virtual untuk meningkatkan Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) siswa pada pembelajaran Fisika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Desain yang digunakan yaitu  meta-analisis.  Meta-analisis adalah penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara merangkum, mereviu dan menganalisis data peneliti dari beberapa hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mencari artikel yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan simulasi virtual dan Higher Order Thinking Skill pada jurnal nasional yang terakreditasi pada sinta 1 hingga sinta 4 dan beberapa jurnal internasional bereputasi. Sampel yang digunakan berupa 20 artikel jurnal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan simulasi virtual dapat meningkatkan Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) siswa pada pembelajaran Fisika.Kata  kunci : Meta-analisis, Simulasi Virtual, HOTS, Pembelajaran Fisika ABSTRACT This study aimed to analyze the use of virtual simulations to improve students' Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in learning Physics. Meta-analysis was research conducted by summarizing, reviewing and analyzing researchers' data from several previous research results. Data collection was done by searching for articles relating to the use of virtual simulations and Higher Order Thinking Skills in national journals that are accredited in SINTA 1 to SINTA 4 and several reputable international journals. The sample used was in the form of 20 journal articles. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang peningkatan penguasaan konsep IPA siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbin pada materi cahaya dan optik. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode quasi eksperiment dengan desain the nonequivalent control design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII pada salah satu MTs di kota Pekanbaru dengan sampel sebanyak dua kelas dengan teknik pengambilan sampel  berupa purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen tes penguasaan konsep IPA pada materi cahaya dan optik.Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji independent sample t tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan penguasaan konsep IPA siswa pada kelas eksperimen lebih baik daripada kelas kontrol dimana skor rata-rata gain yang dinormalisasi <g> siswa pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 76,12 dengan kategori tinggi sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 60,01 dengan kategori sedang. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat perbedaan peningkatan penguasaan konsep IPA siswa yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen yang menerapkan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dengan kelas control yang menerapkan model pembelajaran konvensional pada materi cahaya dan optik.  Kata Kunci: inkuiri terbimbing, penguasaan konsep IPA AbstractThis study aims to obtain an overview of improving students' mastery of science concepts through the application of guided inquiry learning models on light and optical materials. The research was conducted using a quasi-experimental method with the nonequivalent control design. The population of this study was all students of class VIII at one MTs in Pekanbaru city with a sample of two classes with a sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using a test instrument for mastery of science concepts on light and optical materials. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the independent sample t test. The results showed that the increase in students' mastery of science concepts in the experimental class was better than the control class where the normalized gain average score <g> of students in the experimental class was 76.12 in the high category while the control class was 60.01 in the medium category. Based on the hypothesis test, it was concluded that there was a significant difference in students' increasing mastery of science concepts between the experimental class that applied the guided inquiry learning model and the control class that applied the conventional learning model on light and optical materials. Keywords: guided inquiry, mastery of science concepts

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperative Terhadap Hasil Belajar dan Keterampilan Proses Sains Siswa pada Pembelajaran Fisika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah adalah meta-analisis dengan sampel 15 artikel di jurnal terakreditasi. Hasil penelitian artikel review membuktikan adanya pengaruh model  pembelajaran kooperative terhadap dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan keterampilan proses sains siswa.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of an interesting case that occurred at the Tajung Limau Islamic boarding school. The unique case that occurs is the integration effort that occurs between religious values and the effort to instill moderation in religion to manifest an attitude of tolerance. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study model. The CSE study method is a qualitative research method which is carried out because of an interesting case that occurred in the community. Data collection was carried out by means of observation and interviews. Data analysis was performed using the triangulation method. The research results obtained are that moderation in religion has been carried out since planning, implementing and evaluating learning. Planting the values of religious moderation at the Thawalib Islamic Boarding School Tanjung Limau, Pariangan District, is carried out by incorporating the values contained in the concept of moderation. So that the effort made is an effort to integrate science with religion. Integration in science learning is done by connecting verses of the Koran with science concepts such as Al-hujurat verse 13 about diversity.

