Abstract

In facing competition in the current era of globalization, one of the efforts made by the company is to increase the productivity of its employees. This study aims to analyze the workload of workers at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Medan Branch in the spare part warehouse section. The workload analysis method with work sampling is used to collect work and idle data from employees in the spare part warehouse. From the calculation results, the workload in shift-1 is quite high, while in shift-2 and shift-3 it is still not high enough so that it can still be optimized. The proposed improvement is to shift some of the work in shift-3 to shift-2 and eliminate employees in shift-3 by turning on other employees whose work locations are closest and allow them to handle work in the spare parts warehouse in shift-3

Abstract

Snakes and ladders game is a board game divided into several boxes and in the box contains a picture of a number of ladders and snakes that connect to other boxes using ball numbers to determine how many steps the pieces must take. The purpose of the study was to determine the ability of children's motor activity through educational games and the feasibility of the educational game snakes and ladders "eduta". This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method by synthesizing several proven research and development models, namely the Ploom Model (2007), the Kemp Model (2004), the Hanafin and Pack Model (1998) and the Borg and Gall model (1989, p.624) the development steps used include: 1) Needs analysis stage; 2) The desired aspirational model stage for early childhood education educators; 3) developing an initial or hypothetical model; 4) conducting expert testing of this prototype; 5) conducting small-scale testing of the test usage model, and 6) conducting field trials. Data obtained from experts include game experts, motor experts, and user experts (teachers). The instruments used in this research method are questionnaires and observation sheets. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of expert validation are as follows: (1) 93.725% stated by motor experts that the educational game of snakes and ladders is very valid, efficient, safe, and interesting to use, (2) 89.805% stated by game experts that the educational game of snakes and ladders is very valid, efficient, safe, and interesting, (3) 77.75% stated by user experts that the educational game of snakes and ladders is very valid, efficient, safe, and interesting. In the small group test, the following data were obtained: (1) 98.3% this educational game of snakes and ladders is safe for children aged 5-6 years, and in the large group test, the following data were obtained: (2) 97.8% this educational game of snakes and ladders is very suitable for use for children aged 5-6 years.

Abstract

The resistance of the Haemonchus contortus, a parasite causing severe anemia in ruminants, to commercial anthelmintics emphasizes the need for alternative bio-anthelmintics. This study aimed to identify the molecular, chemical composition, and in vitro anthelmintic activity of Sargassum duplicatum against H. contortus. Molecular identification employed the Chelex method, with DNA diversity and phylogeny assessed using maximum likelihood in IQ-tree. The analyzed chemical composition included proximate, total flavonoid, and total phenols. Adult worm motility test (AWMT) and egg hatch inhibiting test (EHIT) were conducted at concentrations of 2, 4, and 6 mg/mL of S. duplicatum ethanolic extract. AWMT followed a completely randomized factorial design (5 replications, each with 5 worms), while EHIT used a completely randomized one-way design (5 replications, each with H. contortus egg batches from 3 adult female worms). The cox1 gene sequence revealed the Sargassum sample as S. duplicatum (KP101270.1) with 99.83% similarity. The results indicated that the identified concentrations of S. duplicatum ethanolic extract, and the observation time significantly influenced motility and egg hatchability (p<0.05). Both factors exhibited a significant interaction (p<0.05). Concentrations of 4-6 mg/mL reduced worm motility by up to 50% (LD50) within 6-8 hours, while concentrations of 2-6 mg/mL inhibited egg hatchability by more than 87% during 24 hours of incubation. In conclusion, S. duplicatum holds significant potential as a bio-anthelmintic agent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis representasi peran ayah dalam membentuk perkembangan sosial-emosional anak sebagaimana digambarkan dalam buku Gentle Parenting vs VOC Parenting karya Titiek Limarty. Kajian ini berfokus pada empat aspek utama, yaitu pembentukan sosial-emosional, pengaruh empati ayah terhadap regulasi emosi, pola komunikasi ayah dalam pengembangan kompetensi sosial, serta peran dukungan ayah terhadap kepercayaan diri dan kemandirian anak. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus, melalui analisis isi terhadap teks buku serta literatur pendukung terkait psikologi perkembangan, teori keterikatan, dan pengasuhan anak. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pendekatan Gentle Parenting, ayah direpresentasikan sebagai figur pengasuhan yang hangat, responsif, dan empatik sehingga mampu memperkuat regulasi emosi, rasa percaya diri, dan keterampilan sosial anak. Sebaliknya, pola VOC Parenting yang bersifat otoriter dan menekankan kepatuhan tanpa dialog emosional berpotensi menimbulkan hambatan dalam pengungkapan emosi, pengambilan inisiatif, dan perkembangan sosial-emosional anak. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keterlibatan ayah yang konsisten dan suportif memiliki kontribusi terhadap pembentukan secure attachment, kontrol diri, serta kemandirian anak sejak usia dini

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana metode tersebut dapat meningkatkan literasi sains anak usia 5-6 tahun, serta bagaimana guru dan lingkungan sekolah mendukung proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 4 anak kelompok B (VE, NI, UL, dan AD), 1 guru kelas kelompok B (WU), dan Kepala sekolah (SA) TK PKK Gununggede 02. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan triangulasi data Milles and Huberman yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Joyfull Learning berbasis proyek Mystery Box membuat pembelajaran sains lebih interaktif dan meningkatkan rasa ingin tahu anak. Melalui berbagai eksperimen, mereka memahami konsep pencampuran warna, sifat magnet, dan kapilaritas. Metode ini juga melatih berpikir kritis, motorik halus, serta keterampilan sosial. Dengan bimbingan guru, anak menjadi lebih percaya diri dalam eksplorasi sains.
