Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen strategik kepala sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan program kewirausahaan di SMAN 14 Berau. Penelitian menggunakan perangkat lunak NVivo-12 Plus untuk menganalisis data kualitatif yang diperoleh melalui transkrip wawancara, catatan observasi, serta dokumen pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah memegang peran sentral dalam menyusun jadwal, visi, misi, dan tujuan program. Selain itu, kepala sekolah juga memastikan adanya koordinasi yang efektif antara guru dan staf sehingga implementasi program dapat berjalan secara terarah dan terukur. Keberhasilan program sangat ditopang oleh dukungan pelatih, keterlibatan masyarakat, serta antusiasme siswa dalam setiap kegiatan kewirausahaan. Penerapan program ini mampu meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan, kreativitas, dan rasa percaya diri siswa secara signifikan. Faktor pendukung utama meliputi dukungan penuh dari sekolah, fasilitas yang memadai, serta partisipasi aktif dari guru dan siswa. Namun demikian, penelitian juga menemukan sejumlah hambatan, di antaranya keterbatasan waktu, kurangnya alat produksi, dan berbagai tantangan teknis dalam proses produksi. Untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut, disarankan adanya peningkatan manajemen waktu, penyediaan sarana produksi, serta pelatihan yang lebih intensif guna memperkuat kualitas program kewirausahaan.

Abstract

Education is undergoing continuous transformation in response to rapid advancements in science, technology, and the dynamic demands of globalization. Within the context of the digital era and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, educational systems are expected to become increasingly adaptive and innovative. One of the central strategies in this transformation is the adoption of an innovation-based curriculum, which emphasizes interactive, flexible, and technology-driven approaches to learning. However, the implementation of such curricula is not without challenges. Key issues include unequal access to technology, the rising academic workload experienced by students, and the insufficient preparedness of teachers in adopting new pedagogical methods. Schools in rural or underdeveloped regions, for example, often face significant barriers due to limited infrastructure, while students are required to adapt to more independent and demanding learning processes. Moreover, teachers frequently lack adequate training, which hampers the effective application of innovative teaching strategies. To ensure sustainable benefits, the innovation-based curriculum must be introduced with careful planning, comprehensive teacher development, and equitable access to resources. Without such considerations, innovation risks becoming a burden for both students and educators rather than a genuine driver of educational improvement.

Abstract

Pada era digitalisasi saat ini, banyak perusahaan menggunakan strategi pemasaran online dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Pemasaran online sendiri dapat dimaknai sebagai kegiatan mempromosikan barang atau jasa melalui internet. Strategi pemasaran online kini lebih diminati pelaku bisnis karena menawarkan banyak manfaat serta keunggulan dibandingkan pemasaran konvensional. Salah satu strategi pemasaran online adalah menggunakan media sosial. Peningkatan penggunaan media sosial dari tahun ke tahun semakin bertambah pesat. Pernyataan tersebut menjadi alasan mengapa media sosial kini menjadi media pemasaran yang sangat efektif untuk memperkenalkan produk kepada target pasar luas. TikTok sebagai salah satu media sosial dapat menjadi solusi sebagai sarana dalam pemasaran online melalui pembuatan konten. Dengan pelatihan ini, diharapkan masyarakat khususnya bagi yang sudah memiliki usaha memiliki keterampilan dan wawasan dalam memanfaatkan media TikTok sebagai sarana pemasaran online serta memiliki minat berwirausaha secara online. Lebih jauh masyarakat khususnya yang sudah memiliki usaha offline memiliki keinginan untuk memulai usahanya secara online. Kemampuan yang diperoleh ini dirasakan sangat bermanfaat. TikTok sebagai salah satu platform media sosial dapat menjadi sarana untuk berbagi informasi, juga merupakan model yang dapat digunakan untuk saling memudahkan para pelaku usaha dalam memasarkan produk mereka. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode seminar, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 5-7 Okktober 2023 bertempat di Jl. Kesadaran No.61 RT 2 RW, Kelurahan Pondok Benda, Kecamatan Pamulang, Tangerang Selatan. Peserta pelatihan dan pendampingan adalah masyarakat dan pelaku usaha di Kelurahan Pondok Benda.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan supervisi pendidikan yang efektif semakin mendesak seiring dengan meningkatnya kompleksitas pembelajaran abad ke-21 yang berbasis teknologi. Supervisi kini dipahami sebagai proses pengembangan profesional, bukan hanya sebagai fungsi administratif. Artikel ini mengkaji peran strategis supervisi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar, khususnya dalam konteks digitalisasi pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur melalui analisis sistematis terhadap jurnal dan laporan ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi transformatif-yang mengedepankan refleksi, kolaborasi, dan penggunaan teknologi-dapat memperkuat kompetensi pedagogik guru, mendorong inovasi pembelajaran, dan membangun iklim pembelajaran yang adaptif. Namun, keterbatasan fasilitas digital dan rendahnya kompetensi teknologi menjadi tantangan utama. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikembangkan model supervisi digital dan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi pengawas dan kepala sekolah untuk mendukung optimalisasi kualitas pendidikan dasar di era digital.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan pondasi utama dalam pengembangan bangsa dan penting untuk mencetak generasi yang cerdas dan kompetitif. Di Indonesia, upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, terutama di jenjang SMP, menjadi prioritas utama. Kepala sekolah berperan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui program unggulan yang mencakup kegiatan intrakurikuler, kokurikuler, dan ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 1 Balikpapan. Melalui perencanaan yang melibatkan semua pemangku kepentingan, termasuk guru dan siswa, diharapkan tercipta dukungan untuk program-program tersebut. Selain itu, evaluasi berkelanjutan diperlukan untuk menilai efektivitas program, meskipun berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan resistensi terhadap perubahan, juga harus dihadapi. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan rekomendasi bagi pemangku kebijakan untuk meningkatkan standar mutu pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Moist tropical forests are vital but threatened ecosystems. Traditional forest management often ignores local communities, which leads to conflict and environmental damage. This research proposes an integrated approach that includes community participation and conflict resolution to improve conservation and prosperity. This study offers practical recommendations for more sustainable and equitable forest management, emphasizing the urgent need for innovative strategies to protect these critical environments. This type of research is qualitative with library study data collection techniques. Based on the study, it is known that innovation in Community Relations Management for humid tropical forest areas requires a holistic and integrated approach that includes careful planning and active community participation. By embracing inclusive engagement strategies, integrating traditional knowledge, leveraging technology to overcome logistical barriers, investing in local capacity, and facilitating multi-stakeholder collaboration, Community Relations efforts can be significantly enhanced. This comprehensive approach not only addresses the region's unique challenges, but also fosters trust, respect, and effective communication between external organizations and local communities, ultimately supporting sustainable development and conservation goals.