Abstract

Students' ignorance of science makes it difficult for educators to teach. Augmented Reality can help students and instructors complete the learning system. Truth enhancement is an innovation that incorporates 3D (3D) virtual items in a real 3D climate. The survey results show that in the learning process the students' lack of interest in learning. The lack of student interest in carrying out the learning process is caused by learning activities carried out only by the lecture method and giving questions on a regular basis. This research is intended as a training aid to help students attract more attention and interest in the learning process. AR innovations have been applied in various fields and in various areas of training. In the field of training, the extension of truth is used as a learning climate. The innovation of increased reality can also be utilized to understand scientific ideas by describing the construction of model items and theoretical ideas. The method used is a systematic literature review using PRISMA diagrams and using two digital libraries, namely Google Scholar and Google Scholar. So that the selected literature is relevant, the search uses the keywords "Agmented Reality Learning, Use of Augmented Reality Media in Understanding the Nature of Science". Furthermore, screening to get scientific article publications from 2016-2021 which discusses the development of augmented reality media in understanding the nature of science so that there are 8 articles that are appropriate. From this study, it was found that there is an inquiry learning model, the effectiveness of learning media and applications that use AR technology. From the research, it is hoped that students will experience increased learning from all aspects and all points of view. It can be concluded that the use of expanded reality media can build the advantages of students' interest and understanding in learning. In future research, it is expected to use more journal sources so that they can deepen the research results.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Latar belakang dari penelitian yaitu panduan praktikum yang digunakan siswa sekolah dasar belum sesuai dengan kurikulum di sekolah, serta pendekatan panduan praktikum yang digunakan bersifat konvensional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan Research and Development yang menggunakan model pengembangan Borg & Gall.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis validitas, praktikalitas dan respon siswa terhadap panduan praktikum IPA berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada konsep gaya untuk siswa Sekolah Dasar yang dikembangkan. Berdasarkan hasil validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli desain diperoleh nilai persentase kevalidan pada aspek kelayakan isi sebesar 80,39%, aspek kelayakan bahasa 79,54%, aspek kelayakan penyajian 89,81%, aspek kelayakan kegrafikan 83,33% dengan rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 83,27% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Berdasarkan uji praktikalitas yang dilakukan oleh Guru diperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 98,21% dengan kriteria sangat praktis dan uji respon siswa memperoleh persentase sebesar 92,44% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa panduan praktikum IPA berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada konsep gaya untuk siswa sekolah dasar yang dikembangkan  dinyatakan sangat valid dan sangat praktis untuk digunakan serta mendapat respon yang sangat baik dari siswa.   Kata  kunci: Panduan Praktikum IPA, Inkuiri Terbimbing, Konsep Gaya.   ABSTRACT   This research was instigated by science practicum guide used by students that was not yet appropriate with the curriculum, and practical work guidance approach used that was still conventional. This research is a research and development research using the Borg & Gall development model. This study aims to analyze the validity, practicality and student responses to a guided inquiry-based science practicum guide on the concept of force for elementary school students which was developed. Based on the results of validation by material experts and design experts, the percentage value of the validity of the content feasibility aspect is 80.39%, the language feasibility aspect is 79.54%, the presentation feasibility aspect is 89.81%, the graphic feasibility aspect is 83.33% with an average overall of 83.27% with very valid criteria. Based on the practicality test conducted by the teacher, the percentage value was 98.21% with very practical criteria and the student response test obtained a percentage of 92.44% with very good criteria. Based on the results of data analysis carried out, it can be concluded that the guided inquiry-based science practicum guide on the concept of force for elementary school students that was developed was stated to be very valid and very practical to use and received a very good response from students.   Keywords: Science Practicum Guidence Book, Guided Inquiry, Force Concept

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan masih jarangnya penelitian tentang peningkatan keterampilan proses sains siswadengan model problem based learning. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan keterampilan proses sains siswa dalam materi usaha dan daya dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Kajian ini merupakan tinjauan sistematis dengan menggunakan preferred reporting units for systematic review dan meta-analysis atau biasa disebut dengan PRISMA. Tinjauan literatur sistematis adalah metode yang mengevaluasi, mendefinisikan, dan menginterpretasikan semua hasil yang terkait dengan masalah penelitian dengan menjawab serangkaian pertanyaan. Tinjauan literatur ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan publikasi artikel ilmiah sejak tahun 2018-2023 yang membahas model problem based lerning terhadap ketermpilan proses sains siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 4 artikel yang layak untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa materi IPA yang diteraapkan dalam mengukur keterampilan proses sains dengan model problem based learning diantantaranya pencemaran lingkunan,suhu dan kalor,dan klasifikasi makhluk hidup. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran berbasis masalah berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan proses sains yaitu.model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan proses ilmiah siswa. Model problem based learning efektif meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa SMP.

Abstract

Science learning uses more teaching materials in the form of textbooks, student worksheet and animated videos and still rarely use module or electronic module teaching materials. The role of teaching materials is very important for the continuity of the process science learning in class Technological advances and developments over time, teaching materials used in the learning process have also experienced developments expressed in the form of technology and digital formats. Teaching materials must be based on efforts to instill moral values in schools and integrate Al-Quran verses and social life into learning materials. This research aims to develop a science e-module based on Socio-scientific Issues (SSI) integrated with Islamic values to establish the Pancasila student profile. The research uses research and development methods according to Borg and Gall. Based on validation of the instrument contents by 3 experts, the instrument is suitable for use. Based on the results of the e-module content validation carried out by 3 experts, the e-module is suitable for use in science learning. Based on practicality results by 6 teachers in 6 junior high schools, it was found that the practicality value was 91.82%, which means that e-modules are very practical to try out in science learning. Based on 130 student responses, the e-module was in value 93% which means the student response was very good towards the development of the e-module.Keywords: electronic module, socio-scientific issue (ssi), integration of quranic verses
