Abstract

Mellitus (DM) is one of the metabolic diseases whose prevalence continues to increase, both globally and in Indonesia. This increase in prevalence is caused by various factors, such as changes in lifestyle, unhealthy diet, and lack of physical activity. This study aims to analyze the effect of age, weight, height, and Body Mass Index (BMI) on random blood sugar levels. The study used a cross-sectional design with 117 respondents selected through the Slovin method in one of the neighborhood associations in Bogor City. Data were collected using observation and physical measurements, and analyzed by multivariate linear regression using Jamovi 2.2.5 software. The results showed that age had a significant effect on random blood sugar levels (p = 0.001), with a regression coefficient of 2.17. In contrast, weight, height, and BMI did not show a significant relationship. These findings indicate that every 1-year increase in age can increase random blood sugar levels by 2.17 units. This phenomenon can be explained by decreased insulin sensitivity, decreased pancreatic beta cell function, and lower basal metabolic rate in the elderly. In conclusion, age is a significant factor that affects random blood sugar levels, while other variables, such as weight, height, and BMI, are influenced by external factors not included in the model. This study emphasizes the importance of interventions that focus on preventing DM through community education, healthy lifestyle management, and regular physical activity, especially in the elderly.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi pada Usaha Mikro Perempuan Berbasis Home Industry di desa Buniara adalah minimnya pengetahuan mengenai kemasan produk yang terjadi pada pelaku umkm. Adapun yang menjadi keresahan adanya ketidak tahuan pembuatan kemasan dan label produk untuk menarik minat para konsumnen.untuk itu dalam upaya pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro Perempuan Berbasis Home Industry di desa buniara kami melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan topik pelatihan pembuatan kemasan melalui media canva untuk meningkatkan nilai jual produk dan Kemampuan. Adapun tujuan yang ingin di capai adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan terkait penggunaan aplikasi canva dalam membuat kemasan. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah diskusi dan pelatihan secara langsung. Dengan adanya pelatihan tersebut diharapkan mampu menjadi langkah awal. Sebagai solusi atas permasalahan yang terjadi.untuk itu, setelah mengikuti pelatihan tersebut, para pelaku Usaha Mikro Perempuan Berbasis Home Industry yang berada di desa buniara dapat mengaplikasikan secara langsung terkait pembuatan kemasan untuk meningkatkan nilai jual produk.

Abstract

Introduction: Situation analysis obtained in RW 05 Kertamaya Bogor Selatan are that there are 7 health cadres, but only 5 cadres are active. The results of the interview showed that the low role of these cadres was caused by a combination of various factors, ranging from limited knowledge, minimal educational facilities, lack of support, low community involvement, time problems, to low motivation. Objective: Optimizing education through booklets in increasing the role of cadres in processing local food ingredients for stunted children. Method: Problem solving is carried out through several steps. The first stage of preparation consists of initial preparation and planning. The preparation stage is by conducting a needs analysis by reviewing and collecting information through literature studies of related journals, conducting situation analysis through interview reviews, observations, and distributing questionnaires to cadres, and finding partner problems. While the planning stage is determining problem solutions, determining strategies, and planning activities; the second stage of implementation is conducting a knowledge test on participants before education is carried out, implementing the optimization of education through booklets in increasing the role of cadres in processing local food ingredients for stunted children, and conducting a post-test for participants after education. This second stage ends with an analysis of the process and test results. Conclusion: The results of the Community Service showed an increase in the role of cadres in processing local food ingredients for stunted children after community service was carried out, with the majority having a good role of 66.7%. The booklet helps cadres convey information more effectively, increases community understanding, and encourages local food independence.

Abstract

Language is used to communicate and interact with others. If supported by stimulation from parents, children's language development will be optimal. Good parenting will also support children's language development. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parenting patterns and language development of preschool children at Nurul Wadda Caringin Kindergarten, Bogor in 2024. This type of research uses quantitative methods with correlational analytic research type and cross sectional design, Chis-square analysis test. Sampling was done by total sampling, involving 60 respondents. This research was conducted at Nurul Wadda Caringin Kindergarten, Bogor. The results of this study found that most of the parenting patterns were authoritarian parenting patterns as many as 24 people (40.0%). Language development of preschool children is mostly deviant as many as 42 people (70.0%). The Chis-square test shows that the p value = 0.001, so there is a relationship between parenting patterns and the language development of preschool children. Parents are expected to have the necessary knowledge to raise their children well and apply parenting methods that are appropriate for the age of the child, still considering the rights and wishes of the child.

Abstract

Effective supervision focuses not only on supervision, but also on developing nurses' skills and knowledge. Structured coaching can also create a positive work environment, where nurses feel more involved and motivated to provide the best service to patients. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the effect of supervision and coaching on nurse performance. The type of research used is quantitative correlation analysis research with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were 360 ​​nurses at a private hospital in Jakarta. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling and the sample calculation formula used Slovin, so that a sample of 190 respondents was obtained. The data collection tool used a questionnaire consisting of 30 questions about supervision, coaching and performance. The statistical analysis used was multiple logistic regression. The results of the study showed that the majority of nurses (65.8%) did not receive programmed supervision. Most nurses (64.2%) reported that the coaching they received was still less than optimal. The majority of nurses (64.7%) had high performance, but there were still 35.3% who had low performance. Supervision has the greatest influence on nurse performance (p value 0.001). Coaching also has an effect, but its effect is smaller than supervision p value 0.005. The practical implication is that increasing more programmed supervision and more effective coaching can significantly improve nurse performance.

Abstract

Authentic leadership telah menjadi tren utama di banyak negara di seluruh dunia. Authentic leadership mulai berkembang terutama di ranah keperawatan. Untuk memberikan sumber yang mendalam bagi para peneliti dan pendidik tentang authentic leadership di bidang keperawatan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat analisis bibliometrik pada topik auhentic leadership secara global menggunakan analisis karakteristik publikasi. Database yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Lens.org dan didapatkan 156 artikel dari tahun 2014-2025. Analisis bibliometrik dianalisis dengan menggunakan VOSviewer dan Microsoft Excel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bibliometrik menunjukkan bahwa antara tahun 2023-2024 merupakan tahun publikasi terbanyak yaitu 28 artikel dan Hong Kong menjadi negara terbanyak yang melakukan publikasi dengan tema authentic leadership. Journal of Nursing Management merupakan jurnal yang memuat artikel terbanyak yang membahas topik penelitian terkait authentic leadership. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya studi berkelanjutan terkait authentic leadership yang melibatkan multidisiplin pada dunia kesehatan dan diharapkan agar penelitian terkait authentic leadership di dunia kesehatan terutama di bidang kepemimpinan dan manajemen keperawatan semakin berkembang.

Abstract

In the fast-changing digital era, human capital (HR) has become a strategic asset for organisations to maintain competitive advantage. However, organisations face challenges in developing employee talent to deal with technological disruption, changing demographics and new skill needs. This study conducted a systematic review of the literature to identify talent development strategies that are effective in building superior human capital in the digital era. The results show that key strategies include digital skills development, identification of talent for digital initiatives, a culture of innovation and flexibility, utilisation of technology and data analytics in talent development, and a holistic and strategic approach. A combination of these strategies is needed to effectively face the challenges of the digital era, so that organisations can build excellent, adaptive and ready-to-face human resources for the changing business environment.

Abstract

Theological exegesis from classical to medieval times predominantly reflects a theocentric (allahūt) approach, which often limits the functional role of the Quran as hudan li an-nas (guidance for humanity). This traditional interpretation places divine attributes at the centre, sometimes overlooking the Qur an’s direct address to humans. In response, Hasan Hanafi introduced Anthropocentric Theology, a paradigm that seeks to activate theological texts for real-world applications. This study explores Hanafi’s anthropocentric interpretive framework and its implications for contemporary Qur anic exegesis. Using a qualitative descriptive-analytic method, this research is based on library research, analysing primary sources such as Min al-‘Aqidah ila as-Saurah, ad-Din wa as-Saurah, and Qadhaya al-Mu‘asirah, along with secondary literature that supports the discussion. This study applies theo-centric and anthropocentric theories to selected Quranic verses, aligning them with Hanafi’s interpretative structure. The findings show that Anthropocentric Theology serves as both a critique of theocentric interpretations and a new interpretive direction focusing on human agency. This approach emphasizes six key dimensions: (1) Anthropocentrism (at-tarkiz 'ala an-nās), (2) Historical Context (Tarikh nuzūl al-ayāt), (3) Rationality (Ta'aquli), (4) Emancipation (al-musawat fi al-huqūq), (5) Contextualization (at-tafsir bi'tibari as-siyaq), and (6) Social Transformation (at-taqhayur al-ijtima'i). The study concludes that Quranic interpretation must shift from the passive acceptance of fate (taqdīr) to active engagement (ikhtiār), promoting justice, prosperity, and societal reform. By applying eclectic thematic interpretation, anthropocentric theology offers a transformative vision, shifting conditions from corruption to righteousness, oppression to justice, and poverty to prosperity, ensuring the Quran’s continued relevance in modern sociopolitical contexts

Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan menjelaskan tentang pengaruh Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja dan Dampaknya terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Karawang.Untuk menganalisis masalah tersebut, maka digunakan 100 responden melalui teknik Nonprobability Sampling dengan metode sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan alat bantu kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif dengan regresi linier berganda. Proses pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi software SPSS Versi 25.00.Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Karawang menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi dengan Disiplin Kerja memiliki korelasi yang positif dan signifikan pada tingkat korelasi yang sangat kuat. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar terhadap Motivasi Kerja,.Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap Motivasi Kerja.Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja.Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap Kinerja Pegawai, Kompetensi Melalui Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap Kinerja Pegawai.Disiplin Kerja Melalui Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 13,61% tehadap Kinerja Pegawai.Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja Melalui Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan terhadap kinerja, kopetensi SDM terhadap kinerja pegawai secara simultan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan penempatan dan kopetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas kesehatan kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang diguanakn dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan populasi pegawai dinas kesehatan kabupaten Bekasi. Teknik analisis yang di gunakan yaitu analisis jalur drenga uji hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penempatan memliki pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai, kopetensi SDM memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial, secara bersama-sama variabel penempatan , kopetensi SDM memiliki pengaruh terhadao Kinerja pegawai.
