Abstract

Developing technology requires human resources, especially in a company to develop as well. So that employees are obliged to demonstrate good performance, one of them is work discipline. Discipline is an attitude of willingness and willingness to restrain oneself and comply with the surrounding standards and regulations. Employees with work discipline can achieve organizational goals. Work discipline influences the performance of employees in an organization. Performance is the degree to which an activity is capable of achieving a set quantity and quality target. Thus, this study was done to investigate the impact of workplace discipline on employee performance. The research was conducted utilizing qualitative methodologies in the form of multiple relevant literature analyses. The results of this study's literature review indicate that work discipline has a considerably favorable effect on employee performance inside an organization—improved work discipline for employees, resulting in increased employee performance or output. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of employee competence on the performance of employees of the Ministry of Religion Karawang District . This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive and verification research methods . The sample in this study was 313. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling. The analysis model in this study uses a multiple linear regression analysis model. Abstract

The phenomenon of hypertension in society is a serious and quite common health problem. Unhealthy lifestyles, such as a diet high in salt, lack of physical activity, excessive alcohol consumption, and smoking, can increase the risk of hypertension. The aim of this community service activity is to increase public knowledge in managing blood pressure using Guided Imagery therapy. Community Service Activities in the form of Health Education with the theme "Efforts to Lower Blood Pressure in Hypertension". Counseling will be held in Kebon Raya Bogor on December 6 2023 at 10.00 – 12.00 WIB. Community service activities in the form of health education involve nursing professional students along with community nursing clinical practice activities. After being given counseling, the level of public knowledge about hypertension and its treatment using Guided Imagery increased by 29.5%. Meanwhile, the average blood pressure decreased by 10 mmHg after Guided Imagery was carried out. Guided Imagery can be useful in lowering blood pressure in individuals with hypertension through several mechanisms that have the potential to reduce stress and improve the body's response to stress.

Abstract

Hypertension is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease, such as heart attack and stroke. Cucumbers contain lots of water and electrolytes which can help maintain blood pressure within normal limits. This article aims to explore cucumber, which is a simple drink that can contribute to efforts to lower blood pressure. Community service activities in the form of health education involve nursing professional students along with community nursing clinical practice activities. The results obtained showed that after being given counseling, the level of public knowledge about hypertension and its treatment using cucumber juice increased by 49.5%. Meanwhile, the average blood pressure decreased by 20 mmHg after using cucumber juice for 1 week. The combination of infused water with cucumber has potential health benefits, especially in the context of lowering blood pressure. Cucumbers contain potassium, have a mild diuretic effect, and can support body hydration, all of which can contribute to blood pressure management.

Abstract

Hospital staffing is a concept that includes planning, management and development of human resources in the context of health service provision. Calculation of hospital personnel needs is an inevitable foundation for ensuring optimal and responsive health services. The aim of this community service is to socialize the calculation of staffing needs in hospitals. The implementation of community service was carried out in the hall of one of the private hospitals in the city of Bogor on 21 – 22 February 2024 at 08.30 – 16.00 WIB. The lecturers' community service activities were attended by 23 unit heads who came from several units in the hospital. Workshops create opportunities to build synergy among various teams and departments within the hospital. Strong collaboration between management, medical personnel, and administrative staff helps align efforts to achieve common goals. The availability of doctors, nurses and other professional health workers has a direct impact on a hospital's ability to provide good health services. The number and quality of health workers will influence the level of attention and care that can be given to patients.

Abstract

Social isolation not only affects the patient's physical appearance, but also impacts his psychological, emotional and social aspects. Nurses have a great responsibility in providing appropriate care and supporting patients during periods of social isolation. The aim of the research is to determine the description of nursing care for clients with social isolation problems. The research used is a Case Study of mental nursing care which consists of assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. The assessment includes reasons for admission, predisposing factors, physical examination, psychosocial, mental status, patient's needs for discharge, coping mechanisms, psychosocial and environmental problems, knowledge. Nursing problems: Social isolation, risk of violent behavior, low self-esteem, sensory perception disorders; Auditory and visual hallucinations. The main nursing problem for this client is social isolation. Nursing action plan: Build a relationship of mutual trust by stating the principles of therapeutic communication; Ask the client about the people who live in the same house or room as the client and the people closest to the client. Discuss with the client the causes of social isolation or not wanting to join/associate with other people. Evaluation for a diagnosis of Social Isolation, the client can mention the advantages of interacting with other people and the disadvantages of not interacting with other people, the client can introduce himself and can get to know more than 2 people.

