Curriculum vitae is the most important thing when applying for a job, but unfortunately, most applicants cannot win the attention of the recruiters because their profile is too simple. Applicants should tell more about themselves, especially their abilities to pursue the recruiters’ attention. Conducting the training may help the students of PKBMN 23 Jakarta create a curriculum vitae that ATS friendly. Membuat Curriculum Vitae merupakan satu hal penting dalam persiapan memasuki dunia kerja. Mempersiapkan Curriculum Vitae untuk melamar kerja dapat menjadi langkah pertama untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan baru Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta didik pada PKBM dalam mempersiapkan diri terjun ke dunia industri di tengah keterbatasan selama masa pandemi. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui media daring dibagi dalam dua tahapan yaitu pertama, penyampaian pengetahuan dalam bentuk teori dan kedua, praktek bersama membuat curriculum vitae melalui demo yang dilakukan dipandu secara online serta dibimbing oleh tim dosen dari pengabdian masyarakat. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat berjalan dengan lancar sesuai yang telah diagendakan. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui webinar secara daring dengan narasumber dari tenaga pengajar dosen Politeknik LP3I Jakarta. Dalam acara yang berlangsung tertib disampaikan materi berupa teori dan praktek tentang petunjuk pembuatan Curriculum Vitae (CV) yang menarik bagi Perusahaan. Disampaikan juga secara praktek demo langsung melalui media online bagaimana membuat CV secara manual dan membuat CV menggunakan template. Pendampingan dilakukan oleh dosen sebagai fasilitator untuk mempermudah para peserta menerima materi yang disampaikan, kemudian mempraktekkannya secara langsung. Dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini para peserta mendapatkan bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan sehingga lebih siap untuk terjun ke dunia pekerjaan dan lebih percaya diri berbekal pengetahuan yang telah mereka miliki baik soft skill maupun hard skill sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri saat ini. Pengabdian masyarakat kali ini dapat disimpulkan berhasil dan dirasakan manfaat yang sangat besar. Besar harapan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kedepan kerjasama yang telah terjalin dengan baik dapat terus dilanjutkan.Kata kunci : curriculum vitae, strategi, dunia kerja

A job interview is one of the processes in recruitment. This process is very important because the results of the interview will determine the destiny of job seekers. Preparing for a job interview is very important in order to be successful in winning it. Hence, the ability to deal with interview questions is needed by job seekers. The purpose of this community service activity is to help the students of PKBM Ristek Nusantara Jaya Jakarta in increasing their knowledge of job interviews. Implementing this activity started by providing information about preparing for a job interview and showing them some techniques in dealing with interview questions, and it continued with the activity of questions and answers, then ended with the evaluation activity. Perkembangan teknologi informasi pada era digital saat ini sangat cepat dan secara signifikan ikut mempengaruhi dalam pengelolaan arsip. Salah satu cara pengelolaan arsip yang sangat mudah dilakukan saat ini adalah dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi. Kita bisa melakukan penyimpanan arsip melalui beberapa platform cloud atau drive yaitu : dropbox, onedrive dan google drive. Metode penyampaian materi memberikan pengetahuan mengenai perbedaan drive yang bisa digunakan sebagai media penyimpanan arsip. Kemudian instruktur memberikan simulasi bagaimana cara pengarsipan file secara elektronik di masing-masing drive yang digunakan, baik melalui drop box, one drive dan google drive. Sebagai penyelia fasilitas cloud atau drive yang bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai media dalam penyimpanan arsip dalam manajemen pengelolaan arsip tentunya memiliki keamanan yang tidak mudah dijebol sehingga data baik berupa gambar, streaming media, pengeditan dokuman serta berbagai macam dokumen dapat tersimpan secara aman dalam drive tersebut. Salah satu faktor penentu dalam pengelolaan arsip adalah sumber daya manusia (SDM) mengenai keterampilan dan keahlian yang ikut berperan dalam menentukan kualitas pekerjaan tersebut. Dengan mengikuti pelatihan pengelolaan arsip digital melalui drop box, one drive, dan google drive maka akan meningkatkan kompetensi serta mendapat pengakuan secara formal terhadap keahlian pengelolaan arsip secara digital.Kata kunci : Arsip, Digital, Drive

