Abstract

This study aims to explore the physical structure and content of the Melak Pare manuscript, which documents the agrarian traditions of the Sundanese people within the framework of local and Islamic spirituality. Employing a historical methodology that includes heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography, the data were gathered through literature reviews and field research on the original manuscript housed in the Sri Baduga Museum, Bandung. The findings reveal that the manuscript is written in Arabic Pegon script on fragile European paper now preserved with Japanese tissue. The content consists of agricultural mantras and prayers structured around stages of rice farming rituals—from hoeing and seed sowing to planting, maintenance, and harvesting. The inclusion of istighfar, shalawat, and invocations of Dewi Sri (Nyimas Puhaci Sangiyang Sri) demonstrates cultural assimilation between Islam and local beliefs. Symbolic references to cardinal directions, bodily movements, and ritual timing reflect a rich Sundanese agrarian cosmology imbued with spiritual significance. This research contributes to the preservation of local philological heritage, revitalization of agro-spiritual values, and advancement of interdisciplinary approaches to traditional manuscript studies. Contribution: This study contributes to the preservation of local philological heritage by documenting the physical and textual features of the Melak Pare manuscript, revitalizes agro-spiritual values by highlighting the integration of Sundanese agrarian traditions with Islamic spirituality.

Abstract

Local food is often fresher and has a higher nutritional content. Local foods have usually adapted to local soil and climate conditions, which makes them easier to grow and process by local people. Local food consumption is often in harmony with the culture and traditions of local communities, which usually have recipes and processing methods that support nutritional balance. The purpose of writing the article is to understand the growth and development of babies and toddlers to grow into healthy children by providing a balanced diet. Community service activities are carried out by professional nurse lecturers who teach community and family nursing courses. Community service together with professional nursing students who are practicing community and family nursing. The counseling and simulation will be held on Friday 12 June 2024 at 09.00 – 12.00 WIB in the Madrasah Marga Jaya room RT 02 RW 05 Kertamaya Village, Bogor City. Local plant ingredients are very useful for maintaining nutritional balance in babies and toddlers. Increasing public interest in using local food ingredients as a source of nutrition requires a multifaceted and integrated approach.

Abstract

Tingkat komitmen yang rendah dalam suatu organisasi dapat berdampak pada tingginya angka turnover tenaga kesehatan, termasuk perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara work engagement dengan komitmen organisasi pada perawat klinis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross-sectional, yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan sebab-akibat dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada satu waktu. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah work engagement, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah komitmen organisasi. Responden penelitian adalah perawat yang bekerja di rumah sakit wilayah Jakarta Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan consecutive sampling. Instrumen penelitian mencakup Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) untuk mengukur komitmen organisasi, serta Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) untuk menilai work engagement berdasarkan indikator antusiasme, dedikasi, dan penghayatan dalam pekerjaan. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara work engagement dan komitmen organisasi pada perawat klinis (p-value = 0,042). Temuan penelitian ini mengindikasikan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara work engagement dengan komitmen organisasi. Hasil ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi organisasi kesehatan dalam meningkatkan work engagement untuk mengatasi masalah burnout dan turnover tenaga perawat.

Abstract

Nosocomial infections can be defined as infections that are acquired or that occur in hospitals. Nosocomial infections can occur in patients, health workers, and also everyone who comes to the hospital. Infections that exist in this health care center can be transmitted or obtained through health workers, sick people, visitors who have career status or due to hospital conditions. In general, in nosocomial infections, patients who enter the hospital and cause symptoms of infection after 3 times 24 hours after the patient is hospitalized. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurse knowledge and prevention of nosocomial infections in postoperative patients at Labuang Baji Makassar Regional General Hospital. This type of research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were 26 nurses who served in the surgical room at the Makassar Labuang Baji Regional General Hospital. Data analysis through a computerized program  = 0.05. The research variables consisted of independent variables; knowledge, education, length of work. The results showed that: the level of knowledge P value = 0.000, the level of education p value = 0.000, and the length of work p value = 0.107. The conclusions in this study are: There is a relationship between the level of knowledge and education with the prevention of nosocomial infections in postoperative patients and there is no relationship between length of work with the prevention of nosocomial infections in postoperative patients.

Abstract

Coping is the way it is done individual in finish problem, adjust self with change, response to threatening situation. Behavior coping formed through change method thinking (cognitive), change behavior or purposeful environment for resolve the stress faced. Behavior coping is also formed through the process of learning, remembering and relaxing. Learn here is ability adapt self (adaptation) to influences internal and external factors. Cognitive is acquisition, arrangement and use encompassing knowledge every related mental behavior with understanding, consideration, processing information, solving problems, gaps and beliefs. Cognitive support (Information) is information or announcement or news. Function information that is as material standard for take decisions, where everyone is in every moment will take right decision need information that is relevant, useful, appropriate, and correct. Change formation cognitive generally started with changes in wishes and information. That information newly acquired somebody can happen change in his thinking. This something beginning for understand deed cognitive.

