Abstract

Introduction: Incentives really need to be given to Integrated Healthcare Center cadres, providing incentives for Integrated Healthcare Center cadres in the working areas of the Waode Buri and Kulisusu Health Centers based on the North Buton Regent's Regulation on Procedures for Providing Incentives and Strengthening the Capacity of Integrated Healthcare Center Cadres. Thus, researchers need to research the relationship between incentives and the performance of Integrated Healthcare Center cadres to increase the visits of children under five to the Integrated Healthcare Center. Method: This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional study approach. The population of all Integrated Healthcare Center cadres is 110 people with a sample of 87 respondents, the sample is drawn using simple random sampling. Result: The chi square statistical test at the 95% confidence level (α = 0.05) shows that the p value = 0.000 because Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted which means there is a relationship between incentives and the performance of Integrated Healthcare Center cadres, with a value ofj=0.513 indicates a strong relationship. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between incentives and the performance of Integrated Healthcare Center cadres in increasing visits for toddlers to the Integrated Healthcare Center in the working area of ​​the Waode Buri Health Center and the Kulisusu Health Center, North Buton Regency.

Abstract

Introduction: Malnutrition is a nutritional problem caused by lack of nutrition all intake both in the short and long term, generally determined by the type of nutrient less consumed by toddlers. The problem of undernutrition can be overcome by means of feeding and health practices for toddlers with the aim of restoring and improving nutrition and forming eating habits of toddlers in adulthood. Method: The type of research used in this study is a quantitative study, namely pre-experimental with a two group pretest-posttest design, with a total sample of 67 toddlers, 35 toddlers tumpi tuna samples and 32 toddler MT biscuit samples carried out for 4 weeks, using an independent t-test. Result: The tumpi tuna group had a greater weight gain than the MT biscuit group for toddlers. Conclusion: Looking at the average increase in body weight of toddlers, giving tumpi tuna isbetter for increasing toddlers' weight than giving MT biscuits to toddlers.

Abstract

Introduction: Counseling is an educational activity carried out by giving messages, instilling confidence, so that people are not only aware, know and understand but are also willing and able to make recommendations that have to do with health. Health education is a combination of various activities and opportunities based on learning principles to achieve a situation where individuals, families, groups, or society as a whole want to live healthy, knowhow and do what can be done individually or in groups and receive help. Method: This research is a quantitative research type with a pre-experimental design. This research will be carried out at Hidayatullah Islamic Elementary School and Al-Fath Islamic Boarding School Kendari City. The population is Hidayatullah Islamic Elementary School students, Kendari City, totaling 86 students and Pesantren Al-Fath Kendari totaling 58 students, so the population in this study was 144. Result: The results of this study using Mann-Whitney test showed that the effect of counselingon student’s knowledge (p-value = 0,007< 0,05). The effect of counseling on student’s attitudes (p-value = 0,000< 0,05). The effect of counseling on student’s and actions (p-value = 0,020< 0,05). Conclusion: There were differences effect of counseling using combination methods of lectures, discussions, practices, and role models on students' knowledge, attitudes, and actionsin preventing caries of the permanent first molars at Hidayatullah Islamic Elementary School Kendari.

Abstract

Introduction: Dental and oral health is an essential element of a person's physical and mental health and well-being. Dental and oral health can describe physiological, psychological and social conditions, and play an important role in the quality of life. Dental and oral health education activities can increase a person's awareness to use dental and oral health services so as to reduce the severity of dental and oral diseases. Method: This research is a quantitative research type with a pre-experimental design. This research will be conducted in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Asy-Syati;iyah and Baitul Quran Kendari. The population in this study were students of Madrasah Tsanawiah Asy-Syati'iyah and Baitul Quran, totaling 128 students Result: The results of this study indicate the effect of dental and oral health education with animated video media on tooth brushing behavior in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Asy-Syati'iyah. There is an effect of dental and oral health education with props (phantom) on the behavior of brushing teeth in Baitul Quran Kendari. It was concluded that there were differences in the effect of dental and oral health education with animated video media and visual aids (phantom) on tooth brushing behavior in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Asy-Syati'iyah and Baitul Quran Kendari with p value 0.0012 (p <0.05). Conclusion: Suggestions in this study are expected to the education office to increase students' knowledge in maintaining dental and oral health.