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana pengaruh kemampuan, dedikasi, dan etos kerja lulusan ekonomi syariah terhadap efisiensi sumber daya manusia perbankan syariah. Dengan latar belakang ekonomi syariah, SDM bank syariah diminta mengisi kuesioner penelitian, dan sebanyak 96 responden menjawab. Data primer penelitian ini berasal dari survei tersebut. Analisis linier berganda digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data untuk penelitian ini. Menurut temuan studi tersebut, skor R Adjugment sebesar 50% menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kecenderungan pengaruhnya cukup. Selain itu, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, variabel kompetensi (X1), dedikasi (X2), dan etos kerja (X3) berpengaruh besar terhadap kinerja SDM (Y) bank syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh variabel kompetensi (X1) terhadap kinerja (Y) memiliki pengaruh dominan secara parsial dengan nilai B sebesar 0,225; pengaruh variabel komitmen (X2) memiliki nilai yang tidak signifikan dengan nilai 0,412; dan pengaruh variabel etos kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja (Y) memiliki nilai signifikan 0,000.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using the project-based learning (PjBL) learning model on students' biology learning outcomes. The method used is meta-analysis, a method for synthesizing research results from various studies using statistics commonly used in primary studies. The research instrument is in the form of a coding sheet that contains the necessary data and journal information. The research findings show that overall, the PjBL learning model is effective for biology learning, with a large effect size of 1.050 and a very high effect category. The PjBL model also provides influence and is effective in terms of area, educational level, and its application in biology learning to improve learning outcomes, creative thinking skills, critical thinking skills, and in larger groups, namely 21st century skills and knowledge or cognitive learners.

This study intends to examine how Indonesia's problematic manufacturing industry sector funding in Islamic banking is affected by macroeconomic factors such exchange rates, inflation, BI rates, and export growth. Monthly time series data from January 2018 to December 2022 were used in this investigation. The multiple linear regression test is the statistical analysis employed in this investigation. The findings demonstrated that the troublesome financing of the Manufacturing Industry sector was significantly influenced by a combination of macroeconomic factors, including exchange rate, inflation, BI rate, and export growth. Partly, the difficult financing of the Manufacturing Industry sector is significantly impacted by both inflation and the BI Rate in both positive and negative ways.

Continuous changes in economic conditions towards a better condition during a certain period are expected to improve living standards and equitable distribution of national welfare. An economy is said to experience growth if the development of the economic level is higher than that achieved in the past. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of exports, exchange rates, inflation and tax revenues on Indonesia's economic growth in 2012-2021. This research is quantitative associative by using secondary data in the form of time series data obtained from Bank Indonesia reports, data from the Badan Pusat Statistik, data from the Ministry of Trade and other information sources. The technical analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using e-views. The results of this study show that: (1) exports have no significant effect on economic growth; (2) the exchange rate has a partial significant effect on economic growth; (3) inflation has a partial significant effect on economic growth; (4) tax revenue has a partial significant effect on economic growth; and (5) exports, exchange rates, inflation and tax revenues simultaneously have a significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia in 2012-2021

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the information literacy lecturers' ability to search for information and to determine how information literacy is used by institutional lecturers to enhance professionalism and competency in the teaching process. This study used a descriptive methodology combined with a qualitative research strategy. The information for this study was gathered by observation, interviews, and a review of the literature. The findings of this study suggest that information literacy educators should continue to advance. The information is sound from the perspective of understanding the necessity of lecturers in educational settings. This is so that they can more effectively fulfill their duty as a lecturer and continue to grow professionally. The ability of informants to retrieve information is still in the early stages of development. An improved ability to search for information is necessary for the advancement of information technologies. The instructor's information use skills are adequate. This is evident in how he or she creates the course modules, syllabi, etc. Overall, the information literacy that instructors in colleges possess is good and simply need little facility development. Because research faculty and librarians have been able to work together to develop a literate generation of information, collaboration amongst the entire campus community also needs to be strengthened.

In order to increase net advantages for users of e-commerce applications in minimarkets, this research attempts to quantify the degree and influence of experience and trust on user pleasure. This research employs a quantitative methodology. Direct observations of e-commerce applications, literature reviews, and the online distribution of Google Forms-assisted questionnaires to application users via social media were the methods used to collect data. Both statistical and demographic analysis were used to analyze the data for this study. Users of e-commerce applications make up the study's population. Purposive sampling was the method employed for sampling. With a total of 180 samples, the non-probability sampling approach makes use of the PLS-SEM theory. The majority of respondents expressed high levels of satisfaction with the e-commerce application in minimarkets, according to the data processing results. Because perceived utilitarian's path coefficient and t-test values are below the threshold, the analysis of the aspects of user experience represented by perceived hedonic and perceived utilitarian shows that perceived hedonic has a significant effect on user satisfaction while perceived utilitarian does not. The user happiness variable is significantly impacted by the trust variable. Perceived hedonic value, trust, and ease of use are factors that significantly impact customer satisfaction with e-commerce applications in minimarkets.
