Abstract

RSUD Aceh Singkil merupakan Instansi Teknis di bidang pelayanan kesehatan milik Pemerintah Aceh Singkil yang tergolong ke dalam RSUD kelas C terakreditasi paripurna. Dalam kegiatan pelayanan kesehatan, RSUD Aceh Singkil menghasilkan limbah B3. Rata-rata limbah yang dihasilkan sebesar 33 kg/hari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan mengevaluasi pengelolaan limbah medis B3 di RSUD Aceh Singkil berdasarkan peraturan Perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif evaluatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini pengolahan data yang digunakaan adalah teknik skoring. Proses penentuan skor bertujuan untuk membuat klasifikasi yang sesuai terhadap kondisi eksisting pengelolaan limbah medis B3 RSUD Aceh Singkil. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif-kualitatif untuk menganalisis data yang telah dikumpulkan. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dibandingkan dengan persyaratan yang ada pada Permenkes Nomor 07 Tahun 2019 dan Permen LHK Nomor 56 Tahun 2015. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah bahwa, pengelolaan limbah medis B3 RSUD Aceh Singkil belum dikelola dengan baik dan benar. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan tempat penyimpanan limbah medis B3 yang belum sesuai persyaratan penyimpanan, jalur khusus pengangkutan limbah medis B3 belum tersedia, insinerator yang belum memiliki surat izin dan penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) yang digunakan petugas pengelola limbah belum sesuai.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in the seventh and eighth grades at Aisyiyah Outstanding Junior High School in Bantul. The Merdeka Belajar Curriculum is an educational innovation designed to provide students with the freedom to manage their own learning processes. This research utilizes a descriptive qualitative method, with two key informants, namely the deputy headmaster responsible for the curriculum and a teacher of Islamic Education (PAI). Data collection techniques include literature review from books, articles, and relevant documents, as well as document analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding of the curriculum implementation. The findings of this research provide insights into the extent of the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum at Aisyiyah Outstanding Junior High School, particularly in the seventh and eighth grades. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum at the junior high school level and offer valuable information for decision-makers regarding education in this school. The research also identifies supportive and hindering factors in the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum, providing in-depth insights for the improvement and enhancement of educational policies in the future.

Abstract

Masalah kesehatan ibu dan anak merupakan fokus utama dalam upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan Masyarakat. Pelayanan Kesehatan yang selalu menarik untuk diulas, yaitu seputar Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak, karena ibu dan anak adalah kelompok yang paling mudah terkena penyakit sehingga penting dilakukan adanya penilaian pada upaya kesehatannya.  Penggunaan teknologi digital, seperti aplikasi dan platform online, dapat meningkatkan akses dan efisiensi pelayanan kesehatan. Desa Soropia dan Waworaha memiliki potensi untuk menerapkan inovasi digital dalam sektor Kesehatan. Sehingga, tim pengabdian ini melakukan edukasi kepada Masyarakat khususnya ibu dan anak terkait pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di bidang Kesehatan untuk menciptakan peningkatan Kesehatan ibu dan anak. Pengabdian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Soropia pada bulan oktober 2024. Pemberian edukasi menggunakan metode ceramah dan dibantu dengan pemaparan materi dengan slide power pint yang ditampilkan. Proses edukasi dilakukan selama 25 menit dan dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya jawab. Hasil edukasi menunjukkan tingginya antusiasme Masyarakat terkait penggunaan internet/media sosial dan aplikasi Kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan terkait obat-obatan untuk penyakit-penyakit yang sering diderita oleh ibu dan anak.

