Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi kebijakan penataan ruang publik ramah lingkungan pada kawasan cagar budaya Banda Kabupaten Maluku Tengah dengan pendekatan model implementasi Van Meter dan Van Horn. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif  kualitatif. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Miles dan HubermanHasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan  penataan ruang publik ramah lingkungan pada Kawasan Cagar Budaya Banda ditinjau dari (1) aspek ukuran dan tujuan kebijakan sudah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang, Peraturan Presiden dan Peraturan Pemerintah Daerah ; (2) aspek sumberdaya manusia telah mendapatkan dukungan dari instansi teknis dalam kuantitas  dan  kualitas yang memadai, serta didukung oleh sumber daya finansial yang bersumber dari APBN dan APBD ; (3) aspek  karakteristik agen pelaksana  terlihat dari kejelasan struktur birokrasi, kepathan terhadap norma-norma dan aturan, pola-pola birokrasi terhubung satu sama lain ; (4) aspek disposisi adalah kesamaan  pemahaman tentang komitmen, perspektif, dan sikap yang dimiliki oleh para pelaksana kebijakan ; (5) aspek komunikasi  terlihat dari kerjasama, kolaborasi, atau pertukaran sumber daya yang saling mendukung ; (6) aspek lingkungan ekonomi, sosial dan politik yakni terlihat dari peningkatan taraf hidup masyarakat sekitar, peningkatan identitas dan kebanggaan masyarakat dan dukungan politik baik dari masyarakat maupun pemerintah pusat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh motivasi, iklim kerja, serta gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pendekatan deskriptif-kuantitatif korelasional sebab-akibat digunakan dalam penelitian yang berlangsung selama dua bulan, dengan melibatkan seluruh pegawai dinas yang berjumlah 42 orang sebagai populasi. Full sampling diterapkan sebagai metode penentuan sampel karena jumlah populasi yang diteliti sangat kecil. Teknik analisis regresi linear berganda diterapkan guna mencaritahu besar kecilnya pengaruh tiap variabel terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan menjaga variabel lain tetap konstan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan jika motivasi, iklim kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai secara signifikan dan positif, baik secara simultan ataupun secara parsial.

Abstract

Optimizing the Utilization of Village Funds in Financing Community Empowerment Programs in Ilili Village, Kesuy Watubela District, Eastern Seram Regency. The research results show that the use of village funds in financing community empowerment programs has not achieved optimal results, so it is important to follow up through focused and specific planning, implementation and control of programs that are oriented towards increasing community economic income. If the use of village funds in a procedural manner including planning, implementation and control is carried out optimally, the expected goals will be achieved in financing community empowerment programs and realizing community welfare in Ilili Village, Kesuy Watubela District, Eastern Seram Regency.

Abstract

The research was conducted to examine the implementation of government policy on charging frame energy (TCBM) as well as improving the well-being of staff at Yos Sudarso Ambon port. The results of the researchers' observations that the implementation of employee welfare standards has not been optimized in accordance with the regulations in force. Furthermore, wages paid to officials on the basis of boarding are not on the amount of income so it is still weak in the administration of financial administration. As for the research method used, it is qualitative descriptive by conducting in-depth interviews with the chosen informants. As for the findings of the research, (1). There's still recruitment of port workers based on the family system. Besides, there's still a weak motivation to do the hard work itself. (2). That the reality of a balanced and harmonious social life between the working groups in the port of Ambon can be used as an example of a good working relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the implementation of policies for handling urban poverty in Nusaniwe District, Ambon City, (2) the effectiveness of implementing policies for handling urban poverty in Nusaniwe District, Ambon City, (3) factors that influence the implementation of policies for handling urban poverty in Nusaniwe District, Ambon City and (4) strategies for handling urban poverty in Nusaniwe District, Ambon City. Data were analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results of the study concluded that (1) Poverty management policies in Ambon City have been elaborated through various work programs and are made based on the needs of target households and their implementation is in accordance with the main tasks and functions of the related regional apparatus organizations; (2) Policy implementation for handling poverty has not been maximized in terms of policy accuracy, implementation accuracy, target accuracy, environmental accuracy and process accuracy; (3) Factors that influence the implementation of policies for handling urban poverty are policy errors, distribution of social assistance and weak data accuracy and (4) Strategies for handling urban poverty in Ambon City are focused on political will and institutional dimensions, both dimensions of policy content and third dimensions of the policy environment .

