Abstract

The importance of working environmental conditions, level of communication and level of motivation in determining the success of employee performance and until now there are still many companies that do not pay attention to these three things. There are still many companies that only seek profits without caring about the work environment, low communication and low employee motivation. Research variables: Working Environmental Conditions X1, Communication Level X2, Motivation Level The sampling technique uses Slovin samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, namely asking respondents for statements regarding the respondent's level of agreement with the questionnaire statements. Meanwhile, data analysis carried out included validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistical tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simultaneous and partial correlation tests, simultaneous and partial coefficient of determination tests, simultaneous and partial regression tests, hypothesis tests (T-tests and F-test). The research results can be seen from the multiple correlation level value of 0.898, this shows that the correlation level has a very strong influence. The coefficient of determination value is 0.806, meaning that the variables of work environment conditions, level of communication and level of motivation have an influence on employee performance of 80.6% and the remaining 19.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show a significant effect because Fcount > Ftable (43.924 > 3.11).

Abstract

There are still many companies that do not pay attention to the importance of influencer marketing, ratings and customer reviews due to ignorance and low understanding. This research underlines the importance of marketing strategies that combine influencer marketing with positive interactions from customers and good product reputation to influence consumer purchasing decisions effectively, so researchers are interested in conducting research entitled The Influence of Influencer Marketing, Ratings and Customer Reviews on Purchasing Decisions. With the research variables that will be analyzed are influencer marketing X1, Rating X2, Customer Review the research results can be seen from the multiple correlation level value of 0.745, this shows that the correlation level has a strong influence. The coefficient of determination value is 0.809, meaning that the Influencer Marketing, Rating and Customer Review variables have an influence on purchasing decisions of 80.9% and the remaining 19.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show a significant effect because Fcount > Ftable (129,801 > 3,090).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of price perceptions and service quality on consumer satisfaction in the context of modern retail business. The method used is a quantitative method, with a population of modern retail customers with a sample of 60 people in some modern retail customers and a sampling technique using the Slovin formula through questionnaire data with a Likert scale. Research refers to the perception that price has an influence of 70.4%, which has the strongest effect on consumer satisfaction and the remaining 29.6% comes from other factors. Then service quality also has an influence of 67.9% on consumer satisfaction and the remaining 32.1% comes from other factors. Then the 2 influences between price perception and service quality have an influence of 74.0% on consumer satisfaction and the remaining 26.0% comes from other factors. Based on the results of the analysis of the data that has been studied, it can be concluded that (1) price perception has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction which can be seen from t count > t table (13.074 > 2.00247). (2) service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction which can be seen from t count > t table (11.077 > 2.00247). And (3) there is a significant influence between service quality and price perception on consumer satisfaction. It can be seen from the results that f count > f table, namely 100.298 > 3.16. Abstract

There are still many companies that do not understand the impact of Human Resource Management and Talent Management on employee performance in a Footwear Manufacturing Company. Globalization and increasingly tight business competition require manufacturing companies to manage Human Resources and talents effectively in order to achieve efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage. So researchers are interested in conducting research with the title of the impact of human resource management (HRM) and talent management in improving employee performance in footwear manufacturing companies. With the research variables to be analyzed Human Resource Management X1, Talent Management X2, on Employee Performance as dependent variables. The results of the study can be seen from the multiple correlation level value obtained of 0.785, indicating that the correlation level obtained has a strong influence. The coefficient of determination value in this study is 0.616, meaning that Human Resource Management X1, Talent Management X2, on Employee Performance in footwear manufacturing has an influence of 61.6% and while the remaining 38.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Meanwhile, the results of the F test, namely the simultaneous hypothesis, show a significant influence because F count > F table (462.498 > 3.280)

Abstract

The investment trend in Indonesia is starting to increase, making many people want to try to start investing, but if this desire is not based on understanding it will lead to high risks. This research aims to determine the factors that can influence the movement of share prices, especially fundamental analysis, namely analysing financial reports to determine the financial performance of companies in the banking sector that have high market capitalization in Indonesia. By measuring Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS), whether the variables in this research influence stock market prices. By using SPSS to process data and produce conclusions. Based on the results of this research, it is stated that the variables X1 (ROA) and X3 (EPS) have a partially significant effect on share prices, in contrast to the variable So, prospective investors who want to start investing should look at the company's financial reports first, especially analysing the assets, net profit and profits generated by the company

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat diikuti 80 dosen dan 80 mahasiswa mulai Maret 2022 sampai Desember 2022. Kampung tematik rata-rata yang aktif dan berperan hanya para penggiat kampung tematik sedangkan untuk masyarakat lain masih kurang berperan banyak karena masih rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pengembangan kampung tematik. Banyak produk kearifan lokal kampung tematik yang belum dilakukan pachaging dengan baik dan pemasaran juga belum dilakukan secara maksimal dengan digital marketing. Produk unggulan yang dihasilkan kampung tematik belum dibuat katalog, didaftarkan merek dan hak ciptanya. Beberapa permasalahan tersebut menjadi dasar dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM). Dosen dan mahasiswa terjun langsung ke lokasi melakukan pemetaan potensi dan permasalahan serta mencari solusi terbaik dari permasalahan yang ada. Kegiatan PKM dapat berupa sosilasasi, pendampingan, workshop, fasilitasi, pelatihan dan pembinaan. Capaian dari kegiatan PKM ini minimal peningkatan pengetahuan, motivasi, pelayanan yang lebih baik, pemasaran produk yang lebih baik, pendapatan masyarakat meningkat dan pada akhirnya tercipta wirausaha mandiri