Abstract

This research proves the effectiveness of community relations management in humid tropical forests, with a focus on planning, implementation and evaluation processes. This research identifies key challenges and assesses the impact of current practices on ecology and community well-being. This study provides recommendations to improve management strategies, promote sustainable forest conservation, and improve outcomes for local communities. This type of research is qualitative with library study data collection techniques. Based on research, it is known that the effectiveness of Community Relations management in humid tropical forest areas depends on a comprehensive approach that includes careful planning and ongoing evaluation. By combining community-based strategies, capacity building, and a harmonious blend of traditional and modern communication methods, Community Relations efforts can resonate deeply with local communities while addressing environmental and social challenges. Collaborative partnerships between multiple stakeholders, coupled with a commitment to transparency, accountability and long-term engagement, are critical in fostering trust and ensuring Public Relations campaigns are sustainable and impactful. Sustainability evaluation not only ensures the adaptability and relevance of these efforts, but also strengthens the alignment of these efforts with the needs of communities and the evolving ecosystems they seek to support, thereby making Community Relations management an important tool for sustainable development in critical areas This.

Abstract

This study critically examines the philosophical underpinnings of education management science in the context of humid tropical forest areas, highlighting the inadequacy of conventional models in addressing the region's unique challenges. This study emphasizes the urgency of developing a contextually relevant, flexible, inclusive, and aligned education management philosophy with environmental sustainability goals. This type of research is qualitative with a literature study data collection technique. Based on the study, it is known that the philosophy of educational management science in humid tropical forest areas faces its own challenges rooted in the tension between modern educational practices and traditional knowledge systems, which is exacerbated by logistical, environmental, and cultural complexities. The root of this problem lies in the epistemological bias of conventional education, historical marginalization, and the pressures of globalization and environmental degradation. Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the financing management of Competency Improvement Activities for Special Supervisors at the Basic Education Level The research method applied in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method with a case study approach located in UPTD. Samarinda City Center for Disability Services and Inclusion Education. This activity is the implementation of one of the tasks of this institution in assisting inclusion schools in improving the competence of Special Supervisors. Financing management that is carried out includes planning, implementation and evaluation of financing. The results obtained from this study are that the Special Supervisor Teacher Competency Improvement Activity can be carried out using a cost of Rp. 80,579,000 (Eighty Million Five Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand Rupiah), with a total of 366 Special Supervisor Teachers, for 5 (five) days, consisting of Basic Training and Advanced Training.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the problems faced by schools related to the implementation of inclusive education. Inclusive education as an educational service system so that all children with special needs are served at the nearest school, in regular classes together with friends of their age. The method in this study uses descriptive. Data were obtained by literature study methods, studying journals and government regulations relevant to this research. The results of this study show that the problems faced by schools in implementing inclusive education include (1) internal problems of children with special needs including physical barriers to mobility, mental, psychological, productivity, socio-economic and obstacles to social function, (2) the awareness of some people and parents who are still not open to accepting the condition of their children with special needs and have an impact on the non-implementation of their educational rights, (3) The next problem of the school, especially from the factor of educators or teachers, is not ready to manage the learning of children with special needs, because they are not graduates of special education. (50 is still low on decent accommodations in schools, such as inclusive resource rooms, children's learning furniture, and other supporting accessibility such as disabled toilets, guiding blocks, wheelchair stairs, and others.
