Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of basic skills in teaching teachers at SMP Negeri 28 so that the learning done by the teacher is not optimal and results in student learning outcomes that are not as expected. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the basic teaching skills of teachers on integrated social studies learning outcomes of students of Merangin 28 Middle School. Kec. Batang Masumai. Kab. Merangin. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. Based on the results of Simple Regression siq value 0.003 <0.05, and a simple regression equation ? = 19.890 + 0.541x, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted that there is a significant influence between the basic skills of teaching teachers on learning outcomes. Based on the Determination Coefficient is 23.6% this result shows that as much as 23.6% of learning outcomes are influenced by the basic skills of teacher teaching. The remaining 76.4% is influenced by factors. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the basic skills of teaching teachers on integrated social studies learning outcomes of SMP Negeri 28 Merangin students in the 2017/2018 school year.

Abstract

This program aimed to educate Universitas Merangin students about the duties and functions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Using interactive lectures, group discussions, visual media, and consumer complaint simulations, the program provided both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. Evaluation through pre- and post-tests showed a significant increase in students’ understanding of OJK’s role in regulating, supervising, and protecting consumers in the financial services sector. Most participants expressed high satisfaction, indicating the program’s relevance and effectiveness in improving financial literacy.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve teachers' skills in developing and utilizing digital learning media to support their role in delivering learning materials. The activity was conducted at Sungai Tutung 02/III Public Elementary School, targeting all 17 elementary school teachers. The activity employed a workshop approach in the form of in-service training with a participatory approach, where participants actively engaged through hands-on practice in creating digital-based learning media using the Genially application. The activity included an introduction to digital learning media, training in media creation, and mentoring for classroom implementation. The results of the activity demonstrated an increase in teachers' understanding and skills in designing creative and interactive digital learning media. Teachers demonstrated high enthusiasm and were able to produce Genially-based learning media that could be used in the learning process. This activity had a positive impact on learning innovation and is expected to increase student motivation and understanding of the material presented.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the principal's transformational leadership on school performance, as mediated by teachers' work motivation at MTsN 1 Merangin. This study employs a quantitative method as well as explanatory research. Primary data is collected using questionnaires for three relevant variables, while secondary data is gathered from school records, textbooks, and periodicals. The sample employed in this study was non-probability purposive sampling, with a total of 51 teachers. Smart PLS v.3 software runs the PLS-SEM data analysis algorithms. This study found that the principal's transformative leadership had a considerable positive direct effect on teacher performance (coefficient 0.208, t-count 1.660, a standard deviation 0.126, p-value 0.045 < 0.05). It demonstrates that transformational principle leadership has a substantial impact on teacher performance. The principal's transformational leadership has a considerable direct and beneficial effect on teachers’ motivation (coefficient 0.675, t-count 12.979, a standard deviation 0.05, p-value 0.000 < 0.05. It indicates a significant effect of transformative leadership on teacher motivation. Next, there was a considerable beneficial direct influence of teachers' motivation on teacher performance (coefficient 0.634, t-count 5.574, a standard deviation 0.114, p-value 0.000 < 0.05). It indicates a statistically significant influence of teacher motivation on performance. Last, motivation can operate as a mediator (coefficient 0.428, standard deviation 0.087, t-count 4.888, p-value 0.000 < 0.05). motivation mediates transformational leadership to teacher performance. So, the school principal was encouraged to have more intellectual stimulation, care, and inspire teachers, as well as other indicators of transformational leadership, to boost teacher motivation and performance.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi awal yang dilakukan di SMK N 3 Sungai Penuh terlihat fenomena-fenomena pergaulan dari siswa/i dengan teman sebayanya yang mana hal tersebut ada kaitannya dengan minat belajar siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Teman Sebaya terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa di SMK N 3 Sungai Penuh Kecamatan Kumun Debai Kota Sungai Penuh Kabupaten Kerinci. Pendekatan penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif korelatif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan variabel bebas dan variabel terikat.. Hasil dari penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa Teman sebaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswai. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan level signifikansi variabel Kepuasan kerja bernilai 0.000 (< 0.05). nilai koofisien regresinya adalah sebesar 0.510. hal ini berarti berpengaruh positif terhadap minat belajar siswa.

Abstract

The Problems in this research by of shortting result of study IPS from the student of class VIII in MTsS Mohamad Hekal school in Rantau Alai vilage. Motivations study of student to the lesson IPS student of class VIII still minus. One of way which can applied by reinforcement teacher the right student. This research purposes is to anderstand the influence is so significantion of reinforcement teacher of motivation the study IPS from the student of class VIII in MTsS Mohamad Hekal school in Rantau Alai vilage. This reseach is using resoucillation of cuantitative method, whith of date analysis technic thest regresion linier the simple be help the program IBM SPSS 20. The collection date by using inquary to 45 person. Result reseacrh the point getting be able be significantion the reinforcement teachers toward the motivation of study , this result whit by coefisien regresion the beggest 0,975, and determination coefisien (R2) beggest 0,857. Based on the results of the study suggested to the teacher should geve of reinforcement to student in process study, so that it can increase learning motivation study of student optimally.

Abstract

Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka menuntut guru untuk memiliki kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional yang selaras dengan perkembangan teknologi digital. Namun, pada praktiknya masih banyak guru yang belum mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan platform pembelajaran daring sebagai pendukung proses belajar mengajar. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mengoptimalkan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan daring berbasis Google Workspace for Education. Pelatihan ini dipilih karena Google Workspace for Education menyediakan berbagai fitur kolaboratif dan fleksibel yang mendukung pembelajaran berpusat pada peserta didik sesuai dengan prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan pelatihan daring secara sinkron dan asinkron, pendampingan, serta evaluasi kegiatan. Materi pelatihan mencakup pemanfaatan Google Classroom, Google Meet, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Slides, dan Google Forms dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran daring, menyusun perangkat ajar digital, serta menerapkan pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan kolaboratif. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam mendukung peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan memperkuat kesiapan guru dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka berbasis teknologi digital.