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of management information system 5.0 and its influence on employee performance in public services at the Communication and Informatics Office of West Seram Regency. This study uses a descriptive-quantitative approach with a causal correlation type. The population used in this study were all employees of the Communication and Informatics Office of West Seram Regency totaling 39 people. Determination of the number of saturated samples. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that (1) System Quality does not have a significant effect on public service performance (2) Information quality does not have a significant effect on service performance (3) Service quality has a significant effect on public service performance; (4) System Quality, information quality and service quality have a significant effect simultaneously on public service performance.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate public service quality policies in West Seram District. This research was conducted for one year using a qualitative approach and a descriptive research design. The unit of analysis in this study is the implementation of public service quality policies in West Seram District on the aspects of resources, communication, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Data is obtained through informants representing all parties related to the policy implementation. The results of the study show that: (1) Aspects of Resources; (a) human resources are sufficient in terms of quantity, but it is still necessary to improve discipline in terms of timing and appropriateness, and consistency in completing service tasks to ensure employee performance accountability, (b) the resources for facilities and infrastructure are inadequate and unable to support the improvement of service quality. (2) the communication aspect is going well, as shown by the behavior of employees who are friendly, polite, and courteous to people who need services but are still constrained by low public awareness to follow and comply with the required provisions. (3) the disposition aspect has been well implemented, as indicated by the high awareness of all elements of the leadership and employees of the West Seram District Office regarding their duties, responsibilities, and authorities as community servants. However, limited services can still be provided by the Subdistrict head’s office and the little delegation of authority form the Regent, resulting in minimal space for service. (4) the Bureaucratic Structure Aspect is running well following the main tasks and functions, which is shown by the enactment of rules related to the provision of service activities following work procedures in each field.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the self-concept dimension and the locus of control dimension on the performance of Maluku Province Regional Revenue Agency employees. This research uses a descriptive-quantitative approach with a correlational cause-effect type. The population used in this research was all 160 employees of the Maluku Province Bapenda. Determining the sample size uses Issac and Michael's sample table, where if the population is 160 people, then at the 95% confidence level, the sample is 110 people, which is determined using simple random sampling. Data analysis is multiple linear regression. The results of the research conclude that (1) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Maluku Province Bapenda employees, (2) Self-esteem has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Maluku Province Bapenda employees, (3) Self-leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Provincial Bapenda employees Maluku, (4) Internal Locus of Control has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Maluku Province Bapenda employees and (5) External Locus of Control has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Maluku Province Bapenda employees.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: organisasi harus menyadari pentingnya mengelola dan memanfaatkan sebaik-baiknya pengetahuan dari individu-individu yang ada dalam organisasi tersebut sebagai aset organisasi. Pengetahuan baik yang tersimpan maupun yang belum terdokumentasi harus dikelola dengan baik agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh personal knowledge  terhadap  kinerja penyuluh KB, pengaruh job procedure  terhadap  kinerja penyuluh KB  dan pengaruh technology terhadap  kinerja penyuluh KB Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan  deksriptif-kuantitatif dengan tipe korelasional sebab-akibat, artinya hubungan antar variabel independen dan variabel dependen merupakan suatu hubungan sebab-akibat.  Metode penentuan sampel adalah full sampling sebanyak 67 orang penyuluh KB di Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Ambon. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda Hasil: Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Personal knowledge  berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan terhadap  kinerja penyuluh KB  pada Dinas  Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga  Berencana Kota Ambon, (2) Job procedure  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  kinerja penyuluh KB  pada Dinas  Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga  Berencana Kota Ambon  dan (3) Technology berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap  kinerja penyuluh KB  pada Dinas  Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga  Berencana Kota Ambon. Kesimpulan: penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dimensi knowledge management yang terdiri dari personal knowledge, job procedure, dan technology memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh KB pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Ambon.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of applied statistics in processing social research data, focusing on multiple regression techniques and hypothesis testing. A quantitative approach was used to examine the relationships among variables and produce accurate, measurable findings. Data were collected from a case study in a government institution with employees as respondents. The analysis process utilized relevant statistical software to test the validity, reliability, and significance of the model. The findings indicate that the independent variables significantly influence the dependent variable at a 95% confidence level. Furthermore, the regression model is considered suitable for supporting decision-making processes. This study highlights that the application of applied statistics not only simplifies data analysis but also enhances the quality of research interpretation. Therefore, mastering statistical concepts and technical skills is essential for researchers, academics, and practitioners in the fields of social sciences and public administration.