Abstract

Pendampingan dilakukan pada kelompok budidaya ayam petelur di Kecapi Kota Bekasi yang telah mendapatkan dana CSR dari Bank Indonesia Jawa Barat. Masih banyaknya masyrakat yang mengalami gizi buruk terutama di usia anak-anak yang berdampak pada pertumbuhan anak dan masih adanya masyarakat yang mengalami stunting akibat asupan protein rendah. LPER dan Universitas Insan Pembangunan Indonesia bekerjasama dengan Bank Indonesia Jawa Barat melakukan pendampingan program Teluria dengan konsep satu RW seribu telur. Program ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam mengatasi masalah gizi rendah akibat kekurangan protein. Teluria merupakan pembudidayaan ayam petelur yang ramah lingkungan dan tanpa bau yang bisa dibudidayakan di lingkungan perumahan padat penduduk. Pendampingan bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat Kecapi dalam mengatasi masalah pemenuhan protein bagi masyarakat sekaligus sebagai pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup yang lebih baik dengan budidaya ayam petelur. Pendampingan ini memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat Kecapi Bekasi. Kedepannya program ini dapat diperluas untuk daerah lain yang lebih luas lagi agar pemenuhan gizi masyarakat terutama kecukupan protein bagi masyarakat luas. Program Teluria menjadi program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang efektif selain untuk pemenuhan gizi juga sebagai penambahan pendapatan rumah tangga dengan budidaya ayam petelur ramah lingkungan

Abstract

Tidak semua pelaku UMKM yang tersebar di Kabupaten Tangerang memiliki pengetahuan mengenai Pajak dan pelaporan SPT. Fungsi pajak dan pelaporan SPT bagi sebagian besar UMKM untuk saat ini sering sekali diabaikan, bahkan dari pelaku UMKM ada yang tidak peduli dengan pelaporan pajak. Pajak selain sebagai pendapatan utama negara juga bermanfaat bagi pelaku UMKM itu sendiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melalui ceramah dimana narasumber menyampaikan materi secara langsung dengan media zoom meeting dan di sesi terakhir setelah narasumber menyampaikan materi ada tanya jawab antara peserta dengan narasumber. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu memberikan pemahaman dan edukasi kepada masyarakat pelaku UMKM untuk melakukan kewajiban membayar pajakdan melaporkan SPT secara teratur dan kontinyu. Kegiatan ini juga menjadi implementasi kegiatan Tridarma dosen salah satunya adalah pengabdian kepada masyrakat

Abstract

Inkubasi usaha masyarakat di Desa Pete dilakukan karena masih banyaknya para pelaku usaha yang memproduksi sebuah produk tanpa memahami pentingnya pengetahuan mengenai inovasi produk, pemasaran digital dan pembuatan laporan keuangan serta legalitas kepemilihan produk. Tujuan kegiatan inkubasi ini adalah memberikan edukasi, ketrampilan dan pemahamanan mengenai hal tersebut di atas yang akan dilakukan selama empat bulan dengan 10 kegiatan di setiap hari Sabtu. Kegiatan ini dilakukan sebagai awal dari kegiatan inkubasi yang akan dilakukan empat bulan ke depan dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak diantaranya kampus, bappeda dan dinas koperasi. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode langsung dengan peserta bertempat di aula Desa Pete yang dihadiri oleh berbagai pihak (stakeholder). Monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan secara langsung setelah kegiatan ditutup beberapa pertanyaan disampaikan oleh peserta dan peserta menjawab secara langsung. Peserta yang dapat menjawab memperoleh doorprice dari tim panitia. Kegiatan opening inkubasi berjalan dengan lancar dan hikmat. Peserta sangat antusias untuk mengikuti kegiatan inkubasi empat bulan kedepan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of MSME businesses in the Bahulak Market, Karungan Plupuh, Sragen, from a strategic management perspective. This research uses quantitative methods. Primary data sources were obtained by distributing questionnaires to business actors and MSME owners in Karungan Village, Plupuh, Sragen. The population that was the target of this study were SMEs registered in Karungan Village with a total of 74 businesses. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. This study succeeded in concluding that the production strategy, HR strategy, and development research strategy have a positive effect on business performance. In addition, business actors in the Bahulak Plupuh Market in Sragen still need assistance from various related parties to further develop the business they are running. This research is important to be carried out to encourage the Pasar Bahulak Tourism Village, including that the products produced are absorbed by the market.
