Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the self-concept dimension and the locus of control dimension on the performance of Maluku Province Regional Revenue Agency employees. This research uses a descriptive-quantitative approach with a correlational cause-effect type. The population used in this research was all 160 employees of the Maluku Province Bapenda. Determining the sample size uses Issac and Michael's sample table, where if the population is 160 people, then at the 95% confidence level, the sample is 110 people, which is determined using simple random sampling. Data analysis is multiple linear regression. The results of the research conclude that (1) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Maluku Province Bapenda employees, (2) Self-esteem has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Maluku Province Bapenda employees, (3) Self-leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Provincial Bapenda employees Maluku, (4) Internal Locus of Control has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Maluku Province Bapenda employees and (5) External Locus of Control has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Maluku Province Bapenda employees.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: organisasi harus menyadari pentingnya mengelola dan memanfaatkan sebaik-baiknya pengetahuan dari individu-individu yang ada dalam organisasi tersebut sebagai aset organisasi. Pengetahuan baik yang tersimpan maupun yang belum terdokumentasi harus dikelola dengan baik agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh personal knowledge  terhadap  kinerja penyuluh KB, pengaruh job procedure  terhadap  kinerja penyuluh KB  dan pengaruh technology terhadap  kinerja penyuluh KB Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan  deksriptif-kuantitatif dengan tipe korelasional sebab-akibat, artinya hubungan antar variabel independen dan variabel dependen merupakan suatu hubungan sebab-akibat.  Metode penentuan sampel adalah full sampling sebanyak 67 orang penyuluh KB di Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Ambon. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda Hasil: Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Personal knowledge  berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan terhadap  kinerja penyuluh KB  pada Dinas  Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga  Berencana Kota Ambon, (2) Job procedure  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  kinerja penyuluh KB  pada Dinas  Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga  Berencana Kota Ambon  dan (3) Technology berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap  kinerja penyuluh KB  pada Dinas  Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga  Berencana Kota Ambon. Kesimpulan: penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dimensi knowledge management yang terdiri dari personal knowledge, job procedure, dan technology memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh KB pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Ambon.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is "How the Role of Civil Service Police Unit in Implementing Ambon City Regulation No. 10 of 2014 at Ambon City Mardika Market?". This study uses a single variable, which involved 41 respondents by including 3 indicators: (1). The role of Civil service police Unit in controlling street vendors, (2). The role of Civil service police Unit in the supervision of street vendors, (3). The role of Civil service police Unit in enforcing the law against street vendors. The results showed that: the average role of Civil service police Unit in the three indicators, namely: control, supervision, and law enforcement against street vendors was considered to be still not good and showed that the role of Civil service police Unit was not fully in implementing Regulation No.10 of 2014. Problems experienced by Civil service police Unit officers in implementing Regional Regulation No.10 2014 in the Ambon City Mardika market are the number of street vendors is increasing from time to time and also the lack of awareness of street vendors in maintaining environmental cleanliness and also compliance with applicable regulations and the absence of special locations provided by the government for street vendors selling.

Abstract

The study of employee performance continues to be a major focus of human resource experts and practitioners. Various influential factors have been analyzed in relation to efforts to improve performance. Various aspects have been explored, both from the organizational and individual side, with various perspectives resulting in diverse findings. The focus of the study aimed to understand the impact of competencies and working conditions on employee outcomes. The approach in the study uses quantitative correlation which examines cause-and-effect relationships. The study population consisted of 96 employees of the Maluku Province Bawaslu, which was also used as the research sample (saturated sample). The instrument used has gone through validity and reliability testing, which then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The study findings show that competence and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. This suggests that employees who are more competent and work in better working conditions tend to have better performance. The path analysis and discussion conducted in the study also supported these findings, concluding that competence working conditions have a positive and meaningful impact on employee performance, thus reinforcing the conclusion that these two factors are important in improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the implementation of community empowerment policies through poverty alleviation, (2) the effectiveness of community empowerment policy implementation through poverty alleviation in terms of the aspects of policy accuracy, implementation accuracy, target accuracy, environmental accuracy and process accuracy, (3 ) factors that influence the implementation of community empowerment policies through poverty alleviation and (4) community empowerment policy strategies through poverty alleviation. Data were analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results of the study concluded that (1) the policy of community empowerment through poverty alleviation has been translated through various work programs prepared by the Regional Poverty Management Coordination Team (TKPKD) whose members are regional work units (SKPD) which later become regional apparatus organizations (OPD); (2) The implementation of community empowerment policies through handling poverty has not been maximized in terms of policy accuracy, implementation accuracy, target accuracy, environmental accuracy and process accuracy; (3) Factors that influence the implementation of community empowerment policies through poverty alleviation are policy errors, distribution of social assistance and weak data accuracy and (4) Community empowerment policy strategies through poverty alleviation are focused on political will and institutional dimensions, both dimensions of policy content and three dimensions policy environment.