Abstract

Non-communicable diseases are the leading cause of death in the world, one of the non-communicable diseases is coronary heart disease. Self-efficancy in people with heart disease is defined as confidence in the patient's ability to perform physical activity that can be affected by symptoms or complications of cardiovascular disease. Rehospitalization is not only due to the progression of the disease, but can also be caused by indifference to medication and poor self-care. Self-care is the process of maintaining health through practices that promote health, and manage diseases and symptoms. The study aims to improve the relationship between self-efficiency and self-care in coronary heart patients. The research method used in this study includes quantitative research with a sectional coss study design using a chi-square test with a sample of 70 patients suffering from coronary heart disease in the Hospital Cinere Diagram. Based on the results of the chi-square test that has been carried out obtain a p value of 0.007 or & < 0.05 where this indicates that there is a relationship between self-efficiency and self-care. The conclusion is that self-efficancy has a significant relationship with self-care in patients with coronary heart in Hospital Diagram Cinere

Abstract

Having sufficient nursing staff, services can be provided with high quality standards, optimizing patient care outcomes. The aim of this research is to provide a deeper understanding of the calculation of nursing personnel and the importance of this role in improving the quality and accessibility of health services. This research uses correlation analytics with a cross sectional approach. The population and sample in this study were 33 patient care units in a private hospital in Bogor. The instrument used in this research is the energy calculation formula The Ilyas Method. Statistical analysis uses the Independent Sample T Test. The research results showed that there was a correlation between the number of calculations needed for nursing staff and the current availability in a health service system. Nursing shortages can have serious consequences for patient satisfaction, increase the risk of medical errors, and slow response to emergencies. Holistic and coordinated strategies, such as active recruitment, talent retention, education and training, use of technology, and work schedule flexibility, need to be implemented to overcome the challenge of nursing shortages.

Abstract

Upper Respiratory Tract Infection is an acute infection that attacks the upper respiratory tract and lower respiratory tract. Viruses, fungi and bacteria are the causes of this infection. The general aim of this research is to determine the effect of cigarette smoke, income and density of family members on the incidence of acute respiratory infections in toddlers at the Dramaga Community Health Center. This research uses a quantitative study with a descriptive correlation design with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was 70 respondents with a sample of 58 respondents. The study uses univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis using Spearman correlation and regression tests. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Based on the results of bivariate analysis, the p-value is 0.000 < smaller than 0.05, there is a significant relationship between cigarette smoke and the incidence of ISPA, the p-value is 0.021 < smaller than 0.05, there is a significant relationship between income and the incidence of ISPA, the value p-value 0.000 < smaller than 0.05, there is a significant relationship between the density of family members and the incidence of ARI. The research conclusion is that cigarette smoke, income and density of family members influence the incidence of ISPA in toddlers

Abstract

In increasing optimal employee work productivity, with punishment, this research highlights the relationship between punishment and discipline with the performance of nurses in hospitals. Dr. Hafiz Cianjur. This research is very important to carry out in order to improve nurse discipline. With this research, it is hoped that there will be increased discipline for nurses and excellent service to the community can be maximized so that trust will arise from the community itself. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between punishment and discipline with the performance of nurses in hospitals. Dr. Hafiz Cianjur. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research method used is descriptive correlation. The sample population was 214 nurses with a total sample size of 139 nurses taken using the probability sampling method. Data collection is in the form of a questionnaire. This research analysis uses univariate to describe the frequency distribution and Pearson test. The research results show that there is a relationship between punishment and discipline and the performance of nurses in hospitals. Dr. Hafiz Cianjur (p=0.001). Nurses are expected to improve performance and discipline to prevent punishment.

Abstract

Ketidakmampuan siswa saat pembelajaran matematika menjadi latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini. Mereka tidak mampu mengidentifikasi masalah dengan baik. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena siswa belum mampu memahami konsep secara menyeluruh. Dengan demikian, banyak siswa menjadi kehilangan minat dalam pembelajaran matematika. Sehingga, perlu adanya pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana berpikir kritis memiliki peran peningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Systemathic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA merupakan metode yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini. Dimana penulis mengambil sumber data berupa dokumen lain yang menjadi fokus penelitian. Sumber dokumen tersebut dicari melalui berbagai website kemudian dihimpun dan disesuaikan dengan kriteria inklusi juga eksklusi untuk dianalisis keterkaitannya dengan perhatian yang difokuskan dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, dengan berpikir kritis siswa dapat lebih memahami konsep-konsep matematis. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini bahwa bagi siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP), berpikir kritis memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis
