Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena ingin melihat Peran Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) dalam Membantu Perekonomian Masyarakat Desa Tanjung Pauh Mudik Pada Masa Pndemi Tahun 2022. Kesejahteraan masyarakat pada masa pandemi covid 19 begitu sangat memprihatinkan dan juga masyarakat sangat sulit dalam pemenuhan kebuhan hidup sehari-hari karena mereka lebih banyak dirumah dibandingkan untuk bekerja keluar rumah. dengan adanya program Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) di Desa Tanjung Pauh Mudik pada masa pandemi covid-19 hal ini sangat membantu masyarakat untuk meningkatkan perekonomian mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisa evaluasi bagi keluarga penerima Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) di Desa Tanjung Pauh Mudik pada masa pandemi covid-19 dan melakukan analisis peran BLT terhadap perekonomian masyarakat di di Desa Tanjung Pauh Mudik pada masa pandemi covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah para penerima dana bantuan langsung tunai di desa Tanjung Pauh Mudik Pada penelitian ini, perhitungan sample menggunakan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling yang merupakan teknik penentuan sample dengan pertimbangan khusus sehingga layak dijadikan sample. Maka diperoleh hasil sample sebanyak 30 Rumah Tangga Miskin yang tidak memiliki mata pencarian tetap. Saran peneliti adalah perlu adanya penambahan nominal jumlah bantuan yang diberikan agar masyarakat lebih sejahtera dan perekonomian mereka meningkat.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the school environment and teacher communication on the competence of economics teachers. The study used quantitative research design approach by using a survey model. The participants in this study were 142 teachers from public and private vocational high schools in Jambi Province and and using the Slovin formula to represent the entire population of 264 teachers. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis, confirmation of theoretical factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The findings in this study the school environment, teacher communication, and teacher competence can understand students by utilizing the principles of student cognitive development so that teachers can understand student personality development and reflect on it in the learning process, helping teachers to have the opportunity to apply material learning theories to daily life activities, and broaden the ideas and thoughts that the teacher has to students so that students understand the learning material provided.  The conclusion in this study is that learning in the school environment, teacher communication, and good teacher competence can increase understanding, interest, make student learning more enjoyable, and direct student learning activities to be more active.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to find out whether there is a correlation between compensation and the performance of teachers and staff at MTs Syekh Maulana Qori. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of correlational. The population in this study were all teachers and staff at MTs Syekh Maulana Qori, with a total of 15 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique so the sample used in this study was the entire MTs Syekh Maulana Qori staff, totaling 15 people. The main research data were obtained from respondents' questionnaire answers which were constructed from each indicator of the two research variables. After the data is declared normal and homogeneous then the research is continued. In order to answer the research hypothesis, a T-test was carried out by considering the value of T count and the value of sig. The results of the analysis showed that the t count value was 3.332 > t table 2.131 and the sig. 0.47 < 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which also means that there is a positive and significant effect of compensation on the performance of teachers and staff of MTS Syekh Maulana Qori. The results of the study also obtained an R square value of 0.795 or 79.6% compensation can contribute to the performance of teachers and staff of MTs Syekh Maulana Qori. So that compensation is highly recommended to be considered and carried out in order to provide a sense of justice for teachers and staff who have dedicated themselves to MTs Syekh Maulana Qori. Of course, their performance will have a direct, both positive and negative impact on student achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance mediated by teacher satisfaction on Tahfidzil Quran Lebay Yasin Boarding School. A quantitative approach and explanatory research will be used in this research. Primary data comes from questionnaires of variables, while secondary data comes from school data, textbooks, and journals. The population were 41. The sample was used through non-probability sampling purposive sampling, were 41. The data analysis techniques used SEM PLS by SmartPLS 3. The results of this study indicate that there was significant direct effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance t-statistic 2.444 > 1.96 p-value 0.015 or (p < 0.05), transformational leadership on teacher satisfaction t- statistic 10.319 > 1.96 p-value 0.00 or (p < 0.05), teacher satisfaction on teacher performance t-statistic t-statistic 21.404 > 1.96 p-value 0.00 or (p < 0.05), The result also discovered that there was significant indirect effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance mediated by teacher satisfaction t-statistic 8.232 > 1.96 p-value 0.00 or (p < 0.05). So, the school leader was recommended to empower and develop peer relationships in order to achieve teacher performance effectively.

