Abstract

The increasing urgency of climate change mitigation has significantly elevated the importance of carbon accounting and climate risk reporting in both academic research and corporate practice. This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric review of scholarly publications on carbon accounting and climate risk reporting to map the intellectual structure, thematic evolution, and emerging research trends in the field. Using data extracted from the Scopus database, this review analyzes publications over the period 2000–2024. Bibliometric techniques, including performance analysis and science mapping (co-authorship, co-citation, and keyword co-occurrence analysis), are employed to identify influential authors, journals, institutions, and countries, as well as dominant and emerging research themes. The findings reveal a substantial growth in publications after the Paris Agreement (2015), reflecting increased global attention to climate-related financial disclosure, carbon assurance, ESG reporting, and sustainability governance. The intellectual structure of the field is primarily clustered around four major themes: (1) carbon disclosure and reporting quality, (2) assurance and verification mechanisms, (3) carbon management and performance measurement, and (4) climate risk, financial stability, and regulatory frameworks. Recent studies increasingly integrate climate risk reporting with financial performance, investor perception, and sustainable finance. This review contributes by providing a structured synthesis of the literature, highlighting research gaps, and proposing a future research agenda, particularly in relation to mandatory disclosure regimes, digitalization in carbon accounting, and the harmonization of global reporting standards. The results offer valuable insights for academics, policymakers, regulators, and practitioners seeking to enhance transparency, accountability, and decision-usefulness in climate-related financial reporting.

Abstract

Organizational culture has increasingly been recognized as a critical factor in the successful management of technology-driven innovation, particularly in the context of rapid digital transformation. Despite extensive research on innovation and technology adoption, existing studies often address organizational culture, innovation, and digital transformation in a fragmented manner. This study aims to examine the role of organizational culture in technology innovation management through a qualitative literature review. The review analyzes recent and reputable international studies to identify key cultural mechanisms that influence innovation processes and outcomes. Using a qualitative content analysis approach, the selected literature was systematically examined to identify recurring themes related to organizational culture, leadership, digital transformation, and innovation performance. The findings reveal that organizational culture plays a central role in technology innovation management by shaping employee behavior, leadership effectiveness, digital capabilities, and strategic alignment. Innovation is found to frequently mediate the relationship between organizational culture and organizational performance, while digital transformation both depends on and reshapes organizational culture, indicating a reciprocal relationship. Furthermore, cultural resistance, lack of digital mindset, and misalignment of values emerge as major challenges in technology-driven innovation initiatives. This study contributes to the innovation management literature by providing an integrative synthesis that positions organizational culture as a strategic and dynamic capability in technology innovation management. The findings offer theoretical insights and practical implications for organizations seeking to align cultural transformation with technological innovation to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of visionary leadership on police performance, emphasizing the mediating role of tactical commitment and the moderating effect of public trust within the context of the Tandun Sector Police (Polsek Tandun), Indonesia. Despite the critical role of sub-district police units in maintaining law and order, challenges such as low case resolution rates, personnel demotivation, and limited community trust have hindered optimal performance. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 55 police personnel through total sampling and 55 community members through purposive sampling. Structural analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test direct, indirect, and interaction effects. The results indicate that visionary leadership significantly enhances tactical commitment, which partially mediates its relationship with police performance. Furthermore, public trust strengthens the influence of visionary leadership on operational outcomes, demonstrating its crucial role as a moderating factor. These findings underscore the importance of integrating internal leadership practices with external community engagement to achieve sustainable performance improvements. Theoretically, this research advances policing and public management literature by introducing tactical commitment as a policing-specific construct and positioning public trust as an external legitimizing factor. Practically, the study offers actionable strategies for police leaders to foster tactical readiness, community collaboration, and organizational innovation. Future research is encouraged to explore longitudinal designs, larger samples across multiple regions, and additional variables such as organizational culture and technological adaptation to further enrich the understanding of police performance dynamics.

Abstract

This study critically addresses the persistent gap in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) between cognitive-oriented instructional practices and the need for transformative learning that meaningfully integrates spiritual experience. Existing applications of Quantum Learning (QL) within religious education largely remain technical and methodological. At the same time, Sufi epistemology, particularly the concept of tajalli, has rarely been theorized as a foundational learning paradigm. This theoretical disjunction limits IRE’s capacity to foster holistic transformation encompassing intellectual, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. Employing a philosophical-analytical approach, this study conducts a hermeneutic analysis of classical Sufi texts, systematically deconstructs the core principles of QL, and synthesizes them with transformative learning theory to formulate an integrative conceptual framework, Quantum Sufic Learning (QSL). The findings argue that learning can be reconceptualized as a process of tajalli, in which meaning is unveiled through the dynamic interaction of rational cognition (‘aql), spiritual-emotional awareness (qalb), and transcendental consciousness (ruh). The study’s primary theoretical contribution lies in advancing a spiritually grounded extension of holistic and transformative learning theory by embedding Sufi epistemology into contemporary educational discourse. Conceptually, QSL offers a transferable pedagogical model that transcends specific cultural or institutional settings, providing a new framework for integrating spirituality and modern learning theory without dichotomizing tradition and innovation. This study contributes to the theoretical development of Islamic education and transformative pedagogy, while inviting future empirical research to examine the effectiveness of QSL across diverse educational contexts.

The tools used include UML modelling, Visual Studio Code editor, PHP–MySQL as web development technology, and Black Box Testing as a functional testing tool. The system developed includes digital attendance, centralized scheduling, member data management, and automatic notifications. The test results show that there are six main modules: Login, Dashboard, HIMASI Data, Member Data, Reports, and Logout. The success rate is calculated from the number of successful modules (6 modules) divided by the number of modules tested (6 modules), then multiplied by 100%, so that the testing success rate reaches 100% with no errors found. User responses also show an increase in the ease of online attendance, access to information, and real-time activity reminders. This study proves that the Agile method is effective in overcoming manual system problems and producing a structured, efficient, and easily developed platform to support organizational governance. This study is useful in improving the efficiency of attendance management and organizational scheduling, as well as providing a basis for developing a more integrated system. Further research is recommended to add mobile features, app-based notification integration, and large-scale testing to make the system more adaptive and sustainable.