Abstract

Background: Based on data on the number of blood chemistry tests at the North Konawe Regency Regional General Hospital in 2019 amounted to 1,519 cases, an increase in 2020, namely 1,659 cases and an increase in 2020 to 2,264 cases. The purpose of the study was to analyze the risk factors for increasing SGOT and SGPT levels in the People of North Konawe Regency. Methods: This study used the Case Control Studyapproach. The population numbered 48 people. The Study Sample totaled 23 SGOT and SGPT improvement samples and 23 control samples. The sample technique in this study is Simple Random Sampling. The data was processed using the Data Normality Test (Kolmogrov Smirnov Test) Odds Ratio Test and logistic regression Result: The results showed that smoking or 2,769, alcohol consumption OR 6.476 and consumption of or drugs OR 5.312 against the increase in serum glutamate pyruvate transferase levels (SGPT) in The Community of North Konawe District. Regression tests showed that alcohol consumption was the most at-risk factor for increased levels of serum glutamate oxaloacetictransferase (SGOT) and serum glutamate pyruvate transferase (SGPT) in the People of North Konawe Regency. Conclusion: Research shows that occupation, smoking habits, alcohol consumption and drug consumption are risk factors for increased levels of serum glutamate oxaloacetictransferase (SGOT) and serum glutamate pyruvate transferase (SGPT) in the people of North Konawe Regency.

Abstract

Background: Data from the North Buton District Health Office in 2021 that Clean and Healthy Life Behavior related to indicators of not smoking in the house is 62.3%. Where out of 10 (ten) health center in the working area of the District Health Office. North Buton Coverage Data for Households who do not smoke in the house, the highest is Kulisusu Health Center at 92.9% and coverage data for Households who do not smoke in the house, the lowest is Bonegunu Health Center at 9.7%. Method: This research uses cross sectional study approach. This research has been carried out for 30 days. The population is 105 people. The research sample is 47 samples behavior smoke teenager class XI and XII. The sampling technique in this study is Simple Random Sampling. Data is processed using test square chi. Results showed that there was a relationship between cognitive X2Count (8.096) and X2Table (3.841), incentive X2Count (10.597) and X2Table (3.841), environment X2Count (20.529) and X2Table (3.841) on smoking behavior of high school students in the District Bonegunu. There is no relationship between Expecta ncy X2Count (0.568) > X2Table (3.841). Conclusion: Research shows that there are connection among cognitive, incentive and environment with behavior smoke whereas hope no there is connection with smoking behavior in high school students, Bonegunu District, North Buton Regency.

Abstract

Backgrounds: Preliminary studies found that the low quality of information in the implementation of the Health Center Information System was caused by the absence of a Health Center Management Information System management team, lack of knowledge and human resource capabilities, lack of funding and specific guidance on Health Center Information System Software operations and lack of use of technology such as computers in processing input, data processing and information output. So that it attracts researchers to conduct research on the Quality of Information on Health Center Information System Operators. Methods: This research is a quantitative research, with a Cross Sectional Study design. The population in this study were 36 people with a total sample of the Health Center Management Information System management team in East Kolaka, namely 36 people with a proportion of 3 people. Each Community Health Center used a non-probability sampling technique in determining the sample. Results: The results of the chi square statistical test at the level of confidence show that the value of p = 0.002 and the calculated X2 value = 9.257 > the X2 table value = 3.841, which means there is a relationship between Organization and Information Quality. And the results of the chi square statistical test show that the value of p = 0.04 and the calculated X2 value = 4.050 > the X2 table value = 3.841, which means that there is a relationship between Human Resources and Information Quality. Conclusion: There is a moderate relationship between Organization and Information Quality and there is a weak relationship between Human Resources and a moderate relationship between Information Quality in the Implementation of Health Center Information Systems in East Kolaka Regency.

Abstract

Background: The prevalence of neonatal mortality rate of Konawe Islands Regency in 2019 was 22 per 1000 live births, in 2020 it was 26.2 per 1000 live births and experienced a significant increase in 2021 to 34.9 per 1000 live births (Konawe Islands Regency Health Office 2019-2021). The purpose of the study was to analyze the risk factors of Mothers, Infants, Work and Postpartum care for Neonatal deaths in the Konawe Islands Regency. Methods: This study used a Case Control Study approach. The population numbered 48 people. The Study Sample totaled 24 case samples and 24 control samples. The sample technique in this study is Simple Random Sampling. The data is processed using the Odds Ratio Test. Result: The results showed that the gestational age or 7,286 LL value 2,034 and UL 26,102, PARITY OR 3,215 LL value 0.902 and UL value 11,460, disease history OR 6,000 LL value 1,711 and UL value 21,038, BMI OR 4,200 LL value 1,228 and UL value 14,365, against Neonatal deaths in the Konawe Islands Regency Area. Conclusion: The conclusions in this study show that maternal factors, infant factors and postpartum care are risk factors while occupation is not a risk factor for neonatal mortality in the Konawe Islands Regency. It is expected for the Health Office and Puskesmas to always provide education in the form of counseling and counseling related to maternal and child health to reduce neonatal death cases.

Abstract

Background: The prevalence rate of anemia incidence in pregnant women in Konawe Kepulauan Regency in 201was 9, namely 72.9%, in 2020 it was 69.7% while the prevalence of pregnant women who received 90 Fe tablets in the year 2018 was 49.5%, in 2019 it was 61.25% and 62.7% (Konawe Islands District Health Office 201 8-2021). The purpose of the study was to analyze the risk factors for the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in Konawe Islands Regency. Methods: This study used the Case Control Study approach. The control population was 106 respondents and the control population was 562 respondents. The Research Sample totaled 47 case samples and 47 control samples. The Sample Technique in this study is the Cluster Random Sampling Technique. The data is processed using the Odds Ratio Test. Result: The results showed that education OR 2,424 LL value 0.876 UL value 6.707 and Φ 0.179, family income OR 57,400 LL value 16.242 UL value 202.849 and Φ 0.766, role of midwife OR 2,343 LL value 1,823 value UL 3.011 and Φ 0.383, anemia in pregnant women in konawe district island Conclusion: The conclusions in this study show that education and family income, midwife role are risk factors for anemia in pregnant women in Konawe Islands Regency. It is hoped that the Health Office and Puskesmas will always provide education in the form of counseling and counseling related to maternal and child health to reduce the incidence of anemia in pregnant women.

Abstract

Backgrounds: Hospital Pharmaceutical Services are an inseparable part of the Hospital health service system which is oriented towards patient service, providing quality and affordable Pharmaceutical Preparations, Medical Devices and Consumable Medical Materials for all levels of society, including clinical pharmacy services. The results of the survey conducted in June 2021, the average tangible value was (6.70%), while the reliability value was (46.83%). The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between Tangible and Reliability and Patient Satisfaction in Level III Hospital Pharmacy Installations in Southeast Sulawesi. Methods: This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional study design. The population in this study was 314 people. The sample size was 206 people. Data was processed using the SPSS program. Results: Test results using the chi-square test show significance figures for five variables. Tangible variables show a value of pvalue = 0.634 > α value = 0.05 indicating there is no relationship between the service quality variable (tangible) and patient satisfaction in hospital pharmacy installations, the Reliability variable shows a significance value of Asym.sig pearson chi-square 0.004 < α value = 0.05 indicates there is a relationship between the service quality variable (Reliability) and patient satisfaction in the hospital pharmacy installation. Conclusion: It is necessary to improve the quality of service in order to maintain a satisfactory level of service, where the Hospital should continue to maintain conditions such as Tangible and Reliability dimensions.
