Abstract

Physical conditions in all sports, especially football, need to be trained with good training. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of plyometric and resistance training on increasing the speed and explosive power of the leg muscles. This research is an experimental research with a match subject pretest and posttes design. The population is 80 students, the sample is 60 students. Sampling techniquepurposive random sampling. The test instrument in this study was a 30-meter run test and a standing broad jump test. The data analysis technique used Manova. The results showed that Sig. The resulting variables for speed (pre-test), leg muscle explosive power (pre-test), speed (post-test), and leg muscle explosive power (post-test) were 0.614; 0.742; 0.985; and 0.729. Value Sig.=0.002. Sig.=0.002. Sig.=0.031. Sig. = 0.031 because the value of Sig <0.05 then H0 is rejected, so it is concluded that there is an influence between the type of exercise with the speed and explosive power of the leg muscles. Tuckey pre-test and post-test there are differences between plyometric knee tuck jump exercises and resistance squats on increasing speed. As for the plyometric knee tuck jump exercise and the resistance leg press exercise there is no difference, there is no difference between the types of exercises to increase leg muscle explosive power. Conclusion: there was an increase in the speed and explosive power of the leg muscles for each experimental group after being given plyometric and resistance training.

Abstract

This study analyzed a program, specifically the antecedents, transactions, and outcomes of a North Sumatra student sports education and development program (PPLP). The researchers employ the Countenance Evaluation Model (Stake) in terms of antecedents, transactions, and outcomes, which may be viewed as obtaining accurate and objective information and comparing the results of the accomplishment coaching program. The study collected data through observation, interviews, and documentation obtained from coaches, administrators, athletes, and members of the community. Analytical, presentation, and conclusion-drawing techniques. The findings of this study establish the antecedents of the coaching program, which has been shown to significantly improve the PPLP’s athletes achievement. While the training program for North Sumatra PPLP athletes has been going well, the transaction has not gone well. As a result, the North Sumatra PPLP achievement development program has been carried out in the city of Medan. All sports have seen a decrease. As a result, antecedents in PPLP North Sumatra have clear and directed management, human resources, facilities and infrastructure, funding, and training programs. While the majority of the transactions in the PPLP North Sumatra development program are deemed to be favorable, there are still some that fall short of implementation. The outcome in this situation is not favorable. In all sports, the athlete’s own success is less stable, resulting in a decrease in achievement.

Abstract

In this research, the scoring and rating system requires the use of effective and efficient technology. The problem in this research is that the scoring and ranking system is still done manually using Microsoft Excel. In addition, it was found that the scoring and ranking system was less open. This study aims to determine the assessment and ranking model based on software suitable for rock climbing, the feasibility of developing a web application-based assessment and ranking software development model, the effect of using a web application-based software development model developed. This study uses the Research and Development (R & D) method. The research location is in the Indonesian Rock Climbing Federation (FTPI) in Lamongan Regency. The research subjects were coaches, athletes, officials, and spectators. The product developed is a web application-based scoring and ranking software development model on rock climbing which has been validated by 3 experts, 3 practitioners, and 2 users. The operational field test of the developed model used a one-group pretest-posttest design. Seen from the average value of the pretest was 55.33 and posttest was 84.50 has increased. So it can be concluded as follows that the assessment and ranking model in rock climbing used is still manual and conventional, the model developed is feasible for users in rock climbing sports, modeldeveloped can increase user knowledge. The conclusion is that the mechanism for the use of web applications based on can effectively improve user knowledge in conducting assessments and rankings in rock climbing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to involve the growing sophistication of technology on education and determine the feasibility and the improvement of learning outcomes using a smartphone. This study uses a development which is the basis for developing models produced. The results of the small scale trials, improving every aspect obtained is the cognitive aspects of 59%, 49% psychomotor, and affective 0%. Gain test results criterion level of cognitive, psychomotor and the average yield was high (value ≥ 0.7). On the affective aspect, low level criteria (value ≤ 0.3). From large-scale trial found an average increase in each school obtained on the cognitive aspects of between 49% -54%, psychomotor aspects 48% -55%, affective 0%. Data validation field tests of media experts 83.33%, experts PE 85%, experts basketball 97.5% and an average of four teachers at 93.1%, as well as the responses of students amounted to 91.68%. Gain test results criterion level of cognitive, psychomotor and the average yield was high (value ≥ 0.7). On the affective aspect, low level criteria (value ≤ 0.3). Based on the above results, it can be concluded that the instructional media PE (basketball) Android-based high school students eligible for use in learning.

Abstract

Swimming is a water sport that involves movement abilities in the water; yet, the lack of swimming learning media that encourages movement impedes the swimming learning process. This study developed learning media based on interactive multimedia applications that can be accessed via computers and smartphones in conjunction with swimming lessons, as well as to determine and analyze the effectiveness of using interactive multimedia applications under swimming lessons. Development research or educational research and development was the research design. The research subjects and locations are health and sport education students and teachers at private universities in the Kuningan and Cirebon areas. The research resulted in the development of swimming learning media products based on interactive multimedia applications named PRM Mobile Swimming Learning. These products can be accessed via computers and smartphones and are used to assist in the process of swimming learning. Student assessments of the display quality and supporting features (attractiveness and convenience) show that the development of swimming learning media based on interactive multimedia apps is of “Very Good” quality, scoring 87%. While student assessments of material quality and content in swimming learning (utility) indicated that the development of swimming learning media based on interactive multimedia apps was “Very Good” in quality 84%.