Abstract

This research focuses on five indicators that influence service quality at the Tihu Village Office in Teluk Ambon District, Ambon: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The study aims to analyze the service quality specifically at the Tihu Village Office within Teluk Ambon Subdistrict, Ambon City. The total sample size for this study was 30 respondents, comprising 5 purposively sampled employees and 25 community respondents selected incidentally. This research adopts a quantitative approach. Data was collected using observation and questionnaires, with frequency tables used for analysis. Based on the analysis of questionnaire data across the five indicators (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy), the findings indicate that the service quality at the Tihu Village Office in Teluk Ambon Subdistrict is deemed insufficient.

Abstract

The development of human resources competencies in the Tourism Department of Maluku District of the South has been done for this time, as a whole has been realized quite well, but from the implementation process has not achieved optimal results, there is a need for improvement in order to maximum results. Overall the results of the research achievement imply for the development of the human resource competence in the tourism department in Maluku County the South according to the sociogram of priorities that have been empirically realized as a follow-up process through the internal consensus of the organization in forming a special format for development of competence human resources in tourism Department Maluku Districts of the south.

Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Biro Pemerintahan dan Otonomi Daerah Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Maluku. Adapun indikator penelitian ini adalah Efisiensi, Efektifitas, Keadilan, dan Daya Tanggap. Tipe penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 6 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara serta analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data dalam situs yang dikembangkan oleh Miles Huberman. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan maka dapat diambil kesimpulan utama dari penelitian tentang Analisis Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Biro Pemerintahan dan Otonomi Daerah Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Maluku, secara keseluruhan proses untuk menjadi pegawai yang profesional masih jauh dari harapan dan perlu ditingkatkan lagi. Adapun saran yang penulis sampaikan dalam penelitian ini adalah diharapkan kepada pimpinan untuk menempatkan pegawai sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikan dan bidang keahliannya, hal ini bertujuan agar kinerja yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Serta memberikan pendidikan dan pelatihan kepada pegawai agar pegawai memiliki kemampuan dalam melakukan inovasi terhadap tugas dan fungsinya

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 40 orang. Jenis datayang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara secara terstruktur dengan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi dengan persamaan ke analisis jalur melalui SPSS 20. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari variabel tangibles, reliability, responsinveness, assuarance dan emphaty memberikan kontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS di Puskesmas Mako Pulau Buru. Hasil penelitian penguatan dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan yang memberikan kontribusi terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Mako Pulau Buru.

Abstract

Pentingnya menganalisis kesuksesan penanganan sensus melalui metode sensus online yang mendasari penelitian terkait hal ini, maka perlu dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui sejauhmana efektifitas sensus penduduk secara online tahun 2020. Menggunakan pendekatan konsep teori Jhon P Champbel (Industrial and Organizational Phsychology Vol 12022) dan Buku Administrasi perkantoran modern tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektifitas pekerja. Serta terfokus pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan sensus tersebut tidak terlepas dari sorotan terhadap kinerja petugas sensus sebagai output atau keluarannya yang menjadi orientasi pengembangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan jumlah sampel 7 orang. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa penanganan sensus penduduk 2020 berbasis online berjalan secara efektif secara program namun belum maksimal dalam pengaplikasiannya secara online. Model penanganan sensus penduduk secara online belum dirasa maksimal dikarenakan hal tersebut merupakan metode baru dan masih sering mengalami kendala system error.