Abstract

This article discusses about the implementation of the independent learning curriculum (MBKM) in facing disruption era and society 5.0 at MAS KMI Padang Panjang. The industrial revolution 4.0 caused changes in every single live quickly. The existension of humans is replaced by technology. Society 5.0 is coming as an answer to these challenges. Society 5.0 means that the concept of a human based on technology. Indonesia also tries to create superior human who are ready to go to international scale. MBKM was born as the government's effort to create human beings with superior quality and ready to balance the developments. This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and interviews. The data collection instruments are observation guidelines and interview guidelines. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and data verification. As for testing the validity of the data is using data triangulation techniques. The results of the study describe how the implementation of independent learning in MAS KMI Diniyyah Puteri Padang Panjang. MAS KMI Padang Panjang applied individual project-based learning, integration projects and independent curriculum projects, a form of assessment that is not only focus on kognitive aspects but also in affective, aesthetic, physical and social which is contained in 29 indicators of the Quba curriculum, called domain circle, the majoring system is carried out in class XI, a mini thesis munaqasyah session in 3 languages by class XII students, as well as an increase in student HOTS.Keywords: MBKM, Disruption, Society 5.0, MAS KMI Padang Panjang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas media pembelajaran PowerPoint yang dibuat oleh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta di kelas A semester 5 dengan jumlah mahasiswa sebanyak 25 orang, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan yang mereka hadapi dalam proses pembuatan media pembelajaran PowerPoint. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami kualitas media pembelajaran PowerPoint yang dibuat oleh mahasiswa dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan dosen pengampu dan mahasiswa, serta observasi langsung di kelas. Metode ini dipilih karena dapat memberikan gambaran mendalam dan komprehensif mengenai fenomena yang diteliti, serta memungkinkan peneliti untuk menangkap makna dan pengalaman subjektif dari partisipan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan mahasiswa dalam membuat media pembelajaran PowerPoint bervariasi. Meskipun ada kemajuan, masih terdapat kekurangan dalam pemahaman desain dan penguasaan fitur, seperti penggunaan gambar yang tidak sesuai, ukuran teks yang kecil, dan slide yang penuh dengan teks. Diperlukan pelatihan intensif dari dosen untuk meningkatkan pemahaman etika visual dan penerapan prinsip desain yang efektif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya peningkatan bimbingan dan pelatihan praktis dari dosen untuk membantu mahasiswa mengembangkan keterampilan desain media pembelajaran. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan pentingnya penggunaan sumber referensi dan etika visual dalam presentasi. Penggunaan teknologi AI dalam pembuatan slide dapat menjadi alat bantu, namun harus diimbangi dengan pemahaman mendalam terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan untuk pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih efektif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain how mining industry profitability is impacted by corporate social responsibility and environmental performance. This quantitative study looks at how mining companies' profitability is affected by corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental performance (PROPER). The study's sample consisted of Indonesian public mining businesses that were listed between 2020 and 2023 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Eleven  businesses in the mining industry served as the study's samples. Regression with fixed, random, and common effect models were used to analyze the study. The study's findings showed no correlation between profitability and environmental performance (PROPER), indicating that the Ministry of Environment's environmental performance standards have no effect on profitability.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research determining the costs of production applying full cost pricing to set the selling price at UD. Elfana Meubel. This study employs this study adopted a descriptive qualitative approacch, gathering data through observation, interviews, and document analysyis. The calculation analysis of production costs the full costing method, the following are included all elements off manufacturing costs, comprise raw, material expense, direct workforce expenses, and both fixed and variable factory overhead costs. The results show that applying the Full Costing method provides a more accurate production cost calculasion versus company's previous method. By implementing the Full Costing method, UD. Elfana Meubel can set more competitive selling prices, improve production efficiency, and optimize profitability. This study also recommends that the company enhance financial record-keeping, control overhead costs, and conduct periodic evaluations of its product pricing.process.

Abstract

Edupreneurship is an innovative approach that integrates entrepreneurship education with educational values. The combination of these two different fields is a response to the demands of the times. This study aims to examine and describe innovative learning strategies applied to students of the Arabic Language Education Study Program. The study was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach exploring lecturers' strategies in internalizing edupreneurship values ​​through the use of English as the language of instruction and assignments. Data collection techniques were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles & Huberman data condensation, data presentation, and verification techniques. One of the innovations carried out was the use of a digital platform from the Wadhwani Foundation to support the development of students' entrepreneurial assignments and skills. The results of the study showed that this strategy had an impact on the growth of students' entrepreneurial interests and abilities amidst advances in digital technology. The integration of edupreneurship with digital branding is a new model in learning development. Internalization of entrepreneurial values ​​strengthens the creative and productive mindset of Arabic Language Education students. The use of English and Arabic in the learning process also improves multilingual communication skills and mastery of digital marketing. This study concludes that innovation in edupreneurship-based learning strategies is effective in developing students' academic and practical competencies.

Abstract

The learning process in higher education, particularly in education study programs, is not only oriented towards knowledge transfer, but rather emphasizes the development of prospective teachers' pedagogical capacity in designing and delivering contextual learning materials. The main challenge that often arises, especially among first-semester students, is the low level of active engagement in the learning process due to the still dominant one-way learning approach. Through mixed methods research (qualitative-quantitative) that combines observation, interviews, document analysis, and comprehension tests, it was found that the implementation of Discovery Learning succeeded in significantly increasing both student engagement and their conceptual understanding. Quantitative data showed an average post-test score of 93.13, while qualitative findings revealed the development of students' creative pedagogical abilities in designing innovative learning strategies such as educational songs, puzzle games for Roman numerals, and origami media for fractions. These results prove that the student-centered approach through Discovery Learning not only addresses engagement issues but also builds a more meaningful and applicable understanding of mathematics for prospective teachers and elementary school students.

Abstract

Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 or SARS CoV-2). As of June 30, 2020, 216 countries in the world have been confirmed to have Covid-19 with a positive number of 10,117,687 and have died 502,278. Southeast Sulawesi in particular has been confirmed as of June 30, 2020, as many as 363 positive cases, 234 recovered, and 6 deaths. Meanwhile, in Baubau, there were 20 positive confirmed cases. Compliance with health protocols is believed to prevent transmission of Covid-19. Increasing knowledge through education is one of the methods used to increase compliance. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Covid-19 prevention education through video media and online leaflets on the level of public knowledge at Baubau City. This study used a Quasi-Experiment with the approach method of The Non-Randomized Without Control Group Pretest and Posttest Design. The population is all people of Baubau City with an affordable population during the Covid-19 pandemic based on 1,600 Whatsapp group participants with a sample size of 120 people. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method that met certain criteria. Based on the results of statistical tests with Wilcoxon, the value on the use of video media & leaflets was obtained P = 0.001 <0.05, this indicates that there is a significant difference in knowledge before and after online education. On video media P = 0.248> 0.05 showed that there is no significant difference after online education. Whereas in the media leaflet P = 0.045 <0.05 indicated that there is a significant difference after online education. In this study, video media & leaflets and leaflet media are more effectively used as education on prevention of COVID-19 online compared to video media alone.