Abstract

Public education about ARI is important to reduce the spread of the disease and its impact. Good knowledge about ARI can help the community prevent the spread of this disease and reduce its impact, especially among vulnerable groups such as children. Counseling also encourages better preventive measures and quick and appropriate treatment. Similar educational programs need to be continuously held to improve overall public health. The purpose of this activity is to increase the level of public knowledge about ARI. Community service activities are carried out by professional nurse lecturers who teach community and family nursing courses. Community service together with professional nurse students who are practicing community and family nursing. Community service activities are health counseling. The counseling and simulation were carried out on Saturday, June 13, 2024 at 09.00 - 12.00 WIB in the Madrasah Marga Jaya room, RT 02 RW 05, Kertamaya Village, South Bogor District, Bogor City, West Java. After being given counseling to the community, the level of knowledge of mothers about ARI increased after being given counseling about ARI. This educational activity successfully achieved its goal of increasing the level of knowledge of mothers about ISPA and providing a significant positive impact on the health of children and the community.

Abstract

Factors forming Good Corporate Governance, namely Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence and Fairness, support the performance of Employees of PT.Pupuk Kujang Cikampek and whether there are simultaneous factors that form Good Corporate Governance that are positively open to Employee Performance at PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek. This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive and verification methods, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypotheses, and making conclusions and suggestions. Samples were taken using the Simple Random Sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents from 135 employees. The results of this study can be concluded that Is a Factor Forming Good Corporate Governance on employee performance.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi, perusahaan harus mempertahankan keunggulan dan menghilangkan kelemahan untuk terus bersaing. Manajemen SDM penting dalam mengelola dan memberdayakan pegawai sehingga dapat bekerja produktif untuk tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Perkembangan perusahaan ditentukan oleh produktivitas pegawai. Berdasarkan kajian teoritis, kemampuan kerja dan motivasi adalah faktor penentu kinerja yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja pegawai. PT Pertani (Persero) sebagai salah satu BUMN dalam sektor pertanian mempunyai peran penting dalam pendistribusian dan produksi benih pertanian unggul demi peningkatan ketahanan pangan Indonesia yang pengelolaan SDM-nya merupakan hal yang harus diperhatikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kemampuan kerja dan motivasi secara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di Kantor Pusat PT Pertani (Persero) Jakarta. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, sebanyak 55 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan observasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan software SmartPLS 3.2.7 dan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja dan motivasi tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan secara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kinerja. Kemudian kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, sedangkan motivasi tidak. Selanjutnya kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Kerja, Motivasi, Kinerja, Produktivitas Kerja

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan pada PT SMR Utama Tbk selama 5 tahun yang berlangsung selama tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2022. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat kinerja keuangan perusahaan PT SMR Utama Tbk, ditinjau dari sisi likuiditas, solvabilitas dan profitabilitas dengan menggunakan metode penelitian secara deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data secara dokumentasi / keperpustakaan  berupa data sekunder yaitu annual report PT SMR Utama Tbk. Karena dilihat dari rasio pembanding perusahaan PT. SMR Utama Tbk lebih rendah dari rasio perusahaan yang sejenis. Dilihat dari ketiga rasio diukur dengan rata-rata internal perusahaan dan standar rasio yang menunujukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT. SMR Utama Tbk pada kurang baik. Namun dari perhitungan rasio solvabilitas dan profitabilitas menunujukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki Debt to Asset Ratio dan Return On total Asset yang baik.