Abstract

Technological infrastructure issues include hardware shortages, lack of skills and competencies in integrating digital technology into learning processes, lack of motivation and motivation for students to use digital technology in economic learning, insufficient integration of digital content, and unclear guidelines and policies from school authorities regarding digital integration in learning processes. This study aims to analyse the integration of digital technology in teaching economics to students of Gorontalo State University. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that the integration of digital technology in teaching economics at Gorontalo State University has been carried out in several forms, such as the use of e-learning platforms, the utilisation of digital economic applications, and the development of digital content. The obstacles faced include infrastructure readiness, lecturer competence, and student interest in learning. Strategies to overcome these obstacles are improving digital facilities, training lecturers, and strengthening student learning motivation. This research implies that the integration of digital technology in teaching economics can improve the quality of learning and student competence, and support digital transformation in educational institutions.

Abstract

Project-based learning (PBL) is an innovative approach to curriculum development aimed at fostering creativity and collaboration among students. This approach integrates student-centered learning with real-world projects relevant to professional environments and everyday life. In project-based learning, students actively engage in exploration, investigation, and the creation of products or solutions, motivating them to think critically, work in teams, and develop communication skills. This article explores how project-based curricula are designed and implemented to promote deep student engagement, enhance 21st-century skills, and create meaningful learning experiences. Additionally, the challenges and strategies for implementing project-based education are discussed, including the critical role of teachers as facilitators and the integration of technology to support learning. Consequently, this approach emerges as a viable solution for creating a more relevant and adaptive education system in the era of globalization.

Abstract

Tujuan untuk mendokumentasikan interaksi, kegiatan bersama, dan dukungan antar mahasiswa, dokumentasi ini dapat memperkuat rasa kebersamaan dan solidaritas. Hal ini penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang suportif, di mana mahasiswa merasa tidak sendiri dalam menghadapi tekanan studi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini didesain dari Pembelajaran online dan offline. Sasaran dalam pengabdian ini terdiri dari mahasiswa program doktor kependidikan angkatan 2024 berjumlah 42 orang, kelas A dan B. Yang di fokuskan untuk kelas B berjumlah 20 orang. Media yang digunakan: WhatsApp Group Kelas B dan Mata Kuliah. Waktu pelaksanaan untuk kegiatan yaitu; pada semester ganjil 2024/2025 sesuai Kelender Akademik UNJA. Dimulai pada tanggal 1 agustus 2024 s.d 29 januari 2025 untuk kelas B. Perjalanan Program Doktor Kependidikan UNJA angkatan 2024 masih panjang. Namun, dengan fondasi solidaritas dan pengalaman yang telah terukir, mereka melangkah maju dengan optimisme. Ikatan yang terbentuk bukan sekadar relasi pertemanan biasa, melainkan sebuah keluarga akademis yang saling mendukung dan menginspirasi. Mereka yakin, dengan semangat kebersamaan ini, setiap rintangan dapat diatasi, dan tujuan untuk menjadi agen perubahan di bidang kependidikan akan tercapai. Angkatan 2024 ini adalah bukti bahwa perjalanan doktor tidak harus selalu sendirian, melainkan dapat menjadi sebuah petualangan kolaboratif yang penuh makna dan kenangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas dampak inovasi teknologi, khususnya dalam perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak, terhadap manajemen ekonomi di tingkat nasional. Fokus utama adalah pada pemantauan ekonomi secara real-time dan pengambilan keputusan strategis.
